Love myself a classic beef and cheddar...yummm and can't forget the arby's sauce 👍

Went in tonight around 8 pm. The girls working were courteous, quick and precise. There were only there young ladies working and they busted it out. Very satisfied.

I went in around 1:15 in the afternoon on Thursday 8/5/2022. Was waited on by a very kind, sweet and pretty woman named Amie (receipt said). She honestly took my breath away. I wish I had more time to interact with her. She just checked all the boxes. Oh - and the food was good. Excellent service.

Very nice fast food place compared to the surrounding food options, usually quieter and cleaner. The only issue is that unless your on that side by the Walmart, you cant really pull in unless you loop around beacuse of the median guard rail.

I brought my family to dine in and the food was well done nice and hot and it was clean. The CS was exceptional. Great new management!

The three Guys that were working were super friendly. They had awesome customer service. On the way out they all yelled have a good night. Food was hot and fresh. The place was immaculate. Is there new management? Anyways, Can't ask for more than that!

This Arby's restaurant is really a Gem. Their sandwiches are so much better than other fast food restaurants. Takes a bit of maneuvering to get to them because of divider on Route 11, but is more than worth the effort. I highly recommend you trying them.

Came to this Arby's first time here, and we got our order fast and the food was very delicious!!! Their Gyros are incredible and their curly fries came out Fresh and Hot! It's close to base on Fort Drum but only thing is they could be open a little later. But other than that this place was great! And the service I received that night was impeccable! So friendly and helpful! I was surprised and very pleased.

I never liked Arby's style food. But this establishment was well maintained and fast

Don't get the chicken sandwich here cause you will get a 1cm thick chunk of breading that is drowning in sauce. Besides that its your typical Arby's.

I love the food here. There's hardly ever I line that's longer than two or three people around lunch time. Drive through is sort also. It's fast too, an not just how fast you get it is great, but the service is always nice to help. The place is clean for the most part.

Good spot for a quick snack. Sliders are the perfect snack size. The small shake is a nice way to try the special flavors. Fast friendly service.

God I love arbys, cheese fries ? To DIE for. Was a little cold last time but still, I love this place. Staff was nice and knew how to do their jobs, so that's also a plus.

Like the fries, chicken ok. The best sandwich they had was years ago was their BLT. Not a roast beef person, but my husband does like them .

Place is new and clean. Lots of parking. Easily accessible. Food is solid for fast food. I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks especially. Service is a little slow at times but nothing major. A good fast food experience.

Just went through drive through on our way home. My Grandma and I each got a medium beef and cheddar meal with curly fries and cheese sauce... It was over $30.00 for our dinner... Without dessert!! Food was as usual, we knew the prices when we ordered... If we had more time, it would have been cheaper going to a Chinese buffet for 2! BUTTT... It's fast food, and convenient for a reason! $$$

This Arby''s is right outside of Fort Drum, and is a busy lunch location. Better to try and be early during the work week.

Not the friendliest bunch, and the new ranch burger was warm and mediocre for the price.😞

Went thru drive thru. Was fast and the food was prepared quite fresh.

The food was fine but expensive. The supplies were low or empty for condiments and we had to get packets of horsey sauce. Service was friendly.

It's the best of the "fast food" chains as far as I know. The Ruben is a favorite. And, Mocha shakes!

I like Arby’s because when my son was going through cancer treatment 4 years ago, he needed steroids. A lot of steroids and had crazy cravings for snacks from Arby’s. So much so, we looked into purchasing these cheesy triangle snack things to cook at home. Arby’s gave us a bag, on the house, with an encouraging note to my son and cooking instructions. One complaint: Alex. Well, that’s what her name tag showed today, but the receipt had a different persons’ name on it. I ordered a salad. Then said “No wait, make that a half salad and fries instead”. She told me to pull around. Did not confirm my order. Charged my card for 2 side salads and one order of fries. I noticed on my receipt that my order was wrong. I brought it to her attention and... woah! The attitude from this young woman was overboard. She wouldn’t listen to me. Kept her back to me as I was speaking to her. And when she called her manager over, she blamed me! In front of me and continued being unprofessional, while her manager allowed it. ☹️ Sad. So, Alex... yikes. Maybe customer service isn’t your thing. Try something that doesn’t involve people if you can’t handle, well...people!

Just left the drive through. Had to ask for straws. Though we ordered sauces, none were in the bag. No excuse since there were no lines and we only ordered two meals.

Roast beef sandwich was cold.. didn't feel like going into place after going through the drive thru.

