If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza online and was given a time of 1:42 at the latest to pick it up. I arrived at 1:50 and nothing there. 45 minutes later I was given a notification the pizza was ready. I drove back to the store only to be told it wouldn’t go in the pizza bank (standard sized pizza so yes it would). I could not get anyone to speak with me. I made eye contact with an employee and he didn’t come to speak with me for 10 more minutes. At this point the pizza is an hour late. Finally they come and bring me my pizza, just a standard cheese and pepperoni which is not at all what I ordered. My order was cancelled and I tried to call customer service to complain, they aren’t even open. One hour and fifteen minutes, no pizza. I will never do business with Little Caesars again, which is sad because I am from Detroit and grew up on their pizza. I cannot express how angry this experience has made me. Eat here if you really want to ruin your day.

Placed an order and stood inside waiting for it (after I go an email that it was ready with a code) for an hour. Overall my pizza and bread order took hour and 20 mins.

The worst location in our area! Ordered pizza at 6:45 pm, sat in line / at the window until 8:20 pm. Our pizza’s were not even made. We will NOT be going back to this establishment!

Where are the managers at bc it should not be taking over 2 hours and only two workers there and I seen a door dasher there waiting for so long that the customer that was getting a order there came there to see what was going on with they ordered and I never seen that for before but I did at this one and that is not right and if lil Caesars is see this I hope to God they see this and all of the rest of the 1 Star review and do something about this place bc they got bad management and the people that are working there rude because I turn around and asked excuse me twice and they didn't even bothered to come to the front so I can cancel an order because they were taking so long and then they finally got up there and after 5 minutes to about 10 minutes of saying excuse me they had my order ready never again will I never order from that place again and I will be letting all my family and friends know not to go to this place never go there in the first and we'll be telling them to find a different Little Caesars and hope they don't have the same problem's as this place did. I’ve order pizza from this location few times. Every single time it is crowded, people waiting hour plus for their order. This location needs to be managed better than this for a national chain. Service is 0 star, always under staffed. Little ceaser corporate needs to look into this. Today its been 2 hours and no pizza yet.

I honestly felt bad for the two guys that were there working last night. My order did take about two hours and it was just one pizza. They were literally slammed with orders and they were trying their best to get all the orders out. Management needs to do better and make sure they’re well staffed. A lot of rude customers screaming and yelling at them about their orders taking so long when u could clearly see how bad they were struggling. My respects also to does customers that were a little more understanding. I could tell that they were about to cry and honestly if I was them I would have closed the store and left because no way I would be dealing with all the rude customers telling them to hurry up when clearly they had tons of orders. They’re not robots. I don’t blame the two workers that were there more the manager that didnt provide enough help especially in the weekend when it’s most likely to be busier.

This location unfortunately lacks of good timing and customer service. They are always short staffed reason why I stopped coming so often since this is my favorite pizza. If you are willing to wait 45 to 1 hour for a pizza then go for it. They don’t have the hot and ready available like the promo says.

I would give them 0 star if I can. Ordered delivery at 5 pm to be delivered at 7pm. Pizza came 35 mins late ans they gave wrong order. I kept calling the store and no one ever picks up. Tried chatting online to grt a refund and now I need to wait 1 business day for them to research on this and get back to me. If was the first time I ever ordered from this place and definitely the last. Horrible pizza horrible experience

They are always behind. I pull up and see 10 to 12 people waiting inside and just leave . Because I have had to wait 20+ minutes for orders before.

I’ve been multiple times including right now where they have zero pizza hot and ready. 645 on a Tuesday and zero pizza? Isn’t that the whole point of this place

This location appears to be short-staffed. I received a notification that our pizza was ready at 6:24 PM, and my partner entered the drive-thru at 6:26 PM. There was a black Beetle in front of us that also seemed to be waiting for an extended period. That vehicle eventually left the drive-thru, parked, went inside, and exited with their order. Although our order was marked as ready, customers who went inside were prioritized. Neither the car ahead of us nor we were acknowledged in the drive-thru. During the wait, cars lined up behind us and began reversing due to the delay. By 6:48 PM, I went inside while my partner remained in the drive-thru, and our pizza was handed over immediately; however, it was cold. No apology or explanation was provided. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

Horrible service! Even if you place an order on the app, you still end up waiting 2+ hours. They’re criminally understaffed and disorganized. I have no idea why they don’t shut down online orders if they can’t keep up.

