Great service and great food. Stopped in to pick up some quick food for the kiddos. Noticed that the workers were very self aware of taking the necessary precautions with cross contamination on touching things , replacing gloves with every new item touch and masks fully on. Kudos to the management and employees. Keep up the great work.

Excellent food. Excellent service. I recently started working down here and I'm so excited to be near a Canes! Their driveway is a little tricky, but turn in at the light that enters to Walmart and take the immediate right to go around the building for drive-thru. Not sure if they have indoor service during CV19, but they definitely all had their masks on and cleaning supplies handy.

Raising Cane's is hands down my favorite chicken tender place. Always fresh chicken, always delicious. I never get the coleslaw, but double the fries I'd just better. This location meets the Cane's standards with friendly and fast service.

I would say this location is awesome. The food is always fresh. One of the servers are kind specifically Gautam. He’s extremely helpful, hardworking keeping the lobby and front service on point! I would definitely recommend this location you would not be disappointed.

I’ve never been to a “bad” Cane’s, but this is a really, really good Cane’s. The food is always on point, the drive thru is speedy, and the service is excellent. I feel welcomed when dining in and that chicken doesn’t quit. 5+++ stars.

food usually takes 5 minutes to be ready. every single thing about the food is no less than perfect. staff will sometimes talk to you while waiting on the food. food will still be just as good even 40 minutes before taking a bite out of the food. extremely consistent. if you haven't had the food here yet then i can guarantee you your first experience will not be anywhere near disappointing. best fast food place to ever touch the earth.

The food has been good at this location. I’ve been twice over that last two weeks and it was great! It comes out fast and hot. The fries have been crispy, chicken juicy and the bread has been perfectly buttered.

OMG! Have never been to a Raising Cane's restaurant, but I had heard they make the best chicken ever. I was not misinformed. Our chicken finger and chicken sandwich lunches were so good! The counter staff was a very nice young lady with a wicked sense of humor. She asked what I wanted to drink and I said "Diet whatever" so we completed the order and she repeated it back while handing me a cup saying "The diet whatever is around the corner" pointing to the fountain drink machine. Ha! I laughed. Nice to see someone so quick-witted. So real good food, and real nice staff. Couldn't ask for better.

Raising Cane's is our new go-to for the best chicken fingers around! We've been three times and the chicken has always been juicy and delicious. I love the dipping sauce. We also love the Texas toast which is aways soft, warm, and buttery; and the fries are good, too. We used the drive-through twice - both times fast and courteous; went in once and the cashier was fast and super friendly. Highly recommended!

Canes is our #1 restaurant! The service is always fast and food is perfect every time - and we got a lot. The chicken is moist but not greasy and Cain's sauce is out of that world. I am not a fan of Cole slaw in general - so nothing against theirs - you have the option to substitute the slaw for a second bread.

My husband and I love Cane's! I usually get the naked tenders, either Box combo (4 tenders) or the Caniac (6 tenders), and my husband gets the regular tenders. Both the Box Combo and Caniac come with fries, Cole slaw, Texas toast, drink and signature sauce, but the difference is in size of drinks (med for Box Combo and large for Caniac) and sauce (extra sauce included in the Caniac). We usually get either the Box Combo or Caniac based on hunger level. Always delicious and fresh!

Gary runs an awesome operation and just gained a lifelong customer. The backstory... I was at the Crosspoint Church back to school event and they had a table set up. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I walked up to order with them, however, I didn’t bring the proper funds to get a meal. Shaking it off, I was grateful anyhow just to chat, and walked away. I then felt a tap on my shoulder and who else was it but a Cane’s employee delivering a tasty box of the good stuff! Though I declined to take the food, they insisted, seeing through my facade and into my sheer starvation. It’s acts of kindness like this, that the world needs more of. They are truly the embodiment of character and great customer service! They’ll definitely be on my route whenever I’m in town!

Picked up a large family platter of chicken and a gallon of lemonade. The lemonade tasted watered down and not very sweet. Normally I love their lemonade but not today. Also, it would be nice if they sold family size French fries and coleslaw.

