Opiniones de Ciccino's Geneva
Our group visits early for dinner about once a month. The staff is always attentive, and the food is consistently good. We wish Happy Hour started at 4pm though!
The wings are terrific. Got the super hot and the honey garlic char broiled. Both were great. Allot of places all have the same wings. This ain't one of them. I HIGHLY recommend these wings. The delivery was super fast and they gave me cups, napkins and plates. Thats classy. Driver was courteous. PS: try the wings
Italian at it's best. We were taken to Cicino's by local friends.Housed in a beautiful brick structure, one sees the open kitchen upon entering, with glass encased food offerings to tempt the hungry. Enjoyed a delicious calzone made to order. The portion was large enough to share. Our server proved helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely return.
Ciccino's was a very nice surprise for me located in Geneva, NY. At the order counter, at least 8 pizzas were ready to go (for slices). Extensive menu for pasta, entrees, pizza, salads (big ones), hot/cold subs, appetizers and more. Plenty of seating...seemed like most orders were pick up. This place is now my restaurant of choice in Geneva!
Super friendly, great service, and great food! Will definitely be ordering from here next time I'm in town! Delivery was fast and the driver was great too!👇👇👇 I would gladly give a 6th or 7th star to make up for the nitpicky reviews like an overdone pasta dish, that I'm sure would've been gladly corrected right away if they mentioned it while they were there. When the customer already "loves" certain menu items and has one bad dish and gives such a bad rating saying they wouldn't recommend to anyone... I've eaten all over from the North to South, and the East to the West, and I would DEFINITELY recommend Ciccino's. 7 ⭐ Rating 😁👍
Place order, picked up drove 13 miles hometo find out 1 sandwich was not even right one. Called to complain, cook said he made it right. Supposed to be a Ham, but got Italian felt like I was called a lair because he was right proved him wrong and got no apology and was chased from store because I was angry. Think before you order here
I have long been a fan of Ciccino's! They started out as a pizza place and then added a very nice dining area with a bar. Great chicken wings! I love the honey garlic charbroiled. You can have a drink and relax in a nice casual Italian atmosphere and I can say that I have never had a bad meal there! The original place started in Waterloo as far as I know, and have since added a place in Geneva. Wether you want a full meal with appetizers or something from the pizza shop, both are excellent!!!
Waitress/hostess was very nice and polite, made sure to check up on us every now and then to make sure we were having a good time and were all set. The food was absolutely amazing, I had their chicken wing calzone which was fully cooked, savoury and 5/5 perfect with massive portions for the price. Would recomend to others.
Overall just a great restaurant with delicious pizza, cold beer and without a doubt the friendliest wait staff that served promptly and seemed to love her work and it showed. If we lived there, it would be a place to visit over and over again! Super clean and the beer was super cold and fresh made hot...hot pizza. I wish them every success!
Food was excellent! I had the Chicken and Eggplant Parmigiana with meatballs combo. It was delicious. Most entrees come with a house salad which had cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and croutons. Will definitely dine at Ciccino's again!
The ice, the most delicate and savory part of my restaurant experience at the highly cherished Ciccino's Pizzeria, was wonderful. I was able to get it out of my glass with ease, as it was plentiful and up to the brim. It's texture was crunchy, and smooth, in a way that was not damaging to my teeth. Rather, it was cool and melted quickly, as it sat in my mouth. I would say that the worst part of my experience here would include the moment when my ice has all melted away, in the same way my heart has, leaving me with bland, boring, and very liquidy water. All hope for me has gone, until the waitress, has saved me in offering me more water that contained ice in it.
Happened to be in Geneva for the evening with my son. Plenty of parking downtown and a nice place to walk around. We had wings Carolina heat and honey cajun both were very good. Nice selection of draft beer from Coors light to Sam summer.
I ordered to go on my phone. Not from the area however was in town as we were camping. Anyways, after ordering online it didn’t say a time so I went in after 20 minutes. First impression was it was extremely clean. The woman who waited on me was extremely nice. They were pretty busy and she was up and down talking to everyone making sure everything was okay. There ended up being a mix up with my order and the manger personally came over and apologized up and down. Even offering if I wanted anything. Not a lot of places do that anymore and I was extremely impressed. Will definitely be coming back! Of course there were some things that could be worked on but I have never had such nice people in a restaurant.
