The cashier at drive thru is friendly, good service and food usually comes out quick.

Usually more courteous staff than most Del Taco's. But not great.

Now that Del Taco serves VEGAN Beyond products and other VEGAN options it's a viable option for a quick snack while out with the always hungry Lil ones!

I seldom eat in fast food restaurants, I had little time for lunch and I stopped at Del Taco on l8070 Chatsworth St, in Granada Hills, as I started to eat my lunch I notice the place was kept clean and I noticed an employee checking all tables and he was making sure tables and chairs were neatly placed and clean, this person was very pleasant to customers and helpful making sure they enjoyed their meal, makes you feel as if you were eating at a regular restaurant (not a fast food restaurant), he made himself available to customers for assistance if needed. His name is Art Lechuga, General Manager Store #964. Thank you for your good service

Your typical Del taco place. The only thing I don't like about their whole drive-thru menu experience is that it is so small to read. Wish they would make the billboard bigger, or make the lettering bigger.

Granada Hills is way better than Mission Hills Del Taco. Food cooked perfectly especially fish, plenty of ingredients and neatly packed. When we want Del Taco we will travel. Our local one has poor management and fried food is usually way overcooked or burned. Just doesn't taste good. Granada Del Taco we love you!

Very fast, friendly and good tasting. Let's open up outdoor dining and then spaced interior dining. This craziness needs to stop somewhere. Save our fave eateries!

Del Taco is the best much better in my opinion then Taco Bell where else can you get a mini flolt orange, root beer for 1, ice coffee 1 and mini shake chocolate or strawberry for $1.10.

Been coming here for years and it has always been one of my favorite food spots for its speedy service, good food, and clean eating area.

The young lady at the drive thru was great! Friendly, had all the things I needed in the bag prior to me arriving to the window. Great experience. And they weren't greedy with their salsa.

The fries are either not hot or cold that's my only complaint, all the other food is great and depending upon the day staff is very friendly. Some staff are kind of rude and inconsiderate of the time you spend waiting in the drivethru.

Food is made to order and the way you order it, well prepared not just thrown together! Always received friendly customer service any time of day and they speak english!

This is my favorite Del Taco ever. The food here seems more fresh and more tasty and seems bigger in size. Services fast and the people very courteous. My favorite deal here is the bean and cheese burrito. I'm more on a non-meat diet therefore I prefer bean and cheese burrito or taco. With either the green or red sauce it tastes so good so warm so sweet. And what a great value for a dollar 39 per burrito. 2 will fill you up 3 will make you really full. I would definitely go here again and again.

My favorite neighborhood restaurant for quick lunch. I like Del taco and this one is even better because I found that their beans are truly slowly cooked and tasted better than some other Del tacos. Their quality is very consistent and service is nice too. The manager and staff even know my name. Their manager has been changing but the current manager Isreal is really awesome! Isreal works diligently to keep the store clean, even dining room is not open. I come here for my breakfast and snack, taco Thursday and Tuesday special are the best deal with a ice coffee. Love this place!

Loved this location, much better than most of the Del's in the area. Hell everyone spoke English, that was a treat. I tried the fried chicken and guacamole burrito (without corn chips). I'll give it a C+. They should tell you it's a cold burrito, which means you'll be dealing with a chewy and tasteless tortilla. Nice folks, enjoy. Hit like if my review helped.

This location does not allow dine in, but they did a great job of being polite and helpful. They even ran after me because something was left out of our order, instead of most places that would just let you leave. They have an extensive menu, a good amount that does not show up on the app or online.

The dude that works the drive thru the last 4 times I have been here is one of the coolest people. Great attitude and kind, funny guy. Great service always makes food taste better. And Del Tacos Epic menu is actually very tasty. Pleasantly surprised.

Dining room is mediocre, there are people camping there, using the wifi and some tables have fingernail carved graffiti. They're trying to make an effort to make it classier, but being adjacent to a high school doesn't help. Last time I checked, the bathrooms were atrocious.

I really like their chicken rollers. They all really have a unique taste my favorite is the original and the ranch.

For fast food, the prices are right and the food good. They serve typical Mexican fast food, tacos, tostadas, burritos, nachos etc...I especially like that they serve turkey tostadas and tacos, unlike other Mexican fast food places.

