The restaurant is very nice. Food was amazing. Menu has wide variety. You get a pitcher of water too. Service was top-notch. I would love to return. They should open more locations.
Great delicious 😋 food, waiters are always attentive & very friendly! Nice atmosphere. Casual dress.
I work a late shift several times per month and am often ravished and do not want to cook afterwards. 54th is my go to. Regardless of the fact that I do not order until 30 minutes before close, the food has always been promptly prepared, packaged well and delivered to my car prompt, hot and no mistakes on the order. Great food and great service no matter the hour. Thanks for the yummy meals and conscientious, courteous service.
My family decided to visit 54th Street after worship service yesterday since we needed to make a Costco trip anyway. Each experience we have had when we visit has been great, and yet this time was even better than all the other! Our waitress was phenomenal! She had a good energy and was knowledgeable about the menu. My food came out to the table wrong and she noticed it immediately. I let her know it was okay, to which she replied that she wanted to make sure I got exactly what I ordered. She was AMAZING, I cannot stress it enough. My husband ordered the Prime rib French dip sandwich while I ordered the blackened salmon with a summer salad and asparagus. when I say it was delicious, you need to draw it out. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!!! We even decided to stuff our faces further with the salted caramel brownie a la mode. And I’d do it again haha. It had a pretzel crust that cut the sweetness and gave it a nice layer of that added flavor. YESSS. Thanks 54th! We appreciate your food and service time and time again :)
We had a larger party and the waitress was by frequently. We didn't have to wait long for any service. Its a kid friendly place.
I recently visited this establishment for the first time and I was more than impressed with everything! The service was exceptional, the food was correct, hot and tasty and the atmosphere was wonderful. I havent had a restaurant experience this good in quite some time. I would definitely recommend 54th Street!
Jade was the perfect server. Wonderful atmosphere. The regular Cheese Hamburger was cooked to perfection & they have 50 beers on tap!! What?? This place is a must for any time you don’t know what to eat but want to eat good. 10/10 recommend
I have to add that I've been back a few times since my first visit and they seem to always be consistent with their service and food. They are doing a great job, and I appreciate it. I just tried 54th Street for the first time and I was impressed. Food was really good and the service was great! I will definitely be back.
We had a large party in the bar for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Isaac took phenomenal care of us. Our drinks were never empty, and we never had to wonder where he was. Our food came out fast considering we were such a large party (15) without a reservation. The gringo cheese dip was some of the best queso I've had in a long time, you have to try it! I ordered a double smash burger. It was delicious, and came with fries that were very well seasoned.
We didn't eat, just had a couple of happy hour drinks while sitting in the outdoor patio area. GREAT atmosphere! Fantastic, friendly waitress! We're definitely going back again~
I frequent 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse (Alliance) by getting mostly takeout. One of my favorite restaurants. Food is consistently very good. Portions & prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. Also like that they stay open past 10p!
We sat at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and attentive. The decor was really fun and interesting. My husband ordered the Havana club with fries and I had the gyro with grilled vegetables. Both were delicious and the helpings are very generous. We will definitely be back!
Birthday weekend and let's just say this place was amazing. Great atmosphere and the service there was above than perfect Carlston. Remember that name people he was quick polite and knew all the items on the menu. He even suggested couple of the plates for me and the group we had. We went with Mac Daddy for three then one Chicken fried steak.
I ate at the bar and Shelby waited on me. I was there for happy hour and tried a couple of the appetizers they offered. They were okay. The couple beside me had the nachos and they looked great. I had the tequila wrappers and the crab cakes. They were okay, but I'm really picky about my crab so I won't order them again. The folks behind me had burgers and they devoured them... On my radar. The beer selection was excellent. Can't wait to return .!!
