My favorite drink to order here is the Bubble Gaga. It's passion fruit green tea with tapioca bubbles and coconut jelly. The line to order wasn't too long of a wait but because there is no clear queue, customers end up crowding the busy sidewalk which causes an inconvenience to people passing by. Overall, ordering was smooth and quick and my drink came out fairly quick as well. There are no tables and chairs, it is more of a grab-and-go type of place, hence the reason why it is small and on the corner.

Quick to-go drink window. Easy, delicious drinks after a long day and draining subway ride. Just order, pickup, and head home with a tasty little treat in hand, yummm! 10/10 would go again!

My favorite boba tea spot when I visit Flushing!! They’re always busy yet always fast and efficient!! I definitely recommend if you’re in downtown Flushing and on the go!!

Fast, tasty an ease to order. They help with whoever trying bubble tea for the first time.

Perfect night cap after some spicy noodles and dumplings. Cool off with a nice fresh made fruit smoothie or tea. Lots of options and varieties. Note that this is a smoothie and tea stand so there is no seating anywhere.

The black lemon tea was pretty good. Be careful with the sweetness level. Even 30% was a lot for me.

Pretty average, although I only got their 3 Guy Milk tea, not their fruit drinks. I always see them busy so maybe theyre better known for fruit rather than milk teas. Not bad, just nothing amazing. Tapioca boba was a little too hard for my liking. But everyone was nice. I would come back, but maybe try their fruit drinks!

Usually my favorite bubble tea spot because it's tasty and they are always so nice. But today I asked for a bag and it's the first time on all the years I have going there that the cashier just puts the bag there and doesn't even pass me the drinks. I guess he was busy but let someone else do it then.

The bubble tea here is amazing, and the customer service was good. Definitely worth coming back!

I have not found the staff unfriendly (like mentioned in some other reviews), but have been asked to come back to pick up my Tiger Milk Tea twice already (after standing in line for approx. 10 mins each time)... so, yeah, bring patience. They seem to have an app, which makes ordering ahead possible (see pictures), so maybe that is an option IG you are in a rush but still want Bubble Tea :) There are vegan options, but not for milk teas, as this place does not offer plant-based milk alternatives. Can adjust sugar and ice levels to taste.

The Brown Sugar pearl milk tea was amazing. The tea and milk flavors were fresh and prominent. When the cup was ready, it was warm, because the brown sugar was heated up and dripped on to the inside. This I believe added to the flavor profile. Of course it also assured that powder form of brown sugar it wasn't!

We liked this place before today’s visit(( We’ve ordered milk tea (no bubbles) and black tea latte with bubbles at 2:44 34 pm today, 11/3/22 but didn’t get bubbles so we were 2 time disappointed as you’ve changed menu and we couldn’t order our mango sage

Not my favorite location. They were relatively busy and had a large crowd. I asked for my drinks which i had ordered online and it said it was ready but they definitely were not. Not sure how sanitary they could be there, especially with the random customer wiping her nose with her hand and grabbing the napkins with the same hand. And my bubble tea was not really good, I've had better bubble tea at their other locations.

Coco is one of my favorite bubble tea chains but this location is their worst. The pearls are often stuck together in a big chunk and I’ve even gotten bad milk before. The night crew is also very rude.

Unfortunately, I must leave a two-star review because the boba tea here is excellent, but the service sucks. I ordered milk tea and just remembered that I wanted boba even though the lady did ask- Completely my fault; not sure where my mind was. I asked the lady that made my order if she could add it in, and I would pay the difference in cash- I saw it as an honest mistake, but she didn't. She bitterly confided in a coworker about how annoyed she was (in Mandarin), not knowing I understood every word. I hope someone from management sees this review. The way your employee acted is disrespectful and disgraceful.

Flushing stores service attitude is the worst. The most unprofessional ethics milk tea store. I ordered on the app every time but this time they made it wrong. I ordered a Hoji milk tea and the app changed the name to Hojicha. But I checked the history and every time the name changed but the order was still correct except for this time. I asked the guy working there if the order could be corrected but he said no because it was already made and to contact customer services on the app. That it is the apps fault and not theirs. But how is it my responsibility to bear the mistakes of the seller as a consumer? They also give a paper receipt everytime but they didn’t this time and they made the order by looking at my phone.

Horrible customer service. I ordered early and waited for around 15 minutes. I asked the lady if it was ready or not and she said no even though the online order shown that it was already ready for pickup. I politely waited and then asked for a bag which she threw at me (usually would pack it up for me). The cup was very sticky(usually would also wipe it for me). Took me an extra couple minutes just to wipe the whole two cups with napkins). Maybe it was the lady in front of me that ordered and then changed her mind and wanted a hot drink instead of a cold drink(why she got mad). But why have a bad attitude against someone else. I don’t know what else to say just very disappointed. I usually don’t write reviews but lowkey this job ain’t it for you if you aren’t even giving a slight bit effort to work here properly :/

Horrible experience! There’s this girl (I think the other workers called her nicole?), she was really rude to me. Started talking aggressively because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Learn some proper English please. She also started rolling her eyes at me and other customers. If you don’t like this job then don’t work

took 28 min to fill my order only for them to have filled in incorrectly and refuse to remake it. I highly recommend Gong Cha, it’s down the hall from CoCo and exceeds them in every area. I will not be returning here again.

Every time I bought a drink at this store, the lava pearls bubbles were hard to chew. It felt like the staff did not replace the tapioca after the expired time. It wasn't like that when I went to other coco stores!

this is my go to coco location and i’ve never had an issue here ever and never thought i’d give a one star to. they recently added kiosks, but kept the register open with a cashier there, so I assumed the cashier would take my order (keep in mind, there’s a cashier plus two other people working in the back, so there’s 3 people on the shift). the guy on register, who I overheard be called something rhyming with the word bank, seemed slightly busy prepping cups with tapioca bubbles so I waited a bit to give him the benefit of the doubt since I myself work in the food industry. he sees me waiting to order, but continues prepping cups with bubbles/working on making drinks for other orders despite having two other people in the back who are working on the drinks too, having me wait for a good 5 minutes. there was a lady behind me who had a question and only then did he look up to answer her question, but not to take my order, directly going back to making drinks. i never got my order taken as i left due to being blatantly ignored and waiting a good amount of time. if they are no longer taking orders at the register, they should make it clear, not just ignore customers who choose to not use the kiosk and making them hopelessly wait to get their order taken. i understand he was maybe trying to help get orders moving, but taking my order would’ve took less than a minute. horrible customer service.

They’re literally paying attention more to taking pictures on Instagram. They’re their customers and they took my order wrong instead they gave me a slush without bubble bubbles. They should if you’re gonna do a job with a good cause I’m paying.
