The king double 🧀 🍔 with bacon was awesome ! I was most impressed by the generous amount of bacon. It was more than worth the 💰. I will defiantly be coming back.....

Really fast. When I pulled in the line was by the road, ordered and had my food within 10 minutes. Food was fresh, surprisingly for them being so busy. Still good customer service even though they were swamped.

I decided to stop at Burger King on my way home because me and my kids were hangry. Also I was really excited to see the Kings Sheild and it's as seen on TV. The service was great, they had all social distance protocols in place and it didn't feel as weird as I thought it would being empty and not being able to eat in. The food was good we got it fast then decided to sit on the curb to eat. Great family time. If your hungry and want to feel safe I recommend to stop in and grab a bite. Oh yeah the dining area is pretty cool a 50s, 60s theme with tables shaped as old T- birds good job guys.

The place looks cleans and the employees are friendly. The food is great and all. But there's 1 thing that sticks in my mind. Is that the food was good after working out or driving back home from a long day of work.

The Whopper has the Texas, grilled taste. TX was the first state that introduced me to the Whopper. The Jr Whopper is a great meal if you are watching your calories. They have sweet and unsweetened tea.

I placed a Burger King delivery order last night with a third party service and the delivery person delivered the wrong order. So I spoke to the night BK manager, who confirmed the wrong order was delivered and was very apologetic. She was very understanding, friendly, and cordial handling the situation, although the delivery was no fault whatsoever of Burger King itself, but rather the delivery service. She is to be commended for her refreshing and professional attitude and thank you.

You can get some real bargains if you work the system. Buy 2 for 4 dollar breakfast sandwiches then do the survey from the receipt. This will give you a free coupon for a whopper if you buy the soda and fries. Both meals for under 10 bucks.

The food is almost always hot and fresh. I'm there half the week since I work nearby. The BK app deals are terrific and keep me coming back regularly. Standout staff include Mohammed whose level of customer service is beyond top-notch. Balwinder also treats me and my family well. Both have been assets to the Fishkill, NY location for years now. I hope the owners recognize their hard work and reward them for it. I will remain a loyal customer so long as the quality of food and service remain high. The restaurant is in dire need of a total remodel to bring it in line with modern BKs. The 50's/60's motif is beyond tacky. I would also like to see the business open until at least 11pm or midnight daily as all of your local competitors do.

It’s Burger King. It is what it is. Just what you would expect. The difference here is the service. They are very friendly, super helpful and the place is kept very clean. The drive thru moves very fast and even complicated orders seems to come out accurately.

Good fast food place. They mail you these coupons which are very affordable. They also have a few cars seats in the restaurants which are nice. Just wish it can be cleaner.

This new building is a refreshing change from the older one previously at this location..The only issue I have is I believe it was stated that when the new construction was announced,that it was supposed to be accessible in either direction from the Shop Rite parking lot;this is not what occured,as it is still not an access point. The location itself is a traffic nightmare,and if you're not careful turning in,you can be easily rear ended by the speeding traffic consistently occuring in Route 9. The service seems much more efficient since the grand re-opening,and the burgers are just what you would expect from a quality Burger King.

I was there at about 5:30 on a Friday evening and they were not busy. The food was really good and they got my order right. The service was ok but they seemed a bit disorganized. Just about all the tables needed to be cleaned. A typical experience for a fast food place.

This place usually has pretty good food and the service is always good as the staff is super friendly. If you have an issue with your order, they will gladly correct it. Personally I love the breakfast sandwiches.