I really enjoy dining at 54th Street. The atmosphere feels relaxing, the staff is always friendly, and the food never disappoints. It’s one of those places where you can unwind, enjoy a good meal, and leave feeling satisfied every time.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at 54th Street Draft House in Fort Worth, Texas! From start to finish, everything was top-notch and I can't recommend this place highly enough. First and foremost, I have to mention our INCREDIBLE server, Richard. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with and went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for our party. Richard truly made our visit to 54th Street Draft House unforgettable. Now, let's talk about the drinks. I had an Old Fashioned, a Guinness, and a Margarita, and all three were absolutely fantastic. The drinks were perfectly mixed and served at the perfect temperature. I was really impressed with the quality and selection of the drinks. And now, the food. I tried the Smash Burger and it was hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had. The burger was cooked to perfection and the toppings were all fresh and flavorful. It was served with crispy fries that were equally delicious. Overall, I had an absolutely fantastic time at 54th Street Draft House. Richard was an amazing server who made the experience even better, the drinks were fantastic, and the food was incredible. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Fort Worth!
We went for my daughter's birthday and it was awesome. The staff was great and friendly. Not a long wait time for the party of 12.
My husband and I come to 54th Street almost every week, and it’s hands down one of our favorite restaurants. The staff recognizes us and even knows our usual orders by now, which makes us feel so welcomed every time we walk in. We’ve also ordered takeout several times, and they never get it wrong, everything is always packed perfectly and just as we requested. The margaritas are amazing (definitely try them if you haven’t!), and the manager is genuinely kind and attentive, always stopping by our table to check on us and make sure everything is great. It’s that extra level of service that keeps us coming back. Consistently delicious food, great vibes, and top-notch service , we love it here!
My husband and I ordered dinner from 54th and there was an issue with our door dash delivery. I called after a couple hours to inquire and the manager, Carlson, was most gracious. He had our food remade and provided the best customer service experience! Food was so delicious! Thank you, 54th Alliance staff for being top tier! 💪🏾😁😁
Outstanding service, food and atmosphere. One of the best happy hours in town. Everyone here makes you feel so welcome and like family. Jordan and Adam are amazing bartenders and one of the main reason we come every single week. If you are looking for a restaurant that makes you feel like family this is the place. I never write reviews but felt I needed to for a place that has made my family feel so welcome since we have moved here.
Good food. Nice to be able to talk without shouting. Terrific, attentive service. Slightly pricey but good place to go for a night out. Appetizer, dinner for two, split a delicious NY cheesecake and top was $94.00
I came to have a few drinks after I left the movies! I sat at the bar two ladies was bartending and they both worked as a team and was very nice and pleasant to me. I ordered a margarita it tasted amazing! I ordered the crabcakes they were suggested by the bartender she did say they are a little fishy however she liked it for her not to be a seafood lover. So I tried it out and it was fishy the sauce was good but the crabcakes was just not my best! Overall I enjoyed my visit I will return again. Maybe next time I can sit on the patio and try the Chicago spinach dip I should've gone with my 1st mind I'm a Chicago girl anyway!
Great customer service! The manager, who said she has been there for ten years was awesome. Friendly, personable, helpful, and genuinely a nice person. She made the experience what it was. Sports and ESPN on the tvs and ice cold good beer. Definitely will be back.
The family and I tried this restaurant for the first time and we were really blown away. The service was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We tried the fried mushrooms and stuffed tater tots. The mushrooms were huge and stuffed with cream cheese. The tots were stuffed with cheese and bacon. Everything we had was perfect. We will definitely be back.
Typical American style chain restaurant located in outdoor shopping center, overall great experience every time I have been here. Nicely decorated with tons of different types of items, Blues Brothers, famous people’s pictures, hanging vehicles from the top ceiling, replicas of some animals, etc. You can see many of these on the video uploaded along with some images. Food is always tasty, I had the baby back ribs with loaded mashed potatoes, which are my options of choice in this restaurant. We also had fajitas combination of steak and chicken, really good comments, nice, fresh ingredients, with refried beans. Plenty of food, enough to take home. Highly recommended, I will be back.
