MOD Pizza is awesome. We came in kinda late, 20 minutes before closing which I normally hate to do, but circumstances did not permit otherwise. The staff was very polite and efficient, fast and professional. We really appreciated them giving us such great service and good attitudes even though we came as I'm sure, they were working on their closing procedures. The pizza was amazing as always. Fresh ingredients prepared before you as you choose your toppings. Love it. This was Tuesday, October 3rd. We came after closing the nearby Michael's store at 9:30.

It's always fun to make your own pizza. Pretty much unlimited variations. This location is very good, staff is super friendly and helpful. I really have no problems with MOD, and every time I go, I'm satisfied. But it's quick and simple pizza. I can't really give 5 stars for only a that reason. But if you want a quick pizza, this is worth it.

Definitely the better of the make-your-own pizza style places. The dough is always perfect, and the toppings are exquisite!

Everyone ordered pizza, but I want to try the salad. And then I got this salad. I didn't know the size was so small. I'm still hungry.

Never had issues here until today. Today was very busy at work so I ordered a jasper pizza for lunch through grubhub. What I received was bread, sauce, and garlic cloves. After contacting the store they told us it's grubhubs fault and they are not willing to make my order correctly, even if I drop everything at work and come pick it up. Waste of time and money, not coming back here again.

Do you have any problems with service dogs? Unfortunately, the people working there are not very friendly. Better management is needed!

Came to get dinner for me and hubby but had my dogs with me so came in and asked if they can charge me for pocket pie and just give me chicken with cheese melted on top was told yes and paid for it! But workers find it funny? Why? My money pays for what I want so your smirk should be off your face! Customer is always right! Just started to come to Mod but after this I think I won’t! The girl and the guy in blue find it very funny that I don’t want to leave my dogs hungry! I actually had to update this review because it made me very sad that now days young kids don’t have any manners at all! Walking in into the area where they prepare your pizza and bake it and ask “what’s so crazy going on here??? “ when he saw what I ordered started to laugh and when I asked him what is so funny about my order he said nothing but continued to laugh and talk about it with the other guy and girl. I hope the manga get can teach them Some manners! This is unacceptable! In NyC they would penalize for such customer service! I travel for work and on the road you don’t get options to get good food or good hot food and when I was able to go into mod I was happy that I ll be eating delicious pizza and salad but ruined my mood by this type of behavior 🤦

I ordered pizza for pickup and came with my service dog. The employee said, "No dogs allowed," and when I told her it was a service dog, she replied, "Are you sure?" That was rude and unprofessional. Also, my pizza was burnt - far beyond normal cooking. Given the attitude we received, I question whether this was intentional retaliation. Very disappointed.

11/ 23 / 2024 Got some serious attitude from the girl working the oven, my pizza was flimsy and undercooked. and she ignored me when I asked for something... They usually WONT put the SAME pizza back in the oven, they have to make a new one from scratch, its hit or miss if you get one that is cooked properly, and everyone at these pizza joints are young teenager or just near that.. look online you will see they have CLOSED almost all the locations in Orange county...not sure if there is a connection there. Try BLAZE pizza or another family owned spot.