The man at the counter is always very nice and polite when I walk in! -The hours are much more forgiving vs most of Geneva's restaurants and allow earlier dining -The lunch specials are amazing -The atmosphere is a little lacking but the food quality and service is so good that it's not relevant Try the crispy chicken ranch quesadillas!
We had a few slices, bacon, chicken and ranch, char pepperoni with hot honey, and dill pickle. Delicious! Crispy crust, balanced flavors, and fresh ingredients. The space is clean and bright and the staff are friendly.
Exceeded expectations. The food was simply authentic. The pizza/pastas were truly delicious and filling!!
Super kind staff. The cashier was very nice so was the chef. We went in a rush and we were sharing an eggplant. We ended up getting an extra salad and an extra pasta after the chef had heard that we were sharing a meal. Amazing food the pasta and eggplant were great and the BBQ and Medium wings truly live up to their expectations.
We ate there this evening, last minute request for parry of 10 to 14 people, they didn't hesitate to accommodated us with a table in back with more privacy, gave us Matt, who was excellent waiter, he was on top with drinks, bread, refills, creamer, butter, extra napkins. He knew what each of our party ordered, from salads to meals. Was very social, polite and the food was excellent. Best experience as the other restaurant we had reservations with was closed and never told us. Grateful we ate here instead, that they were nice enough to put tables together for our group and that Matt was our waiter. Top notch waiter and excellent experience. To management, you have top notch waiter in Matt, and hope you realize this already, and want to thank all there for being polite, and very willing to be helpful as needed. Will return and hope Matt is our waiter again. Thank you all very much. You gained new customers in us.
This restaurant is AMAZING!! Everything that I've had from there so far is DELICIOUS!!! Great food and great service!! #1 in my book!!
Was delicious!! Well worth it!!
Ciccino’s never lets me down. Excellent food. The grilled chicken quesadillas are amazing! 10/10
Would give this a higher ⭐️ rating if that was an option! Our favorite diner with amazing loaded bacon ranch fries!🍟
I normally don't eat pizza, but I really, really enjoyed it here. The crust and cheese were just on point for what I like. I love their chicken wings; the sauce is on the side, which is very good in case you don't like the sauce, so you can always enjoy plain fried wings. I love the honey garlic. The town and surrounding area are so artistic, peaceful and gorgeous.
I just went with my family and it was so worth it! We waited no time for our menus and ordered when we were ready. The food came out pretty quickly and was great. It was a very filling meal I could barely eat half my pizza and my family couldn’t finish their meals either. Everybody agreed the food was amazing, and the guy that took our order and served us was the sweetest and nicest guy ever. He genuinely cares for each and every one of his customers and I loved it. 10/10 would recommend if your in the area.
My husband and I dined in Monday night. Pretty good menu, I ordered a slice that was fantastic they heated it up in the oven and it was so crispy and delicious 10/10 on the slice! I also ordered a sampler platter with calamari on it, the portion was large. I asked for cocktail sauce but they didn’t have it. A very nice young man Robert was working in the kitchen and overheard the counter person saying no cocktail sauce and he spoke up and said he had the ingredients to make me some. It turned out to be great too! My husband had wings they were good and we shared our platter. We both got medium fountain drinks. I paid $45 and gave a good tip. The only negative was they did charge me $.99 for my sauces and I felt like they should have come with the sampler platter, but really I was glad to pay it because he made that cocktail sauce for me. The staff was very friendly and atmosphere was pretty good, what you’d expect from a pizzeria. I would return.
Ciccino’s you understood the assignment!! Delicious. Best pizza we’ve had in Upstate NY. The crust was the perfect thickness and baked to perfection. The taste of a seasoned oven was in every bite. The sauce was perfect - the right thickness, seasoning, and flavor. The cheese was a good quality. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 I give you 5 out of 5 slices! The staff was uber friendly - excellent customer service. 🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴I give you 5 out 5 forks/knives for your customer service. Until next time Ciccino’s 💜💜💜💜💜
Good food, I don't think it was anything I was blown away by, but decent enough to the extent that I would visit again. I've been there to pick up only pizza dough too, which is a cool unannounced offering they have. The atmosphere is a little bar-and-grill to suit an Italian restaurant, but it was clean and otherwise decorated nicely.
