El lugar es increíble, el servicio es excelente, y el menú es delicioso. Sí me sacó de onda no encontrar en el menú platos clásicos como sopa de fiesta, pero la botana está perfecta. Recomiendo al cien por ciento el quesillo en salsa verde, las quesadillas de cochito, las costillitas, y de postre el brownie. El pozol está tan bueno que un invitado tabasqueño quedó fascinado.

Three of us went to eat and found excellent service and exquisite food: we ate pork in empanadas and in a special stew, as well as a flavorful Chiapas mole. I would gladly return to this place, which also offers hotel service.

A very good place for traditional food. They have incredible Chiapas food options. They also have delicious regional drinks. The price is good, although not cheap.

A very good restaurant in a lovely setting, located in a hotel right next to the main square. I tried a Cochito, a typical local dish, and I loved it! The tortillas weren't the best, but that didn't spoil it at all :))

We had a very good dinner at this place and the service was nice and very friendly. We felt very welcome. The ambience is great and very modern. We would definitly recommend this restaurant. The zucchini salad was very fresh, but could have been more seasoned. Still, in total, we really liked the food. Please note that it is located within the Hotel Mansion Chiapa, which brings you to the correct address in google maps.

A great place to enjoy Chiapas snacks. I recommend the aguachile with Oaxaca cheese, the chilaquiles in Zoque mole sauce, and the fried quesadillas from Cochito. The pineapple and basil ice cream is delicious and refreshing!

A very pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. My recommendation: the pork belly chicharrón with guacamole and the pork ribs. All accompanied by a beer. Definitely a must-see if you visit Chiapa de Corzo ☺️

The place is very nice, and the service is excellent. It wasn't crowded; all the other places around here open very late. I ordered chilaquiles with mole sauce, and they weren't spicy, but they were quite filling. They tasted good. The green juice was a little bitter, like it had too much celery. The coffee was very good; they leave the pot for you, and you have to be careful because they use a strainer.

La descripción de la comida en el menú es exagerada, rebuscada. La comida en realidad son platillos muy simples que no valen la pena. No es el sabor chiapaneco, ni siquiera en los frijoles. Los platillos los pasaron frios. La atención es esmerada y el lugar está bonito.

Poor service from the waitresses, slow and inefficient service, the food arrives cold or doesn't arrive at all, and they still charge for it. Overall a bad experience, which is a shame because the place is very nice.

The food was cold, and I even noticed they were reheating it in the microwave. It wasn't freshly made. The food tasted like Doña María's mole—nothing special.

We chose this place because it seemed quick, but it was slow because the waiters were inattentive and everything was incredibly sluggish. We ordered a tamale that arrived even after we asked for the bill, when we were already about to leave. They still refused to cancel it. Overall, the food was pretty average, but the service left a bad taste in our mouths.
