Absolutely the best place to come, great selection of both beers and food, amazing pizza and sandwiches; the best wings as well. On top of the best server of any restaurant Ramon, with great management staff as well
Went yesterday and food was great. There was an issue in the back kitchen in regards to the order but a worker named Chris came over and resolved everything . Food still ended up tasting well and the experience was still good. Would go again
We had a wonderful experience at Chicago Fire, thanks especially to our server, Kenzy. When something wasn’t quite right with our food at first, Kenzy and her manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and that our entire experience was perfect. Kenzy checked on us often without being intrusive, offered great menu suggestions, and was genuinely friendly and attentive. Her professionalism and care truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Because of the exceptional service we received, we will absolutely be returning. A+ service all around!
Chicago Fire has delicious pizza. This was the first time we went to the one in Folsom. If you haven't been to this location just note that you can't just pull up to the building and park like you can at the Roseville location. The closest parking spaces are about a block down or in a parking garage. Its not ideal for folks who have mobility impairments. Aside from that, the deep dish pizza is delicious. I love the veggie wings and cheese bread. The service was great. There is outdoor seating, which I am always thrilled to see.
We had a birthday group of 5 on Saturday. It was very busy, but no problem because we had the best sever, Christopher. He was polite, professional, checked on us to see if we needed anything often. I Just wanted to give Christopher a big kudos for his excellent service. By the way, the food was great and we all had such a good time.
My husband and I had a great experience this evening. We were traveling from Oregon to Placerville and we are staying in Folsom for the night. Someone had recommended your place, so we gave it a try. We had excellent service. Our server was very attentive and anticipated our needs, before we needed to ask. We had the dinner for 2 with the Deep Dish Combo pizza and house salad and brownie dessert. It was all amazing. Keep doing what you’re doing. You do it well! Thanks again!
Visited the Folsom Chicago Fire with family and once again was not disappointed with one single thing! It was a quiet Tuesday but became livelier as the end of the work day got nearer. Our server was very pretty and was very friendly and patient as our family doesn't speak English. They loved the food as we had bragged about how good it was, and it was perfection. So delicious and satisfying 😌
Absolutely amazing! Our server Ramon was very attentive to our party of 15! Haven't had a service like that in a very long time. The food was great and it came out quickly. Will definitely be back!

The ingredients are fundamentally fresh, and the deep-dish pizza feels truly substantial. Other than that, it’s a typical American restaurant. It’s not exactly cheap, but when you consider the chic Chicago-style interior, the fresh ingredients, and the generous portions, it doesn't feel that expensive after all.
First time having a bad experience here. Loved the host, she was blonde and worked last night at around 4-ish pm. Was very kind and polite. There was also a food runner who was also very kind. I understand being stressed but our server was doing extremely petty things and was treating people in my party with just utmost disrespect. From offering to box our pizza then only putting 4 slices in the to go box, we literally had half of an XL pizza left. To “forgetting” to send through our pasta order and “accidentally” charging us for everything separately instead of the family meal then mysteriously not showing up again until it was to give us a thin, half baked pizookie thing with 80% whipped cream. We had to ask somebody else to change the receipt because she wasn’t anywhere in sight. I don’t know what to think about the whole situation. It’s just too much all at once to just be 10 different “mistakes.” It seemed deliberate, especially with the sort energy she had with us. Otherwise, the food was great other than the unbaked “cookie”
They changed the tomatoes on the traditional pizza! Now they have halves of cherry tomatoes, not what I like but maybe that’s just me. Overall we love the food but am disappointed with this change. Take out can be slow (takes longer than they say it will when you order). Been ordering here for years and will continue to do so despite the tomatoes.
This place has really good food. It’s not too expensive, but not too cheap either. The deep dish pizza is very filling. Takes a while to get it they tell you that so don’t go if ya wanna eat right away. I got the garlic beef dip and with the waiter’s recommendation I added the giardinara peppers. It was fire!!!! I highly recommend. The fries weren’t good, but you don’t come here for fries.
I brought my daughter her for her 21th birthday, and the waiter was very friendly and attentive and kept checking to make sure we had what we needed. The place is very clean, lot of room, bathroom was clean and during my visit, a Wednesday night, the place was very empty. The food was warm, came in a fairly good time but a little over price for what you get. The drink was good, too. We had a pleasant experience during our visit but I don't believe we will be coming back.
Delicious deep dish pizza! We ordered the meal for two. Salad was basic with meh dressing. Cheesy garlic bread was awesome. Greek fries were adequate. The Shirley Temple was super sweet. We stopped by on a Friday around 6pm and our party of two were seated immediately. We went in knowing deep dish takes longer to bake. We were so full from salad, bread, and fries that we literally split one thick pizza slice and took the rest home. It was just as good the next day!
We were short on time so the waiter said don't get the deep dish. So the group I was with ordered the thin crust. I don't like Chicago thin crust (I do like deep dish or NY pizza) so I got the Chicken Parmesan. The group liked the pizza and I liked the chicken. The pasta texture was a little off but good overall.
It’s Saturday night dinner (4/22) with the family. Pizza sounded good so we packed up and headed on our. Never been to this place before but have driven by many times and have always wanted to check the place out. Didn’t have to wait long; we were seated within 10 minutes upon arrival. Our server was tentative but not overwhelming which is always good. Took our order promptly and the food came out within about 15-20 minutes, all served hot straight from the kitchen. The presentation was good and the taste was also good. In comparison to other pizza parlors we’ve been to, I would give the food about 4/5 stars. The restaurant presentation and cleanliness is an exceptional 5/5. The staff courtesy is also a 5/5. Over all I would give this place about a 4.5/5. Google only offers whole star rating. Would I return, probably but if given other pizzeria options, would probably go elsewhere first.
Great deep dish pizzas. Surprisingly good salads and apps. I just hate how long it takes for a deep dish to cook. I was already done with all my apps before the pizzas finally came out. By that time, I was already full. Next time I might need to order it in before I sit down because it takes about 45-50 mins for the deep dish pizzas.

First, the good. Great pizza, (thin or stuffed). Great wings, salad and always cold beer. Wait staff is always polite and helpful. Now, the bad. I’ve been here three times in the past month. On each occasion, I’ve had to wait 30-60 minutes for a table when there have been 8-12 tables in the main dining area which were EMPTY. When asked about this on my last visit, the manager/hostess stated that there was not enough wait staff to cover the floor. Unacceptable. Not only is it foolish for the restaurant to not resolve this issue(as they are losing revenue), but how do you expect people to wait nearly an hour for tables when 1/5th of the tables are available?? Unprofessional. Sorry Chicago Fire. Never again.
To be fair, we never had a chance to try the food. A friend recommended this restaurant. Walked in gave my name and number, the two ladies said it will be a 45 minute wait, and we will text you whe…

Service was terrible, pizza came with a dent, manager made it right and made us another pizza but it was almost 2 hours of sitting around. Server didn’t refill water, friend had to ask multiple times for cutlery(which was also only given to him by the manager) Tipped 0$ and I didn’t feel particularly bad about it Would not come back, go to a different Chicago fire(this was a slow day by the way, not busy. They had no excuse)