Second time here in less than a month. Both of our entrees were good. The sides are very large servings. Only thing we found odd was that the fresh bread was served with the main entree instead of with the salads. Will stop again when in Geneva.
This is really good food they have great wings and Pizza. They offer delivery or takeout or dine-in. Food is always cook fresh and hot service is fairly fast and the quality service is good they seek to gain the approval of the customer. they do get very busy so that is to be expected that at times the wait can get a little long.
The food was amazing, staff was awesome and the restaurant is in walking distance to the finger lakes. Would of gave 5 stars but dining area lacked in space and design. But I assure you the food is most definitely worth trying.
Pizza ok, ordered neopolitian style, extra baked. This pizza was pretty thick. Good amount of pepperoni very light bacon and banana peppers. Wings were very tasty, well done
Food is definitely quality ingredients prepared well, just slightly different taste to my own. Everything was good in its own way.
Friendly staff. We got a couple of drinks at the bar while we waited for our pizza and wings to be prepared. Bartender was prompt and courteous. Wings were good. I wished the garlic parm wings had a little more flavor. The pizza was good. Wished the toppings came closer to the crust but all in all was very good.
Ciccinos pizza is great. This is a big restaurant that is surprisingly not as busy as at should be on most occasions. The restaurant is big and clean and newly renovated, making thus a great place for a private meal with any number of guests. I love the pizza, salads, charred chicken wings, and pasta dishes. I have never had a bad meal here or take out.
I like Ciccino's for its pasta and pizza dishes. The salads used to be served with Italian bread served with dipping condiments, but on our last visit this was not the case. My husband had veal parm which he enjoyed. I had chicken Marsala which was good but the chicken was served in bite size pieces instead of a whole breast. The sauce was tasty. The food was good, not great, but good. The servers are atttentive, and drinks are very good, Nice for a casual night meal out. The prime rib is absolutely delicious!!!
I've been here on multiple occasions. The food has been cooked perfectly with a minimal wait time. My main issue is that the food and service is average. The wings were good, but there are places that I simply prefer, flavor wise, and like better. I can't speak for all the specialty pizzas, but as regards their pepperoni and Supreme Pizza, it is good, but there are simply other pizzerias I prefer more. The extended menu is far larger than expected, but again, after trying a dozen different items I found myself saying that is good but preferring it from another restaurant. My review might be unfair. Everything was simply always good but for me, I found myself preferring other pizzarias/Italian restaurants better. It is well loved but for a little overrated.
Had Delivery from this location today. Tried the Chicken Wing Calzone and it was tasty while different. Have not experienced Ricotta cheese with buffalo wings before, it changed the flavor profile of the calzone with each bite.
The food here was really good. The service seemed a little slow , as the girl waitress just didn't show up sometimes. But my sister and brother-in-law who live in this area love the chinos over in Waterloo, saying the best pizza around. I think we had something different like a regular meal this location. I go back hoping the service would be better next time. A little expensive, but it was a nice place to eat.
Chose Ciccino's on a whim. Glad we did. The food was delicious. The fries were hot and fresh. The meatball parm panini was hot, the cheese was melted to perfection and the meatballs had a good flavor. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We met family members on Sat. morning for lunch around 11:30. I noticed that the restaurant was empty with just a few customers. Since I am not a pizza fan I always order the Buffalo Wing salad which was very good. Our waitress was friendly & pleasant. The service was fast & efficient. It was nice to be able to sit and talk until after 1:30.
The restaurant in Waterloo is excellent. Service is wonderful and so is the food. The restaurant in Geneva is not quite the same. The food is great but the restaurant was very hot inside and the atmosphere was non-existent. The people behind the counter were very polite and knowledgeable.
Would like more sauce on pizza. Seemed to be only a splatter. Kalamata olives needs to be added to choices. Something I'll mention at next order. Overall a good pie. Best of luck in Geneva!
Casual, no frills restaurant with very good food and fast, friendly service. We’ve been twice in two weeks and have tried the pizza, stromboli, and antipasto salad. Everything was delicious and the stromboli was so big we were able to share it between the two of us. It is definitely a place we will be coming back to over and over.
