Opiniones de Firehouse Subs Folsom
The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, with a wife variety of different types. They also have a digital soda machine which allows for most any flavor of soda you could like. They also have free WiFi which is a bit rare for sub shops like these.
Great sandwiches my wife and I came in a little before closing still great service and great sandwiches.
Love helping our first responders and earning points to help save money. Their subs are the best; in my opinion.
Awesome Establishment, Great Location, Parking a little crowded. They offer app pick up and Good Customer Service. Food is Top Notch, Prices are competitive worth every penny.
Best sandwich shop in town. Owners are very nice folks and can regularly be found working elbow to elbow with the employees. Hook and Ladder and the classic meatball top my list.
We love this place. It's my kids favorite sandwich shop. We've been to all the locations and it's our first choice when we're in the area. Everything we've tried is delicious. The chicken and dumpling soup is a family favorite. The staff is always friendly and fast. The restaurants are always clean. It's always a great experience. We'd love a location in Placerville and Auburn.
Great place for subs and salads. The people that work here are absolutely amazing! If the food doesn't keep bringing you back for more (oh and it will) the people will! Izzy is one of the best and makes sure you get exactly what you want every single time. I love the fact that you can donate to a very worthwhile cause right there and as much as or as little as you want.
Reliable and Exceptional Quality With little exception, the standard that is enforced and can be expected from a Firehouse Subs shop is always a comfort to me. The food is always good. The freshness of the meats, vegetables, and breads demonstrates an understanding of the thought of an organization that respects itself and its customers. Although this visit was my first to this location, I can find nothing amiss. I was welcomed in by more than one employee. I was cared for as a valued customer.
Go to the one in Folsom great customer service and always friendly. Treat you like family. They remember your name and order
I usually order the large turkey on wheat fully involved added 3-4 more veggies, eat what I can and save the rest. I'm cheap. They made it perfect today, substituted the deli mustard for yellow. I love how much they donate to the neighborhood. I'm a regular now and I appreciate the service, ty
Great sandwiches that supports a great cause. You have the option to round up your order to the nearest dollar to donate to local Fire Department. On top of all this, the owner is an awesome guy who makes sure his customers are satisfied.
Love their sandwiches, and the staff are so nice, the patio is also a great way to enjoy a nice meal and relax! The smoked turkey is absolutely DELISH, you gotta try it with some Captain Sorensen's signature sauce! Smoky, sweet, not hot, but VIBRANT! It's my fave!
Great Variety! I've tried over a half dozen different sandwiches and they were ALL great! Fresh ingredients, friendly service, and the franchise owner, Devin, is usually working there. The fact that they do fundraisers for local firemen, plus other community fundraisers, makes me a dedicated fan!
I have heard mixed reviews about their sandwiches from co workers but I was told their hot sandwiches are the best. I got the beef and cheddar brisket and omg it tasted like heaven. I will definitely be going back. Even better that it is right by work so it's a quick walk over. I also love that you can donate to the local firehouse. I rounded up my change and donated in their bin to say thank you to the firefighters.
Very friendly, great customer service. They were fast and had exactly what I wanted. The sub was absolutely delicious. Very clean lobby as well and employees are all working hard at their jobs. Best sub place I've ever ate at .
Fast, friendly, staff. Awesome sandwiches. It's always clean. Parking is easy in and out. Love using the app. Foods ready when I walk in. App also has lots of rewards.
Best Sub shop around! (Always wished there more Firehouses around! Forget Subway! Get real food!) And this location did a great job! I ordered Double meat Turkey bacon Ranch with red hot pepper flakes! Mix that with the scorpion sauce and you'll be in heaven!
Really had a great time. Food was amazing
We got our food to go they were fast and accurate with our sandwiches
Jamaica Turkey sandwich sauce is the best!
Probably my favorite sandwich place right now! I've only been a few times but I keep wanting to go back! Their sandwiches are great and so is the chicken and dumplings and the mac n cheese. Their chocolate chip cookies are so good and I will definitely be back for those! May seem a bit expensive but I'd rather spend the extra few dollars here than go to subway. Another thing I noticed is that all of the staff were wearing their masks properly and that was awesome to see! I've been a few places that don't wear them properly over their nose so it was very reassuring to go in and see them prepare with the proper precautions. It's something that I greatly appreciated and will keep coming back for as well!

Best Sandwich Shop In Folsom. There is no better place for a sandwich than at Firehouse Subs. Great selection of sandwich favorites plus soup options, salads, chips, and more. This is the only place I get sandwiches for lunch nowadays...
Firehouse is one of the best sandwiches I have had. I rank them at one of my top 2 places to go for a meal. Their bread basically melts in your mouth. Staff is very friendly, and their recommendations of sandwiches are on point! Today I enjoyed the "Steamer"
Amazing, the best experience. (Morgan) the person taking my order was super nice, and did a great job. I will definitely be coming again.

