Recommended place. Very pleasant and the food is delicious. We'd been there a lot, but we had a small menu. On Friday, we ate from the menu, and everything was delicious.

Buen sitio para comer en grupo, hay demasiado ruido para una comida un poco mas íntima. La comida es buena sin llegar a ser espectacular, excepto los postres que si son excelentes, lo mejor de la carta. El personal en muy amable, casi todos, alguna oveja negra tienen, de ahí las 4 estrellas en ese sentido. En cuanto al precio, fuimos a comer un grupo de 9 y tocamos a 45 euros mas propina, o sea que normalito.

The restaurant has a modern and tasteful decor. The service was adequate, although a little slow between courses. The main course arrived slightly lukewarm. However, the dessert (a homemade cake) was spectacular. The place has potential, but I think they should pay more attention to the timing and temperature of the dishes. It's not a bad option for a relaxed meal.

Muy buena terraza Localizada en un lugar muy agradable rodeada de árboles y con buena sombra para el verano. Los camareros han sido muy amables y el que nos ha atendido siempre tenia permanentemente la sonrisa puesta, lo que ha hecho la estancia muy agradable. Las consumiciones muy correctas y cuando ha visto que, a pesar de que habíamos pedido raciones, nos habíamos quedado sin apetivivo, trajo otro plato sin dudar. Un precio muy correcto nada exagerado y la ración que pedimos muy buena y bien de precio. Perfecto para echar la tarde. Volveré.

La comida no está mal, aunque el precio no es nada competitivo. En lo que respecta al trato por parte de uno de los camareros a los clientes...deja bastante que desear, ya he ido en varias ocasiones y no me he sentido nada cómoda. Después de varias oportunidades, yo dejaré de ir allí

Good service and a place with potential, but the kitchen needs more attention. I recently visited El Balcón del Parque and left with mixed feelings. First, I must say the service is good; the staff is friendly and efficient. However, the food didn't live up to the service. We ordered bravioli, and while the potatoes were well-fried (a positive point), the sauces could be much better. The sandwich was just okay, but what really disappointed was the bacon sandwich. The meat was dehydrated instead of crispy (something that's hard to achieve with bacon), and the cheese added no flavor whatsoever. I sincerely believe this place has a lot of potential if they pay more attention to the execution of the dishes. I'll wait a while and give them another chance, hoping it was just an off day in the kitchen.

Today I went to breakfast, and the waiter who served me, who was about 50 or 60 years old or thereabouts and didn't have any teeth, just started harassing me. What happened was this: He was serving me coffee with milk and asked me if it was okay like this, and I said yes, and then he said, "You're the one who's okay..." and I laughed, thinking it was a joke. Then he charged me, and as soon as he did, he said, "Have a nice day," and I said, "You're welcome," and he said, "I'm sure you are, because with that face..." This happened today in broad daylight, and I find it outrageous.

We usually go twice a year, and have been for quite a few years now, but it's getting worse each time. The price of the cold meat went up for almost everyone, a blonde waitress with a bun was quite rude, and they're overwhelming with all the protocol... "Leave the water on the table and I'll pour it myself," and the bread is the same—they give it to you in dribs and drabs! The cheesecake had a cheap presentation and wasn't very good, the fries were awful. The only decent things were the rice and the Spanish omelet. Quite expensive.

Llevo años viniendo a El Balcón del parque y esta noche es la última. Cada vez tienen camareros que te hacen las cenas más desagradables, un buen ejemplo ha sido cuando hemos pedido un vino para cenar, casi habíamos llegado a mitad de la cena sin que lo trajeran. Al pedir al camarero de nuevo la botella me dice que están con mucha gente (cuatro mesas en sala con gente) y finalmente nos dice que no bebamos tan rápido. Entiendo que la hostelería no esta bien pagada y que es difícil aguantar cara al público, pero que nos den esta respuesta cenando es la primera vez que me ocurre. En fin, no volveremos

We gave it a second chance, and there weren't any more. The first time we tried to order a last drink 20 minutes before closing time (even though we knew that if you didn't finish it in time, they'd give you a plastic cup to finish it). The second time, with chairs and tables piled up, they told us no, that everything was booked up at 5 p.m. It's a shame, because it's a very nice place in a nice park, and the owners clearly have plenty of room for this kind of deal.

I think the place is overpriced for what it offers. The big surprise came when the desserts arrived. We ordered the cheesecake after seeing photos in other reviews of a La Viña-style cake that looked very good, but they greeted us with the cake in the photo... it must have been leftovers.
