The ladies at the register were sweet and conversational which is nice because they're not just trying to take your order. Food is always fresh and delicious, great presentation and ambiance. I'd highly recommend this place for any time to be alone or to socialize!
I have a gluten intolerance, and Panera actually offers options I can eat without stress. The staff was careful and even checked ingredients for me. It’s rare to feel this accommodated.
I enjoy coming here in the mornings when things are quieter. The employees greet customers kindly and take the time to explain menu options without rushing. The food is well prepared, flavorful, and consistent — especially the soups and bakery items. The dining area is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to sit and enjoy a meal slowly. It feels welcoming without being noisy, which I appreciate. This Panera has become part of my routine, and that consistency matters to me.
I stop at this Panera a few times a week between meetings, and it’s become my reliable reset point. The staff works fast without feeling rushed, and orders are handled accurately even during the lunch rush. The food is consistently fresh — the sandwiches aren’t sloppy, the soups are hot, and the bread actually tastes baked that day. What I appreciate most is the atmosphere: clean tables, calm lighting, and enough space to sit and think without being overwhelmed. It’s efficient but still comfortable, which matters when your day is packed.
This is a shoutout for a specific employee! I’m pretty sure his name was Ryan or Brian but I was putting my phone on speaker when he said it so it’s possible that’s not his name. Anyways, I called to ask how they prepare the brownies because the last few times I’ve tried to order on door dash they haven’t been available. I wasn’t upset at all I was just trying to get info for future reference. He was so kind and his immediate response was “when do you need the order by, we could see about making some for you.” It’s already 5pm so I said that’s not necessary. He apologized & said he understands how frustrating that can be. Again, I wasn’t upset at all but just wanted more info. So the fact he was so apologetic & accommodating was so nice of him. I really appreciate him being proactive & for the offer!
I work at a third-wave coffee shop, and I still come to Panera when I’m off. Why? Because sometimes I just want a reliable cup, a warm sandwich, and no pressure to perform. I don’t have to impress anyone here. I just get to enjoy. Also… the hazelnut roast? Underrated.
I pay for the monthly Sip Club so I stopped by and got my free drink. I love that the store is in the Palladio so is pretty close to the freeway. The entrance is in a different place than you think. The best way to get there is to park in the parking garage and then walk to the main entrance at the path closest to Bradshaw. The staff is always friendly.
Our little book club has been meeting at Panera every month for two years now. The staff always welcomes us, the tables are big enough for books and soup bowls, and there’s never pressure to leave. We laugh, cry (over both books and onions), and share cookies while discussing plot twists. It’s more than food — it’s our little tradition.
Panera is my unexpected parenting oasis. I come in with my baby in the stroller, grab a bagel and coffee, and sit by the window while she naps. No loud music, no weird looks. Just peaceful vibes, friendly staff, and soft bread. Sometimes it’s the only 30 minutes of quiet I get all day — and I treasure it.
I love taking my toddler to Panera! The kids’ menu is healthy and affordable, and the staff always helps carry our tray when my hands are full. It’s clean, calm, and the booths make it easy to relax while my little one enjoys his grilled cheese. So much better than typical fast food — real food and real comfort.
Let me just say — the Panera app is dangerously convenient. I’ve got my faves saved, I earn free drinks, and my Rapid Pickup order is always ready before I walk in. Sometimes I don’t even talk to anyone (which I honestly love in the morning). Consistency is key for me, and Panera gets it right almost every single time.
Finding good vegan food on the go isn’t always easy — especially something that’s not just fries or a plain salad. But Panera actually offers real, flavorful options. The Mediterranean Veggie (minus feta), the Ten Vegetable Soup, even their grain bowls — all delicious. I feel respected here, like they thought about people like me when building the menu. That matters.
After school, me and my friends always end up at Panera. It’s just chill. We grab smoothies and mac & cheese, sit in a booth, and talk about literally everything — music, drama, plans. It’s like our second living room. No one's judging, and the staff are cool with us hanging around. Also… the cookies? Ridiculous. So good.