I really want to start by saying I appreciate how some of the donation goes to the fire departments. I think that's awesome I donate on my own outside of what I eat also, Well we went there once about 2 years ago and lief Sorensen hit it on the spot and just from reading that post I decided to post a review why I haven't been back the sandwich was (amazing) but I would have needed two of them to make me happy because it was (so good) but definitely didn't fill the tummy I feel I left almost just as hungry so that said I'm happy with Subway in their low carb bread now(only available in Oregon and San Francisco at the moment which I get when I'm at work) now that I can have a subway without carbs. I really enjoyed Firehouse and my son did too the one time I've been there but we felt like we needed twice as much but since I'm a low-carb diet guy that's sad for me because it was very tasty so this is a compliment in most ways except for the fact don't expect to get filled up off of 6 in for probably $10 I don't remember
Food is good, I got the hook and ladder, I really like the bread here but food is not cheap. They usually have sports on the tv's, and will put the Golden State Warriors game on if you ask them. Service is inconsistent, something they are attentive and freindly sometimes they behave as if they don't want anymore customers, all in all, pretty good place to eat.
Firehouse Subs could just be the best *gourmet* sub. If you don't mind waiting a little bit for your food you will find yourself with a delicious filling sub just about every time. I have noticed that they are fairly inconsistent so sometimes the subs are a little dry or they use too much of one ingredient but that's all up to the person making your sub.
Been here numerous times and it's always been excellent... until today. Don't get me wrong it was still good enough but not up to its usual stellar standards. The bread was overbaked/a little burnt especially on the ends and the amount of meat was about half what I usually get. Here's hoping it was an exception and not a way to keep profits up.
Delicious subs. I almost hesitated seeing the prices but the subs were generously portioned so it was worth it. Only reason I gave 4 starts is that even though they have an online pickup parking spot you have to still go into the restaurant to get your food. As a disabled person that's disappointing. Why offer a parking spot if not for curbside?
Oh man, their brisket sub on a wheat roll is very delish! Will definitely come back to try out the other eats. For a hair over $11.00 dollars, I got a medium brisket sub, chips and a good sized drink. Definitely worth a try!
This sandwich which was a hero was great. It tasted great it was great my two issues were the soda machine gave me a bland drink and the line was ultra slow, normally natomas location quick but this line took forerreeeeeeeevvvvvverrr then my cherry Dr pepper tasted like awful soda water, besides that it like melted in my car and filled my cup holder with water the cup had like a tiny hole in the bottom, the sandwich however was delicious so they earned the 4 stars, firehouse I. General is literally the BEST sandwich place in California, hand down
They have really good variety on their menu, the people were nice, and the food was really good! My only complaint is they’re a bit pricey. My wife and I got 2 8 inch sandwich combos and it was $42!
Well the steak sandwich taste was good! Tender and no fat. Bread was heated nicely. My issue was how small the sandwich was. I ordered two kids meals and a medium sandwich for me ($12.99) for mine. When the order came I thought it was the kids meal. No way was that little sandwich 12.99 I thought.- plus a 5. At tip. But I didn’t say anything and enjoyed it. Probably won’t get that again. I do like quality over quantity. It could have been larger. Wonde what the small is , half?

Seemed a little expensive. $5.99 for HALF A SANDWICH ....listed as small on menu. The person who took my order was rude when I asked about a menu item, his name is Devin. His response was "if thats what it says then that's probably what it is". WOW!! I spent $28 for 2 1/2 sandwiches. You do get what you pay for. They were fresh and delicious.. I will return on a shift when Devin is not working. Get some manners young man. Be kind and helpful; not rude.
Have always loved Firehouse since it came to Folsom... always far better than any place else. I esp liked the NYC Steamer which wasn't on the menu for awhile but came back when I saw it again. The sandwich was smaller and amount of meat far less than usual but still quality and tasty. The bun was not fresh... literally crumbling into small dry bits on top.
Ate here about a week ago. There were about 4 other people in the restaurant, kinda off hours, but I was in there for 25+ minutes to order and get 1 sandwich. Lady was nice, but they must have staffing and / or efficiency issues. Sandwich was ok, about the same as anywhere else for the same price. It’s great they support public service employees, but if they are that short staffed it seems like some of that money needs to go back into the business either through more employees or better incentives. Wish them the best.