I’m in love, my friends and I come here every taco Tuesday and it’s something I look forward too constantly. The strawberry lemonade is my favorite it’s a dollar! <3 the cashier gage was funny and nice as well!

Del-taco. Yes it may be too americanized of a place for some mexican food. But, this is my to go place for a some tacos and burritos. I do enjoy eating the fries here. This is one of the few places the fries tastes good and not too salty. The 1/2 bean and cheese burrito is swell.. i love it.. They come in 2 sauces. I prefer red sauce. the green sauce reminds me of the dorito chip flavor.. salsa verde.. I also love the fish taco and chicken soft taco.. i havent ate inside here, but the drive-thru is still pretty nice.

The food is always well prepared but every time I'm here it takes 10- 15 mins to get my dine in order. That's way too long for 2 or 3 items. The drive thru seems to be their biggest priority. They are short staffed all the time. It's not the workers fault, mgmt needs to stop being cheap with hours!

I really like this Del Taco because the staff is really nice, the place is generally pretty clean, and the food is good. EDIT: The information indicates that Dine In is available, but I went there today, hoping to sit down and have a nice lunch there, and the dining room was still closed. So I went to Carl’s Jr. instead. Too bad. I was looking forward to the fries! I hope they’ll update the information if they are not going to open the dining room any time soon, so they don’t mislead potential customers who were hoping for a lunch out.

The food was good and fresh. The cashier in the window was polite and quick and the order was right. The fresh guacamole was great. Drive-Thru line took way too long though because a delivery driver ahead of us was picking up a large order despite the signs at the Drive-Thru entrance instructing delivery drivers to pick-up inside.

I go there for my daughter and she loves the rollers. I personally love the potatoe poppers! Update 2021 The workers are very friendly I recently moved down the street so coming here is common. Food is always fresh and delicious!

I have not been to a Del Taco in over 30 years until now because they have instituted the Beyond Burger, so I thought I would give them a try. For a quick cheap taco (Beyond Taco), it’s not bad. It satisfies a taco craving while on the road. The spices in the Beyond Burger plant based meat tasted pretty okay. However, I was impressed with their Beer Batter Soft Fish Taco and their Taco Salad substituted with Beyond meat. I think Del Taco has just made a regular customer out of me.

This place is only good in the early am hours those guys know how to make meatless asada fries the day crew and afternoon crew don’t order fries they don’t know how to make em they’re gonna be soggy af lol

I went there last weekend for my lunch break took like 10 mins on the drive thru and to have the employee charge my card twice... when I told her that she charged me twice she said "oh well give it a couple days to reappear on the card" so I've been waiting nothkng yet... The food is ok but the customer service is what makes me not want to come back again.... I also called the 1800 # on the receipt asked for a call back and they never returned my call... Wow you guys care about your customers....

I was dining in. The food was fine. When I went back to the counter to ask for a little more hot sauce, the two ladies there just looked me into the eyes and ignored me. A tall male worker walks in the work area, sees me, also ignores me. I had to wait for the guy at the register to finish taking an order to flag him down just for 3 sauce packets. I could've been back at my seat within 4 seconds if one of the others just helped me. No one was nice or even that helpful. It was like the walking dead in there. 👎

Del Taco is usually always good. Last night, I ordered Fries and a shake for my daughter and something for me and asked for Mild sauce. It was evening time and I gave my daughter her fries and a packet of what I thought was ketchup. Nope it was Salsa 🤦. Luckily, I had my own fries to give her, but there was only 1 packet of ketchup 🤦. So I went back to walk in and get ketchup, real quick, but the doors are closed due to Covid-19 🤦. So we had to wait a out 10 minutes, all over again in the drive thru line just to get more ketchup. Wish they had put more ketchup in the bag since we had two Macho size orders. The worker very nice though.

Most of the time I order from this location my order is wrong it takes along time and their soft serve machine is being cleaned so u can't get milkshakes .

If you must go here, go in the daytime. At night, the quality turns into dogs***, surprising as this place seems like a popular spot for late night stoners. I've gotten food poisoning every time I've come here at night and while that seems like it could be an exaggeration - it's not. The woman who works here at night has an 'F you' attitude and is not courteous at all. She will never ask you if you want any condiments for your food.

