Great coffee and tea. Guy at the bar let me hang out and use the Wi-Fi while I waited for my grandmother to get home. The place is decorated kind of gaudy but it fits. Lots of velvet and leopard print. My kind of place.

*Ambiente bueno. *Decoración original. *Dos tipos de ambientación, uno en sala interior y otro en terraza cubierta. *Personal depende de quien te atienda. Poner pegas por pedir cubiertos, no me parece muy apropiado, cada uno se come las cosas como le viene bien y le gusta. *Buena localización, difícil aparcamiento, es suerte el encontrarlo.

The first time we visited the place we really liked the presentation and the flavor we decided to come back and 1 they gave us a very dirty spoon with chocolate literally stuck to it and the cheese on my dessert was damaged I made the claim and the young man answered me that it was like that... In a glass of almost 10 euros Total damage my experience looked good but the glass was totally damaged

Simply disgusting, I wouldn't feed it to pigs. I ordered some chocolate pancakes through Uber Eats, and they were hard, dry, and way too much chocolate for such a small amount. The caramel coffee is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. It has no flavor, is the color of tar, and smells burnt. I had been there a year ago in the cafeteria and thought it was a good place. But now it's not worth it. If I were there, I would ask them to remake it. If you want to spend the afternoon in the emergency room, there's no better place.

We ordered through Just Eat, it took an hour to arrive, we called and got an automated message. The delivery driver called us, went to the wrong address because she hadn't checked the order notes, and to top it all off, she was rude and curt. Terrible service, very expensive for the experience they offer.

Lots of decor for TERRIBLE service. The waiters are always fed up, have bad expressions, never look at who they're talking to, and their cell phone service system is terrible because the waiters take advantage of not looking at you while taking your order. They take a long time to serve you, and the drink arrives after the food is ready—it's awful. I got a HAIR in my ice cream, and they get mad, haha. Everything's bad, and I've tried it several times because the atmosphere is promising, but it's always a disappointment.

Second and last visit. The service is HORRID!! Waiters are always snarky, and you order two waters and they take 20 minutes to get to your table, even though it's not even very busy. Never again.

Terrible experience during our trip to Florence. You order two cappuccinos and they rip you off, charging you €7, which is literally water and coffee. Then you order a croissant, which they list as €1.50, and they charge you €2.50 for no apparent reason. I complained about the scam to a tall, VERY RUDE man with glasses who started yelling at me and making me feel humiliated and belittled in the middle of the square. I don't know how this man can handle people the way he treats them. He chews gum while talking. Politeness isn't his thing. Meanwhile, my colleagues are making obscene gestures to each other. Don't come here. SCAM!!!!!

Terrible service. The waiter dropped part of the ice cream sundae I ordered (a Ferrero sundae) and all he could think of to say was "Oops." Furthermore, the Ferrero chocolates weren't original, they were supermarket imitations... And the waffle he made for my son was also very poor. Expensive place, poor quality. The service shows no affection or care.

Honestly, it used to be a pretty nice place, but I don't know exactly what happened, but the service became incredibly slow. Even getting us a beer took longer than the rest of our orders. On a hot day, I ordered a cold drink and it was brought to me almost warm. When I complained to the waiter, his service was so rude and unconcerned, saying there was nothing he could do, not even trying to find a solution. I had to ask him for a glass of ice myself. I wasn't going to drink it like that when it was FUCKING HOT. I could go on about other bad experiences, but to keep it short, I don't recommend it at all.

Slow service; we waited 20 minutes to be served. And to top it all off, once we were served, they brought us the wrong thing. Tables and chairs on the covered terrace were covered in pigeon droppings. The place is very neglected.