They have ample parking around the building in a parking lot. Went here for lunch today. Ordered 3 slices of pepperoni sausage pizza. Also ordered 2 slices of buffalo wing pizza,a garlic knot,a large soda and 3 small sodas. It came to just under $40.The slices were huge. The pepperoni and sausage pizza was good. So was the buffalo wing pizza. My friend said the buffalo wing pizza was a bit zesty. Everything was good. I definitely recommend for a slice of pizza.I think I like the Waterloo location better than this one. Just because the atmosphere is more appealing. This one in Geneva reminds me more of a pizza place. The one in Waterloo reminds me more of a nice Italian restaurant.
Good solid food. We were visiting the nearby Finger Lakes Welcome Center, and it was time for lunch. We had another place in mind initially, but didn't realize that they were closed. We were lucky to find Ciccino's on one of the main streets instead. There was only one server but she did a good job managing all the tables. We ordered the Pizza Quattro Stagioni, Haddock Fra Diavolo, and the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fries. We especially liked the fries and pizza. The haddock was good too, but just a little spicy for my taste. We had enough food for leftovers which was nice too!
The food keeps getting worse. Not spending more money on poorly made sandwiches and dinners. The service is great but I feel bad for the servers because the kitchen is horrible. Thanks for the reply. We will certainly do that. Also... The wait staff and delivery drivers are always amazing!
Taste of food was great. Waited way longer for our food than should have. Not organized from ordering to getting to customer. Won't be returning.
I love pizza I love Sicilian pizza I love New York style pizza and all that jazz. When you go into the channels Sicilian pizzeria and Geneva it is a beautiful place inside and the beautiful location. You see yourself and the waiters come out and serve you. Waiters are very nice and generally helpful which is a very good thing in my book. I wish that they had a brill menu or a better online menu for people that are visually impaired to be able to make their own decisions on what they want to eat at the restaurant I would love to work with them on that Sunday. Overall the pizza is just pizza the dough is very light and fluffy and pretty decent the Stromboli‘s and calzones are awesome and everything else just like like you would gas on a pizza place but I think their prices of their items are kind of expensive for what you get. You would think that you would be getting a five star pizza delivered to you from a very homemade crust but it just taste like any other crossed that you can get from another pizza store. But overall taste very good that’s why I gave it that many stars for the rating. Now you’re probably asking me would you go back to this pizza restaurant if you are a pizza lover. I would say to you overall I think it’s very expensive but when I go back to have pizza there probably not in a long time because it’s very expensive like I said but overall I would go back and have a slice of pizza because generally it taste good and it’s a quick and easy option for me specially when you don’t want to cook. LOL! But I would recommend this place to others to go eat in all it’s a fantastic place and good customer service thank you for reading this review and hopefully this helps you out
Pizza was tasty only slightly undercooked. French onion soup was good. Tiramisu was frozen so I can't comment on that more til it defrosts at home other than to say that the one bite I did taste would've been better without american chocolate sauce.
The pizza is good! The entrees are meh. I'll only be going there for pizza and wings. The Italian combo entree I had was extremely bland, pasta was chewy, seemed like it was heated up from frozen. The sandwich my wife had was also unenjoyable. 3 stars because I like the pizza
They what's mess my chicken wings up. They funny know what extra crispy means. Every time I ask them and reiterate what I want they confirm my order and still never get it right. Ever! Pizza is good though!
Service was good but I get a Ceasars salad that wasn't prepared the nice way got a chunk of lettuce it wasn't really nice and if it was like that it means they didn't wash it ! What ever my family ordered wasn't good either they can't even go trough half of their meal !coming from far away to have a family time and get a what ever service not good
When you walk in, you can order your food or have food that's already prepared. The seating area is comfortable and efficient. However, when we went, it was hot outside, and there was, like, no AC inside. It was better to be outside than in the building. Food is good as always.
Everything was super salty, couldn't finish the french onion soup because of it, and the wings were too salty also. My husband ordered a pizza which was also mediocre. Guys gotta work on their kitchen. Can't recommend. The good thing is the atmosphere is very laid back.
They serve a variety of italian classics and offer full bar. We went with a large party and enjoyed our food however portions and quality was inconsistent across dishes some being far better value due to larger portions and quality. This wasn't necessary tied to more expensive items. Service was so so with long waits and infrequent refills. All in all the food was fine but not an exceptional experience.
