Prices are very reasonable, ethnic food is very delicious. I haven't tried much of other things but their traditional dishes are very good.

Tacos are so good. Only eating here a few times and it is now one of my go-to Taco places. Saturdays and Sundays the tacos are only a dollar and I love it

I work nearby and love the food there. It's nice to have a dependable restaurant I can go to during my lunch and never have to worry about getting a poorly made meal. The wet burrito (The Padrino) is my favorite.

This is the go to spot for dinner. Food is always fresh and ready Pronto. Fastest food place around. They load you up with all the condiments as well. Peppers, ranch dressing whatever you want at no extra charge.

Great food, very courteous, you should really give it a try! I eat there at least twice to three times a week! The staff that works there are very friendly and courteous and always have a smile on when taking your order ,or serving you!

Would always go here throughout time but I truly started going to this Burger Joint in 2014 when I had community service across the street at the dog shelter... I love the natural juices they have the orange to care it I think they even have celery juice the fries are always fresh and every time I ordered my food came out great

Wandered in here for lunch, not quite knowing what to expect. It's a no-frills kind of place, and I was dubious about some of the menu offerings (you know, like pancakes). I ordered the carne asada tacos. They were fantastic! The salsa bar is also up to par. All in all, I was impressed.

Needed to get lunch but wasn't many choices around in the area. Pronto's Burgers was basically the only place around that wasn't too far from where I was. Friend and I ordered the 2 chilli cheese dogs and carne asada fries. Decent price for good sized proportions. Need to eat chili dogs with fork and knife or you'll get chili all over your hands or table because it's so loaded. Fries were good and huge. Lots of toppings on fries which is like nacho fries. Under $20 filled us both up and had about half of fries leftover. I definitely recommend this place. Only small issue is that the salsa bar was kind of messy but wasn't bad enough to lower rating and they can fix problem just by cleaning area more often and changing salsa more frequently.

I ate at this place almost every day during my visit. The food was excellent and the prices competitive. i would recommend this place. Fish Tacos and Tuna Melt are great!

Its difficult finding a decent chicken salad. They use real avocado instead of prepackaged and the chicken tasted good (most places have chicken that taste old). Will come back to try the Mexican food.

I got the double cheeseburger special. The burger was a little greasy but it did have the great flavor. The fries were just overcooked a little bit they were too hard and not fluffy enough. Overall this place is recommended they have a variety of options to choose from. My food only took 5 minutes to make which was astonishing.

I have been to Pronto's twice and I enjoyed the meal on both visits. The food is great, price is to the point and the quantity is more than you can ask for at that price. It was clean and the roasted peppers and sauces are the biggest upside for this place. All in all, I give it 5* because I loved the food and it is like 1 block from my workplace. I am going there again later today! Give it a try people, you will like it for sure!

Let me start off by saying that I work in the area and have for the past 3 years. I come and get food here for either lunch or breakfast for those past 3 years. Not ONCE has this place let me down. The burgers are delicious and have great flavor. Their asada nachos are a thing of the Gods. Let's not forget their amazing French Toast breakfast plate as well. That has always been my go to and tastes amazing every time. The staff are really nice and friendly too. Highly recommend you come try this place for great food and quality you can taste!

Nice cozy spot! The guy who took our order knew it was our first time being there as we were on vacation from Ohio. Very respectful! Had a smile on his face made good eye contact made us feel very comfortable. We ordered the carne asada tacos and carne asada nachos, both were delicious!!! Definitely will be a spot we will be returning back to on our next trip back!!!

I had the Colossal burger, added another patty, and bacon... It was sooo freaking good!!! I also has 6 wings and fries. My order was taken by an energetic lady. I loved the atmosphere. I would DEFINITELY make the extra 50 mile drive here when I'm in town

I don’t think I have ever given 5 stars for fast food, as far as a fast food place is concerned Prontos has definitely earned every one of these five stars. For just over $12 the carnitas plate is a great deal, the pork is juicy and flavorful it come with a generous portion of pork as well as a small side salad, a small dollop of guacamole, rice and beans and lots of tasty grilled onions with the meat. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is well prepared and tasty! Prontos is also a great place for breakfast! They have an extensive menu with breakfast being served all day.

I was honestly surprised how tasty the huevos ranchero was. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the soda/ice machine. There was mold in the ice chute.

This is a very nice place to eat. It's a standard burger place with a Mexican food theme. The reason for the stars is that the food is prepared right in front of you and it's very particular about of the preparation and presentation of their food. They also have a salsa bar that is really good.