Panera Bread never disappoints. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or settling in with my laptop for a few hours of work, the atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. Their soups and salads are fresh, the bread is warm and comforting, and the staff is consistently kind. I especially love the Pick 2 option — perfect portion and always satisfying. Plus, free Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets make it a great spot to recharge (yourself and your devices).
I had an excellent experience at Panera Bread! The cozy and welcoming atmosphere made for a delightful visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to enjoy my meal. Panera Bread is definitely a fantastic spot for a quick, healthy meal or a casual get-together with friends. I highly recommend it and will be returning soon!
Another favorite restaurant to visit, their food is delicious, especially their salads. They always seem to be come up with new inventive ways to serve up their dishes, and that includes having combo specials or deals. Panera has changed through the years where it used to be they would give a customer table number to put on their table, so when their food was ready, a server would bring their food out, but it seems to have changed, where they give a customer a buzzer and that lets a customer know when their food is ready, for them to pick up themselves. It's different. More self serve, than being served. But the quality of their food hasn't changed from the few visits I have had recently. And their restaurants are always clean, they seem to invite and welcome a "come eat, and stay" attitude. Especially with all the outlets available for studying or working, even. It's pleasant. This Panera is located in a huge outdoor shopping center, and while I was in for a short visit, I ventured in for a small meal. It was nice, large, empty and comfortable. And the staff that assisted with my order, was great to work with, no impatience or coughing or weird strange facial gestures for asking several questions, just put pleasantry and it made it nice to be able to enjoy the quiet cool calm atmosphere. It's also nice because there is outdoor covered seating for those hotter months and a huge covered parking structure, to keep ones car cool.
Good food, for the most part that is and service is usually swift. However they need to get the smell of the environment under control, can’t say what it is but maybe a couple room fresheners would work, just not my cup of tea when it comes to smell. Otherwise loved the pumpkin cookies!
Not very busy, but it took a long time to order. They were out of many things. I didn't get the drink or the bread I ordered. I got the macaroni and cheese and the cup was only half full. I do not recommend this Panera Bread.
Stopped in on my way home for a Dr Pepper (I’ve got the Sips Membership). There was a piece of tape over the Dr. Pepper that said, OUT OF ORDER. Why are they ALWAYS out of DP?!?! Beyond annoying. That’s the only reason I pay for the Sip Club is for the DP and this location is always out. Additionally, I used the bathroom and on the large stall was a “OUT OF ORDER” sign posted. There are only 2 stalls at this location so I used the other one and… it wouldn’t flush, the flush handle was broken. Lucky for them, I only pee’d!! Upon walking out and advising the girl at the front (who was super sweet) I received some snotty looks from 2 females working in the food prep area. Not cute. The best part of my experience was the girl at the front. No DP meaning NO drink for me, a broken down toilet meaning they have ZERO working toilets AND absolutely RUDE glances from 2 chicks in the back. This location sucks, I’ll go to the location in Roseville never time.
If a picture is worth 1,000 words, below are a couple thousand of my frustrated words... Premium price for a product that looks like it was under a Fast Food heat lamp for a day or two. Stopped going here for a while and thought we were giving them another try, but here they've proven to disappoint again. Big disappointment for what they "sell" vs what you actually get.
Called to make an order for pick up on the following day and they had a system error. Was told to pay for it at time of pick up by manager on duty and then got a phone call in the morning stating that they cannot follow through with it as that is company policy. They ran the card again and said it’s the credit card issue, ran a different card a still ran into same issue. These are company cards and funds are available. This place promises one thing and follows through with another. It’s been issue after issue here and this is the final straw. Previously we tried to pick up coffee in bulk order, then tried charging us for the cups. Then we got coffee and they just topped it off with hot water, not all coffee. Sabrina the general manager didn’t seem to care about the customer service aspect and that is where the company is now losing my business moving forward. I will be taking my large catering orders elsewhere.
