Dunkin'

My morning go to place, five days a week. Recently renovated, clean, bright and pleasant all the time. Great crew.

The coffee was hot, the food was fresh and tasty, the place was clean and the service was fast and efficient. What more could you want?

My blueberry hot coffee with Splenda was made to perfection and my son who never drinks coffee loved his blueberry coffee also

They def know how to make a coffee! They’re coffee is rarely if ever watered down and they cook the bacon through!! I have the atmosphere a 3, only because it can be packed with a group of kids/young adults but in and out for me !

Only complaint is the coffee really makes me need the restroom, but that’s the case with any coffee. Long story short, I love this stuff. Usually not a long line. Friendly well run Dunkin

Try the frozen lemonade this summer. Too bad everytime I go there with my kids this DD doesn't have the doughnuts we want.

This is a clean, spacious, and cozy Dunkin' with fast and friendly service and ample parking. My only critique is that the bathroom was locked, but the only person with the key was the manager - who wasn't there! Needless to say, we had to walk across the parking lot to find a bathroom in the Shop Rite grocery store.

i’m not good at speaking so when my mom told me to order for myself i got nervous and then the employees started talking about me in spanish, my mom knows spanish so she confronted them. really messed up to be honest

Coffee was stale even at 3 hours prior to closing time..

Room for improvement. Tables are not always washed and bathrooms should be checked more often.

one staff there is really nice and sweet, think her name is naomi but the other girls there have a nasty attitude. Place is pretty clean except for the bathroom. Need to improve a little. Let the managers know that

I went today at 8:25 pm and the only thing they had was coffee. Everything else was put away. The girl said all the machines were not working. I asked for the managers number and the girl refused

The employees there are the worst,they don't make your coffee the way it's supposed to be made they are just facing stupid

They take your order and mess it up because they don’t listen

JUST ORDERED THRU UBER EATS, IM MAKING A COMPLAINT DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS OR ORDER IT FROM UBER. OUR POOR UBER EATS DRIVER HAD OUR ORDER RIGHT. BUT WHOEVER MADE OUR ORDER DID NOT SECURE THE LID FROM THE SMALL HOT COFFEE, THE LID SPILLED ALL OVER OUR FRONT PORCH AND IT SPILLED ALL OVER INSIDE THE DRIVER'S VEHICLE. MY FOOD WAS WET FROM THE SPILLED COFFEE I COULDN'T EAT MY BREAKFAST.

Ordered through Grubhub and the employees at this Dunkin Donuts had the right donuts I asked for on the receipt but when I opened the box they were all the wrong ones and stale! Never again

This place is disgusting! Very dirty- I won’t come again. Floor looks like it wasn’t swept! Countertops & tables dirty. Service is ok but very disgustingly dirty- a turn off. Clean up your act!

I came here about 5 times and all those times I have gotten them all wrong I always ask for a medium caramel iced coffee and get in return a hot coffee or a regular coffee no ice

New people every day and the most laziest employees I have ever seen. They treat you like they’re doing you a favor.! And look at my grill cheese not toasted at all. I don’t comeback because I’m running late for work and I’m hungry but I really wanted to go back. Very disappointed

Worse than a gas station bathroom! Disgusting. I left without a purchase because the work area is probably no better. Management is severely lacking. 0 stars if I could.

This Dunkin' Donuts at Garnerville is the worst place they only have little staff at night. It's ridiculous. They need more people at night! They're too busy hurrying up cleaning instead of not taking care of the customers also with my own two eyes I witness that this tall guy supposedly the owner was being very rude to the workers I'm concerned about the well-being of the employees as there are indications that they may not be receiving the best treatment from the management!

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes to only be ignored. Counter guy was extremely rude and didn't even smile when I did finally get help. When I got my coffee, my order was wrong. My bill was also rang up incorrectly and I was overcharged. The guy didn't even want to refund me. Very poor service here and very poor attitude from the people working here.

I literally watched 1 of the employees dump my sons drink so he could make someone else's drink, and then continued to make others drinks. When I complained that now the 4th person to place their orders after us have now received thier drinks only then did they begin to make them. It would have been quicker to go to a gas station for a frozen drink.

If i could give no stars i would. This Dunkin’ Donuts gives me a hard time when i pay for extra espresso in my iced caramel macchiato which they make like a regular iced coffee light and sweet. Will never go to this location again. The employees are very rude and nasty!

I don't even want to know how bad it tastes if you actually ask for 3 pumps. They do the same with the Lattes. Ask for 1 pump, and it tastes like 3. This is not an issue at any Dunkin I've evern been to in Manhattan. The app has no way of asking for 0.333 pumps to see if maybe the employees will triple to 1.0 pumps.