Terrible experience tonight. First we waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered, only to receive cold food. After taking the food back to them to get hot food, they didn’t get our order right. Completely left the pepperoni off the pizza. Extremely disappointed in the service tonight. Update: Ciccino’s called us and not only refunded our money but gave us a gift card. Definitely will be using it in restaurant rather than for take out but I’m glad they responded. It’s nice to see a business fix their mistake especially when we’ve never had this issue before with them.
A simple take out/eat in pizza place. The restaurant is unremarkable on the outside. I got a quick lunch -a slice and side salad. Salad was great actually large and made with mixed greens. The slice was your typical pizza place slice. I did find the slice over-priced. Single cheese slice cost $3.90 before tax.
What happened to this restaurant when it moved from Exchange Street to the Rite Aid bldg on Castle Street??! It used to be welcoming full scale restaurant with a wait staff, beers, and a full family style menu. We were very surprised when we walked in the door to a cold feeling, bare and brightly lit pizza joint. Pros~the young man at the counter taking our orders was very pleasant and the restaurant was very clean and offered other options besides just pizza. But please understand our disappointment when we walked in expecting the Exchange Street restaurant experience only to find something very different.
Very disappointing meal and service. I understand Saturday night's are busy but pay attention to what your customers ask especially if they have dietary needs. Best French onion soup I've ever had.
I often order chicken wings here. But I kind of like jerky and they know that fry them hard. Or I will be back. They have delivered my food to another house once after it was already paid for and had to make it again also. So I know there aggravated by my order. But if it's right I'll wait two hours. I called and the manager on duty told me he couldn't cook my chicken wings any longer. I told him u could cook anything as long as u want. He told me he was busy and had other orders. I nearly lost my cool at that point. I have been in the food industry 14years and know if u cook lots of stuff in the fryer all at once it takes longer. But when my chicken is soggy and it should be fried hard. And u tell me there is nothing u can do about it. Is just bad customer service. Especially when u have made it quite well for me in the past. Then he poked his fingers in the food so I say. If there's nothing u can do about it what u want me to do with this food now that Ur fingers have been all through it. He then said he would give me a credit. So he took my money and took my food. I don't want a credit I want food. I paid for food not for credit. I'm hungry and now I'm so so pissed off. Like just tipped the driver 8bucks and gave u 35 now. I don't have money just laying around to go buy something else. So not happy and believe me this will not be the last u hear from me. And I will be letting people know about the customer service I received at the Geneva location!!
First time eating here, got home and they forgot my boneless wings, had to drive the 20 minutes back to get them. They didn't offer to refund my money and they didn't apologize for their mistake. Food wise it was good but on the expensive side.
Let me being by saying we love their pizza and wings! (Hence the 2 ☆) That being said we sat down for dinner for the first time at the restaurant and it honestly was terrible. The service was very slow and there were lots of empty tables needing to be cleared. I ordered shrimp and scallop scampi. The pasta was overcooked and the scallops were super dry and honestly just awful. The whole thing was bland and gross. Definitely would not recommend the restaurant to anyone.
Nice place, but bad service! Waitress took our order, brought our food, only checked on us once. We had to get our own napkins, she didn't put in our pizza order to go, when she finally got to us, brought us our check, she informed us she forgot to put in our pizza order, I was not waiting forever again just to get our pizza... Plus she was all over the place. We finally got tired of waiting and just got up to go pay and the girl who took our payment didn't even acknowledge us... How was your food? Service? Nothing!! We won't be coming back...
UPDATE : Our third time visiting and AGAIN the server didn't mention the house wine happy hour deal: buy one get one free! Honestly, guys, could you coach your servers to mention it? Three out of three times we asked about it after ordering a regular wine. If you don't really want to offer the deal, then don't offer it! Food was excellent.
This was the first time I had visited the location in Geneva after they moved to a new location. I did not care for it. They do not serve alcohol any more, it's counter order, the atmosphere is very sterile and cold and yes they have pretty good pizza, but I really miss the old location. It had a full bar and it was warm and comfortable and I think the pizza was better there. I will stick with the Waterloo location.
