The lattes is banging the churro latte wasn't all that I recommend the caramel craze better or even the mocha if you like chocolate

i was satisfied with the service, but the cinnamon rolls that i ordered were fresh but hard. when I've eaten cinnamon rolls in other dunkin donuts restaurants in the early morning, the rolls were soft and gooey.

Your experience depends on the staff- if its a newbie, just expect slow service the first time around. But never throw a fit or attitude to people handling your food, they recognize me now and are super nice to my kid. Just make sure to taste before you leave

The staff is friendly and strive to make your drinks to taste. Great customer service, especially with their regular customers. There has been a recent change in management which has helped immensely. They used to run out of basic items, like ice, but that seems to have improved. Baked goods are brought in and that has also improved, both in quality and quantity. This is my go to spot.

It a nice place to get some coffee or iceceam if you are by the beach. It is a clean place to food too. They have seat inside and outside, you have a choice to sit down. The staff is ok.

Standard Dunkin'.. Above standard service. Seating area has few seats - seating and tables clean but POOR shape - not tuned static radio playing 24/7. Take it to go if you can.

Very nice customer service. They always seem patient when taking orders. Although, the food COULD be a little better, such as not dousing the croissants in so much butter.

It’s not the worst and it’s not the best it all depends on the time of day you go and who is working the older people always prepared my food the best when i went haven’t been there in sometime now.

I'm very thankful that the Dunkin Donuts is still there. we lost one on Mott Avenue praying that it comes back. The only thing that I have to say is that I need to have more fresher donuts. More Donuts by certain time 4:00pm they are all gone.

A few years ago, I didn't like thisdunking. I think it's because they had people hanging around inside all day. I recently started getting deliveries and the food taste good and is always warm. The packaging the food comes in is 100 percent secure, very fantastic. I just went inside to order food and the wait was about 10-15 mins in the morning but was worth it because the food was good.

Not bad. I come here for my T-Mobile Tuesday coffee. They are very accommodating, as long as it doesn't get too crowded or demanding. Good customer service at this location, as long as you don't have an attitude. Show respect, you will receive respect.

The first thing you notice is how hard the door is to open. Then I've had a few rude servers, although most have been very helpful. It's the few that stick out in my mind.

Wrong order, skipping multiple people, no supervision or plan... Might just have been a BAD day. Store clean enough, staff friendly.

I rate it 3* only because it shares the same issue as all the shops in the Wavecrest shopping center, which is people coming right up to you asking for money outside non-stop. It makes visiting here very uncomfortable.

I've gotten $3 medium ice coffees ☕ from here before.. That's about it. Ok service. Make sure you aren't being overcharged and if you have a coupon and a cashier says "it doesn't work" ask to get a manager.

I think the manager needs to pay attention to the appearance on where you sit to eat. You your food.The floor was dirty, three tables were dirty. The food came out pretty quickly, and it had a great taste. They were fully stocked on whatever you needed. The cashier was a very sweet person with no attitude.

My mother taught me that if I don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. It was a beautiful day out on that day. We were their paying customers. One was a senior, and the other was a senior senior. We went in, smiling and pleasant. They were not. Plus, the tables were dirty and we had to clean it. They made a very good cup of regular coffee. It’s ok at best. The staff have selective hearing and do what they want. The details of your order doesn’t matter because…they’ll do what they want. They have selective hearing and will tell you what you said instead of admitting to making a mistake. First time I went, I ordered a plain ice coffee with whipped cream. Stocky/tall young guy gave it to me with caramel all over it. I don’t like the taste of caramel at all so I asked him to take it back as I didn’t order that. He shoves it back at me and says “so you really don’t want it? Caramel goes with ice coffee. Everyone likes caramel….” Didn’t seem pleased that he had to make another one. Second time I went, same guy took my order and I asked for a breakfast sandwich with the exact same ice coffee with whipped cream. They gave it to me with no whipped cream so I asked if he could add the whipped cream that I asked for. He says “you didn’t ask for that. You said cream.” They hear what they want instead of politely confirming the order before you pay. Oh yea and they left the papers from the egg and sausage on my sandwich. Nice addition to the sandwich. 👌🏽 *I am glad my review gave them a good little chuckle. At least they get it right now.😉*

This Dunkin is understaffed and they take forever to take your order or make your food. I don't know if she is still working there, but there was this lady who constantly gave me attitude. But, her co-workers was always kind to me and never gave me issues. I'm guessing she had some issues at home.

June 7, 2019 (8:00PM) First, the music was too high, so ones of the ladies said that she can't understand me. However, I have ordered exactly the same thing, many, many times. !? Then, the another lady didn't like when I asked her for some sugar, I could see it on her face expression. I like DD, I work in the area, there isn't another DD around here; so I have to keep going there; and I hope these persons can learn to love their job.

The service at the Wavecrest location is below average. The employees are not really friendly and it's very apparent that the staff doesn't care to be there. The store is moderately clean, but can look a lot better. The food is sometimes stale and have seen flies sitting on the donuts. Also, it's sometimes uncomfortable walking into the store because of the homeless people and drug attics that loiter out front. You guys need to do better! Hire better staff and create a better atmosphere!

Could be much better! Way back when going to DDs was a every now and then thing and it wasn't like giving up a kidney for a couple of Donuts and a coffee! Well, for 1, they didn't even have a decent selection of anything! They had 4 maybe 5 different flavors of Donuts! And 2 different flavors of Munchkins! Do you all Remember the slogan "Time to make the Donuts!"? Well, I guess they gave up making them? WOW!! Now, I know why they gave up the Donuts in the name! Because, you would be lucky to get any!

