Me and my boy came here absolutely STARVING, and the woman behind the counter ABSOLUTELY DELIEVERED. She knocked this bowl and burrito out of the park. Absolutely beautiful portions. 3/3 wish I could give this woman a raise she’s HOLDING DOWN THE FORT.

this location gave me and my buds a pretty good portion size for our meals. i got a bowl that was filled nicely and one of my chum’s burritos was the biggest i’ve seen at a chipotle. the tables could have been more clean but at least the bathroom was clean.

Historically my experience here has been hit or miss- sometimes a poor experience and so sometimes a great one. Lately though, visits here have been consistently good, so it's worth mentioning here in a positive review. Keep up the good work and improvements.

Just had to leave a review and a shoutout! The 3 woman that helped serve my husband and I were so sweet and funny. They worked quickly and were very polite and attentive to us. They even ran to get us ice when the machine stopped. And what is with the comments saying they skimp? They load you up here. Thanks for your great service ladies! I wish I had all of your names to thank you properly, for now thank you to the host at the time Joanny 🤍

I didn't remember that this was a Chipotle that I had been to a few times but I looked up the area Chipotle willing to travel up to 20 minutes for the best one. This was the worst rated one within 20 minutes but it was closest and I opted for convenience instead. Then I got here and I'm like ohhh I know this place! Lol I read the reviews and it said they skimpt but you can see they didn't with my bowl. I've never had a complaint for this location and I go to Chipotle a few times a week all over CT as my vocation is driving for Uber. Eating this now and the black beans feel slightly undercooked. They could have given me a slightly larger portion of rice but I don't need the carbs anyways. I told them a tiny amount of cheese and they got it right! Many Chipotle tend to go too heavy on the cheese. They also gave a satisfactory amount of meat.

Had my first experience at a chipotle today. Ordered ahead of time and the food was ready as soon as I stepped in. The place was clean, tables were as well. The good was good, no complaints there and overall was a good experience, better than I expected.

This location was the best experience I’ve ever had with chipotle. I am a chipotle fanatic. this is the best food I’ve ever had. My burrito was amazing. The guy who made it made it with love. He was tall and had dreads appreciate him so much.and the other guy with the hat who was asking everyone like what their name was so he can make it was just so generous. Rare if you ask me. 10/10. Got through the line quickly, and unlike my recent Chipotle experiences, this one actually had fajita vegetables. Some places don't even make them anymore, saying they don't have enough staff! Portions not as generous as I usually see at Chipotle, but courteous staff snd great overall.

Would rather come here to eat Chipotle than some of the other Chipotles I have been to. My reason for not giving a 5th star is that sometimes the tables are not always clean due to staff busy in the background, but even though that is the case, you have to clean the tables constantly. Also, sometimes people come to Chipotle for the first time and they do not know all the names of the food to pick from. The employees who are serving need to be more patient because they need to remember that it is a first come first serve process.

Chipotle is an okay food choice however this location, on the day that I went, was out of most things and when the Ling grew they would shout out what you could not order. At one point there was so much confusion that everyone on line left.

The best way to order a great burrito is to order the burrito bowl and get a couple tortillas (one bowl makes two large burritos or 4 small burritos), get that home, slap it together and fry it up! Delicioso!!

Is it individual greed of this owner and management team or is it is corporate greed. Young woman at register scoops my chicken and the taps the spoon to try and knock excess off, she does this twice! And I’m left with the smallest portion of chicken ever! Not to mention they don’t trim the chicken well and it’s full of cartilage and hard bites. Your lucky Whole Foods didn’t have their lunch out yet or I wouldn’t have came.

I always come to this chipotle and have okay+ experiences But tonight was so unacceptable 1. I walk in the place is trashy 2. There are out of cheese and tomato. Like huh? 3. No napkins, no utensils, no ice. I had to go up to the register for a fork. Wow. 4. Around 10:35 I get kicked out saying “the lobby is closed” as I’m in the middle of my meal. Every other time I come here it’s been good. But today, unacceptable behavior/ atmosphere

I personally used to like this chipotle but when I compare it to others in the area it falls extremely flat, usually there’s some type of hold up at the front with a mistake with another customer and long wait times. And to add on the employees here will usually give you terrible proportions of food. I revived a bowl today and got half a scoop of chicken and one small slap of queso, sour crème, and a tiny palmful of lettuce I had to ask for more and was told I’d have to pay more to get more than that for my chicken. Service shouldn’t be this unpleasant I hope they can fix this.