Always a great place to eat out. Portions are generous. Everything tastes amazing. Happy hour is a great time too. Love to visit all the time
Phenomenal meal! Everything was excellent: the rattlesnake pasta was definitely the best - nice sauce and a bit of a kick. The Reuben and the steak and cheese sandwich were great as well. Kailah, our server, was simply amazing. So attentive, helpful, and listened carefully when someone muttered that it was one of our party member's birthday, and she came back with a candle in a piece of cake. Truly top level customer service! We will absolutely be back. Well done 54th Street!
They have a good variety of different food and they’re all great quality. Like chilis, but better quality. And after chilis price increase, 54th street isn’t even that much more expensive. It’s a no brainer to go here instead.
Tanner was great, this was our second time having him as our server. Great service, we will be back hopefully we get Tanner again.
We had our ordered delivered and it was a quick delivery and the food was still hot. The portions we amazing and the taste of the food was so flavorful. We recommend anyone e to eat there. The chicken tenders size of breast almost, pasta amazing the ribs pulled right off the bone.
Me and my Husband came to eat here last night and we had a great experience with our wonderful server Desire, she was so kind and attentive, anything we asked for she was on it and with a smile on her face. People like this is the reason we come back time and time again, thank you Desire!
I went tonight with my girlfriend and we both loved Ellie, our server, so much. She is great at her job and seemed to want to be there serving us, which is rare these days at restaurants. I wanna go back just for Ellie! Oh, and the food was great too.
Lilly and Tanner are top notch servers. Food is pretty good and usually consistent. Chicken Madeira, Mac Daddy, Chicken Caesar salad, and sweet potato fries are some of our favs. Would give atmosphere a 5 if they would fix the ceiling lights that used to shine on the ceiling decorations (and how shine right in the customer's eyes in some places).
I have been here for dinner and enjoyed the bar sitting outside. Variety of food to order. Great drinks! A little bit of class with a comfort feel.
This was our first time to eat here. We have drove by here a thousand times and we just decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was inviting and the ambiance was cool, relaxing. Our waitress was amazing, very friendly and helpful. I lost the receipt or I would have mentioned her name. I got a chicken fried steak, BBQ beans (those was amazing). The wife got catfish, and kids got wings and other stuff. We also got a Bahama Momma, that was pretty good. We got cheese dip and salsa for an appetizer, carrot cake for desert. There kids menu is awesome, so many choices. For a restaurant, the menu felt like a good ole home cooked meal, it was a little pricey, we are a family of 8 and with tip was almost $165 The restaurant was clean, food was very hot and delicious, we will definitely be back.
Went with multiple small kids, (4yo, 2yo, 1yo, 9 month old) that loved playing eye spy with all the fun wall decorations. Our waitress was so amazing! Our two year old was begging for toast with his meal and we asked after the food came if we could add a toast and she just laughed and brought it to us. They put us in a tall huge corner booth table that couldn’t sit normal high chairs so the babies sat on booster seats but they didn’t touch the table. The seats were safe… but the babies struggled to reach the table and not push food to the ground when trying to pick it up because the booster was a bit of a reach from the lip of the table. So I wouldn’t agree to that table with littles again but that was more of a personal issue.
Jalisa is very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. I really enjoyed having her take care of us tonight. 10/10 vibes. Our server matched our energy perfectly — funny, quick-witted, and still totally on top of everything. The food was amazing as well.
Back during covid a server named Brittney was outside doing orders and she made a huge impact and made 54th Street a success to eat at . She wss the one who recommended eating there. If u see her she will serve u well . She should get a partner award.
We dine at 54th Street often. We sit in the bar area, usually at the high top tables. We always get good service and the food and drinks are always made well. The Happy Hour menu has a vatiety of snack type food. I say snack, but the portions are good size. The Smash Burger, Gringo Dip, and Mozzarella Sticks are some of our favorite. The Espresson Martini is the best I've had in the area, and the house made Sangria is very good and worth a try. Overall, very satisfied with our experience.
54th is always a solid consistent place to go get some good food. Gringo Dip with waffle fries is something you have to get when you're here. The Pastas and burgers are good as well. Cocktails if you dont drink and a good size menu likely to have something for everyone. The vibe is nice as well. Typically not a wait here unless maybe 6 or 7 on a weekend.
