Giving them 5 stars since they just opened and still working out the kinks. Tacos were fresh and delicious just like Taco Bell always delivers. However, my taco wasn’t wrapped correctly, and it was upside down in my bag and everything fell out of it when I pulled it out. I’m sure they will figure this out soon though! Excited to have one in the area!

Maddie in the drive-thru is an absolute gem—such an adorable personality! She’s always patient, soft-spoken, and makes the whole experience pleasant. Honestly, customer service like hers stands out. I can’t speak for everyone else, but since living in the Fate area, she’s been one of the highlights whenever I swing by. And while I’m at it, shoutout to the Taco Bell here too—it’s been consistently solid. Orders come out right, food’s fresh, and the staff actually seem like they care. It’s rare to find fast food spots where you leave with your food and a smile, but Taco Bell manages to pull it off. Though... ya'll need to bring the chicken tenders and fries back!!! Big thanks to Maddie and the team for making late-night cravings worth the drive!

Great service. Fast. Friendly, They clean with a rag and a bucket! And the lady who was cleaning made sure it was OK that she wiped down the tables around us! It sounds silly, but I am very sensitive to cleaners. Most places just use a spray. It gets in my food and makes everything taste bad. Bathrooms were also spotless.

The only reason to review this place is the workers. Not a knock, fast food Mexican is what it is, but every time I go Through the drive thru, the workers are exceptionally nice….so much so I always thank them for being that way. It is definitely appreciated.

Orders come out accurate most of the time. The food tastes fresh enough for a late-night or after-work stop. The dining area stays reasonably clean. Sauce packets and napkins stay stocked. It feels well run. One thing to note. Some items run light on filling depending on who is working. You get better results when you ask for them to make it heavier. It helps to check your order before you drive off.

Yooo how are we missing half of our DoorDash order 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ we got 0 out of 4 of our drinks. We’re literally missing 3 burritos!! No nachos, either. But at least we got our sauces… yall need to do better and take your jobs more serious. I’ll give em back some stars for fixing our order.

Update: I’m back to update my review and remove stars because y’all have been open for 6 months and still make the sloppiest tacos I’ve ever seen. One end of my taco is always outside the wrapper. I truly don’t understand how my husband only had taco meat in the corner of his taco. Y’all also don’t consider how much hot sauce to give when several taco items are ordered. Y’all are fast, but too fast where quality is lacking. This place is SLOOOWWWW. I’ll give them some time to get used to the rush. Food was great so just be patient in line and you’re good to go.

Food was good only thing. Is the inside for dine in filthy. Also my chicken Chula was warm in parts and ice cold in the middle. I'd say just go for drive thur for future reference. Bathrooms are also Disgusting. There was poop stains on the mens toilet seat.

My family ordered some nachos bell grande and expected the nacho cheese to reach the bottom chips. Not a big deal but her request was ignored. There was an Oriental/Philippines? looking gal, that I knew from another TB. Always has a cold unwelcoming nature there. She looked at us the whole time we were there and whispered to her coworkers. The chalupa supremes had a cold shell(they are warm at other Taco Bell’s). The chalupa supremes had very little meat and very little sour cream like they do at other Taco Bell’s.

I know y'all wanna keep your window times down to a minimum, but if you're dangling my bag out the window already as I drive up and practically shutting the window in my face as I grab the food from your hand, you might wanna make sure everything I ordered was actually in the bag. Tired of being rushed out of the line to find that I'm missing items and/or sauces

Thankfully it was but if that's the way uber drivers are going to be treated when verifying / picking up food then just leave it on the counter under a mobile pick up spot anyway. Earlier today I went for lunch and when I pulled up to the first window I was getting my money ready since there wasn't anyone in line in front or behind of me and the drive through employee said "Oh my god" and then closed the window. I'm fine if they just close the window and say it behind my back but to say it while I'm there, trying to get the money to pay for their services and for their paycheck basically, keep it to yourself. In all service is normally terrible, food is decent, and the employees could do with some leadership and some attitude adjustments. Most of them really don't want to do the bare minimum or were even taught basic manners. But they can pack a taco. So I guess they got that going for them.

Always gets the order wrong. The employees know us now because every time we come it’s wrong. “We always get their order wrong” has been said to us multiple times. All we ever ask for is no lettuce on our tacos. That’s it. They put lettuce every single time. Once they didn’t put any meat on the cantina taco and literally gave us a cold tortilla with cheese. I don’t know how much more simple it can get. I just don’t know. I understand they’re high school kids but if you cannot get basic instructions right, why are you working?

