Stopped by this location on Preston over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised! I had never been to a Scooters before so was not familiar with the menu. The worker at the drive-thru was very pleasant and explained the menu asking what I was in the mood for. I settled for the strawberry smoothie. It was delicious, priced right and very filling! The workers are very nice and pleasant - I liked the “scoot on around” slogan after your order is placed, made me chuckle. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Great service and easy drive Thur coffee spot.
This is my go-to spot for a delicious cup of coffee and genuinely friendly service. Highly recommend stopping by! You won’t be disappointed.
I love scooting through the drive thru. Such a friendly staff. Wide variety of hot and cold beverages.
New businesses deserve support, reason why I tried it today. We are used to the same brands everyday, Indeed the cost is competitive but flavor is not. For my child was great to have a mild flavored smoothie, but my iced matcha was missing a bit more flavor, but sweetness was perfect. So is good to try something new and healthier.
Great service! Ordered online for an easy pickup. Had a nice chat with the person at the window—super friendly. The drink was spot on. Will definitely be back!
I loved it!! The customer service was great and they all went above and beyond! I’ve been here a few times and it’s the same service every single time! 👏
5 stars all around! Great customer service. My drinks are always made to perfection. Super easy to order and they are always great at recommending drinks for me to try! Definitely will be back!!!
This has to be the best scooters I've ever been to! The employees are amazing, very helpful and friendly. This is the perfect preferred atmosphere when having your coffee experience. This is a great place to grab a bite before or after work with an espresso drink or refreshing drink. Best best best scooters hands down!
I’ve been coming here for a long time and while the food/beverages are fantastic, what I really want to highlight is the outstanding customer service. Saxton provides exemplary customer service. He is always warm, friendly, outgoing, and hospitable. He always goes above and beyond to ensure the customer feels valued. Always a positive attitude and a smile. The company is very lucky to have him. If you’ve never been here, I highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed.

My fav coffee shop. I only drink brewed coffee no cream or sugar. Their flavor of day never dissapoints. Best value!! Thank you

I’ve been hooked since my first visit! I used to frequent Starbucks and haven’t been back since. My go to favorites are the iced vanilla latte with oat milk and the maple waffle sandwich. Their app makes it convenient to order and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!!

We’ve been three times since opening. I don’t drink coffee but my wife does. She’s had three different drinks: Carmel blender: 4/5 Cappuccino blender: 2/5 (too bitter. Not sweet enough) One of the energy tea drinks: 3/5 My biggest complaint is the cost. A large is $8.50 after tax. You can almost get a burger, fries, and drink for that. Nice place overall. Probably having some opening issues which is common.
I like their coffee but what is the deal with the scented cups? Are the cups near a scented candle? or did someone lather the cups with scented lotion? I could literally taste the scent as I'm drinking. Please keep the cups unscented if possible 😷😩

The people that work there are very attentive and kind. Cold brew is better than Dunkin, slightly but more expensive. Cheaper than Starbucks. The burrito I got was absolutely delicious but was TINY. I'm talking 6 inches long. Not sure if it was made incorrectly or not, or premade but they really need to be bigger for $5.

Drive through only spot that we visited while waiting to eat nearby. The service was polite and quick. The coffee was okay, but nothing special.
Edit: this location is under new management and you can tell. Having ordered the same drinks countless times to know how they taste/look, the chances of getting your drink make correctly is highly unlikely. Nine times out of ten the order is not made correctly and tastes gross. Wasting $7+ each time. Also, the customer service links are worthless. The mobile app changed me twice for the same order and I was never able to get a refund. I had to fight it with my bank. This location will tell you to take it up with corporate and corporate never responds sooo do with that what you will.
I just started coming here and my second time Ive already had a bad experience. I ordered the ICED Galaxy she told me it’s blended and it’s over $7 for it bc the caramel is .80 cents. I said but I’m looking in the app and under COLD Espresso it says ICED Galaxy. Under BLENDERS It says Galaxy BLENDER. And as I am saying that she cuts me off and says, yeah I understand put on the app. It says one thing and then at the store they tell you another. No, am I missing something? Because if I’m wrong fine, but I know what I’m reading. She wouldn’t even look at the phone to see what I was trying to show her. Now I work at another coffee place and when somebody comes to the store and order something that’s on the app and is not in our system. I asked them exactly what the app says is in it and how much the app says it is and that’s what they get charged. I don’t argue. I don’t tell them well that’s not how it is you’re wrong. I make it Because that’s what we’re here to do. We’re here for the customers and we’re here to make it right. I would like her management to reach out to me, please with an email where we Can communicate about the situation. Today’s date is January 21, 2026 and I was there at about 11:10 AM

