Great food, I enjoy their wings over BW's. I placed an online order and the wings were cooked and ready to come home within 15 minutes of me placing the order. The waitresses are beautiful so it's best to order and pickup so you don't sit at the bar and lust over the staff and overspend LOL!

The wait for a server and food was the only negatives about our visit. The atmosphere was positive. We were promptly seated but took about 5 minutes before anyone took our drink orders. Our appetizer came out 5 minutes before entrées. Servers were all pleasant and professional. She checked back frequently. Will visit again.

This is a newly built restaurant so it is bright, spacious and not so run down as the older ones. The bartender, Cassie, was very friendly and helpful and she kept the bar very clean and interacted with all her customers. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good.

Lauren made our quick meal memorable! She was bustling through that restaurant with happiness and personality! She expedited my service because I was pregnant and that meant a lot! She continued her above and beyond service the entire night! We just talked about customer service being a lost art and she single handedly returned my faith! Thank you Lauren for all that you do!!!

Our waitress Kiana was awesome . An aspiring young lady wanting to own her own business after college . Out of all the Hooters I've been to I gotta say this location was the best . . Ask for Kiana as your waitress. We called her Beyonce. The food was delicious Kiana was attentive to our table. If she didn't have the answer she went and asked. Which she has only been the only waitress to ever go ask if she didn't know from Hooters. The restroom is super tiny size they should be a bit wider. Again this is the best Hooters I've been to and I've been to alot of them . Fresh wood floors smells awesome . This place is nice and tidy. I do recommend

First place in the Metro I have discovered that has not only Busch Light on tap but Ziegenbock! They also have seasonal beers on draft such as Shiner Strawberry! The boneless wings I had were delicious especially after 3 or 4 beers!

Being awhile since my last visit, I used to visit this place with work colleagues from chewy in a group. I must say I love their unlimited fresh cooked wings 🪽🍗. The atmosphere is great 😃👍 with TV's airing live sports defenetly a good place to have drink and a meal while enjoying the game and getting served by their unique waitresses on their own style 😏☺️.

I had been going to the other bar in Grand Prairie and it’s just hard to park and even get a seat till I re-found Hooters. Their food is always fresh and beer always cold. I love this place.

I had shrimp and tater tots and it was as great as always. My waitress, Ally, was busy but very friendly with a great smile and a great attitude and personality. She was very attentive and was one of the best waitresses. I believe I’ve ever had anywhere. She also had the prettiest hair in the place, very stylish, unlike some of the girls who don’t seem to use any product to make their hair look nice. I will definitely be back and ask for Ally.

Today I flew in DFW for a little vacation from Clearwater, Florida. I work three jobs and when I have the opportunity to travel and make new friends through awesome experiences it makes me happy. I’m staying at the Sleep Inn near Six Flags over Texas and I asked the Choice Hotel employee where is the closest Hooters? I really wanted to unwind and relax from a long flight and insane traffic I encountered today. I arrived at the Grand Prairie Hooters off I-20 during the evening dinner hour. The clientele was light but there was a good crowd around and I soon discovered why. I saw the prettiest girl I’ve ever seen tending bar hind the oval bar. To my great luck Miss July 2024 Cassidy was working today. Everyone around the bar seemed well taken care of and having a great time. She greeted me with a warm smile and that classic Hooters girl energy. I honestly shocked she’s not worn the big crown yet. Hooters is definitely spot on the have her as their top Hooters ambassador and feature girl. Her hard work and dedication to the company is something to admire. Floor manager Emily also made great conversation and showed genuine interest in my thoughts about the service. If she’s a example of the management staff at Grand Prairie I know their in good hands. I’ll be in the area until Saturday and Cassidy was ever so nice to let me know she’s working again Friday. Her signing my 2024 Hooters Calendar was even more special cus I was born in July. Only reason I'm giving this location a 4 star is due to Julie our server. We've had some pretty bad service at this location in the past but we decided to give it one more try. At first the hostess was struggling but Julie came up asked what she could do to help. Thank goodness she also became our server, she was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was good but if it was not for Julie and her excellent service we would be giving a 1 star rating and never returning. I really hope this gets back to management you need more servers like Julie and a little work on staffing.