Soggy, oily and disappointing. My GF is in Geneva hospital and we ordered this as she was sick of hospital food, she should have stuck with the hospital food. Nothing in the order was good with the exception of the onion rings which was her choice as a side and were very good. I had sweet potato fries as my side and they were horrible. I do compliment the manager as he tried to make things right by replacing the food that was bad but the fish that was sent as a replacement was way over cooked to the point of having that dark brownish glazed color batter gets when it is overcooked but not quite burnt. She could not eat the first and then had to peel all the batter off the second in order to eat it. My fish was no better. We had already canceled her hospital food tray so she was forced to eat what very little she could and I choked down what I could of the fish and took the rest back to the dog. The second batch of sweet potato fries were warmer but seemed more like they had been steam cooked rather than deep friend. I have a sneaking suspicion that their oil is not set at a high enough temperature as that greasy sogginess is indicative of that particular problem. I love the place in Waterloo, but I will never get from these guys again and suggest you avoid them at all cost. $43.00 in the toilet. OH both delivery girls were very polite and sweet and a pleasure to deal with.
Delivery was quick which was a pleasant surprise. This sub is not edible. I will try to throw it in the oven to toast it, maybe it will make a difference. An Italian joint should have good rolls. Expensive and exhausting to have such limited dining choices in this area
Ordered a small turkey sub. There could not have been less ingredients or dressing on it. Super disappointed! Wish I’d taken a photo. I am guessing that their pizza is the draw, but didn’t have it, so can’t say for sure.
Quick attentive response. Within 24 hrs!!! Customer Services update. . Thank you for the great customer care... review soon w/ next visit soon!! Very disappointing meal.. 2 ceasar wraps n a slice. 3 drinks.= $40.. eat in!!!..... everything was bagged to go. No ceasar in the wraps. Small portion.. i have tiny hands see the pic attached....no side... chips wouldve been fine... So it was very dry...The slice was dry n cold.. no napkins in the to go bag I didnt order.. subs/ sándwiches come w/ chops n pickles per menu.. n from the grill supposed to ask what side. So im thinking im getting chips. Nope...ADDED TO THE BOTOM OF THE LIST OF RESTAURANT IN GVA .
The welcoming interior of the building doesn't reflect the quality of their food. I went during lunch time and it was empty which says something about the place. I ordered a chicken parmesan sub which was dry and prettt salty. I got a bowl of greens and beans which the cook must have made with vinegar. I was expecting a bowl of italian comfort food, but it tasted like a warm bowl of pickle juice. Whatever special touch they're trying to add isn't working. Maybe they do a better job with dinner or pizza? I will say that the waitress was very kind and talkative.
I honestly hate leaving negative reveiws, but I couldn’t keep silent this time around. Paid $10 for 2 slices which was extremely over priced. I asked the woman behind the counter to warm them up for me, for which she did for maybe a minute tops. Got into my car and the slices were still cold. I don’t hate cold pizza so I figured, whatever. Picked up the one slice and it felt apart in my hands because the dough was so thin and unevenly pressed out. All this would have been tolerable if the taste was good, but it was just awful tasting as well. I’ve been in the pizza business for 15 years and was just extremely dissapointed with this place.
I hate to leave bad reviews but I honestly felt like I had to. I've worked in the food and beverage industry for almost 15 years, and currently run a restaurant. If I gave service like I recieved tonight, I would expect not to have a job. Not only was our waitress absolutely terrible, every other employee just pretended to be oblivious to everything going on. And it wasn't just my own table, the table next to us waited almost 20 minutes to get ketchup for French fries, which the girl never even ate because I'm sure they were stone cold by the time she recieved her ketchup. Our waitress walked by our table AT LEAST 5 times after we were clearly done eating and waiting for Togo boxes and our check. Never said a word. Another waitress was very attentivly wiping all the empty tables, listening to me complain but never said a word or felt she should get our waitress. I ended going next door to ask for boxes and our check at the pizza counter. I also need to add that we were one of 4 tables in the whole place, and I counted 4 waitresses, plus the bartender. This is totally unacceptable. I will never eat here again, and I will advise others not to either. Which is a shame, because the food is very good. My advice to patrons, go to the Waterloo location. My advice to the owners, fire your entire staff and start over.
