Amazing workers so thoughtful and hard working! Stop in to grab a freezie between 2-5 and just seen how well they work and nice they are to customers I had to leave a review.
Even if service is stellar tacobell is great even if staff is total slacker non working walking attitudes , taco bell is awesome... Some better than others this one on Corruna Rd is pretty darn good!
It's ok. Actually stopped at Taco Bell cause there was a guy standing out front that had a sign that said, homeless, hungry, anything helps God bless. So I pulled into Taco Bell and I got him the Mexican Pizza meal, which is a Mexican Pizza and a couple tacos and a drink. When I left the window, I pulled up front and told the guy, hey, come over here, I got some food for you. He said, I don't need food. I need money. I said, okay, close my window, took the food home and ate it myself.
This taco bell employee's are always rude. Very poor customer service. The food is good, but half the time they are out of something, atleast once a day. The location is ok, but they have had a few different incidents where a vehicle hits the front of the building. Not their fault, but it says alot about the area.
Service here was pretty lousy. The kid had no idea what I was talking about even though it was a national ad campaign. I won’t eat here a couple times. It is a average at best Taco Bell but it is the closest one to me so I have to use it.
Usually much better but found this in our nachos tonight and it's twice now they forgot our cinnabons... tried to call and got no answer. I'm usually not way to say anything... But this has me livid. I work in food service and this is unacceptable. As far as their service it was great. It was most definitely a food issue.
No fault of the staff working there... I left a bit worked up trying to place my order to the drive through "AI" system. Found myself shouting and talking slower trying to get it to understand. I DEFINITELY should have asked for a person.
I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande it only took me less than 2 minutes to eat at because it was not full. I sat in line for 5 minutes and I did not receive it hot it was not busy also I can't scan my receipt because the person ripped off the numbers that you are supposed to scan to receive your Rewards I asked for another receipt they printed out one that had no barcode to scan never again

There is always something wrong when I come to this Taco bell!! Never have I ever been told our system is down in drive thru?? I thought all the systems are the same? As she talks to me through the speaker and still is passing out food through the window. And asked me to come inside to order my food. So not only did she not take my order. But I had to sit in the line I was stuck in because apparently the system was down in drive thru? So why would you not take my order and the front register then so your drive thru can remain open not everyone has time or wants to come in. Crazy I'm tired of it I won't be back this was the last straw for me.

I went there last week and ordered like 29 dollars worth of food they didn’t put 3 of my burritos in my bag and I drove off and I called them they hung up on me so I went to the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do and I had my receipt they messed up and straight up said there was nothing they would do vary unprofessional I’ll never go back to this 1 and I wouldn’t recommend any to go to this restaurant late at night the manager is terrible
Food was absolutely on point but sadly that is the only good thing about this location. From the overly loud AI taking your orders to the employee who was as cold as the temperature outside. Sadly it was the only Taco Bell that serves breakfast in the area, it was the only reason I chose this spot, a mistake I won’t be making again.
My credit card was charged $50 for food on 10/30/2025 drive thru that I didn't order. I asked for a receipt and was told they didn't have any receipt paper.
Bro how is this place still open when there's 4 employees inside but it takes 30 minutes for one car to go through the drive through meanwhile I can see three of the employees dancing around and laughing inside. Just close this location already.
the new interiors are kinda sad and i ordered a singular taco and it took them 25 minutes, i was going to be late for something so i just left. thankfully the wasted taco hits taco bell’s corporate balance sheet and not mine bc they can’t manage it correctly, love this new system of being able to order whatever i want with cash and then leave before i have to pay 😍😍
Drive-thru. One car in front of me and one car behind me. I was exceedingly polite. I am always very nice to people in customer service because I am in customer service. The girl taking my order was rude and short with me. I asked if I may get one chicken street taco and one chicken street taco. They come in a pair. "NO!" She snapped. Ok. I'll have chicken please. I pulled up just shy of the pay window and the girl at the window leaned out so far, her entire upper body was out the window from the waist up. She began waving her arms and started screaming aggressively, "EXCUSE ME!!! EXCUSE ME!!!" As if I was holding up the line but the person behind me was still ordering. I gave her my money and thanked her kindly. She opened the window again and flung the bag out the window. I took the corner of the bag and she slammed the window shut. Awful service. Poor people skills. Impatient and angry. I remained calm and soft-spoken the entire time. I will never visit this location again. The new street tacos are okay. They didn't put much in them. Horrible service, last night was picking up 2 luxe boxes to feed the kids and they wouldnt let me order even though it was open and people in the drivethrough. They said inline orders only so i made my order in the line and approached the window. The gil told me she aint taking my order and i told her i had one online. And she said leave or shes calling the police. So i decided thats a good idea ill wait for police. Police came and said he would grab my order. Mind you i had paid and made the order with everything as black bean or chicken because we dont do beef. So the police handed me an order with 4 beef burritos and my name wasnt even in the bag. This was simple harassment and uncalled for. Didnt get a refund and left with the food so i could make an official complaint. Dont go here they are terrible and confrontational.
If I could give it zero stars I would, everything from the management, to the service provided, to the food being handed out, everything about this place screams unprofessionalism. I've been going to this specific Taco Bell for almost 8 years and never has it ever been so dysfunctional. I can understand making food wrong but the flat out refusal to make it right with the customer and the denial of accountability is outrageous. And this breakfast that was served to me was just a straw that broke the camel's back. I have never been served by such unprofessional food preparers, I know with 100% certainty that they would not feed the food that they give out to their mom cause it would be insulting.