Long wait for a "fast food" place. Fries and breaded fish were very oily.

Super nice location, never busy however, food takes forever to receive once order is placed and curly fries always come out cold.

Had a coupon for a free beef and chedder classic that came in the Watertown/North Country SaveArpund coupon book. When I got the sandwhich it looked like someone jabbed their finger in it. The top bun was broken in pieces. If you spend money they like you, use a coupon and incur their wrath.

Every time I go to Evans mills Arby’s whether day or early night the food is cold the fries are ones that have been there for hours I use to like Arby’s but tonight was the last straw cold old fries sandwich was a mess and warm a waste of your money don’t go here

One of the most horrible Arby’s in all the state !! Curly fries were old, the sandwichs never taste good !!! I gave this Arby’s many chances but not one time are they good, I love Arby’s but only this one it horrible !!!

Went here for a late night meal because we hadn't gotten dinner yet and had a long night. They took a while on our food BUT the worker was very nice. But we got home to realise we didn't even have the motzerella sticks we ordered (Which was something this pregnant lady was looking forward to) they close in 3 minutes so we wouldn't have time to go back to confront them. So, don't leave without checking your bag first from here!

The girl who waited on us was stand offish and snotty from the start. My grandson's chicken tender kids meal was hard and chewy. He was unable to eat it. My side salad had a lot of the hard white pieces of lettuce that were brown. Approx. half got thrown away as well. Over all not a good experience.

I will never go here again. The last three times myself and my partner have gone to this location, it was terrible. Literally everything we didn’t want, ended up on the sandwiches. We didn’t modify a lot, just no No red ranch on the beef and cheddars and no mustard or mayo on the Turkey sandwich. I’m now wondering if literacy is even a job requirement here. We spent over 30 dollars and the all the food was messed up….. except the drink. Which was flat.

Drove way off post for mediocrity. This was our first time eating here and wish we had went elsewhere. I love there chicken but the sandwiches we ordered here were just “ok”. The fries on the other hand were a mess! My husband tossed his out because they were completely burnt, very dark and old. I was able to pick throughout mine and get a few good ones. Probably will just order on post next time if they’re open.

Ordered a fish sandwich, plain I'm told that it will be a little longer because they were cooking it fresh. 3 minutes later, my order is ready. So, I'm like, "Well, they just heated it up." Get home, and it's not heated up; it's not cooked completely. The outside is a goldenrod color, but the breading is not cooked through.

I just have one thing to say, Y'ALL NEED TO HAVE GLOVES ON!!!! Lady touched her face (WIPING HER NOSE) and then touched my food…. Disgusting! GLOVES PLEASE!!!!!

The old lady that was working on 7/3/20 is very rude. I’ve had to deal with her once before. She is very short with her customers and acts like she doesn’t want to be here

Witnessed employee using bare hands handling food. she claims does not have gloves, although I observed another employee wearing gloves. Very disgusting.

I don’t know what’s the older lady with glasses issue in the front, but she should fix it . Wish I could rate this a 0. Horrible experience I’ve ever encountered and every time I come inside she shakes her head and rolls her eyes. At this point I will eat at the Arby’s in Watertown.

We weren’t told until after I was charged for an orange cream milkshake that they were out and they wouldn’t refund the purchase. Then wasn’t even offered our receipt.

Went through on July 13th ordered a number 1 and 2 roast beef sliders and an extra large order of crinkle fries and and small order of curly fries. Drive all the way to home to everything wrong and I got no fries. Went back and they took the extra food threw it out and gave me nothing extra for wasting my time driving all the way back to the store. Will NOT be back.

The young supervisor is very rude and immature. When food is undercooked and not right you ask for a refund. She make unprofessional remarks to the customer. The male and female employee on duty with her were touting the customer. Btw it's unsanitary to bring food that has left the building or touched back over the counter. Vs throwing it away once reviewing what meals were there. Will not be returning and corporate complaint has been made.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Having served 20 years in the Military I have never been treated so rudely by the staff (which turned out to be the so called manager). I actually was accused of “littering” at the drive thru window by the manager because one of the employees said she saw me do it. Funny thing was I still had all three of my straws in the original wrappers in which I showed her. She expressed to me that I was on camera and I said good. She then told me to leave her drive thru!

The store was not very clean. I ordered a double beef and cheddar and got a classic. Husbands ruban wasn’t even made right. This location has had better days. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. My order was completely wrong, everything was cold, and they didn’t even give me the correct sauce I asked for and I was the only one in line. I won’t ever go back to this location.

