This place has REALLY improved! The staff are on it. I had my order ready and waiting before I had filled my soda at the machine. They used to always be out of something stupid here like cheese or lettuce even Coke one time. Been here x3 this week because of the excellent/fast service!

I have never been to a nicer wendys! The outside and inside look so modern and clean. The only downside is the bunch of vagrants that go in here and there and bring it down a peg. Besides that this trip would have been perfect. The food was also made hot and fresh!

Patties are over cooked, not made to order. Seems to be lower grade vegetables. Cleanliness is seriously slipping, must have used the same rag to smear everything around the restaurant. Must be new management.

Dave gotta train his employees a little better. Terrible customer service and food def mediocre. Got some baconator fries they just threw some shredded cheese on too with 1 slice of bacon, not even chopped up, Crazy!!!!!

Staff great and did fine but quite a few homeless came in and hung around. Nothing against the homeless but when they haven't bathed and sit with everyone is not very pleasant. Saw about 7 different ones come in while we were there. Seemed to know each other.

I was not impressed at all with the quality of service starting with the girl at the drive up windows who didn't even say hello,when giving my change back she dropped my change on the ground because she didn't want to touch my hand,she didn't even say sorry or oops,whatever I can get passed that.so we ordered a s9n of baconator and baconator fries lol I kid you not there was (2) pieces of bacon on the burger and there was (2) pieces of bacon on my fries.i usually dont judge off of one expirence so I will have to stop back there when I return here.i will update my review then,until then have a great day ...

I’m frustrated that we don’t get leaf lettuce anymore and we’re getting shredded lettuce like McDonald’s big Mac I thought we were getting fresh and the lettuce was full and fluffy now it’s just crummy. I also eat keto and I like to eat my burgers and a lettuce wrap this is frustrating that they have changed this. Why change something that is worked good and separated you guys from all the rest now all we have is in and out.

Counter person that helped us, she had an attitude. We ordered 2 Bacon Hamburger Large fries to go. What you see here is supposed be a large order of French Fry’s. Obviously not filling the container. If an employee is having a bad day, good idea to not have them work with the customers.

I got a double patty baconator with no bacon, the pickle was crisp like a pickle but didn't taste like a pickle...don't know what it was.It was cold and overall was just not a $9 burger. Wendy's is cheaply done....will remember not to go back.

I asked for no cheese on my baconator it even said it on the receipt but they still put cheese on it, I figured it was just a mistake so I went and reminded them I didn't want cheese and I showed them the receipt so they remade it for me only for it to still have cheese on it. I'm very disappointed. Had to sit there and scrape the cheese off so my girlfriend would eat it.