Worse service like we were putting them out time now is 7:15 pm. Asked twice for more menus finally I got up for our party of 11. Now notes 1 table of 4, 1 table 5 some tables in back. Again asked for serveware told girl was rolling enough in bin to give us some so up again i go to get for family. My order 6 boneless wings come out with bones & not the sauce i order. So should have at the time got up to leave. I am a waitress and unstand problems happen in the kitchen. But our whole order was wrong or never placed. Seems like they don't care plus add 30 % gratuity to check when serve & food well just ok. My family member got a name and number to call never responded by email or phone. So save your time so somewhere else.
Waited at the door for several minutes to get seated and it wasn't very busy. We sat at the table for at least 15 minutes and they never even took a drink order, they didn't even bring waters. Just poor service all around. We ended up leaving and went to a taco bell. I think that speaks for itself
Never have them do an event for you. Let's just say they failed to plan for an event that they knew about months in advance. They had one server covering our tables with 20+ people and the rest of the restaurant. We had to help them get the food on the tables. To make matters worse the food was bad. The sauce for the pasta and chicken parm was terrible. The sauce was burnt and bland. The pasta seemed to be made days in advance. You can tell that because the terrible sauce would not stick to the pasta. Chicken was dry. Half the food was ate and a lot went to waste because it was awful. Honestly, the management should ashamed. I would avoid this restaurant all together.
I have never before left a poor review. Recently I have had several orders incorrect. I used to order weekly from Ciccinos but I have not because of the problem with my orders. A few weeks ago it happens again. I decided to try to order with them again and again the order was filled incorrect. I called them to explain and I was treated so poorly by an employee there that I couldn’t even believe it. She was very confrontational and was so bothered that she even said to me how she didn’t really want to deal with this. I have been in the restaurant business since I was 16 years old and Any problem with a customers order was dealt with apologetically and to make sure the customer was happy. This women was so incredibly rude I have never dealt with someone in the restaurant business be so rude. In fact I have never had anyone that works with the public in any type of way act so rude. I should have decided then not to order from Ciccinos again but Tonight I thought I would try to order again because Ciccinos does have good food. The food is not the problem but the help filling the orders is. Tonight The order I placed Came to $75. One of the items I ordered was a philly steak sub. I asked for extra peppers, onions and extra cheese. When it arrived there were just a couple little peppers squares and I could only find one onion. The cheese was definitely not extra also. I’m paying for those extras. Why should I pay for them if I didn’t get them??? When I called again tonight to explain about the sub being incorrect and asking if I can get another and will send the one I have back because it had one small bite taken out of it. When I called I spoke to the same lady that was so rude a few weeks ago. She immediately was rude again. She rudely asked me why I always have a problem with my orders. I told her because it wasn’t done properly. I asked her if she was implying that i was making this up and she rudely commented again how I always have a problem with the food. I calmly said to her how rude she was being once again to me and she replied by saying,Yup,, I’m the rudest person you’re ever going to meet. I was actually embarrassed for her. She obviously doesn’t know how to act working with the public and doesn’t even realize she doesn’t know. I cannot imagine ever treating a paying customer with such disrespect. It completely changes the reputation and the way you feel about the restaurant. It turns a nice place to eat into a place You will never go to again because this women is so rude that it’s obnoxious. This woman doesn’t know how to behave working with the public. I am so disappointed that Ciccinos let’s that type of behavior happen. That the owners would allow their customers to be treated so poorly. A fun night of friends and food turns into the night being ruined by this woman’s treatment. Now not only will I ever order from there again but the other 3 friends I had here that also love Ciccinos food will also never order again. That’s 4 customers that they lost because this woman was so totally disrespectful.
We went last night for the first time and our pizza was burnt so bad the pepperoni was charred and the crust was literally black and hard as a rock. I was extremely disappointed. Who ever cooked the pizza knew damn well it was unservable. 28 bucks wasted.
Waiters was lovely, food is bland, no flavor. Appetizers seemed microwaved (calamari), and the sause is just tomatoes sauce mixed with ragu. orderes the chicken Marsala with literally 8 pieces of chicken size of a quarter( yes i counted) no care taken in making the food. Highly don’t recommend.
Placed my order for 6 slices of pizza and 3 garlic knots...received 4 slices and 1 knot. The pizza was not good at all and the garlic knots were extremely hard and less then appetizing. When asking about my missing slices and knots the girl remarked she hadn't charged me for it ; I guess $35 for that order wasn't enough. I would not come here again . very disappointed...