There is never anyone at the counter to take ur order

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We mobile ordered for lunch and once we got to the restaurant they told us they were out of Nacho fries (we ordered 2). We asked for a substitution, they said no and to ask for a refund on the mobile app. We got to the window and they said absolutely nothing to us, tossed the food out the window and closed the door. When we got home, our chalupa was missing. We called the store back and asked for the manager and she said they were out of chalupas too. They never mentioned that. That makes more than half of our order missing. She said we could drive back up there and she could substitute something. I let her know we asked while we were there and they said no. She said sorry and they took my husbands name down for the next time we’re in there “maybe we can get you something to substitute”. Don’t waste your time with this Taco Bell, drive up to the next exit and get it in Royse City.

The food and atmosphere are what you expect for Taco Bell, but they defy what it means to be a fast food joint. There are five workers I can see in the back, and yet I’ve been waiting for my to go order for 25 minutes. It’s a clear sign of poor management

Waited for 20 min for my order to be ready and never gave me a refund. My food was made but it is not what I asked for in return,they just brushed it under the table to make it seem my problem will go away. My time was wasted because I was on my lunch break and could not really enjoy my food because of the wait. No one had the sense of urgency in this fast food establishment everyone was really just standing around.

Food is always messy and just "thrown together." I NEVER receive napkins or the sauce I ask for. It's also very rare that the employees have any type of customer service. There is no hi how are you.....or thank you have a great day!!

My experience here was absolutely terrible. I came here with my spouse and he ordered a #4, crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes and a soft taco meal. Simple enough. We come to the window, pay, and they hand me a completely wrong order, they handed me 4 beef taco supremes. So we tell the guy at the window, its the wrong order and I got a crunch wrap supreme. Immediately he tells us that, that's not what the woman heard who rung up our food. I said okay.. but I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and he is just looking at us like he wont do anything about it and he kept handing us back the bag of food that I did not order. My husband kept repeating "i'm not trying to be an asshole, if the crunch wrap is more expensive, i'll pay the difference" and the employee proceeds to hand us back the original bag of food and a free taco coupon. I said to him that's not what I want, at this point, can I give you guys back this food, and get a refund? Now he tells us he cannot give back refunds. It was the most odd experience, because they were the ones who made the mistake but refused to give me the order I originally wanted and I was more than willing to give all this food back just to get what I wanted. So my husband asked for the manager because what is going on now? Then he opens the window and hands us a crunch wrap supreme, and tells us to have a magical day and closed the window. Strange experience, HORRIBLE customer service. I'm not sure what they thought this was, if they thought we wanted free food or something but we handed them back the food multiple times, and he wouldnt take it? Never going here again

It has been a long time since I have experienced a fast food place this bad. The chicken was hard. As in could not be eaten. They couldnt bother to cut my quesadilla- which had only one bite of said chicken per slice and was mostly sauce and basically empty. They gave me 3 sauces even though I made several orders. And how does one not know how to fold a burrito? They are all in there cute and flirty with eachother and delivering the worst quesadilla I have ever had .

Love taco bell’s menu options. So many to choose from and all so good. I recommend the veggie power bowl or spicy soft taco for any fellow vegetarians. Literally one of the only fast food places that really know how to accommodate dietary restrictions. Its my go to. Was a little disappointed when I explained a problem with ordering and the employee with a bunch of enamel pins on his hat walked away in the middle of my sentence

3 times we went thru drive thru and asked for no sauce on chicken quesadillas! 3 times I had to go back and get one without sauce. The kids working 9 Oct around 730pm were slow a talking to their friends in the store. I got another chicken quesadilla with no sauce, was very little in it and they didn’t even cut it. After waiting a half hour for a soft taco, I decided to just cut my losses, get a refund, and leave. They refused to give a refund. They also refused to give me any food. The business model of this location is simply to take your money and to give you nothing in return. It’s the Bernie Madoff of Taco Bells.

Well i had a very pleasant experience and then it changed quickly. Recently i had ordered from a very nice black female who made the experience wonderful. I placed my order and drove home only to find the line employees failed to make my order correctly. I then called and spoke to the manager on duty and was assured my order would be replaced and made correctly. I returned to the location on the way home today to get it replaced, only to be told they didn't have my name, then they did and were being very rude and short with me. My order was made wrong again and when i expressed my discontent i was told i didn't need to have an attitude, i then asked to speak to the manager on duty and was questioned why i needed to talk to her by yet another employee trying to antagonize me by being sarcastic. Both employees are lucky It's a hot day! I plan on speaking to the area or district manager to prevent anyone else from dealing with this type of behavior!

No joke that last 4x's that we ordered from this taco bell the food is awful l love Mexican pizza's well my Mexican pizza tasted like paint, I guess there grease was old I took one bite and spit it out now this has happened 4 different times and has always been around 7 =8 at nite. My experience was terrible! The drive-through Was a 45 minute wait. After being told, I couldn’t use my Taco Bell rewards inside because they couldn’t figure out how to check me in from that end. Extremely unorganized I asked for extra fire sauce, three times. And when I get my order, there’s no sauce’ . Definitely needs new management. And a course on customer service! Absolutely deplorable