I had never been to a "bad" Arby's til i moved here. I thought it was hilarious when the person at the drive thru tried to take my order in spanish. I only wanted two milkshakes and 2 large curly fries. Eventually she understood me but even at the window..I thought it was a joke. They take forever and honestly I wont be eating there til im in another area.

The girl at the drive thru window didnt listen for nothing today and was rude. Of course our order was messed up. And this is even after we had to repeat everything. Also my "large" dr. Pepper was only half way full I did mention something to her about my drink and she didnt even care. $24.00 for two meals that were not even correct and a careless, rude employee always makes for happy customers.

We were not impressed with this Arby's. We were here on 7/20/18 around 8:30pm. My son asked for no mayonnaise on his turkey club and was told that it didn't come with mayonnaise. Sure enough, he bit into it and it had mayonnaise. I ordered a reuben and the bread was not toasted at all; barely warm. The restaurant at the time of our visit was not busy at all so I'm not sure what happened here.

Horrible ! Very rude and RACIST! The woman with PURPLE HAIR & OLDER woman with glasses are EXTREMELY RUDE ! They always give cold food and Everyone needs to be fired this is probably why the business isn’t progressing . The owner should definitely check this place out . I will make sure to tell the world they should stop eating at this specific location .

I made a mistake ordering food through the drive thru, pulled up to the window to explain the mistake and apologize, but then was treated so rudely for accidentally placing my order wrong. I’ve never been spoken to so poorly by fast food management. I did not purposely do anything wrong or act rude to these workers, so there was no reason to disrespect me like the one worker did. Extremely rude service.

The 2 times I have been there they can't get the order right and I had to pull forward and watch 5 cars go by me and then the food was cold and tasted like it was sitting there for hours.

Like people say I'd give you an zero but then I couldn't complain. Well, where do I start? Ordering the food. Three meat plus three. How hard is that? Well, apparently it flipped the manager Logan out. She made mistakes. that I would think a rookie would make. First she takes the order and its wrong. She gave one box and two roast beef sandwiches on the side. then my son asked for the two other boxes that was ordered . Oops she made a mistake. receipt showed the error and she gave my son the cash back instead of putting it back on the debit card. then she takes the order again. this time she adds the right amount of meat plus 3 box, charges us for it again. this time almost $28.00. No problem right? Well, the problem was they gave my son the food that was paid for at less amount. In other words the MISTAKE receipt. As my son question where the other two boxes were, THE FRY person said its all in the box. Of course when we called to speak to someone over this mistake. Logan answered and started yelling at me saying she took the order and tried to get it straight even returned the first mistake like it was a favor. she also said she tried to stop my son and catch up to him to give him his boxes that HE forgot. Well Logan the first box had all of its content including the fish sandwich. My son came home with the two sandwiches no box. She was rude and didn't have a clue what was really going on. She asked me to listen to her, but when I asked the same she wouldn't do it. she blamed my son for leaving and not being able to be caught up too. right Logan. well we sent back all the food and demanded our money back. So 27.00 back for 21.00 of food. We are done with your store .the last time we went there was a mistake and the lady was gracious and apologetic . Not with this one. she didn't care. oh by the way she gave cash again instead of putting it back on my card. and was rude. so as my husband said NO MORE ARBY'S HOME OF MISTAKES<

Ordered au just they left it clumpy. The young man working tried to tell me to just swirl it in the cup. I did get a bit snippy because like man I paid for it and it’s your job to mix it and as a teen I worked at Arby’s and I would never tell a customer that. He made me a new one and it was also clumpy I had to use a straw to break up clumps. Very unimpressed I will stick to the one on fort Drum because while short staffed the actually care about customer service

Ordered 2 large meals waited 35 mins for our food hair in both our fries sandwich wasn't made right and chicken tenders were over cooked when I called they said they coukd only replace one meal even though both were messed up and very rude about it

If I could give 0 stars I would. How incompetent do you have to be to forget a fry order. Like a whole side to a meal and boom forgot it. I also am not going back to the store in the snow when I shouldn’t have to check the order. Thanks for nothing.

Food was cold and stale. I was the only person in line and it was ready before I even drove up to the window. It seemed like I had gotten someones pick up order that had never been picked up. Everything was cold/soggy/stale. Not good at all. My husband had to put his in the microwave just to eat it because it was so cold. Also ordered a juice and didn’t get one. Real fun explaining that to a two year old that wanted her apple juice.