Food was good and they had a decent beer and drink selection. Our waitress was friendly and very apologetic when our food took a while to come out. We watched the UFC while enjoying our food.

Hooters is located off I20 in Grand Prairie, TX, off Great Southwest Pkwy near the Premium Outlets, serving a wide selection of great food such as burgers, appetizers, and wings. I have been to this location more than once, and the staff did a tremendous job in making my dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. In my most recent visit, I showed up unaware that it was National Wing Day, and the lovely server mentioned that they were offering promotions and deals for the event. I went ahead and opted in and received 10 extra wings with a purchase of 10 wings. I went ahead and chose the 10 naked spicy garlic and also got 10 honey Buffalo. As for my beverage, I went ahead and got a Modelo draft beer on tap. The draft selection has a wide variety of many different taps on draft, and they also carry many TX local beers as well. The beer was ice cold, and the mug was frosty. My food arrived shortly and was looking exquisite! The wings came on different plates and served with a side of ranch or blue cheese to compliment the wings. The wings were crispy and juicy and had a nice ratio of drums to flats. The wings were sauced good but not great, and I feel they could've been drenched just a tad bit more. Other than that, I was satisfied and left happy. The ambiance inside was modern and clean and had a beautiful painted mural of "Grand Prairie" inside. I was greeted multiple times by the servers, and the bartender did such a wonderful job in making sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely return again and check out the daily lunch specials or maybe try another wing sauce or dry rub or might even get the smoked wings they have!

They tried to sit me up in some dirty booth though at the start of the night kinda had to grab my own seat at the bar but other than that bar was pretty attentive. Sadly Hooters has changed all their wing sauces. They taste generic now. My son had the chicken strips, they were like trying to bite through rubber. The staff was super helpful and pleasant.

It was a busy evening. Food took longer than usual and some pieces weren’t fully cooked.

The waitress was really nice and attentive. However, the wings were not fresh. I absolutely love the Spicy Garlic wings, but the meat was tough and had a grayish look to the meat. They did offer a fresh batch of wings to correct the issue.

Do not get the fish and chips. They were the worst I've ever had. To much batter. It lacked any flavor. The only positive thing was the fried shrimp. I actually ordered the grilled ones, but they messed it up. Luckily, they comped me the shrimp.

They changed everything and the food doesn’t taste the same. I use there running out of $ just like the rest of the world.

Food was decent I got the bone in Hot wings they weren’t hot at all. For wings I’d rather go to wing stop or Buffalo Wild Wings. The burgers and buffalo shrimp are really good. I ended up having to have a Dr Pepper because for some crazy reason they couldn’t get the beet tap to work.

First I want to start by saying I used to love coming to my local Hooters. Ever since they have added new management, things have gone down hill quick and as a customer I can notice. I probably go enough times to be considered a regular, so I am able to pick up on the small things. The once fun and exciting times are no more because this location has decided to go a different direction and part ways with former manager, Chelsea. Since then, they have also parted ways with multiple ladies who were always showing great tenacity and efforts to give the customers great service. Secondly, I can’t even sit at the bar and have more than 2 drinks? They have placed a drink limit for all customers. To add onto all that, the wait time to even get service can get up to about an hour for food and 20 minutes for drinks. Just simply unacceptable and to be honest, very disappointing knowing what this location is capable of. They need to make some changes and make them fast if they ever want to get back to the glory days of what was once a great experience and location.

Some of the worst service I've experienced at a Hooters. I've returned back to this location a few times as I know people have bad days, but each experience actually got worse. 1st visit food and service was good. 2nd visit the waitresses seem stressed and overworked. They didn't acknowledge you when you walked in (and they see you) luckily the food was good. 3rd visit the waitress visibly seemed bothered at a distance that we were there but was not rude in person. The food was poorly prepared. The meat on the sliders were half of the regular portion, the wings were dry and overcooked with little to no sauce. Finally on our last visit, we walked in and noticed 80% of the tables were filled with left over foods, cups, and napkins from previous customers, and none of the waitresses on duty were bothering to clean the tables. I know they weren't bothering with the tables because we waited for a legitimate 15 min and no one even batted an eye at our presence. No they were not busy at all, maybe understaffed, but not busy. We left and went to another restaurant that night. I hope this location improves.