Visiting from FL. Amazing and fast food, great selection of beer, but the highlight of this place is the staff. The bartenders are awesome. Go see Lauryn, Ellie, Henison, Shelby, and Layton, and any of the waitstaff or other bartenders in this joint. Spend your money, watch some football, and tip them well. They deserve it! Management: you’ve got some keepers on your hands. I’ll definitely visit every time I’m in town, which is often!
I went to 54th Street to celebrate my birthday with a friend and we had such a great time! We started with chips and queso — the chips were a little on the greasy side, but still tasty overall. My Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful, and the cheesecake was absolutely delicious, creamy, rich, and clearly made fresh. I also had a strawberry margarita that was perfectly sweet and refreshing. Great food, fun atmosphere, and an awesome spot to celebrate a special day!
Forgot to get pics of the food lol ot came i saw and just dove right in... I got the carne Asada tacos so fresh so good flavors with every bite... got the gringo dip as an app with chips... its a queso style dip and its was freaking awesome. My friend got the salmon and he said it was cooked to perfection and was super good but the asparagus he had as a side was a lil soggy and Missy a lot of flavor and had no taste to it.
Absolutely phenomenal date night! The deals here are amazing… 3 course meal for 2 people only $40 . They do a reverse happy hour too. The food was 10/10 for us. We got the ribs/ chicken tenders, gringo dip with waffle fries, and the crab cakes. Loved it. Highly recommend. Carlson the manager and Desiree our server gave top tier service as well.
Great atmosphere, wonderful service and amazing food! My husband and I love to sit at the bar and have enjoyed each time we have been! Layton has been our bartender the past few times we’ve been and he is attentive and keeps the morale in the bar high! Last night, I tried the Mac Daddy and Cheese and it was so good! We definitely have found our spot and will be back!

Great food and atmosphere Carlson was very friendly! Service was outstanding. Awesome selection and friendly staff.

$$ Many cold draft beers to choose from, both foreign and domestic, food is good. Decor is super busy with no real “theme”. Tributes to sports, music, movies, and just FYI: T&A (mostly old beer ads-not too racy!) Outside bar area beautiful with large fire pit. Short-staffed (?) on a Friday afternoon, but both professional and friendly. Overall, I’d go again.
Eh. And I mean that with the utmost respect. There were options, lots of options, but nothing stood out as a signature. It was the same food you can get anywhere else. Sandwiches, burgers, pasta, yada, yada. Pick something and make it great. I did have a good beer there, but it wasn’t their beer. It was just a beer you can buy anywhere. Need something to make this place stand out. I guess the stuff on the ceiling?
Visited on a Tuesday evening at 8pm with a party of 10. Location did not seem terribly busy and groups were leaving but it took 50+ minutes to be seated. Once we were seated the waitress was extremely good and managed the table with split bills quickly and efficiently. Drinks were kept refilled and food came out in a reasonable time. Food was tasty (burgers, wrap, chicken sandwiches, pasta dishes and salmon) and at the appropriate temperature.
The theme and cohesiveness of the establishment is very charming. The staff is also very helpful: going above and beyond to address your needs. The only reason I removed one star is because it is hard to find a meal that is not super high calorie and not a soup. They only have one reasonably caloric dish: the protein power bowl clocking in at 600 calories. However, overall this is a great restaurant and is nice to visit every once and a while.
The kid reaching over you to bus your dishes while you're still eating was not ok. Server was good, food was great, busboy was annoying.
I ordered their Salmon Power Grain bowl, garlic bread and the House Chocolate Cake without the ice cream via their own app for curbside service back on 1/25/2022. Everything was great especially their Power Grain bowl! I intentionally ordered the salmon, but I believe there are multiple protein options. My son has ordered their salads & potato soup multiple times via my delivery app and just loves both. When you arrive for curbside service all you have to do is call the number on the sign and someone will bring it out to you. On this particular day, they brought my order out within two minutes of me calling. The reason for the four stars is because I have not dined in person yet. I will update as soon as I do!
