I was really saddened when The Colony location closed so we have been frequenting this location in the meantime. The service here has always been consistent and friendly, and since this location is a bit farther from us we're genuinely happy to make the drive because of the food quality and customer service. We love coming here over ordering chains such as Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Shout to Christian and the team tonight, 11/2 during dinner service for the hospitality and patience

WOW. This place is fantastic! Had Gluten Free Sausage/Chicken Pizza on the lunch special. I will definitely be back. The staff is super helpful and food comes out in no-time. Perfect for a quick 30 min lunch for people on the go Like Me. Temperature, Tase and texture of the Pizza and ingredients was way over the top. Keep up the good work . Blaze Pizza offers really delicious pizzas with great flavor and fresh ingredients. The refillable drinks were a nice touch and worked well with the meal. The staff were fine, nothing extraordinary but did their job. The space itself is wide and airy, though the atmosphere isn’t particularly unique. Overall, a good spot if you’re craving tasty pizza.

I can not stress enough for how good there pesto cheese garlic bread is. I mean apart from making everything right in front of you and having great customized no meat option as well, the food here is just too yum. I can say that their garlic bread was better than dominos one. I definitely definitely defintely go to this place whenever I see one around, just for their pesto flavor. Clean place, quick and courteous staff. Prices are fairly cheap. For Indians, who like heavy flavors and veg food, they should not skip this place

Maddie was amazing. She had the absolute best customer service. My pizza was amazing. However, no ice and hot drinks on a drink and pizza special. This would NOT prevent me from returning. The staff worked incredibly hard.

When I usually come everyone is so friendly. I am assuming the young man that took care of my order was new. His customer service was horrible. He was very sloppy with my food not caring and every time I asked for an ingredient he would have an attitude. He almost over charged me and I had to correct him twice on the lunch special and when I presented my military card he just looked at ot then looked. I asked if he could apply a military discount and he asked another team member how to apply. The overall attitude is what got me. If you don’t want to be at work, stay home.

First time, staff wasn't very friendly and barely any cheese on the pizza. Overall, it was good but for the price I would've liked more cheese...also the tomatoes were under cooked.

We usually love blaze pizza but we had horrible experience at this location. Service - we had only 2 people ahead of us and waited almost 45+ mins. They kept doing online orders it seems. Whats the point of going in store ?? The lady who was Making pizza was taking her own sweet time. They did not had heater on so we ended up eating in freezing cold. All the customers were literally going out to get jackets to eat inside. Because of many online orders they seem to care less for people in store. Usually blaze pizza is our comfort food but this time pizza was not cooked well at some part and too hard in next bite. Overall will not recommend this location. Garlic bread was good.

I went there last week and the place was not clean. The wooden boards used for kneading the dough were covered in sauce, so I asked them to change them all. I hope the manager will be stricter about cleanliness.

I used to visit the Coit location a lot, and the workers there were always amazing and kind. After it closed, I decided to try the Preston location, but the experience at first was very disappointing and nothing like what I was used to. However, a worker named Braylie eventually stepped in and helped out, and she made my experience much more enjoyable. I really appreciated her kindness and effort.

Kept me waiting for the order even though it was done and ready for pickup. Didn't call my name. Kept me sitting infront of them. Unacceptable and worst service and behavior. Doesn't end here. My name is Denys. This was my first and last visit to Blazy Pizza, 3311 Preston Rd Suite 13, Frisco, TX 75034. I don’t speak English very well, but I was polite and tried to communicate using Google Translate and a little Spanish. Instead of helping, the employee ignored me, walked away, and showed a rude, dismissive attitude. I was not served at all and had to leave. Being treated this way because of a language barrier is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a pizza from this location and it was awful barely any meat on the pizza instead of crumble meat I got a small chunk of meat (1piece)for each slice, wayyy to much cheese, barely any red sauce, also the pizza have too much sea salt I had to stop eating it after forcing myself because I hate to waste food, this pizza was poorly made, and I’m very disappointed, what sucks is now I can’t even get a refund because they’re close for the rest of the night …..please do better, don’t rush and throw food together like we’re animals I’m highly upset $28 down the drain, and I’m pregnant smh I’m pissed ! I will be putting my review on TIKTOK as well!