Me and my friend had accidentally ordered pizza to this location and we had called to tell them if we could cancel the order. The lady on the phone (Sarah) was having an attitude with us saying she doesn’t know how to do it, so we asked to speak to the manager on duty (Margret) and she didn’t talk to us she said another person talk to us saying that there was no way to get a refund and that she doesn’t know how too. I truly don’t understand how you are a manager and don’t know to give a refund or know how to help us is very unprofessional.

Horrible experience. Ordered pizzas for delivery through their app. Hosted a party. Pizza delivery time just kept getting delayed, delayed, delayed. Starving party guests and kids. No pizzas. App support couldn’t do a thing to help.

🚨 I ordered from this location, once I arrived in for pick I wasn't acknowledged although the doorbell sounded once I opened door. A staff arrived at cash register pressing on it screen for about 7min still failed to acknowledge me waiting. Another staff came to the front I spoke to him about my order and name so he looked me up and returned to the back I believe preparing orders. I continued to wait thereafter another customer walked in for pickup there he waited as well later the female staff acknowledged him an then got hostile with him due to his name he ordered on (due to misprenouncation on her part). Afterwards I was still waiting after other customer left. I couldn't believe my eyes when the female staff finally acknowledged me asking of my order and went right to the oven and pulled my order out. I addressed that to her and she tried using excuses so from the time I ordered journey to do the 9mins drive there they had me waiting 1hr and 5mins. The female staff I could hardly understand due to her nigerians accent. Therefore I inquired for a manager there and when I open the two boxes of pizzas I couldn't tell the difference between the stuff crust and the classic pepperoni for the stuff crust looked like the classic pepperoni. The manager of this location must be on a long vacation. 😡😡

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza for the kids and this is what I got. Very disappointed. The distance to drive back in traffic is horrible. Called the store they told me to call customer service. I called customer care and they are closed. Ridiculous!

Probably the worst Little Caesars in the country. Ordered pizza at 4:24pm, wasn’t available to pick up until 6pm. Waited there over an hour then left. After picking up pizza, it was very poor quality. Supreme has tiny bits of sausage, and what looks like they were running out of toppings. If you can’t deliver, don’t take the orders!!

SLOW SERVICE! I delivered my food through the Little Caesars app at 6pm and it said it would be done at 7:30pm. At 7:33pm the pizza was barely going into the oven. I didn’t get my pizza ready confirmation until 8:20pm! Ridiculous! Everyone inside also stood waiting for over 45min. A few people walked out angry. Crazy enough the pizza looked picture perfect and it was delicious! They need more staff who can work faster!! The pizza makers were moving in slow motion. The slogan is hot n ready for a reason.

Every couple of months I decide to give Little Caesar another chance. It invariably goes badly. This time I decided to try their pretzel crust pizza. The picture in their menu showed a nice dark brown crust with chunks of salt scattered across it, just like a real pretzel. The reality was not that at all. No round crust. No sprinkling of salt. The pizza dough on the bottom was not cooked at all and the cheese sauce, instead of being cheddar, tasted like Velveeta. The only thing edible on this entire pizza was the slices of pepperoni and they were so thin that if you ate them sideways, you'd cut your lips.

Ordered an extra-most-bestest pepperoni and italian cheesebread. Went to the drive through to pick it up and someone came and got my name and didn't come back to the window for 40 minutes. When the people behind me were honking I decided to park and go inside to find out what's going on. When I get inside there are several people waiting all talking loudly and getting annoyed. They said no one has served them for ages either. I have no problem if they're running behind and just tell the customers so, but there's no excuse to just not come back to the window and say, "I'm sorry, it's going to be a little while, we're understaffed tonight," or something. In the end our pizza is pathetic. We paid for extra pepperoni and there is less than 1/2 what I would expect on a regular pizza and my 4 year old could have cut it better.
