Fuimos varios días… Inmejorable en todos los aspectos. A pie de playa, decoración exquisita, varios ambientes (zona de tapas por orden de llegada, comida a la carta con reserva previa, zona de copas con DJ… una pasada. La comida llega super rápida y de muy buena calidad. Los recepcionistas y camareros super amables y super atentos. 10000000% recomendado… repetiremos !!

Un local precioso, encima de la playa, con una decoración boho-chic elegantísima. Y con unos arroces buenísimos, el arroz en su punto, así como el resto de platos deliciosamente elaborados. El servicio, muy atento y amable. Y con unos precios más que razonables. Me ha encantado.

Sin duda mi bar/restaurante/chiringuito favorito. Está a pie de playa, es amplio, bonito, cuidado, una muy buena carta, zona de tapeo, zona de copas, comedor…encima con una comida buenísima y unas vistas sensacionales, qué más se puede pedir?! El servicio es muy atento y muy rápido.

Un lugar muy agradable con unas vistas espectaculares, buena decoración, servicio y limpieza. Hay varios ambientes. Nosotros probamos la zona de tapeo. Hay una carta de tapas a elegir incluidas con la cerveza a muy buen precio y tapas especiales. El atún rojo estaba espectacular y también el cartucho de pescado frito. La carta de raciones tiene buena pinta y precios. Volveremos a probarla.

Love this place. It's our "go to" for tapas and wine in an afternoon. It is great value with lovely views of the coastline. This last week had snowy mountain views in the background too. Jan26 currently closed for holidays, we'll be back as soon as it opens again.

Sept 25 Another fantastic meal, we booked with Victoria, 21 people on a Wednesday night, sitting at a large table and nothing fazed them. Great service, fantastic food and even better wine. Behind the scenes there was fantastic communication via Whatsapp ensuring we were all catered for, as we had some vegetarians as part of the group. We always take friends here, especially those who haven’t been before, but have generally visited the area many times. There’s always a hustle and bustle about it, it’s just an inspiring atmosphere of people dining and eating amazing seafood. The latest visit we arrived at 12 and left at 6ish, beers, tapas and more tapas 60€ a couple. It never disappoints to make you feel like you’ve had the best of food in Garrucha, but that said that’s like most of the amazing eateries in Garrucha. Thanks to Ana, didn’t see her this time, but she’s always so happy and attentive, hope to see you next time. The service is 5 star, the only 4 star thing about it is that they get so busy they could at really busy times do with someone else for a couple of hours after 2pm. Each waiter is so efficient and does so many things at once they just look like they’re part of a ballet.

Food was OK. I had to send croquettes back as cold. Service was reasonable but staff rush about or chat to each other but don't look at customers, so you have to stand up in the restaurant & wave at them to get served. Very noisy, which can be stressful when trying to relax & eat. Beautiful location

We had never been here before, but my wife had read the good reviews. We decided on a tapas lunch and weren't disappointed. We ordered several dishes all €1.50 each. There were plenty to choose from and some being vegetarian too. It was all delicious. We will certainly return to taste more. The bill was about €15 for the two of us. It was on the beach and the toilets were clean too, if you were wondering. The service was very good. A must if you're in the area!

Nice view chiringuito!Specially from the terrace... Definitely one of the best if not the best restaurant bar in Garrucha.The kitchen is great.I like the tapas bar you have got many option.Usually is crowded,but it is worth to wait.Sometimes better to reserve a table before you come.Very nice and clean.The staff is kind but the professionality is not always on the top🙂But actually it is not a problem...The prices are a little bit higher than the normal but worth it. Free parking place...I only can recommend!!!

Great beach restaurant. It’s quite big and it can get a bit loud but it’s worth it. Staff is welcoming and very well organised. We got a paella for 7 (the one from garrucha) and the taste and flavours were AMAZING (they brought two pots). The amount of food in the paella they brought us it was double what we could eat. We were very happy with the portions. The presa ibérica (pork) was also delicious. We try the tropical salad and Teo types of croquetas (jamón and cod). The selection of gins is huge!