First time here. HORRIBLE experience. The staff clearly doesn't want to work or even care about the products they are serving. I had been wanting to try this place since before they opened, so was super excited to make it by there today. My son wanted a drink as well so I inquired about which products were lower caffeine. The options are low I'm guessing because the young lady recommended a small as it only has 2 shots? The medium has 3. Okay, so my next question was regarding sauce/syrup options. The sign doesn't make it clear. But since my son has dairy allergies, I ask about the caramel praline. She says caramel doesn't have dairy. I ask if she's sure, and if she could check. She does, and comes back and lets me know their caramel does in fact have dairy. Glad I asked her to double check. I asked could she tell me what syrups did not. The manager steps in sounding annoyed. When I tell her what I am seeking, she begins telling me she has vanilla, and recommending acai and smoothies...mind you I was trying to order lattes. Not only does the manager of the store have zero clue about the products, but she has ZERO interest in helping or finding out. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that she is one of the two women who was sitting outside enjoying a beverage and talking, but scurried back in when we pulled in the drive thru. Clearly she wanted to get back to her break, not sell coffee. At any rate, this encounter was already going downhill. Fortunately, the young lady I spoke with before the manager was able to confirm that the sugar cookie was dairy free because its a syrup. Since I couldn't get any information from the manager about what other flavor syrups were available, I opted to get my son the sugar cookie which he always gets a version of this at Starbucks and has been fine. But, it comes with sprinkles, and I have to ask if theyvare Gluten free. The manager makes an annoyed laugh when I ask about this, as if she is tired...again, she must really need that break and coffee more than we do. Her response is, that she couldn't tell me if they are gluten free or not, and wouldn't want to tell me anything wrong. Please keep in mind that this is the person they have chosen to MANAGE this location. I asked her was she able to view the label, and she tiringly starts reading it. At that point, I was so annoyed and disgusted, I drove off. I've never been to a Scooters, but if this is the quality of people they put in place to MANAGE the serving and selling of their products to customers, I can't imagine the quality of the coffee being much better. She literally works in food/beverage service and can't be bothered to be educated on their allergen free options, or even the syrup flavors they carry. Bad look Scooters.
I don't really ever give entirely 1 star reviews but we had a horrible experience here. The lady who took our order on the drive through was GREAAT.. We pulled up to the window and we're told $19 (and some change). Gave the guy a $20 bill and said to keep the change. Literally the second after, we realized that sounded a bit pricey for 1 small + 1 medium coffees + a bagel and so we asked the guy how much everything was individually. He went on to quote $4.50 each - the base pricing of the coffee's - and tell us the rest was tax. The base prices of the coffee and bagel add up to $14.25.... Before we could get another word out he walked away and then came back moments later & proceeded to lean out of the window almost into our OWN vehicle ha to hand us all items we ordered! This is the point we asked for a receipt which he made it seem very difficult to get, but we insisted. My drink I ordered was a cold brew with 1 pump of vanilla instead of their normal 6 pumps. I was charged 80 cents for 1 squirt of vanilla. WHAT A JOKE. Normally I wouldnt care either way. I don't have a final point to this review just sharing the experience. Was unpleasant and honestsly the coffee was watered down for cold brew and the bagel was definitely some processed frozen $1 chorizo bagel. UNPLEASANT UNPLEASANT UNPLEASANT
Very disappointed in scooters. This review is for Thursday afternoon, January 8 around 2 PM. They make the best coffee literally my favorite out of all the chains in the DFW. I was really excited to try their new banana latte. I ordered the latte with oat milk and paid at the drive-through. After pulling out of the driveway, I took a drink of the drink, and I did not like it. So I pulled around again through the drive-through and ordered my usual because I know that I like that. Upon getting to the order window. I was told by who I assume is a manager or lead (because it wasn’t the same woman who took my order the first time) and was told that I could only receive a different drink if I paid half of the regular price. Even though I did not like my banana latte at all, and I offered to give it back to them. So I left because why would I pay twice for a drink I didn’t like? I just kind of think this is ridiculous especially because if I don’t like something usually scooters will assist in whatever way possible . I just wanted to try a new flavor. I’m so sorry that I didn’t like it. Why would they still wanna charge me half price?