This was our favorite restaurant 3 years ago when we moved here. We loved the Staff, and the food was the absolute best. Over the past year the food has gotten consistently worse, spoiled milk being served to my kid on multiple occasions is unacceptable. When the server arrives, they disappear and often come back just to deliver the check. It is sad to see such a great place go downhill.
Went here tonight, family vacation a party of 11. Walked in around 7:15 didn’t get out until 9:30pm. There were 5 tables tops at this place and the service absolutely sucked. We had to ask for menus, silverware, plates. The waitress completely messed up our entire order. Half the side salads came out before the appetizers and the other half were missing. My entree came out with the appetizers so I was finished before anyone even got their meals. Then a different waitress had to come over and double check our order because the first waitress messed up so poorly. We never saw our first waitress again. After the second waitress corrected our order the second half of the salads finally came out. We had to ask over and over for silverware, when finally we got up and got it ourselves. Once the rest of the entrees came out, one was incorrect and had to be sent back. When it came back there was a hair in it. The second waitress was very apologetic and tried to compensate for the first waitress but we were very disappointed when we finally got the check and there was an 18% gratuity already added after this horrible service. Don’t plan on returning.
Ordered online and hour before they closed. I called 15 minutes before they closed to verify that I was going to get my delivery and the lady guaranteed that they do not close until all deliveries are made and I was the 3rd person to get delivered to not worry. Here it is 9:49pm Tuesday restaurant closed and no dinner. They could at least call and say that they cancelled or something happened to our order. Geneva is a small town and this is a small business. I am uncertain if I would want to eat at Ciccinos again I would rather eat Domino’s and get cheap pizza and quick delivery and know that I will get it. Sorry I couldn’t give it a zero rating for poor customer service but good food.
Ordered italian sausage sub and antipasto. Sausage was loaded with grizzle. Antipasto arrived with salad dressing cups on the salad leaves. It came with potato chips which were all crumbled like the bottom of the bag. Server forgot sides of mayo and sauce, and when I went to get them she forgot them a second time . .
Highly disappointed! Will not order again. Called on a Monday night at 6:45 and ordered a pizza, fries, mozzarella sticks, and chicken fingers. We were told about 45 minutes for our delivery. An hour and a half later, we received a call front the driver saying that she was the only driver and leaving with our food. It took 2 hours to finally get our delivery. When I got here the driver apologized and told us to call with any issues. Our entire order was cold. The mozzarella sticks spilled out of the Togo container and were all over the bottom of the bag soaked with moisture from condensation. After paying over $60 for the meal, I called the restaurant. I explained what happened with our order. The person who answered was rude and clearly didn't want to be bothered. He told me if I called back for another order he would "give me some credit back" I told him that more than half my meal was ice cold and inedible. He huffed at me and said "fine give me your card numbers again, and I'll give you your fries and mozzarella stick money back" Things happen, people call out, food gets delivered late. Get it. It's about how you handle the situation when it happens. I was made to feel as though I was bothering them, and they didn't have time for me. They lost a customer.
We ordered dinner from here last night I got chicken parm with spaghetti and the chicken was tough hardly any space on the dish. It will be a long time if I ever order from here again. It sad because it was a good place and we use to drop a lot of money here
Was told 45min to an hour. Food showed up an hour and 45 mins later. My son fell asleep waiting for his dinner. By the time it got to us most of the food was gross and not edible. I called before the food arrived to make sure they didn’t forget us. I was told they were short staffed and apologized. No refund was offered. Most of our order ended up in the garbage. Same thing happened last time we ordered from ciccinos. There’s no accountability. I’m giving up on this place. Buyer beware.
One of the worst pizzas I've ever had, it was expensive it took a long time to make, way too much cheese, undercooked, the thin crust is an inch thick, and did I mention that the overall flavor was just awful. Just a generally bad experience, there are probably 10 better places within a 50-foot radius. I highly recommend that you don't go here.
I called to place an order at 8:44 PM. For pick up the gentleman that answered the phone told me they've been dead all day so I couldn't place an order, I asked to speak to a manager who rudely said fine, we'll turn all the fryers back on and clean the store a second time and then proceeded to hang up on me, I have never experienced such rude service.
25 minutes should mean 25 minutes. Shouldn’t have to wait. At all. I’m just speaking from what I’m held to. 25 means 25. Doesn’t matter what else is going on.