My shrimp came out room temp if not colder. Waitress lacked personality as well as urgency in taking care of anything. Waitresses gathering, looking like they were socializing, when I waited for two to come down one aisle, another came from the kitchen and started just saying “excuse me” like three times while I couldn’t get down my aisle. So I just went and the two girls acted out out. Won’t be back to this location.

Looks like only teens work here and seems pretty unorganized. Food is taking too long to prepare but then again I guess it’s expected when the employee (guy) is busy talking to the girls. No bell or call button to get anyone to come help at the to go counter.

The wait staff was no where ro be found on several occasions. At one point, we had to walk into the kitchen (yes, the kitchen) just to find someone and have them look for our waitress, who was outside. And this was on a Tuesday. The manager finally came to our table to give us a "discount card" for $5 off of a $25 tab, which had to be used within 3 days.

Was having a good time like a week ago, food wasn’t what I ordered. A manager named ayisha walked by so I asked for it to be corrected. She literally did nothing to help. It wasn’t the servers fault, she showed me what she put the order in as. A simple fix, still. But as management I would have expected more help… I go there often and she’s the only one that has a sour attitude. Maybe let’s get a different person who is capable of pulling their weight instead of not helping out.

The whole place smelled sour. Even the menu had an odor. Would have left if I had time to find somewhere else to eat. The chicken from the buffalo chicken sandwich was rubbery and lacking flavor overall. I was going to order a drink but a) the bartender walked off as I was about to order and b) decided against it when I saw how dirty the bar area looked. I usually won't rate places when it's going to be a bad review because my one off experience may not actually reflect how a place is normally but this one deserved it.

I tried the smoked wings with mild sauce. I asked for the wings to be double fried "extra crispy". They were not extra crispy and I highly doubt they were double fried. This actually wasn't that big of a deal because they tasted horrible. The smoke flavor combined with mild sauce made the wings taste like wet beef jerky. YUCK. The only saving grace was the chips and queso. Not great tasting queso but definitely edible which I cannot say for the wings. The service was fast which is kinda suspicious when you order double fried anything. My buddy got the patty melt and didn't have any complaints. Overall... don't waste your time.

I hosted a Superbowl party and placed a order with a pick up time of 5pm. I got there a little early but my good was ready. I asked the girl if I could check my order. I was missing 4 orders of curly fries. I told the girl, she looked through my containers and saw that I was indeed missing my 4 orders of fries. She told another girl & she looked though my bags, so she called another girl from the back. She also looked through my order and she called the 4th girl. She came out and swore thar my order was complete. She proceeded to look through my order in disbelief and looked at me like I was lying. I told her that 3 others girls verified and my order was incomplete. She left and came back with my 4 orders of fries that had gotten left out. No apologies. When I got home, the chicken was luke warm, shrimp and pickles cold and soggy. Even the fries were cold. No telling how long my order has been sitting there on the counter. Needless to say, I got home & had to reheat everything. I hate that 4 different people dug through all my containers. This was NOT a good experience.

The service was good and I had no complaints there, but unfortunately the food was disappointing it had no flavor at all. On top of that, the establishment itself was dirty, and the restrooms clearly needed cleaning. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I’m not confident this location will last another year if things don’t improve.

Our waitress was great! Unfortunately, food not too much. I ordered a salad and curly fries; the salad was missing half of the ingredients, and was also served with cheddar (which I dislike and it wasn’t an ingredient on the salad that I ordered). They brought me the missing ingredients in to go cups, including onions, which where just the onion rings without cutting or anything, I had to cut them on the table. The curly fries where not curly at all :( more like half oval fries. Ended up leaving most of the salad and got full on my not so curly fries.