Edit: This was the Burger King on Rte9 in Wappinger Falls. I don't know why its posted under Fishkill. I went through the drive up about 9 p.m. or so in the evening. All I got was a 10-piece nuggets. For some reason they said I had to pull up and wait so they can make my order. I waited between 5 and 7 minutes and see people's orders go out through the window with bags of food and drink and all I ordered was a 10-piece nugget. I don't know what the holdup was. They never explained anything. They just walked out to the car handed me my bag and I said Thank you and I barely got a response. People are getting lots of food so I don't know what was holding up the nuggets. I've been through here before and mostly just get slushies. It's difficult to get into because it's on a really busy busy intersection. Either the best way of going in is right off of Vassar Road itself if you're coming from the East. Or if you're on 9 pulling in off of Route 9. Getting out it's easier to pull out onto Route 9 go up to the next traffic light and make a U-turn and come back if you have to go south. Or you just pull out onto 9 and go north. Or if you're heading into the village of Wappingers just pulled back out onto Vassar Road and goes through the intersection straight. But it is an extremely busy intersection with six Lanes going north and south and four lanes going east and west.

Went to try the impossible whopper. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were. The environment was clean. Far better than the arches down the road. Would recomend if fast food is your thing!

Guess I'll get to the point - wasn't fast food (took like 10-15mins) - a tad expensive - didn't have food which was advertised on menu. - Customer soft drink machine broken. - chicken fires are delicious - atmosphere and music is cool.

The burgers taste like it was put there for a long time. Although there service is fast, there fries taste a little cold, and the burgers taste very dry. I got the strawberry shake and in my opinion, the strawberry shake is very thick, if I take one sip, then it’s very hard to sip because of the thickness.

Drive through was packed. We opted to go inside anyhow. Tables were covered with signs that no one was to sit. The line moved extremely slow because they appeared to be sorry staffed but the foo sure tasted good. Reasonably priced too. We had to bring it out to the car to eat which is understandable I suppose. I rarely eat fast food (not so fast) so I wasn't aware that you could not dine in. Of you download the app and order from that you can get some fantastic deals.

I also had a terrible experience with the same lady at the drive through. She's supposedly the general manager for the morning shift.She had an attitude in her response to me with regards to my orders.While giving my order, she abruptly interrupts saying" I said, I'll be-right-with-you breaking each word with an attitude. I walked into the building and requested to speak with the supervisor and her response was an "I'm the supervisor, "I told you 4 times that I was in the bathroom " again raising her voice.I told her I did not appreciate her tone and I will be making a formal complaint. By the way, this is not the first time I noticed it. But I overlooked it.

I went here this morning to grab breakfast with my daughter while on the move. I got her French toast sticks and hash browns and myself a breakfast burrito meal. Our wait was on the long side despite being the only customers on lineand it being fast food, but whatever the food was going to be "fresh". So we get the food and I hit road. We eat the hash browns first and some French toast sticks both good and normal. Then I started to eat the burrito which was good. Then two thirds into it I noticed there's a spot of mold on the wrap. At this point I was to far away to go back. So I looked up their phone number to let them know and check the rest of the wraps. Well their phone number is wrong which caused me to have to let them know via my first complaint via review. I'll never be back to this location.

They are very nasty there was flies in the cookie box and when I told the cashier about it, he said that's okay and brushed me off. Then he hit the door of the cookie box and the flies started flying around, he didn t bother to take the cookies out and throw them away he kept them in there, knowing him he probably sold them to a customer. But they lost my service. I will be going to the one in wappingers for now on. I ordered food from there today to give them another chance and when I got my food the Tate totes was cold and hard I found hair in my French toast and in my breakfast sandwich, now I'm really done with the burger king in Fishkill. They are nasty.

It appears that the this Burger King don’t care about their customers. I guess employers get paid even when they do a horrible job. It’s sad cause the franchise is hurting in our New York area because the standard of service is very low. Please owners and managers really importance of how you serve your product. It’s been consistently poor no matter what Burger King I have tried in the Hudson Area. Let’s stop serving customers sloppy product. Period!

They renovated it,so it looks good BUT the service is iffy. And what is the deal with the milkshakes? Twice we ordered milkshakes with our meals and no go. First time the machine was shut down( way before closing time, why?) second time the worker said they had run out of supplies. Why? Is someone not keeping up with ordering? Having a new pretty store doesn't make up for substandard service,sorry.

