You can definitely find the best capon magro I've ever eaten here! Every ingredient is perfectly balanced, and it's a firework in your mouth! Aside from that, the cuisine is impeccable, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

If you're in the area, you can't miss this restaurant run by a female chef from Genoa. The view from the hilltop and the carefully prepared, simple Genoese cuisine make it a must-visit. Be sure to try the local Timorasso white wine. The sunset is also a great time to visit.

I ate on a terrace with a beautiful view of the hills, the food was very good, especially the white stockfish and the Ligurian-style rabbit. Excellent, very kind and friendly staff, I highly recommend it. See you soon.

A welcoming restaurant nestled in the beautiful hills near Tortona. Local Ligurian cuisine, a good wine list, and rustic yet truly excellent dishes. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance!

A very nice and well-kept restaurant where you can enjoy good Ligurian cuisine and excellent seafood! The staff is very kind, very child-friendly, and the prices are absolutely reasonable! I'll definitely be back soon.

A charming little restaurant on the Paderna hill, in the Tortona area. I remember a dinner featuring typical Ligurian dishes accompanied by a glass of white wine. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates this type of cuisine. For example, I've included photos of the capon magro and trofiette pasta with shrimp and zucchini. Note: As a Ligurian, I find the owners very knowledgeable and with a decidedly Ligurian attitude in their approach.

For a special birthday, I booked a dinner for four at this inn on a quiet Wednesday evening. I want to point out that we were treated wonderfully by the wait staff, who made us feel at ease in this intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Our table was on the balcony, which offered a beautiful view, crowned by the sunset. We all had an appetizer and a first course, and half of us also dug into dessert. Everything was truly delicious; I couldn't find anything to complain about, and that made me very happy! I'm already recommending this place to others.

Ligurian cuisine just a few kilometers from Tortona. Cappon magro and fried anchovies are the specialties, and every time I return, it's a surefire success.

A slice of Liguria in lower Piedmont.... On a good day, the veranda tables offer views that rival the more "noble" hills on the Asti side. The owner and staff are passionate about presenting traditional yet modernized cuisine. A few daring twists, and perhaps a little less so than the cappon magro, which is otherwise excellent (confirming the many positive reviews). Prices are fair and in line with the service offered.
