I had great customer service experience at this location . Wings , fries and bread are my favorite . It’s great place for wings .

We have stopped here several times to get the Boneless Wings on Mondays and Tuesdays. On a few occasions our order was messed up in that it was not what we placed. Today when we went by everything was fine and the food was okay. This specific store loses a couple of stars because of the times that we've had issues with our food and the cashier.

They changed the fries... they're cheap and manufactured tasting now

I had been craving wings for 2 weeks so I was so excited for this meal. I didn't know where to go since the goated Wings21 in Roanoke closed, so I'm trying to find another venue. Service: The people working the front counter were pretty nice. Price: We spent a bit over $30 on wings with a side of fries for two people. Now, for the food: ∆ Wings 🍗 🪽 When we received our order, we were stumped. Where's all the wing sauce?? Is that something we now have to order separately?? I'm used to a messy love affair with wings dripping in sauce, so when we saw this, it was pure confusion and disappointment. I just couldn't justify spending another $10 or more to bring the total to almost $50 in hope of acquiring the amount of sauce that should have already been on the wings. So, we were left to choke on virtually dry wings instead. ∆ Fries 🍟 They gave a good amount of hot, nicely seasoned fries for the large size but they were noodle soft. Personally, I'm a fan of crispy fries, but if you like soft ones, you'll probably really like these.

They told me 15 minutes which was fine. Then 3 minutes later delivered wings you couldn't even bite into. I suspect they were leftovers and were fried twice.

They served soggy fries with sugar seasoning. Worst quality

This was by far the worst order we have gotten from this location after many years. 2 of 3 flavors of wings were cold as were the fries. We also ordered our fries well done, and they were barely cooked for a regular order. I think you need to return to preparing orders as they come in instead of trying to get orders out faster. I would rather wait 15 to 20 minutes for hot, fresh food than to get it faster and be very disappointed!

Worst customer service . Put in an order exactly on line to be pick up ... Had to wait for over 15 mins past pick up time ... End up having the worst cold food and nasty people like . REALLY ??? INSANE ! WILL NOT RECOMMEND -+ THIS PLACE EVER !!!!

Ordered 6 wings combo, all drums, got charged 1.29 extra, received 5 drums and one flat. Is this really that hard of an order? Come on people, you are making a very strong argument in favor of robots.

Bad experience, ordered on the phone large fries and blue cheese on Saturday may 24/05 at about 1130, got there at 11:43 they said ordered wasn't ready because they have to make it fresh when is fries, didn't like it but said ok, then 2 minutes later i saw they selling chicken switches i asked if i could order one the lady cashier said no because they were close already, i got really upset because they advertise to be open until 12 am and it was 11/45, so if u owner care about ur business take care about that, i use to work in a pizza plece and when i was working if our door said open till 10 pm didn't matter if a costumer wanted to ordered 2 minutes before closing, i would always take care of them because it was our responsibility because we were telling people we're open till 10 pm, hope this wingtop owner take care of that