This place is going downhill! I will never go back to Burger King again. Let's put it this way, my ice tea looked like there was vomit floating in it! Thank God I took the tip of my lid off my drink because the drive threw forgot to give me a straw!

Absolutely disgusting. Burger was raw and the explanation was “we used plant based products” which is a lie. Asked for a refund - since I don’t have my receipt they cannot refund (when the manager physically looked up my receipt number with the total of the transaction) said “I’ll take care of you next time you come” I will never be returning to this location and would like a refund of the money I spent. Poor customer service.

Every single time I decide to try this burger king it is awful. The girl today was beyond rude to me at the drive thru. When I asked for the ranch that she forgot to put in my bag that I included in my order, she acted extremely inconvenienced and nasty. Couldn’t be bothered with anything I was saying and just stared at me with nasty look on her face. Then as I opened up my food, their was a long black hair in my fries, and my burger was wrong. The heavy set lady with braids said good morning then just started talking to other coworkers like I wasn’t even standing there. Waited for 10 minutes and she never even asked for my order didn’t say hold on or anything. Just ignored me like my money doesn’t help her paycheck smh

They renovated the place just to put people in it to serve the food with nasty attitudes! The outdoor menu was broken. The whopper I had was dry with two small end slices of tomato and the fries cold. When I got to the window to get the food the black woman at the window made a nasty face she spoke nicely but the look on her face was saying something totally different. They became frustrated when I asked for the menu for the whopper...which was broken!!!! If you have to go on attack for that you need another job.

Worst customer service, worst food in burger king I've ever had. I am a regular in this location and always order Impossible Whopper meal and always get my burger burnt but never told the manager about it. Today when i ordered Impossible burger meal, it came with bacon and I am strictly vegetarian. Went to the counter and asked for manager, Josh was the one in charge-didn't even offer to apologize, they way he acted feels like it's my fault that i brought it to him, he also mentioned they use the same grill for meat and vegetarian food. I asked him if its his policy or the Burger King's ? He replied-it's Burger King's policy and he acted like he did not even care.

I went to the Fishkill Burger King last night, 6/12/22 at 10:15 P.M, and it was already closed. This is a bit frustrating as their website and Google mentions they are suppose to be open until 11:00 PM. I wasn't initially going to write a review about this as they may have closed early due to some emergency. However, the same thing has happened to me at this location twice before! Please update your hours so people don't waste their time and gas!

Awful, awful, awful. Luckily I will never have to return here again! The food order was completely wrong - it was missing items and our drinks! The sandwiches we special ordered and paid extra$$$ for were wrong and even though the food took a long time it was made incorrectly and it was cold! Took a long time to receive order. When I finally got my burger it was cold so I ended up waiting even longer for another burger. This location has lousy service and is the worst BK I have ever been too. I will not be going back.

We came to eat at this location at 9pm with our kids. We ordered our food through the drive thru and as we picked up our food we asked if it was open inside. The lady said "yes, we close at 10pm." As we went around to park and go inside another worker (male) inside started to lock the doors. I went up to the door to verify if he really closed the door and it was locked. He heard when we asked if it was open to eat inside but he decided to close the doors before closing time. He clearly did not want to clean tables after us.

This store needs some serious help! They produce good food, and a clean store but the speed of service about the same as a turtle. I understand a wait for food once an a while from past experiences working in the fast food industry but this place is past understandable twice I’ve order here and twice it has taken forever to get my food.

Went in to order breakfast about 8 o’clock this morning. There was a brown haired, older woman behind the counter, picking through a wad of bacon in a plastic container. That must have taken all of her concentration because she totally ignored me while I was standing there at the register in front of her. Guess she don’t know to take your order unless the ding from the drive-through goes off. No wonder there were no customers in the dining room or at the drive-through.