Seriously, I have to give a negative review because of fries? I call over the phone for an order and told to come in within 15 min. I show up and am told to pick up from the bar. 30 minutes of my time were wasted trying to figure out where my order went and was told to return to the front to check out my order. Drive back home just to see they got my order wrong, and was missing fries. I call in to mediate, because I was not going to return to pick up fries we just wanted to eat. No store credit. No offer to send them via door dash, and I pay for delivery. Nothing they just hung up. Seriously? The girl at the bar was great she tried to help me even though she was the bussiest there, the one who took my order obviously doesn't care about her job. She was not tired or busy, I honestly have no idea how you can have both obviously great workers and those who don't care at the same time.

Walked in waited to be seated for more than two minutes. Everyone was walking to the back texting on their phones and there was another group behind the bar looking dead at me as I stood there. I just left. Last time I was at this exact location I don't know what the waitress was going though but half my order did not come out it took her 30 mins to realize she left it in the kitchen. Please do better. I'm not coming back so no worries if you don't.

Came on a Thursday night they weren’t busy but only seen one person helping people. Had a Togo order had to wait 15mins just for someone to help then another 10 to bring out the food I ordered 30min prior to arrival. Which was then the app told me to arrive. Please hire more people to help customers

Came to outlets for some Xmas shopping and decided to stop here since it's right next to the outlets. My best experience here was getting seated after that good luck getting anything from Ally she was our waitress . She's up there on the worst waitress I've ever encountered at a restaurant and I go out a ton. I don't understand what's happened to HOOTERS it's hard to come here and get good service lately it doesn't matter which Hooters you go to. I don't know if the pay isn't up to par so they hire below par staff or the company simply just does not care. Avoid this place unless you're a regular or a family member from one of the employees expect to get horrible service. Good luck to Hooters with success providing this type of service and hoping they don't go belly up in the restaurant industry.

We ordered online there today and they said it would be ready at 4 pm. My husband got there at 4 and it wasn’t ready until 4:35. What’s the purpose of ordering online and you still have wait when you get there just to get home and your food is cold? They had one cook on a Saturday? Really? I’ve ordered here before and never had such bad service. My husband even said the bathroom was nasty so he can just imagine how they keep the kitchen. Come on Hooters. Do better!

Our experience here at this location was great at first but slowly begin to decline within 10 to15 minutes. Our server quickly got us water and drinks for the table and got an order of appetizers out quickly. Once the appetizers hit the table service came to a screeching halt took a hour and 10 minutes for our food to actually make it to the table in the process of waiting our sever asked us if we would like anything else to drink. I said I was fine but my date ordered a sweet tea it never made it to the table till I asked again 10 minutes later. Once we were done eating we sat there waiting for the server to work by so we can ask for the check and that took us 15 minutes for us to get the check and get this check paid for.

Worst service ever. Took 30 minutes to place our order then an hour later after approaching the server (that seemed to give much time to a nearby table) food came out piece meal and cold. It was terrible. Over 2 hours we had to beg for drink refills. The kitchen and floor were not overtly busy and adequately staffed. We had to find the server, she never once approached us. Tables were just left full of dishes and our table was so sticky I used my water and napkins to wipe down our own table. We eat out regularly and have NEVER had such horrible service. The servers name started with an N but we barely had any interaction. We can understand inexperienced servers or very busy days but this was very intentionally rude and terrible. We have been going to this location since it was BYOB, 20 years! We will take our business elsewhere! Then they didn't even give out rewards code. I have a distinct feeling we were not the customers they wanted...for some reason?

Don’t even bother with this location. You want good atmosphere, friendly and personable servers as well as no BS “2 drink limit” cedar hill hooters is where it’s at. No long wait times for food, professional and good management! Good music and you and your family/party can vibe out and jam at cedar hill with their jukebox! Bartenders are always friendly

First of all, the service was awesome!! My low rating has to do about the wings I ordered. Horrible tasting doesn't begin to describe it. The wings, which were breaded and only "hot" flavored, tasted acidic. I don't know if it was the sauce, breading, or the chicken but after two small drums I was done. I didn't make any complaint but the waitress asked about the wings after she noticed the plate of wings setting on the edge of the table away from me. I told her the issue and she was prompt to ask if there was anything else I'd like to eat. I said no and she stated she would speak to the manager and have the wings removed from my bill. The manager did come over a few minutes later to apologize as well. Great service but be careful with the wings!!