I got in line at 3pm this afternoon. I got to the cashier at 3.37pm. There were 2 people ahead of me. This poor guy had to do everything. He was so confused that I ordered a large vanilla chai but i got 1/4 cup instead. Why doesn't the manager increase cashiers as crowd increase. Or hire extras.

Slow service due to lack of customer focus. Four visible individuals but no sense of urgency. Waited approximately 10-15 minutes for a SMALL Iced coffee. Customer in front of me was on a lunch break and waited the same amount of time, except she ordered first, but did not receive her small drink until after me, because the person who started it engaged in conversation dealing with tips from day before. Cashier then had to make the customers' drink. Bad, Bad, Bad.

Ordered an everything donut, toasted with butter and a medium latte. They gave me microwaved donuts as if no one understands the different between toasted and microwave. Not or little butter. The latte was not a latter but a coffee with a lot of hot milk and some flavor, not sure what kind. I don't ask for any flavor. Really ruined my day.

Lots of time they're understaffed, have to wait way too long for a simple online order. Way too many times I've gotten iced coffee instead of a latte/macchiato that I had paid for and don't have the energy to put up explaining how they got it wrong and how to fix it when they could of simply read the ticket properly from the beginning

While there a customer was upset that she was being charged for sugar and honey. The associate did not make the situation better. Which caused the line of customers to wait. The person who came over from the ice cream side was pleasant and got ghe line moving again. I understand why the woman was upset. This new thing of charging for sugar and honey and other additions to your coffee and tea orders is not visible by the naked eye.

Always slow service, they always run out of the drinks I want and when I order there is always something wrong with the drink and it is never made properly. Every other location I go to makes the drinks with how it is supposed to taste, except this one.

Every time i place an order theres is something always missing and it’s disappointing. I enjoy eating from dunkin but recently the quality of this establishment has been depressing. I ordered munchkins and the texture of the munchkins were bland and undesirable. This is a sad site to behold and if i had the option to give this review 0 stars I would.

This has got to be the worse Dunkin Donuts ever created. I ordered a simple large vanilla chai tea no sugar. They made a vanilla spice tea, I told them it was wrong and the server tells me I ordered wrong. I asked for someone else to make my order and the young lady makes a chai tea(no vanilla.) Again wrong, I asked the manager to make my order. The manager makes me the same chai tea the young lady made. When I informed him it was wrong, he got defensive and said I did not ask for vanilla flavoring. This is not the first, second or third visit that i have made to this place and they messed up my order. I said 3 times as I was ordering, Vanilla Chai tea no sugar and the manager who took my order repeated it back to me. I will not be visiting this place anymore, I will also tell my friends, family and coworkers to no longer bring them business. I would rate this place less than 1 star for there lack of professionalism and poor customer service but apparently you have to put at least 1 star to make a review

I walked into the the store 7 minutes before closing and the workers were just standing around saying that there were closed . The store hours stated they were closing at 10pm. This is not how you do property handle customers. As well the qorkers were were wearing mask. I had worked in Renault for many years and we don't turn away customerd even if we are closing unless the register closed. I am very disappointed and I dont thinkbi will be coming back and invest my money in such location.

Horrible food, Don't Bother,, I ordered a croissant with the black pepper bacon and egg sandwich, the whole thing was burnt. No soft bread & flaky, BURNT and the burnt the bacon it was so hard I couldn't bite it egg dry,,,then to the donuts dry the ones they have never have any good selections there and the jelly donuts had no jelly no filling several bites in and just a stain of jelly.. any time I ask for the flavored drink specials they supposed to have going on "we don't have it now" no matter what time of day, and the drinks are just Sugar water. Update my Dog wouldn't even eat it!

I visited your Wavecrest location Dunkin Donuts in Far Rockaway today around 6:30 and around 7:15pm one of the clerks came from behind the counter and said they were closing up at 8:00pm. This location is suppose to be open until 10pm. The reason they closed early was because they said that the air conditioner was broken and it was too hot to work. The air conditioner has been broken the whole month of July and other workers have stayed and worked until closing. This location is eventually going to start losing business because they dont stay open to the time that they are suppose to. Fridays and Saturdays they are suppose to stay open until 11pm they close at 930. What is the sense of having a closing time when they close when they want to. Which means loss of business for your company.

The ice cream was freezer burnt. The guy that scooped the hand pack was cool but he didn't pack it properly. When I packed at home a little more than a quarter could've been packed which is approximately 2 large scoops, so I got robbed 😆 .Oh well. If it wasn't freezer burnt I would've let the review. Tried them again and this time, it was worse. I reported it and Dunkin did nothin. They need to teach them cream, keep the stock properly full, and protected and to be careful serving freezer burnt ice cream. I threw it out and simply took the loss. There was a dude begging and holding the door open. They need to police that area more often. Update. The there's a very prejudice man that works beings the counter. I complained and I stead of fixing the problem he blew me off and gave me back my money., and didn't even quote me the proper price when I bought it. I complained, Dunkin headquarters ignored me. When it gets hot I'll be protesting that store in public.

Worst experience at Dunkin’ ever. I’m convinced they just feel as if you have no choice but to spend your money with them cause their service sucks. I’ve been waiting on an online order for 14min after arriving. I also feel as if my server was Alittle prejudice being that I watched a man of different ethnic come in mins after me but kept shoving his phone in the workers face to show that he’s waiting on a order and next thing you know he just begins preparing his order. That man left 6min before me and his order hadn't even been started before he walked in. Mines was out on hold while they began and finished his order. I even snapped a photo of the guy as he began working in his order instead of completing mine.

This DD location has very poor experience. I got huge piece of plastic on bottom of my ice coffee. Unbelievable that they didn’t see that plastic. When you go to this location be aware of homeless people around. Some of them sneak to you with some purpose.
