This is the best chipotle in HB. They don't try to screw you over on portions.[I worked at Chipotle 12 years ago], and they are kind and pleasant to interact with. I'm pregnant and after all the stuff I wanted in my bowl I went back up and waited in line to ask for more mild and sour cream and they politely let me know next time I did not need to stand in line and didn't charge me extra for coming to get it separately. Every other chipotle in southern California I have been to has been disappointing and almost made me give up Chipotle completely. This place is a gem.

The food was not burnt when I ate it. I hate it when the chicken or steak is all burnt and you have to get the pork option. The fajitas weren’t burnt either. Pretty happy with this place quality control over not having burnt food.

I've eaten here one to two times a week for many years. Jeanette, the manager, runs the Chipotle quite well. The employees are well trained, helpful, and friendly. The line moves smoothly, and I love the fresh ingredients with consistent good quality. The guacamole and salsas are amazing, and the Queso Blanco is perfection! I love the fajita veggies, especially the days when there are beautiful red peppers in the mix. Thanks to the great team at this Chipotle!

I love Chipotle in general, and this location in particular! All the employees work hard, are polite, fast, professional, and efficient. The food is always fresh and consistently delicious. Shout-out to Janette, who is always smiling and remembers my order down to every detail!! I was so impressed. Blown away by the customer service here. A+ location!

The portions were not generous, to say the least, in fact, I wad surprised at how stingy there were. The barbacoa flavor was great, but they didn't have any dressing for my salad, and the guy was so indifferent about it. Won't be going back to this location again.

The portions were not generous, to say the least, in fact, I wad surprised at how stingy there were. The barbacoa flavor was great, but they didn't have any dressing for my salad, and the guy was so indifferent about it. Won't be going back to this location again.

I write good reviews when they're deserved. I don't write bad reviews for one or two minor bad items. But, this evening there were 4 bad items in our family's food order for pickup from the Chipotle on Brookhurst near Garfield in Fountain Valley, CA : the brown rice was undercooked the steak was cold the tortilla chips were stale and some were mysteriously soggy even though the bag they were in wasn't wet the hibiscus lemonade was watered down We've ordered food from Chipotle many times before and this was the most disappointing experience we've had with them.

There was a lot of NASTY gristle and fat pieces in the chicken and carnitas….nothing worse than having to pull a piece of low budget “meat” out of your mouth because it’s blubber…….it’s the pieces that usually get thrown away before they’re served to the customers. #VOMIT.🤢

This place is really ridiculous because orders are prepared in a very long time and the employees are very disinterested, especially those standing in the front, this is really ridiculous because there I always wait 30 minutes for my orders to be prepared. Please remember that this team needs to be changed because employees are everything to a workplace but the employees here are really disrespectful and none of them speak

this fountain valley location , doesn’t put ANYTHING in the bowls or burritos. I’m spending so much money here and they put teaspoon amounts , the food taste old, and I got sick from eating it, I’ve never experimented such rude workers in my life rolling there eyes , when I ask them to add more they CHARGE ME EXTRA , your already putting a centimeter amount . Very petty and mean
