I ordered a banana split with chocolate cookie dough, black walnut, and butter brickle flavors, and I absolutely loved it. I also purchased their whole milk, which I use in my coffee, which is incredibly tasty.

I wanted to share the great experience we had this morning at the Braums Store#76, located at 2680 W Main Street in Frisco, TX my dad lives for breakfast and we walked through the door exactly at 10:30 am , they shut down breakfast at 10:30 am . When I asked if we could still order , the staff was very accommodating and made an exception. These days it’s very rare to see this kind of customer service. I will continue to do business here and tell all my friends. Thank You Braums Staff for going above and beyond to make a 91 yr old happy. Blessings to all of you..

Tried Brums Ice Cream for the first time – pleasantly surprised! Tastes fresh and natural, though a few more flavor options would be nice. Still, very satisfying!

There was a disgruntled old man who didn’t understand a sign on the ice cream glass and got rude to an employee - the employee maintained composure, patience and when the old told the employee to get someone else, he did. The ice cream was perfect, the burger and fries delicious, atmosphere was clean (including the women’s bathroom!), but the service was superb! Everyone had smiles on their faces and were super friendly! We will be back!

Love this place for great ice cream at a fantastic price. Visited again a few days ago and got a special for $3.49. Three large scoops of ice cream with caramel. Fantastic. By far, this is my top ice cream shop anywhere (and that includes where I live near Atlanta and during my travels to Europr, Asia, and the Middle East).

Nice shop with options for dine in and little grocery. The braums milk was in stock and the checkout was quick. There are other grocery items also but not promising. The ice cream counter serves variety of ice creams and in affordable price. There is a seating area too. The line for the ice cream sometimes long and you may have to wait. There are ample parking outside and the restroom was clean.

Been here multiple times, it's usually a little busy even with a drive, but lately it seems they're a little understaffed. The ice cream is fantastic and it's cool that they have seasonal flavors. The staff does their best effort to make the process quick. They have flavors for just about everyone! Would recommend if you're visiting Texas!

Great varieties of ice creams and milk shakes. Prices are pretty low. I cut one star for the eating area. It is not very clean, and tables are sometimes not wiped.

The restroom were dirty. Other than that the products are really good.

Breakfast is good price, taste pretty good. I will say I think the locations in Oklahoma are a little better, the portions seem a little bigger, customer service a little better. But decent place.

This Braum's on Hwy 75 doesn't compare to the Braum's that was discontinued on Travis St., for those who remember its convenience, small town hominess and friendly atmosphere. I like the grocery store more than the dining area. Braum's has the freshest produce, baked goods, and of course, the best selection of types and flavors of ice cream. The drive through food seems to me to be more satisfying than the food bought in the cafeteria - style dining room. But then the dining area is a big box with terrible acoustics, which always makes for conversational screaming. In general, I think the dessert features at Braum's far outweigh the burger and sandwich menu.

It does get busy and hectic but most of the time it isn't too bad. I will say that recently we ordered a banana split and it was $4.99 plus tax but it looked like a $10 dessert. It was well proportioned and just really delicious! It was definitely enough for 2 people! And the small yogurt ice cream on a waffle cone is less than $2 but it ALWAYS looks like a large!

Our banana split was delicious! The place was very dirty. The counters had buckets of ice cream melting and dripping to the floor, the blenders were not clean between shakes. I asked an employee when they clean the counters and he said at the end of the day. Very disappointing

Totally would recommend, the prices for their food is worth it, the amount of protein that also comes with different types of food, is just packed. Good place to hit up after a good gym session for sure! Good place to hit up with friends.

Could use improvement on service handing and verifying the orders made via the drive thru. Pricing clearly hasn't changed egregiously like some of the other restaurants, and I would love if this Braum's stayed that way.

In an overgrowth world of franchised and specialty ice cream shops that are overpriced, Braums sticks with good old fashioned classics that never go out of style and old fashioned prices. Although it looks a bit outdated, the low overhead savings is passed along to its customers. Shared a sundae with my son for under $4. I'll be a new regular.

Their burgers and shakes are great and not too expensive. The only sort of con is that the workers are high schoolers and I feel the amount they're paid shows

If ordering burgers and you have any changes vs standard order check your order before leaving! Seems like they mess our family’s orders up 25% to 50% of the time and consistently on burgers where everyone has some order condiment adjustments. Food tastes great. Kids love it and they do great re milkshakes and ice cream all the time but they need to be better about their QC of making burgers.

