They greeted me at the door and guided me to the line to order because I wanted to make sure I followed safe distancing. The workers helped me with my order as it's been a long while since I ordered a taco shell. The ingredients looked fresh. It was fast service. I'll be visiting more in the future. I hope they will have indoor dining soon.

I love the food here at this location, the people have very good customer service skills and I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. Qdoba is a amazing Mexican spot they got all the goodies and everything tastes fresh all the time. I usually get the steak quesadilla or sometimes even the impossible quesadilla and both tastes very good. The staff is also very kind and work really quick here.

I order for pick up online through the app countless times the past few years and they’re always consistent with the portions and the food is always good. Staff are always friendly and helpful even though the restaurant is constantly crowded with students on weekdays. Best of all? The price remains almost the same throughout the years compared to other restaurants.

The food prices and portions are really good. I highly recommend it. Plus, Dwight delivered wonderful customer service. 10 10, he opens the doors for incoming and outgoing customers with a smile and pays attention to the small details. The African American supervisor/manager working here did a great job of welcoming us inside & then he went above and beyond in assisting us and other families with small children in finding seating. Love Qdoba. I honestly believe that this place taste better than Chipotle. The food tastes great and they have a wide variety of food options; chicken, beef, ground beef, pulled pork, slow roasted pork, vegetables, avocado, white rice, brown rice, and the hot cheese, it's just great! They have a nice long single tall table where over 12 people can sit. Then a window stand to eat and 7-8 tables that seat 4-5 people and 1 bathroom that is very well kept and cleaned.

Applebee's had a 1 1/2 wait to be seated so we decided to come here instead and I'm glad we did. We 25 bucks between the 2 of us which was 3 tacos, this bowl which was STUFFED, and 2 drinks. We both enjoyed our food. I like spicy, her not so much, so her tacos were mild, my chicken bowl was spicy; however, I shared my bowl with her and she loved it so much she kept going back in for more. The tacos seemed small to me and since they cost more, the bowl was the winner tonight. We were able to be seated; all I had to do was submit a little info, no hassle. Will definitely be back to try more!

I have to admit, I went into Qdoba with very mild expectations, but I decided to try it for the first time. It was way better than I thought it would be, actually better than Chipotle. The sauce to rice and meat ratio on the bowl was a bit heavy on the sauce, I would have liked a little more meat and rice. But it was delicious. And the chips and dip were soooo good. The workers there are nice too. Enjoyed my meal.

Great stop before the movies On our way to AMC Flushing Meadows, we arrived a little early and decided to try QDOBA Mexican Eats. Parking was easy—lots of free spaces right in front on Sunday. Inside, while waiting in line to order, I went to the restroom, which was clean and had no issues. We enjoyed the delicious food and even took a few pictures to share. It was a smooth and pleasant stop before heading to the movie. I highly recommend this place for a quick and tasty meal.

The steak was fresh and good. Got double protein steak bowl for $15. Free chips/queso with all. Spicy Queso was good. Guac and any toppings for the bowl/burrito is free and included if asked. There was a 15-20 min line but once you get to the front, the food is ready in just few mins.

Place gets busy but all for a good reason. Their food is outstanding and a much better option than other chain spots with the same concept (you know who you are). My personal favorite and usual order is the Taco Shell Bowl. Portions served are huge so If your searching for a quick yet satisfying bite, look no further.

Can't speak to the restaurant itself as I've never actually been there, but my husband has picked up many orders for easy dinners. The food is excellent though - I especially like the brisket birria and queso diablo, and their tortilla chips are always fresh. I do wish there were more sauce options without cilantro, though. Mobile ordering is easy, and their rewards program is pretty good. Last night my order was all wrong, pretty sure I just got someone else's food. Things happen, but I still filled out a contact form, and mentioned the problem in the survey I got (which I think they send after every online order). *Less than 24 hours later,* one of the managers called me to apologize, and offered a free meal for the inconvenience. Really appreciate the prompt handling of this issue, and I'll definitely be ordering again!