The place is a decent restaurant and atmosphere was relaxed but biggest thing was the service he was awesome our server was great and always was there if we needed anything. Nice place to come with the family for a lunch or dinner out. Got the devils den burger just isn’t spicy at all so was disappointing my son got the French dip the meat is super tender and it’s a big portion.
Third time here my wife and kids took me here for my Father’s Day dinner. Our server Lauryn was fantastic, I got myself a filet mignon with grilled shrimp and grilled vegetables. The only two negative I have to say is I wish my fillet came out sooner it was on the warm side and secondly they ran out of asparagus. Other than that, I had a great night great dinner and the service was fantastic. Keep up the great work.
So, we saw that the first was good, but since bad reviews for service. That was not the case at all. Our server, Petra, was fabulous. She was patient with our old, slow selves. We started with a red Sangria for me and a long Island ice tea for my wife. Both were good. We started off with the Crab cake and Fry Me Some Cheese. They were very good. My wife ate the cheese cake for dinner. Lol. My niece ate the French Dip. I ate the Baby Back Ribs and sweet potato fries. The ribs were falling off the bone tender. The meal was well worth the price. We're going back.

I had gotten the gringo chips/dips and sweet potatoes fries which the dip would of tasted better if the chips weren't salty. The waitress was really nice and attentive, and ambiance was nice.
Solid food with good prices. The waiter was very friendly. The restaurant has awesome decor and vibes.
Updated review. This place was such a great spot with cold brews on tap and fried pickles - when they have them... though unfortunately has gone down hill the past few months. Three separate bar tenders have just openly complained that business has gone to the truck yard and they no longer make good tips. Went in for drinks, appetizers, and was waiting to order food considering our bartender left the area with the server who dropped off the appetizers. Well, they left after standing behind the bar complaining to each other (in front of other customers) that on a nice day it should be busy and not slow. Now it was a nice day and the restaurant was more empty then full. We never ordered our food considering our appetizers and drinks ran out, finally we just asked to be closed out and went elsewhere. What a shame 54th Street...
So there was a line of a few people waiting for seats on a Sunday night. Well the manager says about 20 min wait, then 25, the 30. I replied i will time this wait. So after 15 min, i got up and looked around and notice there are about 8 booth/tables that are clean and not taken. I ask about the vacant tables and was told they are waiting on people, so i asked sbout reservation and the manager says no they do not accept reservations. Well after that, we get seated. So im still confused about the comment, "we are waiting on people ". So it seems the manager is not on cue to know what tables are taken and not. That is not good. They are making people wait when a wait time is not necessary. Anyway, good food, and nice restaurant. Service needs alot of work. And we were seated with no utensils, but everyone else was. Then my salad comes out and there goes another wait.....sad. I will say it once more, what does, "we are waiting on people " mean when you have at least 7 tables empty, but making people wait unnecessarily.
The service was good very attentive waitress they brought me cold sweet potatoes freeze when I asked for a new bed she took mine from my plate and obviously just microwave them for a few minutes after I ate about again and they were very bland.
Young lady helping us wasn’t very organized. I ordered a soup and fries with my order and asked that soup be brought out first, soup came with the entree and she forgot the fries entirely. Temperature wise, food was warm at best; bun and the meat. Chicken tortilla soup was delicious.
Ordered the Blackened Rebeye, I can how it can be over cooked from what was requested. I ordered medium rare but it was more medium. The steak looked flattened out to cover more of the plate. I will be avoiding this option The quona power grain was harder texture than I recall, might have been the bottom of the barrel portion I got. This visit is memorable in the negative sense.
This restaurant is in a great location and has the seating capacity to seat a large family. The service was expecting great. Servers are very accommodating. The food was disappointing. The frozen margaritas were great. With the right tweaks with the food, this restaurant would be AMAZING. ALSO, the cutlery wasn't clean, but I'm sure that's an issue with the dishwasher. Lastly, whenever a guest leaves, clean the floor under the table, not just the tabletop. I should have taken pictures.