Spectacular atmosphere with efficient service mostly by the teens. I encountered services by youngsters which are less available in the US. Taste of the ice cream I chose was delicious and the single scoop was enough to enjoy for a longer time.

Ambience is good, but they aren't consistent. They have very good ice cream flavors, with occasional contaminations which is very serious for having a nut allergy, even when alerting I have an allergy. They have good ice creams, their Vanilla is the best, but somedays you can expect spoiled milk in their milkshakes, and some of the busiest drive-thru lines in all of Frisco. Better places to go.

The food is fantastic the ice cream is amazing. The service the first time we went was good this last time was suboptimal, and their fountain soda machine was not working which we didn’t know were not told when we ordered our combos and paid. When we were jammed our cups we were told we could get water. I had to ask if I could get a milkshake if I paid more. I am willing to give it another try and will provide another review. Hope to have a better experience. Good food. Better ice cream

Great location with convenient access, and easy to read menu. The staff were friendly, but they almost seemed untrained. We ordered five separate ice cream options, and the only ones that were correct were the single scoops in a cup. The drinks were nicely flavored and balanced with carbonation. They lost a lot of customers to the wait time in the drive thru line and/or not having select menu items available. It's not a completely bad experience, but probably won't return to this location.

The guy who was serving messed up 3 of our orders. All the flavors were wrong. I love Braum’s and this was the fist bad experience.

Every year when I try around the beginning of December this is what I get every time! What is the timeframe for that ice cream? Tell me what to do to get that ice cream. Also horrible fries!!

Food was good as usual but we are SO disappointed in the ice cream. There’s a huge sign advertising the Holiday flavors, which is why we came as we’ve had them before, but they only had 2- peppermint and pumpkin. Both of which we didn’t want. As we are currently in the heart of the Holidays and to be out of those other flavors, the whole reason we came, was severely disappointing. Take the sign down if you don’t have them.

I'm always a bit frustrated with this location. The service is never great. I am for a fresh burger, they fake pushing a button ( I know there isn't one), abs my food comes out NOT fresh. The tables are always dirty and they need to learn how to bag groceries. Puzzles as children teach this skill well.

Incredible ice cream. Cold enough that it doesn’t drip after receiving it. The service was mediocre, as a simple order took upwards of 5 minutes to make even while I was at the window. Furthermore, the food was mid at best, failing to carry the salt to the tastebuds in the fries. The chicken had a rubbery, old texture despite just being served to me. I wouldn’t recommend order the chicken tenders but the ice cream will always remain superior

6-5-24 - The experience at Braum’s was just okay. The staff was so-so, kinda friendly but nothing to write home about 😕. The ice cream itself was decent, but it really lacked in the toppings department—definitely could have used more 🍫🍓🍪. The biggest downside was the cleanliness: the bathrooms and dining rooms were pretty nasty 😷🚽🧹. Overall, not the best, but not the worst either.

Me and my family got some food at braums, after we decided to get ice cream. We ordered ice cream, and one of the ladies dropped the ice cream ball on the counter, picked it up and put it back on the cone, and gave it to us. After we corrected her for her mistake, she threw it away, and another guy told her she should have just put it back in the bin. That is disgusting, especially as people who really like braums.

For 7 yrs I've seen lines of cars. Finally went in to order ice cream. The service was great ice cream creamy and delicious. Yogurt twist outstanding. You can't see the names if the ice cream because of frosted condensation on the glass. No signage for their flavors. There were at least 10 people working and yet the dining area was filthy. Tables atrocious, garbage over flowing and beverage receptacle scary dirty. Next time I won't go in and hope for the best.

I’m giving this review due to the store selling/displaying expired or about to expired products. I noticed few of them in the store bread was expired on july 1st almost 2 weeks back but also bought the blueberries yesterday and found that they are also spoiled.

Their service was strangely suspicious when I walked in the lady was looking at me with a a glare, when our orders were served my sweet toothcwanted a birthday cake sundae some what was served decently, my dads banana split looked like it took SECONDS to make. No whipped cream, toppings, and nuts needed to be asked for?? Sprinkled onto mercilessly. The cashier gave us a discount, somewhat edible, filthy tables. Never going there again.