The food was fantastic! The meal I ordered was perfect! The delivery was not so great but not at fault either. The delivery service, other than QDOBA, mixed up meals and liquid leaked everywhere. The containers should have been checked. Next time I would love to eat inside!

Been going to this location for years now and 95% of the time, service is good and the food is great as well. The line can be kinda long at times, and I have experienced a not so happy employee once or twice. The food was fresh most of the time, but I have experienced cold food a couple of times. The student discount for drinks are nice too!

Qdoba is a great Mexican fast food restaurant. They are always packed with customers because their food is great. Sometimes, I compare Chipotle’s to this restaurant but their is no comparison. Chipotle have their own taste and do not have a variation .The food served from Qdoba is fresh and unique. A lot of students dine here and it is always an exciting environment . One of the servers was working so fast that she actually messed up my order. I told her green sauce meaning a mild sauce but she put another type of green sauce on my shell bowl meal.I thought it was a spicy sauce however another server informed me that it was a cilantro olive oil sauce. It was really good and complimented my meal.Plus , you get a lot of food for the money. The food is so fresh.The tomatoes are bright red, the corn is lively yellow, and the roasted peppers were cooked perfectly.The rice wasn’t gummy nor the beans over cooked.I’m practically stuffing my face at the moment because it’s so gooooooooood ! I feel like I can’t put my fork down. They also cater as well !Sweet treats are also sold here ,you have a choice between a brownie or chocolate chip cookies. I wish they’d open more Qdoba’s in the Tri-state area. The beverages are in variety from Sprite Zero peach flavor to root beer! I recommend this place and rate it a 4 out of 5 for good food, conduct,and pricing.

Fast food Mexican. It's basically a glorified Taco Bell at three times the price.

Service it's fast, food it's ok best of all it's the atmosphere, for it's businesses they keep it clean and organize. Nothing exciting or extraordinary it's basically a Chipotle restaurant but with smaller portions at higher prices.

I love qdobe but make my husband go order for me since im pregnant and don’t want to go thru a bad experience. Food is great even tho they serve less food than 1 year ago. The staff is the problem. My husband orders and they put corn which he did not want and the server had to walk away, and a new person served my husband. Was it really that big of a deal that she had to walk away? I think this is basic when dealing with customer service. They need training.

I have been coming to this Qdoba for a while now, and in the past the portion size have been decent regardless if you order online or in person. However, recently, I noticed that the portion size has changed and are much smaller like most people say, especially when you order online. Last time when I ordered a salad, I thought it was just a fluke, but this time I ordered a bowl and was disappointed as there was barely any rice in the bowl. I'm hoping this was a fluke, but compared to what their "Qdoba partners" show on their instagram, I expected more. I didn't want to write a review as I like coming here, but after experiencing this twice and not hearing back after submitting my survey, I had to. I hope this can change as this Qdoba has a great staff.

I've been coming to this location a million times for years and used to love coming here, unfortunately yesterday was my LAST time coming here. I would love to give this place ZERO STARS. There is a new line server with clear glasses and she has dark hair in a low ponytail with a black cap hat. She is extremely rude, and disrespectful. Every time I come in and place my order for either a chicken bowl or a burrito she makes rude comments about me in Spanish, little does she know that I speak Spanish so I understand everything that she's saying. Her comments make me feel extremely UNCOMFORTABLE. Every time I walk into this location it's not welcoming or pleasant at all after being treated so awful by her. It hurts me to say that I will NEVER come back to this location ever again. No staff should be making hurtful comments about customers in a different language.

Been coming here a million times and always order a protein bowl never have any problems at all. The employees always know what a protein bowl is because it’s an item on their menu. Looked on their menu and saw a southwest burrito and whoever was dealing with my brother wish he got her name laughed and asked him if he was in the right place. Never had any problem with this QDoba ever. The stuff on the online menu are clearly not presented in the store, or the employees could care less.0/10

This place pretty much always gets your order wrong whenever you order through app. That’s why I always go and order in person. The food is good that’s why I keep going back. Today out of 2 bowls one was totally wrong. No one usually picks the phone to bring it to their attention. One bowl is being thrown away as I don’t eat some of the items put in there.