Not Firehouse Subs standard quality.. Rude/poor slow service, no signature greeting, if your order isn't seriously skewed then it doesn't taste fresh, EVER. Just not good quality you'd expect at a firehouse subs- food, staff, environment are all sub par. Jersey Mikes is right up the street and actually sticks to the franchise promise of quality and consistency. Save your time and money... the Folsom Firehouse just isn't worth it.
2 of 3 sandwiches were wrong. It took an hour and 15 minutes from a place about 10 minutes away. I was ordering for someone else that doesn't drive and was watching kids for a few hours. Mayo was added when it was deselcted due to dietary issues. The kids get very sick from mayo. Things that were supposed to be on the 2nd wrong sando weren't there. Deeply disappointed.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait a long time for my order... butttttttttt: The food was basically mush. It tasted basically like a mayo sandwich and the meat reminded me of the land o frost deli cuts- slimy, cheap and flavorless. I really appreciate the fact that the shop helps first responders but I won't subject myself to something so expensive and disappointing. Spent 30$ here and I hate feeling like I wasted money. I'm also wasting food because there is no way I'm eating the whole thing.
I was disappointed my first time there. I ordered a hot pastrami. There was no cheese. I've heard rave reviews, but my experience was a let down. I also ordered the meatball sandwich,it was very dry. I am not sure I will go back.

No idea what the food is like… Have gone on 3 separate occasions and each time they’re out of gluten free bread so I’m unable to eat. Each time they act like it’s an anomaly… do not recommend going here if the gluten free option is your motivation.
Inconsistency is apparently key at this place. It seems as though new employees are cycled through the business monthly, each with a different training? Save your money. I order the same sandwhich since my first encounter at a MUCH better firehouse subs out of state. Since going to this Folsom store my order has been absolutely messed up, and when not messed up- tastes different every time. Maybe this one is newer, but no excuse for the lack of quality service. Not up to the normal firehouse standard as far as enviornment and meals go. 13 dollars for a medium size sandwhich? On top of that never know what you're getting? I don't think so. Save your time and money and go to Jersey Mikes up the street.
Zero stars if possible. Went in to grab a turkey and cheese sandwich for my kids for a quick lunch before nap on a Saturday after 1 pm, but ended up waiting for 25 minutes for the sandwich after ordering at the register. It looked like 90% of the orders were online orders they had to fill. It's disappointing when they couldn't take 2 minutes to make one sandwich within 10 minutes of our order. To top that off, half the meat was ham in the turkey sandwich! We were just visiting from out of town, but if we lived in Folsom, we would not go back.
Found hairs in my sandwich. Management would not give me a re fund, all they offered was a free sandwich next time I come in while employees snickered in the back. Did not even take a bite of the over priced $15 medium sub. Obviously I’m disgusted and won’t be coming back. Ridiculous, save your time and money. Oh and health! Huge food safety violations going on here.
We walked in the restaurant at 650 and the girl at the front desk turned us away saying that they were closed. Then we left and they took the order of the lady behind us. The open sign was on and they’re open till 7. Didn’t make any sense. They do have great sandwiches, but I was pretty off put by the service since I hadn’t been in years. Edit : the manager told me to send him an email. Never heard back.
I came in there on my lunch hour to pick up a sandwich.I placed my order.I was specific about what I wanted on my sandwich? Double meat, double cheese cold. And what the guy made me was a completely wrong sandwich. It was full of produce, which I did not ask for and then once I made a comment. He proceeded to argue with me, stating that he was the owner. And that he doesn't make mistakes. While in this case, he made a mistake. Because he did not listen to my order. And he proceeded to argue with me in the store, which to me that is really bad. Customer service. T? This man is a foreigner in our country. So I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. In regards to not understanding what I was saying. And how I wanted my sandwich prepared, but to argue with the customer, while other customers are standing and waiting. That is not called for that is something that is never done in the customer service. Industry ie in a restaurant and maybe he needs to go back to the franchise and be taught how to deal with customers and to listen when somebody tells somebody tells somebody a specific order. In a specific manner in a specific way to be made in a specific manner. At this time, this will be the last time I enter this establishment since I feel that the owner needs to learn how to be a better customer service ambassador for firehouse. Subse, since he is representing or trying to represent the firehouse fire department mentality.
door dashed a couple of subs to my motel room. ordered 2 steamers. toughest pastrami ive ever had in my life. total disappointment. tried this place for the first and now very last time. for 18.50 it better be a damn good sub but this was bogus. chew chew chewy meat. my jaw got tired of chewing it was that bad. no need to issue an appology for us. you're done with this couple. no 2nd chances nope. and for those reading this if they do issue an appology take it with a grain of sand. dont bother with this overpriced place.
Zero star if possible. Long wait time if you order in store. Senior guy told us to order online. Worst sandwich made by the Senior guy. I hate to give bad reviews but very disappointed at food & service. Good luck.
Chicken bacon sandwich had long hair inside and meatball sub had fur in it. Super grossed out and could not eat my food.