If I could give the zero Stars I would give zero Stars. Waitress gave the impression that she was being bothered by us asking for our food. After we order our food we did not see here near our table for about 30 to 40 minutes and then when we ask for refills it took her another 15 minutes. After being there for about an hour and a half we finally got our food but only 70% of it. According to our waitress my regular original style Wings still needed another 5 minutes to be made. At that point I decided to cancel it because she still didn't even bring the refill of sweet tea we had asked for 30 minutes prior. And then when my wife called to get her attention to ask her to bring his boxes and the check she responded with an attitude and tried to charge us for a ranch that she still didn't bring either. This had been our first time going to Hooters and I don't know if we'll go again. I might as well just make the wings at home. We'll get them quicker than the service that I was got today. A word of advice for anybody that does decide to go here make sure that if your waitress is Ally, ask her first if she is having a good day because if she's not having a good day you're going to get the same service

Our recent celebration at Hooters turned out to be a regrettable experience that left us thoroughly dissatisfied. Despite our excitement to celebrate our children's graduation, the evening was marred by a series of disappointments. Upon arrival, we were disheartened to wait nearly 20 minutes for a party of 10 to be seated, despite the restaurant having few diners. The initial service seemed promising as our drink orders were promptly taken along with appetizers, but our hopes were quickly dashed when we were informed that the restaurant was out of lemonade, only after a significant delay. The mishaps continued as our appetizers arrived before our drinks, and our main courses were brought out in disjointed sections, leaving some of us waiting while others finished their meals. My husband's meal was served raw, a concerning oversight in food safety and quality control. Furthermore, my salad arrived with blue cheese, despite no mention of it on the menu, leading to further dissatisfaction. The behavior of our waitress was unprofessional and disappointing. She appeared visibly frustrated with both us and the kitchen staff, even rolling her eyes and sighing deeply when addressing our concerns. Her preoccupation with other guests at the bar only exacerbated our feeling of neglect. Witnessing the cook wearing gloves outside the kitchen and returning without changing them raised serious health and safety concerns. This lack of attention to hygiene practices further added to our discomfort and disappointment. For a celebration that should have been memorable and enjoyable, we left Hooters feeling disheartened and mistreated, especially considering the significant amount we spent at the establishment. We sincerely hope that these issues are addressed promptly to prevent similar experiences for future patrons.

We ordered chicken strips and we wanted them sauced in the original hot sauce. They were all brought naked and the sauce was on the side. And when we asked for ranch, we were told we could only have 2 for 4 people. And all of our chicken strips were very nasty. No of us ate the chicken

Your vehicle and anything in it are not safe here. This was told to me by one of the local police officers that were called after our car was vandalized. The restaurant claims they don't have exterior cameras. Riiiiiight. Officer says it happens there several times per week.

What a disappointment! My family of 5 dined here, when we arrived the place wasn't really busy. The first thing I ordered were some kids chicken tenders for my child and a Ceasar Salad as an appetizer. This was ordered first before all the food and Sadly we received it last. My food got cold waiting on my Salad. When I got my salad it was drenched in dressing I asked the waitress if she could please exchange it and I explained to her why I wanted a replacement. At this time all the adults had their food and my toddler still had no food when I asked about my childs food, she rolled her eyes and said in very unprofessional way, "it's coming!" She seemed bothered every time she came to our table. One of our orders of "fish and chips" was missing a fish and we didn't want to complain because the waitress seemed to have a bad attitude, as well as them adding an ice tea to our receipt when we didn't order one. Won't visit this place again not the first time that we had a bad experience here.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would CERTAINLY have chosen that. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!! Got my order wrong, when attempted to “fix” it, ended up putting the wrong sauce on my wings. We’re going to remake my order, BUT then all other food got cold waiting for them to fix a simple mistake that shouldn’t have been a mistake in the first place. I’ve came to this hooters soooo many times and it never fails. My orders always end up getting messed up. I kept giving them chances, & this is my final straw. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!

