I've been to the Plenitude store on Via San Vincenzo several times and have always found the staff to be kind and helpful. I haven't had any problems with Eni before and Plenitude now, and the bills are easy to read. Massimiliano helped me with a gas issue. He was extremely quick and professional in handling the process; we had it all done in 5 minutes. Exceptional. Very good service and definitely recommended.