For anybody that doesn't know they now have a brown sauce they put on their hamburgers. I ordered mine with Mayo no onion, no tomato, add cheese & it came with this brown sauce. went to the counter and asked what it was. They said it was a mixture of ketchup mustard and some other ingredients. Yuck! not that it matters But this place is indian owned, and i'm wondering if that's just something they put on american hamburgers? I am not a racist person but I did feel extremely outnumbered with the type of business that was coming in and out of there. (Indian customers)

If old nasty fries and a slop together hamburger is your thing you’ll enjoy this place. Their ice cream is 5 star! Their food is really good too, but not when it’s prepared so poorly like it was tonight.

Ordered one medium and one large limeade at drive thru. Just got on the road in a minute and sipped it. It is just soda ice. Returned back to store and showed them. The funny reason is they were out of lime. I don’t understand how they prepare limeade without lime 🤣. Without receipt, no refund it seems. Manager showed up and with managerial attitude refunded money back, lol. Sip it before you go far away from store 😀😀.

I’m writing to share my recent experience at Brumb’s that left me very disappointed. The customer service I received from an employee named Valerie was unacceptable. When I placed my order, I clearly asked for a cup, but was given a cone instead. While Valerie did correct the mistake, she did so without saying a single word to us—no greeting, no apology, no acknowledgment at all. It was extremely awkward and made us feel ignored. What made the situation even more uncomfortable is that we saw Valerie chatting and being friendly with the customers ahead of us, and again with the customers after us as we were driving away. It felt personal and very off-putting. I’ve always enjoyed visiting Brumb’s, but this experience made me reconsider. I hope this feedback can be used to ensure all customers receive the same respectful and friendly treatment, regardless of who they are.

I had an ice cream yesterday and got some white sticky thing in it, similar to what others experienced in the ice cream in the past reviews. I got stomach upset whole today. Worst experience ever.

We Ordered 5 plain cheeseburgers and 5 regular burgers. Received 10 regular burgers, none were plain. All had ketchup and pickles = 6 of us (children including) didn't eat lunch today and 1 of us had 10 burgers all for himself. Way to ruin our day and waste both our time and money. Not going to drive 20 minutes BACK (40 min. Total) to get order corrected & had reservations to meet Santa at a different town anyways. Ridiculous. Have to throw away 7 burgers now.

Disgusting and filthy place! This place is nasty and looks so unsanitary. The food prep area is horrible and so is the eating table. We are not returning here in the future. The employees don’t use gloves or wear masks. Horrible!!

Found this in my orange sherbet freeze, after complaining about having to pull up to wait for two drinks. Called to complain and they were laughing on the phone. I would not trust any food they prepare, if you can’t see them prepare it.

Not sure what’s up with this location, but it’s been pretty inconsistent in services. It’s a gamble whether or not they’ll have the flavor you’re looking for, drive thru is broken, and facilities are dirty. Consistent in being disappointing.

Want to wait in line of in a drive through for literally 45+ mins, well AWESOME - then Braum's is fantastic. You could raise a cow, process it and STILL make a burger faster than these bozos!!! Love Braum's food and quality, but their service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

I asked for a strawberry banana shake slightly thick. What I got was strawberry milk with cut up big pieces of strawberries and bananas!!! If the line wasn't wrapped around the store I would've went back. I had my two fur babies & couldn't leave them in the car to go in either. This braum's is hit or miss you just never know. 😡😡😡😡

My experience at this Braum’s this morning was very poor so I ordered from the window and I thought I was getting my order but when I got home, I only had half of my order. I only wanted two pancakes. They told me I had to get three and then the burrito never made it to my bag so I called the store and got hung up on so then I went back up to the store and I asked for a refund and the process of me asking for a refund they drop someone’s food on the ground and they let the guy drive off without letting him know so I’m thinking that’s what happened to my food as well The customer service is poor. Don’t none of them smile or greet you. They’re rude and they don’t care much about your food.

Ordered a jalepeno burger and was given a chicken sandwich with jalepeno pigmento cheese and bacon. Then my husband ordered a spicy chicken and got a chicken club sandwich. We don’t even eat pork. It was a waste of $25….very disappointed.