5 stars reduced to 4. Great food but the staff lack basic mathematical aptitude. Wife and I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal after a 4.5 hour flight. Got to the hotel and there were only 4 strips. Looked at the receipt and sure enough, we paid for a 6 piece. Was too tired after our long flight to go back and fight for 2 more of those delicious chicken strips...

The food is always good and consistent. Most of the staff we have met are polite and friendly. I just wish there were an option for less breading. We end of pulling off as much as we can.

They’re service is quick and polite! I have had my chicken a little on the undercooked side though, I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds and it was fine but still. Other than that a great place to get chicken fingers… and that’s about all you’re getting… chicken!

Food was AMAZING. Store was nice and clean and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. The ONLY issue I had was I did not receive the extra sauces I paid for. I paid for 4 extra and did not receive ANY extras. Aside from my kiddos being upset about the sauces, everything else was fantastic!

So hot and fresh that you have to wait a few minutes before eating them or they burn your hands. Or...dip them in canes sauce to buffer the heat. My only complaint with this location is the drive thru. You have to cross paths with the people exiting the drive thru and you have to wrap around the building, so you often get people entering from 380 who thinks they get to cut in line. My suggestion: put a lane divider on the Southside so you force people to hug the curb and wrap that up to sidewalk. That prevents rude people who don't want to drive all the way around and leaves more room for exiting traffic Put a sign on the pylon where cars should stop to let customers leave the drive through to keep people from piling up and blocking people leaving with food. My suggestion for customers: if the line is long, just park and go in to get it to go. Often you will get back in your car with food before you wood if you waited on line. If you do wait on line, be kind and leave room for people to exit, because until they do, you are not going toove forward. Did I mention that I think the food is great?

Took my grandkids to raising Cane's. As usual the food was pretty good. The kids truly enjoyed it. They probably like the soft drink selection the most coupled with easy to get ketchup. The kids meals are adequate but the toys are not the greatest. The staff is extremely friendly although they always seem to be learning and training. That's not a bad thing they're still trying their best but they're friendly and they smile. We'll probably go back.

Simple food. They could have more staff keeping the inside clean as it didn't look like they'd anyone clearing or cleaning tables and so some tables were empty but covered in trash. Shame on the diners that left it that way, but there should still be staff wiping the tables clean regardless One portion of sauce is pretty mean also. Like it must be less than 20c per portion to produce, there's no need to be so restricted with it

As usual, something was wrong with our order. Sometimes they don't give the extra sauce (that I pay for), sometimes they don't give any ketchup, and sometimes the bread isn't buttered on both sides. This time, my tea wasn't quite right and they forgot to give us ketchup. Also, I've never had to pull out of the drive through line and wait 10-15 minutes for chicken before, and they didn't seem that busy to me. However, the food is always tasty, so I'll keep coming back and just hope I catch the mistakes before I get home.

I came through the drive thru around 7:30-7:40 this evening, 3/23/22. The girl taking the order started off excited but she quickly changed her attitude during taking my order. She was rude and her tonality changed after she insisted I tell her what I wanted to drink with my Box Combo before I even finished making alterations to my combo to be sure I didn’t forget what my daughter asked for. I get these are teenagers most likely working here but they should definitely be taught customer service on a basic level, at the very least. Service makes all the difference in customers coming back on a consistent basis which is why Chick-fil-A has my vote and many others over raising canes. Purely service and always great attitudes there. Raising Cane’s… please offer better service training to your employees.

The chicken that was sold to me had been sitting under the light for some time. And as they packed in my 20 pieces if chicken fingers in a box, they laid down a full supply of fresh fried chicken fingers. My chicken fingers were not as fresh and crispy.

Drive thru as usual. Staff is awesome and always spinning the rhyme as we pull up. Love that, don't stop. ❤️❤️ The chicken seems to get smaller and less tender as time goes on. This is your thing, don't screw it up. Please work on the coleslaw. Think more Texan. Adding potato salad to your menu wouldn't hurt either.