Place was easy to find. Has a food truck as well, but no drive thru, which was a setback. But the food was good. takes cash and apple pay. I wish the fries were bigger in size and less salty (for me). Nacho portion size is smaller to my liking, so you may have to order 2.

The prices have gone up but totally worth it. I had the lengua special and it was awesome! It was cooked to perfection. Haven't had this dish in years and it hit the right spot. Hopefully they'll keep it on the menu.

Typical burger stand except now it offers a combo with Mexican food. Always had good wholesome food. No five stars because it's noisy. TV is blasting soccer everytime I visit. Very hard to converse with the cashier. I have no choice but to take out. I go for breakfast mainly. Carnitas burrito is my favorite. Plenty of meat and the hot sauce is HOT!

The steak fajitas were delicious. It came with 2 eggs and hasbrowns. The only problem was the coffee. It had a bitter funny taste. It was a little uncomfortable inside because there is no air conditioning.

Definitely a great selection of many foods from breakfast to dinner and Mexican to American. I ordered the menudo, which is available 7 days a week. It overall was delicious; however, I must say the meat tasted a little over cooked and the plate was overall over salted. But I would definitely go back to try other things as it was a good bowl of menudo for a Tuesday!

I love a burger that has that crispy and well cooked beef. Topped with tons of lettuce and veggies. They were quick, kind and on their game. A wonderful little restaurant with some good burgers for the price.

I called in to place an order and was told to hold. The cashier (I think the name is Alex as it shows on my receipt) proceeded with placing the phone in his pocket and I could hear him talking about a soccer match with others and forgot that I was still on hold for over 10 minutes. I drove to the location and brought it to his attention while I was still on the line and he brushed me off telling me that their phone hadn't rang. I could still hear my conversation with the cashier as he was playing off my complaint. Normally I get great service here but this guy is just frustrating that he didn't acknowledged his mistake and didn't bother to apologize.

We encountered this restaurant as it was situated near our airbnb. This is quite a small restaurant, which added to the cosy vibe of the restaurant. The staff were quite friendly and accommodating, but the food took a while to come out. The food here was alright, but have had better Italian food. Would recommend the Polpette con crostini.

Good hamburger. They had old looking ketchup bottles that were worn out and I don't imagine they clean them. Ketchup was runny too. That was kinda sketchy. Makes me wonder how clean everything else is. Overall tasted good though

I'm from south texas, we dont do rice for a breakfast side, we dont put cheese on our wuevos rancheros, and we dont use enchilada sauce for wuevos rancheros, all of that being said I ate the whole plate, not gonna waste my money lol

Just a mediocre experience for the price point. Food is on the greasy side weather whether it's the beef carnisala pork or chicken, mama and services about the average. Not rude but not exactly making sure that you didn't forget anything or everything is accurate. Price is also kind of high for the size of the portions received.

Prices for menudo have gone up to almost 10.00 for the smaller cup, ordered onion rings and fried zucchini both were swimming in the big box" someone is getting cheap with their servings.

The Deep Fried Zucchini which came in 1/2" x 6" long strips was O.K.---- but the 2- small " Ranch Dressing" plastic. issued as a Dip... Tasted Nasty.... Definitely Not Tasty... and was Not Enough ( Dipping - Ranch) for the Strips.... Also the Soda Dispener was Not Delivering Adequate flavor Syrup...tasted like carbonated soda water....I mentioned the Problems to The ( Cook/ owner...???)... My family has been ordering from Prontos over a decade until lately they have been a disappointment. Today especially it will be our last time ordering from them. I ordered a carnesada burrito easy on the beans but instead I hardly have any meat and tasted more of the rice and beans.😤 My mom ordered menudo but it wasn't tasty just spicy with no flavor😰 the only thing that wasn't a problem or never seems to be bad at all is my husband's usual cheeseburger combo. There burrito use to be soo good and meaty but I don't know what happen.😕 🤔 😐 😢

Today I order a Fiesta Tostada hoping to have a good mexican food, but I was dissapointed. The tostada Shell was over cook and the taste of it was bitter, probable the oil where they cook it was too old. I could not eat it. Also the chicken was burnt. The little bit of guacamole was not good either. I paid $12.03 for it. I believe they could serve a better dish.

I ate here many times before. And always found it gratifying. Until I made order to take home. What a disappointment order beef fajitas with eggs. There was only 4 little pieces of meat for my entire plate. ☹️