Wasn’t sure to expect. We got seat quickly and our waiter was friendly and attentive. The 2 for $40 is a pretty good deal. With some decent options on the menu. The chips slight over slatted, the gringo dip is pretty good. My chicken Philly most definitely needs some kind of sauce. Not some half melted cheese on it, like I was given. Our overall food experience wasn’t good.
It had been a while since I'd been here, and decided it was a reasonable option for a date. Thankfully my date and I are civil and decent people to tolerate the horrible service we received. First, as we walked in, there was nobody at the hostess station. After a couple minutes, one employee noticed we were waiting and seated us. After a couple minutes, our server finally showed up and took our drink order. But not our food. Then he disappeared for 10 to 15 minutes. Looking around, he was nowhere to be seen. Finally he emerged, closed out the bill for another table and worked with another. After 20 minutes he came by our table, apologized and said there was some issue where we're he was needed in the back. He didn't take our order and advised he'd have someone else be out. He then proceeded to buss a nearby table before returning to us and taking our order. The food had good flavor. My date had the French Dip and I had the Cajun chicken sandwich. Again, our server continued to ignore us as he waited other tables and bussed a couple. As he brought us the bill, he apologized and stated something along the lines there had been some issue with another server. Overall, this visit was disappointing to say the least. The food was good, but service was certainly lacking.

Server is fantastic. I'm just hung up on one big thing. The "salsa" that comes with gringo dip they call it. That's not salsa. It's marinara sauce. I'm all for experimenting with salsa recipes but once you have introduced oregano and have no chili's or cilantro, it already had a name. Marinara sauce. This is Texas here, how they pull that off without rebellion I don't know. Maybe here in the DFW metro there's enough transplants from up north that they don't know? Suppose here's Pico de Gallo in the cheese but I saw nothing. Cheese was good for cheese, but come on and rebrand the appetizer make some salsa that's not from Canada. I asked our very nice waitress about it. She mentioned that they get that comment often. Sigh. We came into town from a smaller Texas town. Maybe the Suburbs in DFW are just a different kind of Texas. The Reuben I ordered had plenty of meat but the "comeback sauce" the menu said was on it, wasn't. Dry. I suppose I won't come-back.
I don't like writing negative reviews, but wow — 54th Street Grill & Bar earned this one. Service was fine. Not amazing, not awful. Just… there. But the timing? Absolutely glacial. It took forever to get our appetizer, and when it finally showed up, it wasn’t really hot. That should’ve been our first warning sign. Then came the main event — or should I say, the cold event. We waited even longer for our entrees, and when they finally arrived, they were cold like they’d been parked in the window long enough to consider their life choices. I refuse to pay for cold food that sat in the serving window way too long. If I wanted cold leftovers, I have a perfectly good kitchen at home. We didn’t even taste the food — we sent it back and left. I’m not rewarding a restaurant for letting meals sit around until the heat completely disappears. Honestly, I can’t believe someone thought it was acceptable to serve plates that had clearly been sitting there forever. The appetizer wasn’t really hot either, so clearly temperature control isn’t a priority. The whole ordeal took so long it completely ruined our day — and we never even ended up getting lunch elsewhere because so much time had already been wasted. Super disappointing. Cold food is a hard no for me. With so many other good places to go, we won’t be back.
Horrible service never go again. Bring wrong order... food not cooked as asked.. no cheese on burger.. then bringing a slice of cold cheese on a plate.. What a shame ...

Horrible Uber Eats ever paid $15 each for half the bottom of the container and I'm missing my grill chicken with added shrimp..... 9nly gave me one of each not what I ordered not anything like what it looks like the size I got should be $5 bucks Wendy's have better salads please save yourself the trouble when it comes to their food because it's a joke. Food taste like lettuce out the bag dripping with water but still don't taste fresh with mayonnaise dressing just over priced garbage hope the drinks are better.