Restaurant was very very dirty the first time I tried that location. They were busy at that time. So I figured they would get to cleaning it when it was less busy. I went for a second time and there was only one more person before me and no one else in the restaurant. I have to say it was filthy. It was absolutely disgusting. I left my pick up order and left. The back counter was filthy. The tables were filthy. The floors were filthy. The soda machine area filthy and the garbage was over flowing. It’s the only restaurant near me. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

The place is always filthy. Will never come here again. Place was empty and the workers were just standing around doing nothing. All tables were dirty, counter was dirty check out counter was dirty, floor was dirty. Second review in three months and still filthy as our first time.

The last 4 visits to this restaurant my husband was unable to order the featured protein because they were out of it. Nothing was even cooking on the grill to refill it. Several of the bins were empty, I got the very last of the Brown rice, there was a crust on the guac, the servers were lack luster and uninterested in addressing our issues and requests. We will never go back to chipotle and after seeing the reviews for every chipotle in CT I see I am not alone. No review higher than 3.2 with most in the 2’s. I also contacted the customer service website, all they said was, they would inform their customer service team. Very disappointed and as I said, we will never go back. Four visits in a row with no change.

I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla with sourcream and rice on the side— I got a bowl with barbacoa and an unsettling amount of sour cream. It was quite literally oozing out of the container. Actually looked vile.

If your location opens at 10:45am, have your business ready. Do not advertise being open, yet half of the food is not prepared and there are little options to choose from. Either change your hours or be fully open, stop compromising on standards.

The food at this location is not great. There is always bone or cartilage in the grilled chicken and they have a really hard time getting orders right. They use Door Dash to deliver and they have really dumb drivers. The recent driver refused to ring the doorbell and sat in the driveway for 10 min. I would avoid this store and their delivery. Update 8 months later. The grilled chicken in my burrito had bones in it and the chips in the bag were soggy for some ridiculous reason. The delivery driver didn’t speak English and refused to ring the doorbell. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!!!

Done with this chain. I weigh my protein 12 meals a week. I know what 4 oz of meat looks like. I'm lucky if I got 2 oz for $16. The company simply doesn't care. I've sent pics of half empty bowls, no meat ect. Also, the food was way saltier than usual. Almost inedible.

Who ever runs this store is the worst manager in history. The employees are so rude and the service is awful. I can’t tell you how many times i have waited in line for over twenty minutes to get food only to get to the front of the line to find out there is no food. They consistently run out of everything on the line. It is so frustrating, seriously you are a fast food chain. How do you run out of food constantly.

This is the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The two bowls I had were not delicious but the worst part was the cashier who didn’t seem to understand English and had a nasty attitude and gave me a hard time about the kids meal. It comes with a side (fruit or chips) and a drink (fountain, milk, or juice). I asked for fruit. She said cup? I said yes because every single chipotle I’ve ever been to puts three mandarin in a little cup. She put the fountain drink cup in the bag. I said no, fruit. The kids meal comes with either chips or fruit and I want the fruit. She took out the drink cup and put in chips. I said I don’t want chips I want fruit. She pointed to the cooler and said we have apple juice. I said I don’t want juice I want the side of fruit. Meanwhile she’s scowling at me the entire time. I said I don’t want juice I want the fountain cup and a fruit. She put chips in the bag. I was so annoyed I just took the chips and left. When I got to the car to ask what drink they wanted I saw the fountain cup was no longer in the bag and had to go back inside and ask for the cup and that set off another idiotic exchange where I once again had to explain that the kids meal comes with a side and a drink and she’s still giving me the stink face before finally giving me the cup. When we got home nobody even enjoyed the food because it was all bean juice. It was less than a 5 minute drive and when we got home the bowls were nearly soaked all the way through. Never coming back to this location.

So surprised to have walked into an absolutely disgusting filthy restaurant. If it weren’t for the short line, I would have walked out. Chipotle you need to do better. This place is filthy. Floors, counter, tables, seats, serving areas all gross. Shame on you!!!! Clean this place up🤮. Wish I would have read reviews first. Looks like this place has been disgusting for some time and nothing was done. Time to call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Tried to be pleasant with the person making the wraps/bowls and got absolutely no response back. Then I only received a half a scoop of chicken to try to get me to pay for extra meat. Nice try. I’d rather go anywhere else next time and now I have to get another dinner somewhere else to get enough protein.

