This is busy restaurant but with the help of Hayde the manager makes a different. Very helpful cleaning tables. MIGUELITO the server was so attentive. The busboy Miguel was so quick cleaning and picking up tables to better serve us.

The food was fresh. The burger and fries were served very quickly. I also ordered the beef, which was a little tough. I don't like bean salads, but I enjoyed the one at this cafe. The waiter was very attentive, which was nice. The place needs new flooring; it ruins the whole look. I enjoyed my lunch and highly recommend it.

Food is always great, but I ordered broccoli and it wasn't cooked enough. Service was outstanding, and our Server was new, but he sure was a good server. I tried the Blackberry iced tea, and it was a great tasting tea

I haven’t been to chilis in a minute and boy did they update their menu! I was very surprised when my mother in law (who is super picky) decided she wanted to come here for her birthday. Danielle was our server and she was on top of it! Hubby ordered their smokehouse combo, I ordered their chicken ranch quesadilla, mother in law ordered their fajitas, and my son got their pizza. Something about their pizza that my 4 year old ate the ENTIRE thing! He usually never finishes his meal but I guess this pizza was goooood! All the portions were a decent size so we had tons of leftovers. I had gotten their white queso with my appetizer and I am going to say that it was the tables favorite! We would definitely come back just for that! The ribs from my husbands plate was yummy! He said that his quesadilla was a bit spicy and I had to try and see and OH MY! Whatever was in there had a kick to it! My quesadilla was really good and so filling! My mother in laws fajitas looked super delicious also! I need a separate paragraph for their chicken crispers. I thought they were regular chicken strips (odd to be on a smokehouse combo…) Hubby told me to take a bite cause it was super juicy. I was a little skeptical…. But let me tell you! I was amazed at how crispy and house juicy the chicken was! I must say it was impressive! But let’s get to the important party… the dessert! We got their chocolate molten cake and I think we ate the entire thing within 5 mins!! It was so moist!

During the pandemic, our company decided to participate in Take-Out Tuesday’s with a local business to provide lunch to 250 employees. Wow! Did Chili’s ever come through! They came in hours earlier so that could meet our time frame. They made each lunch an individual so there was no communal sharing. They used all the proper PPE (masks and gloves) while packing and passing our meals to us. They provided more than enough yummy food with their 3 for $10! We choose pick-up because it was far too many meals for a single delivery person to handle. Even with our truck and SUV, we still did not have enough room. Cara told us to take off back to the facility so we were not any later than we already were, and she would follow with the rest. She not only showed up with the rest on her own time, but she went back and made a few more meals for us. No one went hungry and no one grumbled about us starting a little late. They were all so impressed and so grateful. With local businesses like Chili’s and Cara and her co-workers and mangers, Carter (General Manager) and Travis (Director of Operations), we could not have pulled off this safe luncheon for 256 people. Cara and her managers and cooks really stepped up to the plate and knocked one out of the park for a home-run on this event. They are all about community and family. We are fans for life!

Well, I'm sure you have probably been here. Same usual menu with some new items. We had the anchor salmon, I got it blackened, it was good. And we got the top sirloin medium well, good as well. The wait can be long at times. Especially during peak times. Sometimes the wait can be 1-2 hours. The service is good. The servers are choruses and prompt. Bar area is nice to. Especially if you want a cold beer or a mixed drink. Give it a try!

Came in with my family for dinner and everything started off fine until the manager, Michael, brought our soups. At the time, we didn’t know he was a manager. We mentioned that we had asked for sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea, not realizing Chili’s doesn’t serve sweet tea. Instead of simply explaining that, he responded with, “We’re not in Texas.” The comment came off as rude, sarcastic, and completely unnecessary — especially from someone in a management position. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough, but instead we were met with attitude. Michael’s behavior was unprofessional and embarrassing for the restaurant, not only that it dulled the good service our host and waitress had given us. He didn't even have the dignity to come and apologize to us. Managers should set the standard for customer service, not make guests feel uncomfortable or disrespected. I genuinely hope other customers don’t experience the same treatment we did. We do want to thank the other Manager Heidi and the GM Sarah for the professionalism and customer service that they provided after the fact.

Will go to another chili's if the mood strikes me. This one is off my list of places to go too. It became evident that the employees hate the customers here and that management doesn't pay their staff well enough to not complain to the customers. It is too much of a risk to eat or drink beer here. Will go to the Rancho Location or just a dive bar if I'm only looking for drinks.

I placed a substantial order at 4:52pm November 30th, I was given the option to select the time I would like to pick the order up, I chose to pick up @6:00, they moved my time to 6:15, I arrived @6:18 and all my food was cold all my ice in drinks were melted , I’m like that ok I’ll just warm it up, something’s are not able to be warmed up, also I notice all my side salads were decomposing in the container brown lettuce, I was pissed, after looking at the time stamp that the items were prepared and sealed @5:32 bit you had given me a 6:15 pick time that is approximately 45mins before my pickup time,most breads and fries are not able to be warmed up. I tipped responsibly, left my experience in the review amd. Will not return

My son and I stopped here after a long drive from LA, and the waiter sat us in a hallway where the janitor was mopping while we ate. Meanwhile, everyone else sat comfortably in the main dining area. Let’s be honest — we were treated this way because we’re not white. It was disgusting and disrespectful. My son still tipped out of kindness, but this place clearly promotes hatred and discrimination. They either need to do better or shut down for good. Shameful.