The chicken was very good but honestly that's about it and the rest of the stuff they saddle you with: Texas toast, Cole slaw, and fries, are not worth the total price at all. No chicken is grilled; all fries. The menu is pared simple to keep the line moving and the cost down and I get that. However they're failing at the draw to have me want to return. I can see the fingerprint of tailgating roots all over this chain - and maybe that's what I should have expected. Not many chains offer a 100 quantity chicken finger menu item.

This Canes has honestly been pretty great with getting my order right and having good service except ONE infuriating thing. I always will order with light ice on the drinks because they always put a ton. It will always be 50/50 wether I get a cup full of ice with some drink on the side or a normal drink with a normal amount of ice. Sucks with the drive through because I can’t go back to get something else if I don’t notice til much later.

They forgot our canes sauce! And ketchup🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 super dissapointing because we got 50 pieces! We should have checked but unfortunately we trusted them. Their reply was bs they did not do anything to make up for the inconvenience they created they just replied to save face on their review no one ever got back to me.

I would order food from here a lot and they would always get my order wrong. I would order everything extra crispy and it usually never was. So, I had to always go back into the drive through to replace it. Some would have attitudes here also. I don’t like being a difficult customer and I don’t think of that as being a difficult customer if that’s what I’m paying for. I worked at Cane’s for 8 months so I know how it is, but I never sacrifice quality for speed and some of the workers at this location should be retrained.

The only chicken fingers I have ever ordered in my life that don’t come with dip. Well, if you order a combo, they do. However, if you don’t want to pay extra for a combo because you don’t want or like their fries, and don’t drink soft drinks, the only way to get their namesake chicken fingers is as an “add on.” This doesn’t include any dipping sauces. I was really excited to get some Cane's chicken fingers today... The staff was super friendly and The order was prepared fairly quickly. The restaurant was clean, though the men's restroom had urine on the floor under the urinal,.. the rest of the place was clean. The main issue was the food. One of the chicken fingers I received was about half the normal size. A guest with me received a chicken finger that was grainy in texture. Another guest dining next to us also had very small chicken finger pieces, and was not happy about it. When he informed the staff they replied that some of them are just smaller than others. The Texas toast was cold and chewy. The sauce was excellent as usual. My coleslaw was okay. For an $11 meal I'd expect more from Cane's.

First of all, I’ve been going here for 4 years and have loved canes, but todays experience was unprofessional and ruined my evening. I waited 25 minutes in the parking lot and it turns out they completely forgot my order. I went inside with my receipt and the lady up front was so nice and professional but an employee who I found out is named Arad if I spelled that right proceeded to point at me behind the kitchen and out loud in front of me call me weird looking, which was just flat out rude and uncalled for as I was being very nice, I was in a rush so I told the lady what happened and had to go, I’m sorry Arad if my appearance is weird to you.

i came here last friday and it was a terrible experience. i’ve never had a problem with this canes before but this time was bad. first off, i ordered a box combo and a 3 piece tenders. i was charged for a box combo and a caniac combo. i told the people at the window and they said they would refund me. it’s been a week and i still have not gotten the refund. on top of that, they forgot my extra sauce and bread that i paid for. very disappointing.

Just simple math. Quick, what costs more? A medium soda, including soda, cup, lid and straw. Or a slice of toast? I'm only wondering. I wanted to eat Canes today. I didn't need a drink and so I asked to swap out my drink for a cheap piece of bread and I was told no. That's just crazy. I was willing to pay, essentially the cost of half a loaf for a single slice of bread, instead of soda. Why would this be refused? Is this location so well off it does not need business? And since the menu didn't offer any options without a drink, I left with the same amount of money as I did when I arrived.

How could you sell chicken finger that thin for $15??

In the drive thru i was handed a kids meal drink cup where the lid was split down the side, I noticed it as soon as they handed it to me because it was leaking all over. I immediately said can you take this and replace the lid, the girl said we can't take it back. I said, So what do I do with this cup which is leaking in my car and i was told I don't know and then given another lid and they wouldn't take the old lid with coke all over it back. I did call and i spoke with Sam a manager and he said that is the rule, at which time I said I understand rules, but sometimes you need to also use common sense. I said so if my drink is leaking on my lap your position is, too bad? He said no we should have taken it and thrown it out for you. He then offered for me to drive back there and get a free drink, like that's worth the drive? Come on!