The beans are leftover from the day before and pre heated so is the rest of the food. A former employee said he doesn’t recommend anyone eating there because it’s disgusting how they handle the food. I read a comment like that on Reddit and it was too late since I had order a chicken bowl and the taste was horrible. I was too far to come back and let the manager know so I called and a woman picked up saying “Sorry maybe it was a bad batch that we had” the health department needs to be on top of this place. The sauces never get replaced they just get refilled, it’s just horrible how they handle and process the food there. Don’t recommend that place at all.

This is probably the last time I ever use their app to pick up food. The person in charge of making my food just didn't care enough to read my order step by step. I got the wrong rice, they added beans when I asked for no beans, and when I requested for chicken they didn't put any meat inside the bowl. I was extremely hungry at that time, so I didn't care about it that much. But it does feel pretty disrespectful for someone to do something like that when you paid through the app in advance.

I've been eating here 7 years daily. I stopped because one day they must have served me bad/unwashed lettuce/greens. My eldest son and I ate there & had some bad stomach issues 😵 (if you know what I mean). My other family members ate food elsewhere & they were fine. I am too afraid to go back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! They give small portions of everything. Its insane, I got a bowl with double meats and they barely filled the bowl even a quarter way. There was a thin layer of rice maybe 2 grains tall and about 7 pieces of tiny cubes of steak and chicken, and even the vegetables came out to maybe half the bowl at best. Crazy to think I spent 16 bucks on that bowl. And even the sauce I asked for they used an empty bottle, which dropped literally about 2 or 3 small dots of sauce and didn't refill or swap the bottle to add more sauce. They just packed it and called it a day. The worst part is I can't even make this up, its seriously what happened. Not worth coming to. And they've done it all three times I've come here. I thought maybe its just a bad day or something but nah, trust me. They don't give any reasonable portions at all. Use your money elsewhere, this place ain't worth it.

I usually absolutely love Qdoba, I ordered delivery today for the first time in a few years and was extremely disappointed. None of the toppings I asked for were included, and the portions are extremely small. If the toppings were finished I would’ve appreciated the store reaching out to me and asking me what I would like instead. I understand that the toppings are free but a heads up would’ve been nice. And to get such a small portion for an order that took so long was very disappointing. I would love to order from here again but I’m put off by this experience for sure.

I just left this location. I ordered the salad with the hard shell. The transaction started out well but when the last girl on the line put my salad in the container, she completely mutilated the shell. I watched as she repeatedly smashed and crushed the shell so that it could fit in the container. Making the salad look completely disgusting. That girl nor the cashier gave a hoot when I mentioned how disgusting it looked. I doubt I will ever go back again, but if I do I will be recording the whole time.

I never get delivery from here because it is super close to me. Their food is generally healthy and the portions are great. But today we ordered through ubereats and there was no space for instructions. So we specifically called the store and asked if it’s possible to do all the sauces on the side. We spoke to someone and they said they got it. When the food got delivered, they didn’t include the cutlery that we specifically asked for on the app. And the food was drowned in sauces. We also did extra chicken and it was so little compared to what we get in store. A solid waste of time and money

I ordered a chicken quesadilla on door dash. As I bit into the quesadilla and pulled it away from my mouth, a long blonde strand of hair was in the middle of the quesadilla and now in my mouth. Ordered a bowl through DoorDash specifying that I wanted both rice and NO BEANS. Whoever made my bowl can't read because although the tag on my bowl even stated my correct order, I got NO RICE and BOTH BEANS. Who orders a regular bowl with no rice and both beans? My name is Yara, and I want to say that we originally loved Qdoba and enjoyed eating your food. However, today my friend and I ordered burritos with queso and chips, and while my friend was eating her burrito, she found a piece of plastic inside it. This is extremely dangerous and terrifying, and we both could have been seriously hurt or even killed. Finding glass in food is completely unacceptable and a major safety issue. Please check your ingredients and make sure your workers are properly preparing food because this is disgusting, careless, and a serious choking hazard.
