This is one of the best bubble tea shops in the area. Highly recommend the Oreo Brulee Boba Milk — I got it with 50% sugar and it was just perfect. Creamy, sweet, and super satisfying!

I enjoyed the Hokkaido Milk Tea this afternoon. It was fantastic. I added some pudding. Drinking it was sweet heavenly goodness. It was too sweet for my boo but it was perfect for the bangin' sweet tooth I have. This was delicious.

I really like their taro milk tea, always treat myself on the way to the grocery, today, the very first time, I dropped the whole cup right in front of their gate when I was trying to leave, and got all milk tea splash everywhere. I felt so sorry, so I went back to the store, trying to ask how can I help to clean up and tried to order a new one.Girls working there said they will take care of the mess and guess what, I got a new one for free! Sooo sweet!

My friends and I appreciated the quality of drinks here. The matcha is really strong but not too bitter. Milk alternatives included oat milk. They used a kiosk ordering system (there were two). Area inside was very spacious and they had a clean bathroom. They also had two tables with four chairs each. Lots of standing room was available.

Located in the same plaza area as In n Out. Good place to get a quick to go boba fix. No tables or seating inside. Self order at the self service kiosk. Plenty of free parking in the parking lot.

Drinks were good but we arrived half an hour before closing and were disappointed they were out of regular boba. So we had to order alternatives and they were okay. My jelly though seemed like there wasn’t very much. Restrooms needed refreshing but I do understand they probably had a long day. What happened to the tables & chairs??

If I am not at 7Leaves, youll catch me here. This is my go-to boba spot due to proximity and the quality of drinks. Self-order spot with huge selection of drinks. They range from regular milk and fruit teas to seasonal drinks like the grape and peach frosties. Their boba could be better since its inconsistent. Sometimes its undercooked (both honey and brown sugar boba). The most interesting topping in this spot is their drinkable mochi!!! Its gonna he off-putting for some people cuz of the texture but i love it. Its chewy and runny at the same time! Its fun. They also have a Jasmine tea jelly! Quite tasty! I always get the mango milk tea and Sunright fruit tea if i am not getting their seasonal frosties and drinks. If you see their White Peach frostie, its a must or their Green plum frostie!

I really liked this place. The drinks and toppings are good, but yesterday (5/29), there was a soft metal piece in one of my pearls. I know things happen, but I'm gonna take a break from this place. Yes, they decided to give me another drink but most likely throw it away. Should that stop you from trying them out? No, it's still worth trying. To the workers and who provides the pearls, just be more careful all I'm asking for.

The boba was fresh but kinda stuck together again no biggie. I had egg pudding added too that was nice but didnt help much in the sweet department. The oreo however wasn't really that sweet at all when I tasted it kinda ehh. It's not the best boba I've had but it wasn't bad. Maybe I'll try a different tea next time if I come back.

It’s been over a year that they haven’t put furniture back in the shop. It used to be a nice place to relax, but now it’s a hostile empty concrete room.

2 people, we each ordered a boba milk drink and did not enjoy it (boba was too chewy and the liquid was not very flavorful and too thick). We gave it another try and ordered the mango jasmine tea, but didn’t like that either. However the place itself is very pretty, it was a nice spot to sit and study for a while.

We gave it another try and ordered the mango jasmine tea, but didn’t like that either. However the place itself is very pretty, it was a nice spot to sit and study for a while.

Salty cheese foam, close to tasting like it’s expired. The strawberry was flavorless, taste like ice and bland strawberries.

When I checked with the people in store, they were like “I don’t know what happened”. No sorry, nothing at all! And then I waited another 10 minutes for my drinks. Even worse, when I finally was able take a sip, there are weird stringy things in my drink! Omg never again in this location!!