The drive-thru experience at this location continues to get worse. Missing fries, cashier forgetting to give credit card back, and asking you to park so they can prepare your 25 piece tailgate order. Nothing wrong with parking except I've had to go inside several times because they've forgotten I've parked multiple times. The 'on duty' management is absolutely of no help.

While the food is fantastic, I have now had to go inside after getting my order in the drive thru due to them missing food in my order. This has now happened on 3 separate occasions. Today, for example, I was with friends (one of whom is allergic to tomatos), and we ordered a caniac combo with no fries, extra toast, and 2 orders of fries, specifically said NO ketchup. We got one box of fries, ketchup, and on the caniac combo, there were fries, one piece of toast, and no coleslaw. Had to go inside to get that fixed, so I'm a little annoyed.

Sorry I had to make a comment. Even tho I got 2 free box combo card I don't know if I will come back here. Been coming here since they open and never have they ever forgot my order till today. I usually don't do this but this is crazy to tell someone to go park in the drive thru due to me wanting it extra crispy for you to have me pay for my order, get my drink for you to ignore my order and I have to walk in after 15 min, find my trashed receipt to show that I paid for food 15 min ago. I will be given these two free cards away due to me not wanting to go thru this again. Food taste better when it's extra crispy but if I have to go thru this service again, then I refuse to ever come to this location. Food is amazing but that service is why I put 1 star. Good luck with your future customers. I was craving canes since 4:20 am but to be honest now I lost my appetite.

Update: went from 1 star to 5 star, they’ve really turned around since my first review. Everything’s great & they’re always fast & kind. YES I WANT CHICKEN GIRLY POP! I used to love this location but yall have gone down hill… and quick! Did a mobile order to get food for someone the other day, went inside to pick it up and we were waiting for 30+ minutes. Fries and chicken were cold with a soggy sandwich. At that point, we didn’t want to wait any longer and just heated them up in the air fryer. Honey mustard was thinner than water. Went back for myself and my family last night, website says they close at 11, the app says they close at 11 as well. I ordered through the app then get a call that they’re closed already and they can’t cook food - meanwhile the staff is all inside and they are getting a ton of business but just turning them away. I asked when I’ll get my money back and said it says online that they’re open but I was told “I can’t control Google” yeah ok it’s on your website and your app. I see this has happened to others. Not a big deal, just mildly irritating but I genuinely don’t mind driving to another location and never coming back.

I am driving now 10 miles further to go to another location. If you ask for extra crispy they ignore your request and send you on your way. Typically only the night crew I think the manager is just lazy. Often my order is wrong and I never have a good expierence here. Sad I used to work at a canes and know there values are different than how it is ran here.

Very disappointed with the fact that when you order and pay for extra cane sauce you dont get it. Multiple times we have asked and paid for extra only to be given a single cup for 3 meals!!!!! Don't offer it on your menu if youre not going to provide WHAT WE PAY AND ASK FOR!!!!!! Not only that, but you give ice when someone asks for NO ice. How hard is to follow instructions???? Extremely poor business practice as its false advertisement at this point. Love Canes but HATE this location as they are incapable of basic requests and duties.

Canes is a favorite choice of my children, we’re frequent drive through customers. I’ve noticed lately the fries are hit or miss. The fries have become more miss than hit unfortunately, cold inedible, and disappointing. We order the largest combo, with extra toast and extra fries. Yesterday’s order was terrible. I usually don’t complain, but I’m not a fan of wasting money. Today we were in the area picking up a target order, I figured I’d go in and ask to speak to management to make things right. I did discard my receipt, though I displayed my transaction with the date, location and store information, but apparently that’s frowned upon. I spoke with “Kenzie”, a manger who lacks managerial skills, customer service and overall compassion. She treated me poorly, and offered a condescending resolution of french fries, yet we almost spent $30.00, every visit. No receipt no justice I suppose. I would’ve bought another combo on the spot if she’d at least apologize. With the disappointing exchange, my children and I simply left. I could not support this business today.