Disgusting!!! I order form here all the time and they barely put any food in the bowls. Right now I asked my dasher to get two dressings for the salad and bowl I ordered and the women behind the counter said she can only give one!!! I spent 65 dollars on two bowls and they can't give dressing ???? That women takes her chipotle job wayyyyyy too serious It's salad dressing for the two bowls. Seriaouly!!?? Will never ever order from here again.

I've been coming to this Chipotle for years and let me tell u I just had the worst experience! And the saddest part about it I had it with the manager - Karla/Carla. First of off she lacks customer service skills and as a manager she should be ashamed of herself. I asked for specific things to be in the to go containers and not in my bowl incase I would like to microwave my food. She throw whatever she wanted on my bowl, didn't listen to me and kept rushing me and telling me that there are people on the line. I was not respected as a customer and she had the nerve to start saying call the cops because I told her that I am spending my money just as the other ppl on the line. This situation messed up my Sunday evening and i will definitely be calling Chipotle to file a complain. This manager needs training, she needs to learn how to diffuse situations when a customer is upset and learn soft skills as to how to deal with customers. I am putting this here because of my terrible experience and hope training is provided so other customers will not deal with similar situation.

I had a horrible experience- I had ordered off of Uber Eats from here and ended up getting the wrong order (my fault for not looking at the contents of the bag) but the print on the receipt had cut off the rest of the name and the other order just so happened to have the same first name so it was incorrectly delivered and I had to reorder. I got my usual burrito bowl and let me just say that it was absolutely unacceptable the way it arrived to me. I ordered a bowl with garlic steak, white rice, corn and cheese as well as chips. The chips were missing from my order so that was issue #1. Secondly, the employees threw on whatever garlic sauce they use for the steak and the sauce was in my bowl in CHUNKS, so I was basically eating huge pieces of over salted garlic. They also forgot the corn salsa and put tomato salsa instead. I hate raw tomatoes. The employees do not care and just threw together garbage. I had called multiple times to get my order straightened out and the “customer service” number was just an automated robot who was of no help whatsoever. Never coming back/ordering from here again.

Absolutely revolting on all fronts: restaurant dining room is filthy, rice on burrito is grossly undercooked, chicken was almost non-existent and cold. Corporate should take the place away the franchisee. Lady at register was nice, only reason for a rating better than the other two.

We had take out as a family yesterday and never again! The orders were incorrect- two kids quesadilla's came with just tortillas on the side- no cheese and not put together. The burrito was falling apart and the drink order was incorrect. The "fruit" that was supposed to come with one kid's meal was a fully rotten clementine. We spent over $50 and had to throw much of it away. What was worse was that there was no recourse. Phone calls lead to nowhere- there was no human person to talk to and filing a complaint about the order basically lead the the robot on the website to just say that it was sorry we had a bad experience and would send feedback to "management". Never again!

I went there pick up my food. I ordered through ubereat. Staffs wearing we are with trees shirts. Seem likes they are protesting. Great way to tank the company having stuff protest. Associates were telling me if I ordered at next door. She was making faces instead of offering to make another salad. Worst customer service ever.

I just went there and they are trying to give me half of scoop for the protein, I ask for more and they got upset and try to make me pay extra. That half of scoop wasn’t even 4 ounces of chicken. The lettuce was with moldy and the place dirty. It was 7 pm and they didn’t have any steak. Who is in charge of this place ? Disappointed and disgusted

The main problem with this establishment is that far too often you simply cannot get the protein you want (which has been mentioned by others here). I’ve been a customer of Chipotle for 10+ years, have over 100 completed orders, and am a part of their loyalty program. This is going to sound like an exaggeration, but I literally have never been able to have fresh steak from ANY chain of this restaurant... like EVER. I’ve either gotten the bottom of the barrel scraps 50% of the time, or was simply told they didn’t have it the other half. I’ve literally gotten scraps/told they don’t have more and then saw them unload a fresh batch as I am walking out. As a fast food chain, you cannot tell people you “ran out”. It’s not in-line with the corporate business model.