The place has a tapas section and a formal restaurant. We tried the tapas bar and we weren't disappointed. For each beer bought, you get a free tapas from the menu. Un chiringuito muy bonito de fácil acceso y muy acogedor. El servicio, rápido, atento y eficaz. Quizás nuestras expectativas eran mayores a lo que luego, a nuestro parecer, fue la comida. No estaba mala, pero quizás esperábamos un punto que diferenciara del resto La experiencia fue buena pero nos faltó chispa. Raciones muy escasas.

El sitio está muy bien. Buen ambiente, bien decorado, y los camareros muy amables y atentos. Había mucho personal trabajando. Nosotros pedimos un arroz garruchero (no es el mejor que hemos comido pero estaba rico) y de entrante unas croquetas de puerros y gambas(muy rico el alioli con el que viene). Y el postre tarta de queso (no la recomiendo) y piña. Con agua y dos cervezas. Todo 75€ El sitio estaba hasta arriba. Habíamos reservado mesa. Y un último detalle, tuve que calentar el potito de mi bebé, me indicaron que lo llevara a un microondas al lado de unas neveras (hasta aquí sin problema) el problema es lo sucio que lo tienen, que no tienen ni plato dentro. Os recomiendo lavarlo y ponerle plato, más si los clientes son los que lo usan. Al final es una imagen de suciedad que espero no esté así la cocina. En las fotos la tarta de queso (ya probada) y el arroz garruchero después de dos platos. La cantidad está bien

Un restaurante perfecto si quieres ir de tapas. También puedes pedir a la carta. Nos pareció que tenían gran variedad de platos y muy económicos (1,8€ cada tapa) Recomiendo las alcachofas a la plancha y las almejas. Se encuentra muy cerca de la playa y está muy bien decorado.

Situado a pie de playa es en sitio muy agradable y con una gestión muy profesional, tanto en la reserva como en la sala. Una paella de arroz a banda muy correcta y con suficientes tropezones. El servicio muy correcto y atento.

Fab restaurant on the beach. Parking can be a bit tricky but worth the effort for the food and ambiance. Staff need to learn how to smile but other than that a really nice place for a leisurely lunch or dinner.

Had a very nice meal today. The food was excellent. Staff weren't the most friendly and some thing's not very organized. We were on the beach and entered through the beach entrance. There was no sign telling us to check with reception desk for seating so we took a table for two along the beach side. The waitress was annoyed the hostess didn't seat us and the hostess even more annoyed. Not our fault we didn't know and there was nothing to tell us it wasn't open seating. We wanted Tapas but were told we couldn't have tapas at that table although last week my friend had tapas at another table in the same seating area. Then they wanted to relocate us inside to a table for tapas but it was a terrible table around the corner in a little alcove. The restaurant is really noisey so we decided to go back outside to the first table and order off the menu. My friend who speaks Spanish went to tell the hostess we were going back outside because it was too noisy inside. The staff seemed even more annoyed. If the food wasn't so good we wouldn't go back. If they don't want people coming in from the beach they should close that entrance and direct people to the front door, or put up a sign to instruct us to check with the reception. We didn't know, nothing told us and staff were unpleasant about it . I don't speak much Spanish, my friend is fluent and we both live here permanently. Will try it again and see how the staff are but one recommendation is avoid it when its busy as its terribly noisy.

The food was very good, but the woman who seemed to be the manager behaved very poorly. She was not friendly at all. When we asked for a baby chair, she replied impolitely that there were only two and they were already taken, without any apology. As a result, we had to keep our child in the stroller the entire time. She made us feel unwelcome, and at the end, when I thanked her, she simply said “bye” without even looking at me. I have been to thousands of restaurants and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior.

AVOID - Food Poisoning and holiday ruined. I visited this restaurant earlier this week. I had read the other reviews and the location was lovely so thought it was a good choice. The next day after dining me my partner and a friend were all sick. We had shared most of the food ordered. Will not be returning.

Girl at the desk very friendly, the guy who helped us was also friendly but there is almost no alcohol in the cocktails. When you only want to drink something you have to sit at the enterance. Not cosy, no good music and they make you feel ur not welcome. And you need to pay immediately after receiving ur drinks. U get a little plate with nuts and candy, not a good combination if you ask me. Also my friend ordered a daiquiri cocktail and there was a piece of plastic in her drink. So not a good place to go for drinks.