7:00 on a Tuesday night - Disappointingly few, soggy fries. Chicken was also soggy and tasted like Tyson thrown in the microwave. Weirdly even the lemonade was diluted and flavorless compared to other locations. For $17 this is wild.

I just left this very unprofessional establishment. I asked if they could make my food fresh, and that I'd be willing to wait. I was told that they could. When I pulled up to the window, I paid and shortly after, I was being handed my food. How so? How was my food already done if it was supposed to be cooked to order?? I asked if it was made fresh and I was assured it was. When I opened it, lo and behold, it was lukewarm. The fries were hard. I gave my food back. They told me that my food was made fresh. I didn't appreciate them trying to GASLIGHT me when my sense of touch works fine. The food was lukewarm at best. I asked to speak to the manager who turned out to be very passive aggressive and did not offer to resolve the matter. Very nasty individual! If they couldn't cook it fresh, they should have just said that. I've encountered this issue before with Raising Cane's, so it is likely that they are trained to LIE and say food is made to order when requested, but in actuality it isn't. Raising Cane's will not EVER have to worry about me ever purchasing from them again. What made it even worse is that I went late at night, only to waste my time and gas. So unprofessional and lowdown!

Total of 8.35 for 4 soggy oversized chicken nuggets, a piece of untoasted breat that is a little brown on one side, soggy fries, coleslaw that has no flavor, but the sprite was refreshing. I was so disappointed. everything was soggy and steamed from being put in a closed styrofoam container. the toast wasn't even texas toast and wasn't toasted. how they made it brown on one side but not toasted at all, is some sort of magic trick. the strips were bland and the soggy breading fell off just trying to pick it up. Worse than cafeteria food. will never go again. I was the only person in line and they managed to have it ready and in hand before I got to the window so these sit under a warm (not hot) lamp steaming in their containers getting soggy. ill stick with popeyes. their chicken is always super crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. i couldn't even eat the soggy trash from this place.

This location has the most unprofessional people I have ever met in the servicing industry. Today’s visit-> from taking my order to receiving my order, which was cold - -> was absolutely deplorable. Upon calling back to speak with leadership when the person who was seemingly the leader took over the call he acted like he was preoccupied. This isn’t the first instance and it won’t be the last which is why I advise anyone who sees this to take your business elsewhere. These children working in this establishment are awful.

Came here for a fundraising event, and quickly remembered why we started eating at Layne’s Chicken Fingers instead of Raising Cane’s. We could barely find a clean table to sit down at even though most of the restaurant had open tables to sit at. The last few times we’ve come, including tonight, the fries were saltier than the dead sea. The chicken tenders at Raising Cane’s are bland and have very little flavor, which is why you have to have their sauce. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by Layne’s Chicken Fingers and how delicious their chicken tenders are without any sauce. In addition to that multiple chicken tenders in my combo (and my sons kids meal) still had the tendon or something hard and chewy in the chicken tender, as well as all the chicken was overcooked and dry. I will say the Texas toast is always good, as is the sweet tea, and they do serve Fanta orange and Dr Pepper, which is nice to have options. Do better Cane’s, do better

Food is as good as any canes location, the service through the drive through was extremely slow and i asked for hot sauce twice on my way through and still they failed to give me any until i walked into the store to get one, then when i asked for an extra canes sauce to compensate my lost time and failure of service they still tried to charge me 40 something cents for a single canes sauce. Failure of a location, poor management and even worse customer service.

I came here and spent $64 on 4 meals and they barely had any fries in the box. For $64 I could have gotten a decent amount of fries. This is crazy. Never again

Temperature outside is in the low 50’s, so the Inside of Canes is freezing colder than outside, ask the manager because got chills ! He answered me he has no keys & he can not control the temperature, he said their kitchen needs to be at surtían. Temperature! Had to leave in less than 5 minutes

Canes is usually good but wow.. I ordered a sandwich combo.. not only did I order an extra canes sauce on the side that they forgot to give me. They apparently forgot to put canes sauce on the sandwich itself too. Now I’m stuck eating the driest chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my life. You guys need to get it together.