Ordered through Uber eats tonight. Both steaks were way over cooked to WELL done despite one being medium & one medium rare. Said no goat cheese on my salad - you guessed it , there was goat cheese on my salad (which was very skimpy on the components as well! Maybe 1 1/2 strawberries, a table spoon of apple and pecans, 1/2 the salad mix. Looked nothing like the picture ) my other issue was we paid for priority delivery yet the driver made at least one other stop before getting to our house this all our food was cold ! Never again.
An older man was sexually harassing 2 women at the bar, when I tried to alert the bartender he did nothing. He must’ve been a big spender and they must not care about women. One left. I never started a confrontation. They then spun it like I said the bartender who I KNOW, was harassing women. I never said that and he knows that. Then when I went back in to clarify they put hands on me illegally! This place will beat you up! Don’t go! I’ll be contacting the owner and my attorney for being assaulted ON CAMERA.
When I ordered my food it looked presentable, then I ate it. The burger did not taste like a $14 a chicken avocado burger And with that I got dry rewarmed up fries. I told her about the fries and she got me more in less than 2 minutes and they came out again dry, spongy and this time on the hotter side but still not freshly cooked fries. As I was telling her about the fries again she interrupted me slammed her hand on the table and stormed “I’ll go get the manager “ I said I don’t need, she interrupt me again and storms are yelling “I’m gonna go get a manager”. After I talk to him she ignored me and only came to check up on me one time the whole rest of the 35 minutes I was there and that was to ask if I needed my ticket. I did not appreciate her customer service neither the food and I will not be going back there again!
Ok so the customer service was amazing atmosphere was amazing the drinks were full of sugar or syrup soda and hardly Licquor and it was def not top shelf cocktails the steak was under cooked the Mac n cheese had no flavor and taste old like just reheated and the Mac n cheese daddy was flavorless and looks thrown together I quickly asked for a check so I can recook the steak I ordered at home correctly.
We came here last December and were very pleased with our food and service. Not so much this time. The soda was flat. Took one drink of the margarita and couldn't stomach all the syrup. The food was subpar, similar to frozen or in a box. And our waitress will be the reason we have robots taking our orders in the future. To spend $200 on 4 of us and none of us left ever wanting to return sadly.
They give you the smallest portion of salad when you carry out. It's barley, any meat or lettuce, definitely not worth $17. They will not fill the to-go-ready containers. I specifically asked for more lettuce, and they still added just a small portion.
I sat at the bar and I was finally greeted by the bartender who ignored me while she took care of all the regulars sitting to the immediate right and left of me. She didn't know I was with them but it took 20 minutes just to get a damn glass of water! This was my 1st time here. She rushed me to order food and when I wasn't ready on her watch, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Wow. Order was wrong, appetizer came after the main dishes and was luke warm, kitchen ran out of baked potatoes (?). She had no intentions of trying to fix any of this of course. Never saw a manager the entire 2.5 hours. Great TVs and gyros though.
I have been a regular at this restaurant for many years. It’s our favorite restaurant and never had an issue. Today, we stuck to our usual order. We share an order of wings and a Lieutenant Dan platter. The restaurant was a bit busy and the manager walked around introducing himself asking if we needed any anything to let him know. His name is James. When we started eating the wings, my husband bit into a raw one. The waitress came by looked at it we looked at her she said let me get the manager. James comes back over, looks at it and says “oh that’s normal” it’s just a blood vein. Said it’s supposed to look like that because it’s a “quality chicken.” His approach was insulting. We always order this. We know that cooked chicken isn’t raw and red. He kept saying it’s perfectly fine -said if they cooked it longer the blood would just turn brown, well of course if it was cooked which this wasn’t fully cooked. We nod him off because he’s trying to gaslight us and we can’t even eat them we ask the waitress to take them away. We finish the rest of the meal but can’t explain how we felt after getting treated that way. They also did not take the wings off our order or offer to re make them, but if James thought we were there for a free meal, we aren’t. I came there for the quality that I am accustomed to by this restaurant. We paid and will be speaking to someone about his professionalism. Our waitress was great by the way, understanding. I’ve never had a bad experience here I am honestly surprised at the response given tonight. Do better, you can make someone very sick this way.
