This is the best MOD in DFW! The staff is always friendly and nice. They keep the place very clean, and the ingredients stocked well. You get to create your own pizza with as many ingredients, sauces, spices, etc. Well worth the price and good enough for a few meals!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the option, especially the cauliflower crust. The team moves with speed and care to deliver a great and tasty pizza. Oh, and don’t forget the drizzle.

Very friendly and cordial staff and great thin crust pizza, I think they have a thick crust option as well. Came during their pre opening and they held the door open for us. I got the Dillon James (Margherita) pizza and my girlfriend got the Mad Dog (Meat lovers). They gave us a “No name cake” which is basically a dark chocolate ding dong on the house :) Weather was nice so we sat outside and the pizza was brought out to us. Overall good pizza, the crust is great but was pretty big/crunchy though so next time I may ask for sauce on the side to dip it in.

’m a big fan of MOD Pizza, so since I was in the area I brought the family in for lunch. The store itself was clean, friendly, and nicely decorated — exactly what you expect from MOD. We arrived around lunchtime on a Monday, and it was completely silent inside. Not a bad thing, just a little unusual and honestly a bit awkward at first. The staff, however, were welcoming and helpful. It was clear a couple of the team members were brand new, so things moved a little slower than usual, but nothing dramatic. In the end, the food was great — just what you expect from MOD. A solid visit overall

We came for dinner and ordered a couple of pizzas and the Italian Chop Salad. We liked the food. Great concept to have it made to order in front of you. The downside is that the lines can take a while to get through. Employees are working hard and fast, but it seems difficult to get through a long line quickly. My salad had some leaves that didn't look the freshest. I guess it was late in the day and maybe the lettuce had been out a while.

This place needs new management. A whole new business model. Where do I even begin? Long lines, very slow staff. Literally everyone in the store is constantly upset and on edge. Customers and staff included. They make pizza slower than my grandma would. The idea of this place is cool but in practice it's very lacking. The pizza is good. Great, even. But it's constantly understaffed and you have all of these delivery drivers standing around losing their minds because thier pizza hasn't even been made yet. If you go here expect to be just standing upright in line for long periods of time. Lord forbid multiple people have young children. It's a miserable nightmare. And the atmosphere is very weak. It's super bright, white and bland. Almost like you're trying to order pizza at a Walmart. I'm just being honest here.

Well...to start, watching the lady handled my wife's pizza, handled money, and then without changing gloves or actually have both gloves on, handles my kids and my pizza with her dirty hands. But I guess the fire kills the bacteria. Pizza was at least good (the money bacteria gave it that extra zing I'm guessing). Service was ok, they all look miserable here. Tables were mostly dirty and this is with a nearly empty place. 4 people total here so not like they're too busy...just seem lazy if I'm being honest. Used to love coming here, staff was always peppy, happy to help and make our pizzas. As of late, not so much.

This was my first time visiting MOD Pizza last night. It will be my only time I visit this location. The staff are not good here at all. The main person making pizzas is incredibly slow. So slow in fact that the customer behind us left because they were tired of waiting. Besides the fact, the girl making the pizzas was extremely slow, I witnessed on multiplications the bottom of her shirt rubbing across the pizza of the customers in front of us. While she was trying to give the impression that she was using proper food preparation etiquette, she in fact was not. It was quite puzzling to me to watch her put clean gloves on to prepare somebody’s pizza, then watch her after she had taken those gloves off to touch the same pizza with her hand not gloved to place the order slip that she had written (also ungloved) under the edge of the customer’s pizza before taking it to the area to have it cooked. She did this repeatedly with the customers in front of us. Once she started working on making the pizzas we ordered, I went and sat in a booth because I could not stand to witness all of the poor food handling that was going on and then to eat it. I recommend to the manager that he find out who worked Friday evening and give them some training on proper food handling. I would’ve discussed it with a manager when I was there but it was quite clear there was nobody there in charge. I worked at two different pizza places when I was a teenager and once in my early 20s. I would’ve been fired if I had ever handled a customers food the way I witnessed last night. I am sad to say I do not recommend this place to anybody. I will visit MOD Pizza again but it will not be this location.

Wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered an Unlimited Toppings pizza through Door Dash. Some of the toppings were pepperoni, Canadian bacon, bacon bits, and red onions. My pizza came with only 4 slices of red onions, one piece of Canadian bacon, barely any bacon bits that were only spread across 2 slices, and no pepperoni. MOD took FOREVER on my order to where I had to wait an extra 45 mins past the original estimated time(Doordash was saying preparing order, driver wasn't even sent out yet. Original estimated time to arrive was 5:50pm, and it didn't arrive till 6:35pm, when I ordered it at 5:19pm. Even the reciept on the box says "promise time 5:32pm", yet they didn't finish making the pizza till 6:18 pm), and then I get a pizza that wasn't even made the way I ordered it?!? Don't get me wrong, I usually love MOD and their pizza and have never had an issue before this, but this is very disappointing. Instead of diving straight into the pizza like I wanted to, I'm pissed off. I've been craving their pizza for awhile now and they did me hella dirty. And just to add to the parade of disappointments from them, my pizza tastes like rubber. Doesn't even taste like food or like anything edible

Absolutely worst MOD I've ever been too. The staff are super rude and act like you're a burden to them, they refuse to make your pizza the way that you want it and just say that you'll have to deal with it, and then they burn it! I've never had a bad experience with a MOD before coming to this one. Wouldn't recommend at all, would've been better taking a longer drive to go to a different one

I recently visited MOD @ Eules and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. A staff member named Morris was responsible for our order, but the pizza came out burnt, and he handled the situation poorly. When I tried to address the issue or ask for extra sauce, Morris was dismissive, avoiding eye contact. He would through stuff around making loud noises while I was trying to talk to him. Throughout our visit, he seemed to be yelling at other employees, creating an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. I noticed the other staff members were polite and helpful, but they appeared uneasy around him. I love the food here and usually enjoy my experience, but this visit was not up to the usual standards. I hope management can address this situation to ensure a more welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Ordered my pizza online. Came to pick it up and my pizza wasn’t what I ordered. In fact, it was burned! I tried to tell the lady who was cleaning that it was what I ordered and she didn’t try to do anything to help me out. I order here all the time and I’m always satisfied with my pizza. Worst service and worst pizza I’ve ever had here!

This location needs work on hygiene and cleanliness. The moment you walk in, you see unclean tables and floors. Powder or dust on the entrance tables which are stainless steel. The glass barrier/sneeze guards were filthy. I even saw hair on top. The staff were quick to build your pizza and were friendly. You’ll see from the photos, my pizza was burnt. Why would you give a customer a burnt pizza?! Oh, and the restrooms were dirty too. I guess no surprise there.
