Excellent Beef and Broccoli! Very chill take out, clean, conveniently located off Sample Road just before Military. The beef is good but that is all I can speak for because I have yet to try anything else from there.

I recently dined at China Express, and wow! The food was delish—sweet & sour chicken was on point! The staff was super friendly and made me feel at home. The vibe is chill and cozy. If you're in Pompano, hit this place up! Highly recommend!

The food was incredibly flavorful and authentic. I ordered their seafood and it was perfectly spicy and savory. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly and efficient.

I mean they don't really speak English so don't ask questions, but I really enjoy the food here. I've dropped by for lunch a few times and they're always super quick. Tastes fresh, nothing stale or chewy, great flavors, hasn't made me sick, quality stuff that will be what you expect.

I ordered the pork egg foo young dinner special with an egg drop-wonton mixed soup tonight. The soup was really flavorful, with two huge wontons full of wonderfully seasoned meat with an anise-forward flavor - they didn't skimp on the filling here! The egg foo young pancakes are nice, thick with a good amount of filling, and definitely not as greasy as other egg foo young I've eaten around here. The gravy that comes with it has a good texture and is also seasoned well, but doesn't overpower the pancakes, which I like. Whoever left a review a few years back saying the egg foo young here is really good wasn't lying. The pork fried rice is cooked and seasoned well, but a little sparse with the meat and vegetables. I really enjoy that they add bean sprouts :) This was a nice meal, I'll definitely order from here again.

Great place if your palette is versatile and very authentic! Everything has flavor. My husband and I have been ordering from them every time we crave Asian cuisine! Cozy and heart warming but be sure to specify exactly what you need and they will give it to you. A closed mouth doesn’t get fed. If ordering through third parties, it is just like everywhere else because the app doesn’t give you enough options so don’t blame the restaurant staff for not giving enough of something.

Just found this gem recently and one of the few places where the chicken is real white meat chicken. Great price the only reason it has 4 stars is because the dinner special doesn't come with soup/egg roll.

I love this place. Local, fresh, hot, good Chinese Food, delivered for dinner. The prices are reasonable, you get rice, soup, egg roll, entree, all for about $11. Delivery Time 45 minutes. Food is always good. What is not to love?

Great value for the price! I enjoy the options and flavors, love their Wonton soup. Staff are very friendly, nice and accommodating. Right around the corner from my house. They offer online or phone ordering.

1st order there was today. I loved the last place I used to order from but they stole my credit card info. I hate having to change but this was close to where I work. I was weary bcuz the reviews were mixed. I order the General Tao chicken. It's definitely not the best I've had but it was far from the worst. It had a nice flavor sauce (theirs was thinner than I'm used to) and chicken had less breading (which some might prefer) but the chicken was tender and delicious. The rice was not your typical fried rice but it was still good as well and when I got the order it was piping hot! Also... they don't have a minimum to order which I love and my lunch combo was only $6.95!!! I had 1/2 today and will have 1/2 tomorrow for lunch which is only $3.50 a day when you break that down. You can't be that for a quick hot lunch.

I have been going here for approximately 10+ years. I find the food to be very good and the proportions are just right. Staff is very friendly. I wrote a review on another site and keep forgetting that Google has a review area too. Just happened to "get hungry" notification on Google and decided to add my voice. And on a special note, I have checked the department of health visits and they had 0 violations

They have new owners and the quality of their food has gone down. You used to get chicken fried rice with the lunch combinations now it's pork fried rice. It's a different kind of rice too that's not as good. The General Tso Chicken used to be big chunks of white meat chicken with brown sauce that had good flavor and was spicy. Now it's small chunks of dark meat chicken with an overly sweet sauce and no heat. You do get a lot more food now and the prices went down a little but I'd rather pay the extra $.50 and get less food if the quality was what it used to be. To be completely fair there was nothing offensive with the food we got to the point where it was inedible and the new owners are perfectly nice. The problem is that this used to be a nice hidden gem with genuinely good actual New York style Chinese takeout now it's generic Chinese restaurant #37 in the area.

With that said, they give you a big block of white rice to eat with it so the food is filling even though it's not incredibly flavorful or high quality. It's not bad but there are far better Chinese places in the Pompano area so I likely won't come back here.

Extra charges without putting it on the menu. I've even been charged extra 4 regular mustard not packaged mustard that if you go into a regular restaurant that sits on the table. They have lost a good customer.

I just placed an order online they took forever to bring me my food maybe like an hour or longer. The food was not good how the people in the comments make it seems. I ordered shrimp fried rice which tasted like water no flavor, crab rangoon they was hard as a rock, and chicken which was ok but I will not order from here again.

Delivery To start they took over an hour to bring the food to my location. When i called about it the gentleman on the phone sounded already fed up and dissmissed it as another 15 min. I probably would have let it slide being as hungry as I was but out of 3 orders 2 of them were wrong. Very Upset.

When we first ordered delivery from this place, the prices were reasonable and the food was okay (Delivery took an hour). Second time we ordered, our order was messed up, and we payed more than before, for less food. When I called to let them know my order was messed up, the girl on the phone was very rude and sarcastic, blaming the messed up order on us, because "she can't read minds" I guess her trying to prove a point is more important than keeping customers and making money. Oh well, time to try one of the other hundreds of Chinese food restaurants in Margate...

I have ordered from this Chinese restaurant for years. Unfortunately today I made a huge mistake. I placed an order by phone. I was speaking to the manager. I placed my order and asked him if my delivery person would be wearing gloves and a face mask. He assured that they would be. Ok no problem. As the knock on the door 45 min later. I let them know I was putting on my gloves and mask. I opened the door handed the delivery guy the amount of $26.00 looked up and he had no protective mask or gloved. He already had my $ in his hand. I ? Where was his gloves and mask . he acked like he didn't know what I was talking about. I closed my door and immediately called China Express. There response was we are sorry. Not acceptable. I told them I wanted my $ back and to pick up their food. I am very uncomfortable. There is a lot of risk accepting anything from any company that does not protect their customers . after calling back 2 times the driver finally showed up. With a mask and gloves. After delivering several other orders. I will not recommended this company to any one unless you want food from a company who doesn't care about who delivered your food or about you. If I could rate a zero I would. I just got food from there and it was soooo dry. I called and he wouldn’t give me a refund nor would he replace the food. He was rude to boot. My brother is in hospice and wanted house special rice n 3 egg rolls. I ordered his food at 6:39pm and when to the store by the time I got back, it was 7:25pm, no food yet. My brother can't eat after 7:pm, I called n the cashier said she will call the driver. Then she called my brother back n said the driver was 2 blocks away. 8:45pm came n left, and the driver never came. I called the cashier back, by now I'm upset because my brother is critically ill , and I'm trying to make his last day as comfortable as possibly. He never got his food🤨 but thanks God he's still alive.😡

Do not order from this place they have all combos pre packaged and in a refrigerator. They just microwave your food that god knows how long it’s been in there for . I asked to have my protein separate from the pork fried rice and they would not do It because they said “ it was premise in the combo to go boxes” I asked it if was pre cooked and of course they said no it is cooked separately. I then begged them to give me a reason they couldn’t just put them in two different containers ???? Very sketchy will never ever ever order from this place again.