Food wasn’t bad. It was just the service. A whole bunch of young kids working there. Running around taking shots with each other. My waitress was rude and also charged for a draft beer she never brought.

do not eat here I just received delivery from DoorDash six piece chicken wings from this location, the chicken is spoiled.

Went to hooters on Friday we go all the time. Spend lots of money there and I at my lunch wings and shrimp noticed on wing had an extremely bad taste but too late . Now I have been in bed for 3 days extreme sick. Beware 😕

This is the second time we come out to this location. Honestly we gave it another chance since our wings had the sauce just drizzled over them last time we ate here. Our crawfish was also dry and tasteless. Today was something else. We weren't given silverware or ketchup even after asking twice until we asked the hostess. The sweet tea tasted rancid and we were told it was just freshly brewed. I have a feeling it was brewed with old tea and a dirty filter. The wings were okay, but we ordered a side of mixed veggies and there was shrimp skin and shrimp tail at the bottom of the bowl. Yea not coming here again. Luckily I do not have a shrimp or seafood allergy. I asked the server, Sam, what that was and after taking 10-15 seconds of examining it she said sorry... yea just sorry. We also ordered a jack and coke which only had coke. WTH.

Extremely disappointing experience. Took 45mins for food to come to table and there was only 12 tables full and may 8 people at the bar. Server was as good as she could be . I would not recommend this Hooters to my enemies. Will not be back. Brand new location and the place looked dirty and broken toilet in women restroom. Watched a family of 6 wait 15mins before a server even took a drink order. Again the place is basically empty.

The service was good , but the food was disappointing the wings tasted like butter and it was just gross honestly.

New to the area so I just wanted something familiar. Worst experience ever! Went in to place a takeout order. Waited almost 45min for my food. Upon opening the carton of wings I find a few of them covered in ranch dressing as if they were taken off of someone plate and given to me. My funnel cake fries were so overcooked you couldn’t even bite them. Called in and they offered to replace the order and I declined. Refund please and thank you.

Ordered for delivery for the very first time, horrible product. They got the order wrong got chips instead of curly fries. The wings looked like they came off a humming bird not a chicken Took a picture of the wings with my bottle cap for reference...Absolutely horrible

Food was horrible and restrooms were disgusting. Very disappointed…I recommend yall stay away from this place.

Placed my order at 448pm, was supposed to be ready at 508pm. Got there at 520pm and was not ready. The part that irritated me the most was when Skyler said they are still working on it and then looked at the next person behind me to help them. It would've been nice to tell me how much longer it could've been. Also saw this guy goofing off and video chatting someone... I waited another 10 mins to 530 and I just walked out. This place really sucks and I'll NEVER COME BACK!

After not eating hooters in a while, which I always like. This time they sucked!! I asked when picking up my order about my ranch, when I got home the ranch was missing. The wings were small and dry.

Our food came out cold when we were 1 of the 2 tables that were here. Then as I proceeded to eat my food, halfway through I found maggot eggs fused to my food….

Wasn’t busy at all. Server was pushy and rude at best. Didn’t know beer specials, told me to look at the drink menu. The specials are not on the drink menu. They also no longer have Smokehouse wings. It’s no wonder so many of their locations have closed, their wings are greasy.

Had a bad experience like 2 weeks ago,We got buffalo wings and they look like wings dip on butter we asked for xtra buffalo sauce and this what we got don’t even feel like going back!!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our server, Kat, seemed more focused on her personal interests than providing good service. We felt rushed and unappreciated, as if we were a burden. To make matters worse, it took a long time for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. We decided to speak with the manager, who surprisingly informed us that we should avoid being seated in Kat’s section because she has a reputation for poor service. I found it baffling that a manager would acknowledge this openly. During our conversation, the manager also remarked that she didn’t like that she was being record. I was offended by that statement, as it implied that she considered herself significant enough to warrant attention. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service we received. I will not be returning to this location ever.

I ordered some wings from Hooters through Uber Eats (bag was completely sealed). The very first wing I picked up had several hairs coming out of it 🤢 thankfully it was the first one I grabbed. I would of puked if I would of ate it second or picked it last 🤮 highly disappointed! Not what I was wanting after a long & hot day at work.
