Una experiencia de 10. Los camareros súper atentos, sobre todo Anas, que fue impecable: amable, rápido y muy profesional en todo momento. Nos hizo sentir como en casa, hasta nos sacó chucherías y chupito al final de la comida. La comida, simplemente espectacular. Cada plato estaba riquísimo muy bien de precio. Recomendación sobre todo el cazón en adobo y la sangria. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveremos. ¡Muy recomendable!

Antes que nada, comentar que me acerque con mi pareja a tomar una cerveza y yo no tenía ganas de beber nada. Muy amablemente nos hicieron un hueco en la barra y mi pareja pidió su cerveza, y aún así nos pusieron tapa doble para que yo probara la comida, todo un detalle por parte de este bar que no he encontrado en otro sitio. La comida sin palabras, increíble. Guisos y pescado frito con una fritura exquisita y la harina blanquita. Nos pusieron de tapas albóndigas y arroz. De las albóndigas no he podido realizar foto de lo rápido que nos lo comimos. El arroz increíble me acorde de hacerle foto. Por último, mencionar que me sorprendió que una de las camareras estaba embaraza y la tía trabajando con la que más, mis más sincero respeto hacia ella. En fin, me he tenido que apuntar este bar en mi lista de bares (ya que no contaba con este) porque me ha parecido increíble. Espero volver a granada y volver muy pronto!!!

Entramos y nos encontramos a un señor majísimo, que nos invita a una mesa espaciosa para estar agusto. Pidiendo la bebida una amabilidad y una cercanía que se echa de menos ya en los bares. De comer pedimos cazón y rejo, un espectáculo de platos, abundantes y de muy buena calidad.

We had lunch at a Spanish–Arabic style restaurant near the Alhambra. It was quite full, but the staff kindly managed to find us a table. The dishes were really tasty and well prepared, and the team was welcoming and friendly. Service was fast and attentive, with a great balance between price and quality.

From the time we entered to we left, everything was great. The owner/manager speaks great english and helped us in deciding what to eat. The fish was amazing and the wine was even better. Would recommend this place if you are looking to have good food.

Our favorite place for tapas and Oh! My Goodness! Delicious boquerones fritos and calamari. The menu is small and that is guarantee for quality in every dish. They know their stuff. We ate good size portions and never felt heavy. Alejandro has room for everyone and he takes care of you. We had to come back for a second time and enjoyed every bite.

I would never expect such a great restaurant near a touristy attraction. We found this place based on Google ranking and proximity to Alhambra palace. The food was far exceeding our expectations. Tomato salad with Sardine was very tasty. Grilled squid was very juicy and tender. Pork cheek was so delicious that we cleaned all the gravy with bread. Even the complimentary potato salad was so good and unlike any potato salad we had before. Great food for 5+ star! The only thing is that they don’t take credit card as their machine is working. But other than that it was excellent experience! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Absolutely fantastic - family run restaurant, across from Hotel Marcia Plaza. Great local feel and ambience. I had a Sangria, Croquetas de la Casa with fries - homemade and the homemade rice pudding. All very fresh and tasty. Fresh seafood - the bacalaillas fritas - fried blue whitting ordered on the table next to me looked amazing. I tried it as well. Excellent service from Raluca my server and Theo the chef. Both work very hard. Gracias.

Really great service with really authentic lunch. Loved this place compared to all the other tourist traps nearby. Highly recommend the oxtail and the fried anchovies. The tomatoes with anchovies were marinated so well!!

Stopped here for a quick drink and ended up with a huge meal. Artichoke, tripe, pil pil gambas. All excellent. We also asked what the next table was having and got a "gift" seafood paella! Excellent beer and vermut.

I went with my fiancée who is a Spanish native. We both enjoyed the food, service, atmosphere, and location. The boqueron (little fried fish without bones) surprised me as they weren’t dry at all and had so much flavor that no sauce was needed. The tomatoes were prepared with a delicious and refreshing sauce…I could keep going as everything we orders was good. In short, it’s worth it.

An excellent place to have dinner! The carrillada en salsa is excepcional and delicious. The wine is also great. Alejandro and his wife are super sweet and nice, they give a very warm vibe. The service it’s super friendly and attentive. Basically it’s a place you can’t wait to be back!

Amazing service and wonderful food! Definitely recommend stopping by on your visit to Granada. Alejandro was very attentive and took great care of us. We enjoyed our experience so much we went back for a second meal there in our two night stay in the area. Highly recommend the tomato salad, the oxtail and the fried rosada fish. The complimentary paella style rice appetizer is incredible! We would have ordered it as a main if it didn’t come with the meal already.

Un bar donde la fritura es la estrella. Situado en la plaza Nueva, en Granada. Aconsejo las chirlas almejitas tipo coquinas en salsa verde espectaculares y también los boquerones y el cazón. No me han gustado los calamares. Tengo que destacar la atención de los camareros súper amables y muy rápido el servicio y de gran calidad.

Muy buen sitio para tomar una cerveza, picar algo o cenar! Nosotros pedimos unas cervezas y de entrada nos pusieron el pescado rebozado que era un plato enorme! Os recomiendo totalmente probar el cazón, estaba increíble! También pedimos unas lágrimas de pollo.

We’d been trying seafood all throughout our trip, so we came here to finally have some paella. The portion for two was a bit small, and the flavor was okay but not outstanding. On the other hand, the fried seafood dishes looked amazing, definitely something we’d try next time! Even though it was quite busy at lunchtime, we were lucky to get a table right away. The staff were lovely and friendly, which made the experience very pleasant overall.

The location is very centric. The place is small, and the wooden chairs are not comfortable. The food could be a bit better but, the prices are on the higher side for the quality of the food. The service could also be much better. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant. Worth visiting if you eat in the center of Granada.

Buena comida pero muy cara. Los boquerones y la ensalada de pimientos son deliciosos; las croquetas no me gustaron tanto. Las medias raciones son enormes. El servicio muy atento. También, tuvieron problemas con la orden y, no se si de error o malicia, casi me cobran mas de lo que debían; como en todos sitios, asegúrate que la cuenta es correcta.

Food was mediocre and very overpriced for the quality. A coffee that is less good than that from a vending machine costs 5 euros (significantly more expensive than at a specialty coffee shop). And not accepting card for payment in 2025 is just weird.

The place was empty so we should have been warned. But we were tired and hungry so thought how bad could it be. What a mistake. We have both been so ill ever since. Plus it was outrageously expensive.
