So glad we have a Domino's in town. Have used them for birthday parties and house parties for Super Bowl, World Series and other gatherings. Can never order just pizza without ording the chicken bites - so good. The crew there has wonderful service, and are friendly. Using the app and picking up makes ordering convenient.

They are really really friendly and super helpful. Their app on the other hand sucked major. Luckily for me the lady behind the counter was very understanding and helpful and empathetic. The only reason they arent getting all the starts is because the web site is a giant p.o.s and a waist of time. But great idea.

I order the same thing every time, but some how it comes out different every time... maybe its different people making the pizzas but I feel like it should have some consistency, whether the dough is to thin or too much sauce or even not enough toppings....

This is the only dominos pizza that doesnt charge advertised price that commercials show. They are over priced and the pizza has thick crust and the rest is thin and flimsy. The need to retrain their employees how to slap out the crust correctly so that the pizza crust is correct.

The staff was friendly but the food kind of sucked. I travel all over and this store had bad consistency with the pasta and specialty pizzas I ordered. I guess some stores do things their own way or different 🤷

We got are pizza payed 75 dollars for 2 pizza not a cheese pizza stuff of cheese u guys are missing the pep olive 🫑 garlic and u guys won't refund are money or fix it my kid was upset not all people have money to just pay that much we struggle n now my family upset w u pizza place we will never eat there again

The only thing I order is pasta bowl that I can edit. I'm not going to pay 10 dollars for chicken and alfredo sauce when you gave us the options of green yellow pepper, three different cheeses, any kind of meat, spinach... its wild this choice was made. Sucks bc it was rly good made by really good workers but I will not return until this is a menu item, a build your pasta bowl. Bc like I said this place is ridiculously priced and this is the only thing worth it. Hope the franchisee can change this so I can continue to eat here.

I love dominoes pizza, But I will no longer be going to dominos in eureka anymore. I was in the store picking up a order and I just witnessed a man who walked in there to pick up his order under the name Sarah, the worker there told him they accidentally gave his order to a different Sarah and that they would be bringing his order back, they told him that it was unopened, the customer brought the order back and the man simply asked if they can make a new order for him because he did not feel comfortable taking a order that was taken by someone else a brought back to give to him. Which I completely understand, I would have expected the same thing, they told him to go somewhere else and that they will not be making his order fresh. That’s ridiculous and that’s not how you treat customers, it was the associates fault and it grosses me out to know that they would have someone bring a order back once they left the store and expect another customer to take it. Absolutely disgusting makes me wonder how many times they do this without anyone knowing.

Waited more than 2 hours for a pizza and Philly cheese steak. Called to cancel and they hung up without any confirmation. Called back again, took 15 minutes to get confirmation that the food would be cancelled and refunded. This was after the app said it would be delivered in 30 minutes.

Not for the eureka store I apologize to them specifically for this review but needed to vent about how dominos sucks. Amazing food usually cheap. Buttt then they rip you off get a sour apple taste in my mouth. How do they continuously rip customers off and not honor the deals they advertise… is it just me? Current deal 50% off online order but they literally do not honor it whatsoever or mention it. Just full price baby! Make sure you brought your wallet you’re going to need it. Good food though and usually great service like kind folks. But it’s like the discount comes out of there pay check

They have been putting light to no cheese on my previous pizzas so after placing the order online, I called them to ask for the right amount. If you don’t call them out, they’ll keep doing it. I think we all deserve to get what we pay for. They still did the same. I do not recommend this place.

If they don't mess up then they're alright. When they do it's impossible to get a hold of them. Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and got no Buffalo sauce. Called, got hung up on before anyone answered. Checked their app, no option for order mistakes. Just go to Little Ceasars. At least then you get what you pay for. Edit: Notice that the positive reviews have zero thumbs up. Only the negative reviews do.

My family orders domino's frequently and it is good, as long as it is made by Richard. Whenever we had our order made by him, which was almost everytime, it was great. The last two times, I ordered a pasta bread bowl. The first time was good (it was made by Richard) but the next time the bread dough was undercooked. I took it back and the employees were great about making a new one, but it too was undercooked. That is not cheese, but raw dough.
