I asked the female staff member Alex at the pickup window if I could purchase extra ranch sauce. She did not respond, acknowledge my request or take payment for the sauce. Instead she made an annoyed face, then without responding turned and walked away towards a male staff member named Hyvan. She signal something quietly because he began laughing out loud. The female Alex never got me the ranch, in fact she never returned to finish helping me at all. Instead Hyvan the male staff members came to the window and gave me my order, without a receipt. He asked if I wanted any sauce, which I then informed him that I had asked the female standing behind him for already. I then asked for the manager, which he said he was. I explained the situation. He was no help, instead defending their behavior. I have never been so disrespected by restaurant staff in my life. To be ignored, scoffed at, laughed at by management, walked away from in the middle of an order. I was so disturbed by this behavior, I was unable to eat the food out of fear it had been tampered with.

The food is fine, but the workers often seem frustrated and overwhelmed, which makes the experience less enjoyable. This isn’t the best spot if you’re in a hurry, since the wait times here are usually longer than at other places in Delano. The parking lot design adds to the frustration — the slow-moving drive-thru wraps around the entire lot, so if you park, you can easily get stuck trying to leave.

Whenever I get the salad I always get balsamic vinegar as my dressing and only one time did they actually give that to me. All the other times they make the decision for you and give you whatever dressing they want. And their coffee is never the same thing twice I get an iced mocha and they can never make it right two days in a row. I tried their new promo coffee yesterday it was amazing and I get it today looks completely different and doesn’t even taste the same.

Ever since you guys do not let people have their own sauce and you try to charge them extra money for sauce I will never ever visit anyone of your restaurants that ever do that You take advantage of people by trying to charge them $.50 for a dollop of sauce I can get diarrhea somewhere else thank you very much . I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger and got charged for a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Didn't even give me the sandwich. Didn't realize it until I got home. Called them they gave me a refund over the phone but can't trust them with my order, I can't trust they actually gave me a refund with no proof. Had to inconvenience my self and drive back. I stopped buying from here because they could never get an order correct, thought I could give it a try again. The food is good but Im literally not getting what I payed for.

Staying in the hotel Best Western. Me and my partner were excited to see there was a Jack in the box but very disappointed when he got back and both of our meals were missing bacon. Not even a heads up before hand. I got the bacon & Swiss and he order “jacks favs bacon double smashed Jack” and they seems like a regular burger. So disappointed

So at around 7:00 p.m. I ordered a Sourdough Meal with curly fries and a Large drink and let me tell you I am disgusted, appalled and disappointed that this store gave me. Look I understand that it’s a fast food restaurant and it was a busy day but come on this is ridiculous! I didn’t even eat it because it looked disgusting and also the ice machine needs to be cleaned because I had to go to the bathroom even tho I didn’t eat anything. Never coming to this location ever again.

I've gone three times in the last two weeks and each time they've told me that they don't have milkshakes because their machine is broken. An ex employee told me that they just say that because they don’t want to clean that machine. Like dang how lazy is that. Then I order a chicken sandwich and the is the bull they give me. They better thank God I can’t give zero stars.

Spent $30 of my hard earned money, young lady taking drive through orders was great! The lady at the drive-thru window, and the lady I'm assuming was the manager standing behind her looked angry and were rude. My bread wasn't even toasted on my sandwiches. Fries were unsalted and cold. I understand you're about to close, but I just spent $30 of my hard earned money on trash because this looks and I'm sure tastes terrible. Unacceptable. Do better. I'll think twice before spending my hard earned money here again.