There was no one to greet me at the inside window just after 4PM. Seems staff is short and was working the drive through instead. Ordered Queso loaded nachos. Went back to the front to ask where my jalapenos were and was told they were out of them. Said he would check to make sure but never communicated his findings with me nor did I receive an apology. Would not order this again. Most of the chips were a soggy mess due to all the sauce 😞. Regret I could not give you the 5 you said you strive for. Also several dirty tables...had trouble locating a clean one I wanted to sit at.

A week ago I did not get my fish taco so they told me I could come in at any time and get it so today I went and got the fish taco platter I also ordered another meal for my mom I went inside to order and they weren't that busy I walked right up to the counter. I checked the bags before I left did not have the french fries that goes with the meal and did not have the tortilla chips that went with the other meal. Then when I got the meals home not even a block away from it all tacos we're cold. I don't know what's going on with them lately because usually they're really good with service

Burgers were COLD! Fries COLD! They were Super Busy! I take it the rush wasn't expected. But I want my money back! Del Taco dropped the ball!

Used to have a two for 5$ special for the fish tacos but on Good Friday the special was removed so I will not visit this location anymore.

I order fish tacos. They got it wrong. They offered a cookie to go with that I said yes, got to the window, they said they didn't have cookies but I can substitute it for doughnuts. I said ok. They gave me my order without he doughnuts and kept my dollar. Thank Dell taco for the worse business ever.

Tacos ordered in bulk, but not one seemed to be properly filled up or warm to the touch. Beef or chicken feels like pulled out of the fridge to your tacos. 🥶🥶

This is my last time visiting this location. It's a real shame too because I live/work in the area and this is my go to location. I've had to throw away HALF of what I've spent here because they keep putting CHEESE/SOUR CREAM on things I request without it. I have a severe dairy ALLERGY and they don't seem to care or take me seriously when I explain that.

Probably one of the worst Del Taco in chain. If your a morning person 3am to 5am you can not order anything fried (breakfast hashbrowns, French fries of chicken). Service through the drive-thru is extremely slow or if they even acknowledge you being there.

Used to come here in high school and it was fine. Went there again tonight and got the spicy chicken burrito and fish taco. Went home and felt sick and nauseous.

i consider myself a patient person but now im questioning my sanity. it has taken 25 minutes for 3 cars to finish their stay in this forsaken drive thru line. my hunger has now turned into starvation and even my car gas light went on when i felt i still had at least 10 miles to go before then prior to entering this drive thru hell line.

Although I love Del tacos food, and have loved it for years, I have to finally write a review about this particular location… because it’s horrible! The worst staff, the worst management, the worst employees! I have been to this particular location more times than I would care to admit. And at least 1/3 of the time my order is wrong. Either something is missing, or sometimes I even get someone else’s order completely. Today I went through the drive-through, I was the only person in the drive-through by the way… they still got my order wrong. Give me a much smaller order than what I had originally requested, which clearly belong to someone else. When I called back to let them know, I got placed on hold for about 15 minutes(The manager never came on the line) I have to be honest, the only reason I even go to this location is because it’s close to me, and very convenient. But I’m actually considering from now on if I want to have Del taco… i’m better off driving to another location. Customer service, is not of major importance at this particular location. I would not recommend going here, unless you want the wrong order

1. I dont understand why they dont have a plain cheese quesadilla meal but a large meal costed me 11 dollars with a 1 dollar off coupon. I can get a large 2 taco meal for cheaper. 2. Very bad customer service. Manager was yelling at everyone in the dining area to get out and when I was about to order he said to hurry up or leave. He said, "the reason we lock the door is to keep kids like you out". The sign isn't clear about when the dining room is open or not.

Can't even get a basic order right. Hard pass on going here from now on. Nickel and dime city and now a tone deaf canned response from an owner that isn't even paying attention. Can't even substitute onions instead of tomatoes without them forcing a charge for the onions. I'll be avoiding this place except on the days when the chicken soft tacos are a deal. Poor show, cruddy franchise owners. You just lost out on $30 worth of food sales so you could eek out an extra $1 overcharging for cheap vegetables.