I placed an order at 5:06 with a scheduled pickup time of 5:20. It is now 5:45, and I am still waiting for my order. To add to the frustration, the employee asked me what sides I needed instead of locating the order I had already placed, and my tortilla on the side was completely missed. My bowl looks unpleasant. This was a very disappointing experience, and it defeats the purpose of ordering online if the process is going to be this disorganized.

Ordered a take out and food was delayed by 35-40 minutes. It was total chaos inside. It is super crowded most of the time, place is extremely unhygienic, food is scattered across the floor and no one ever cleans it. Workers do not care as they are busy satisfying the orders and do not get a break to clean the area. Place is poorly managed and manager does not care to listen to the customer. Anyone who is vegetarian by choice or due to religious reasons, please do not visit this store as meat pieces are lying all over the place near the veggies/beans and can get cross contaminated. Workers are less sensitive, poorly trained and corporate needs to work on it to make workers understand and respect customer preferences.

I have been going to this place for years now but the new cashier has an attitude. I requested hot sauce on the side instead of directly on my veggie bowl since my daughter does not like it but I do. Cashier told me that a 'new corporate policy' now requires customers to be charged for 'any' side. I re-confirmed with her since it does not make a difference - whether putting a serving of hot sauce on the bowl vs giving it separately. It's not like I was asking for a full side or Queso or Salsa for free, but she reiterated her imaginary corporate policy and removed it from my bag. I have no complaints about the location or cleanliness but upset with such treatment. I suppose, common courtesy goes out the window if the cashier isn't having a good day! 🤷‍♂️

I come to the chipotle in Fairfield every week and without fail they are always out of vinaigrette. I will never come to this location again they have lost an extremely loyal customer.

They have the worst service ever. There are two females there with clear glasses they always has an attitude if you don’t want to work stay home or find a new job kindness is literally free it’s not hard to greet costumers with a smile and to be well mannered. I wouldn’t recommend coming here!

This place is so dirty! I don’t know how people are still eating from here! I asked one of the employees why it’s so dirty he said “it’s not dirty there’s just food spillage” They leave it like that until the end of day I guess. This is an example of be careful where you order online because i won’t choose this location for any online orders. I walked right out!

Food blah. Service worse. Out of small cups and if you order a kids meal they insist you pay for the upgrade to a medium drink. All fountain soda out but still selling cups (???) to anyone who orders and failing to mention that little fact. Then get really annoyed when you ask for a refund. Chips were stale. Staff could not have been any less interested in helping. Definitely go elsewhere.

I have yet to have a positive experience at this location, however, this most recent visit has solidified that I will never be returning to this location. Time and time again I have attempted to give this location another chance and it has continued to disappoint. At my most recent visit, the worker handling the toppings began yelling, yes yelling in a raised voice, at me saying "HELLO???HELLOO??HELLO??" When I was picking out my toppings. I understand the high stress levels during dinner time rush, however this customer service is unprofessional and rude. The workers here act like serving you is an inconvenience to them personally (as if this is not their job they are being paid for) and seem like they are a moment away from spitting into your food. They literally roll their eyes when you ask for anything at all, that you are literally paying for. I was contemplating complaining to management in that moment however I just was absolutely done and fed up at this point. Furthermore, the trash can was overflowing which is disgusting but also a health risk. Shame on management of this location for allowing this behavior but also facilitating it. I have been to this location before and witnessed management yelling at the employees about putting out more chicken that was not even prepared yet. Again, I understand working with the public is hard and can be stressful but this behavior is deplorable and disgusting. This location consistently delivers a poor and unacceptable customer experience and it is clear that it needs a full operational reset and restructuring, with staff fully retrained (or new hires).

Tiny portions…… the boy started by stuffing his dirty disgusting gloved hand, which had been all over the facility, into my taco. That was how he wanted to put the rice in and I said you need to throw that away that’s disgusting. Don’t go here.

The place is always filthy. Will never come here again. Place was empty and the workers were just standing around doing nothing. All tables were dirty, counter was dirty check out counter was dirty, floor was dirty. Second review in three months and still filthy as our first time.

I have been going to this place for years now but the new cashier has an attitude. I requested hot sauce on the side instead of directly on my veggie bowl since my daughter does not like it but I do.