I went here with my family, yesterday, November 10th. Service was alright and our order had to be corrected. Nearly every table was filthy. The floor was dirty too. One of my twins ordered a Strawberry milkshake with his hamburger meal. In the middle of it he stopped and said what's this? My husband pulled it out. It's pictured. I showed the manager and she said "Ew, goss, what is that?" I said if you don't know, I dont either. She went to someone behind the wall and came back 3 minutes later and tried to explain this was a banana. He didn't look like or smell like banana. I watched her remake this shake and I don't she how a piece this large would get in his cup. She took what we pulled out. My son was sick yesterday and now I'll have him tested for bacteria. And if he worsens as a lawyer, there will certainly be a lawsuit. She remade the shake...he wouldn't drink it. We went to Handel's down the street...where we should have gone to begin with. What a disgusting experience!!!! And then the manager with her lie trying to gaslight me. I should have asked her to taste since she said it was a harmless banana!

Their behavior was unkind and unnecessary, turning what should have been a fun outing into something uncomfortable and upsetting. It wasn’t just a quick giggle or misunderstanding—it felt intentional. My friends and I tried to ignore it, but the way they looked at us and kept laughing made it clear they were trying to embarrass us. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in a public place where everyone should feel welcome and respected. I hope management/staff (or whoever is relevant) will be more attentive in the future so that others don’t have to go through the same experience. Everyone deserves basic respect, and it’s disappointing when people choose to act otherwise.

Spoiler: it’s usually one of the two. Even when you lower your expectations, the chronic understaffing delivers long lines and longer waits for what’s supposed to be a quick ice cream stop. If you’re craving ice cream or frozen yogurt and don’t want to gamble on availability (or your time), strongly recommend going literally anywhere else.

Deceptive Ordering Practices for Combos Ordered a breakfast combo and was asked medium or large. I chose medium, expecting a smaller portion, but received a noticeably larger size comparing to what I had before. When I asked, the staff explained they’re instructed to ask medium or large, and that if you want the original/default size, you have to say “whatever it comes with.” This is misleading. Upselling through confusing wording is not okay. I didn’t blame the staff tho. I could tell she didn’t feel that was right. It’s management’s issue. Very low.

Today we visited store placed order for 2 items . We picked one item ie double sundae and told them that we will come back later to pick after finishing the Sunday for the second item ie junior cone .they agreed we paid bill , By mistake my wife had thrown bill in trash .when she went back to pick up the second item ie junior cone they asked for the bill, but she had already thrown it away. Even after explaining many times, he didn’t understand her.so she was forced to go back and get the bill from the trash to show them even after saying them bill is in trash . The supervisor was very rude and not at all bothered to provide good customer service. We also told him that we would write a review and that it might be a bad review, but he said it was fine and didn’t seem to careat all. She had to go back and get the bill from the trash to show them.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at the Braum’s on Main St, Frisco. During checkout, a bottle of cherries accidentally fell and spilled on the floor. Instead of offering basic courtesy or saying something like “It’s okay, I’ll take care of it,” the server, Maria Racquell, simply handed us tissue paper to clean it ourselves and then gave us the trash bin to throw it away. It wasn’t the spill that bothered me — accidents happen — but the way the situation was handled made me feel singled out, unwelcome, and honestly, a bit insulted. The lack of empathy and the expectation that customers should clean the store’s floor felt extremely disrespectful. I walked away feeling hurt and uncomfortable, and the experience came across as insensitive and dismissive. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains staff to handle such situations with kindness and professionalism. Customers should never leave feeling the way I did. I dont even feel like giving 1 star, but by default we have to select

If I could put zero stars, I would. I don’t know how this establishment trains their staff, but they need to do so much better at hiring respectful young teenagers and teaching them to treat customers with utmost respect. Two girls, a blonde and a ginger, were being extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They looked at me and my friends in disgust and laughed as us for no reason. We confronted them because we don’t tolerate disrespect like that and they laughed after we asked them if they had an issue. They looked very young like 14-15 which means that your hiring age might be around that range. Maybe try to hire more intellectually mature and respectful teenagers next time. Edit: We called 10 times to discuss this issue and NO ONE answered the phone. That isn’t good customer service and unprofessional on behalf of the staff team.
