Besides espresso I go to Starbucks to meet people which I do and invariably I connect with and make new friends which is what I think that the coffee culture has always been about and it works. It is not about color, culture, religion, ethnicity or religious persuasion but it is definately about people and that is all that matters for me and I get the benefit of unbiased interaction and the pleasure of exstensive, generalized conversation. And this is a great way to learn about the world through the individuals who have lived it and can convey its meaning to others who care to listen and learn.

Can't complain. Hot coffee, yummy teas. Haven't had a bad experience at this location. Their baked goods do run out fairly quickly so get there early if you want food!
Always a big fan of Starbucks. I really liked this one as I was visiting TX from NC and was able to see the 911 Memorial as well in the same plaza. Very pleasant and happy with service and cleanliness of this Starbucks.

These 5 stars are for the afternoon crew, specifically David, who remembers my name and always has a friendly smile (well, at least his eyes - with masks we can't see actual smiles hahaha). If you're wondering what drink to try next, the Irish Cream Nitro Cold Brew is soooo good. The cocoa powder sprinkled on top of the vanilla cold foam creates this creamy, chocolatey flavor with the Irish Cream flavored coffee. YUM. Try the new potato bake for breakfast - it is delicious and filling despite the small appearance.

The atmosphere at this store is very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly! There is a lot of traffic through the drive thru, yet they keep up with the demand inside and out! Wait times for drinks are short and the patio seating is a very nice touch! The store is nice and clean! You can definitely tell that the staff cares about their clientele! Great job guys!

I will send 10 stars to this location. I went yesterday to get my oleato. Coffee. But i had the wrong one. So called to them . And Leo told me i could go get it. My oleato coffee late. Any time. This Starbucks is in a great location. Lot can be a bit full at times, and drive-thru traffic has a tendency to block the flow. Staff moves lines along at a good clip. Get your fix on here.
I have a love hate relationship with Starbucks. I love how good it is, I hate how much I spend there LOL. Needless to say, I am a lifetime gold member and I have to admit, this location stands out! I stop here daily for work, and now days lines are wrapped around the building. Although there are possibly 6-10 EASILY accessible Starbucks on my hour commute, I choose to stop at this location every single day for work when I can. One of the things that stands out to me against the others is how they handle their mobile orders compared to other locations when they are busy. When you walk in the door, they ask your name and they hop to it, because one of the worst things in the world is a coffee that has sat up for twenty minutes. I have recently experienced poor mobile experiences from other locations across the metroplex and it makes me so happy 5 days of the week when I get to have my coffee prepared by your amazing morning crew. Your customer service definitely doesn't go unnoticed and you are appreciated!
My favorite Starbucks. Great experience and the staff know what they’re doing. My order has been correct every single time. Something that cannot be said for other stores. Inside has good seating and they keep the store clean.
This is our favorite Starbucks stop on our way in or out of grapevine proper. The staff is always friendly and thier usually isnt a terrible line. If you like starbucks or coffee in general and want a quick cup of something to give you a spark to light the day, dont hesitate to stop by
The staff here are very friendly, and kind. Some Starbucks have some very loud & overly eccentric people, and the managent here has done a great job in maintaining a staff force who are more interested in helping the customer than they are drawing attention to themselves. This is my favorite Starbucks, simply because of the staff. This location is kept clean overall, my only complaint being the men's restroom, and I don't believe that that is there fault. Men just make messes in bathrooms and don't clean up after themselves, especially in a setting where they are just coming and going. The mix of customers coming in is wide. This location is very close to the Gaylord Texan, and other hotels, besides the DFW Airport, so there will be the usual out-of-towners, the majority of the time, being Business people. There are, of course, the usuals, which only, adds to the warmth and comfortability, in my opinion. You will see mothers come in with their children, and in all cases that I have seen, the mothers or families with children are not the type that are hollering, screaming, and behaving uncivilized. During the school year, you will see some local teens come in from the Private School that is right around the corner, and my observations have been well mannered, well-behaved teens, yet still the typical full of life (read, talking and laughing sometimes loudly) american teenager. My only other single complaint is the Wi-fi can get slow at times, depending on how many people are on a computer, tablet, or even smart phone wi-fi. In the last 8 years, I have had 5 different Starbucks that I have visited very regularly to work at remotely sometimes, and this location, BY FAR, is my favorite, and that is for 2 reasons. 1. The atmosphere, and layout is comfortable. 2. More importantly, the Staff, REALLY are a great group of people, and VERY Likeable. The general manager, Kim, is VERY friendly, and has done a very obviously great job as manager, simply evidence by her great employees, and overall, low rate of employee turnover. By the way, nobody named 'Joe' works at this location, and if you look at the online reviews of the person who gave the scathing review, naming Joe, you will notice a trend of 100% negative reviews on EVERY review she has to this date. I AM NOT an employee of Starbucks, and have not motive in posting my review, other than to give an honest and objective review, because I visit this location frequently, and do my remote office work here often, simply because it is a pleasant atmosphere. I DO NOT like to be around rude, loud, obnoxious, attention-seeking people.
Not only was this the best brown sugar shaken espresso I’ve had in a while, but the staff was extremely nice and helpful when I had to come back for a paper receipt. I believe her name was Inae (please forgive me if I’m wrong, we were all rushing) and she was kind and ran my receipt out to my car so I didn’t have to get my two young children down. She was happy to assist me. Very grateful for moments like these. Delicious coffee, spinach wrap, and kind service in drive thru all together. This will be the only starbucks I go to when visiting grapevine from now on.
Just got a hot mocha. Was welcome in by all employees. Everyone of them was friendly and very polite. Had my drink in no time at all and was out the door to continue my busy schedule for the day. This putbmevin a great mood for rest of my day. Thanks to all of you at Starbucks.

I always come to this Starbucks since it’s the closest to my job, and I consistently have a great experience. Today, I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong location. I was on my break and didn’t realize it until I arrived. The barista who helped me was incredibly kind and allowed me to receive my drink at this location after I showed proof of purchase. It was completely my mistake, but they handled it with understanding and professionalism. This is my local Starbucks. The staff is friendly, and the food is consistent, like all Starbucks. Today, however, an employee said something so compassionate that I left deeply moved. I noted the sign that said they were open on Christmas Day, and, in some sort of retail solidarity, said something like “I’m sorry. I hope they’re paying you time and a half!” And this employee (the one with the pink hair) said, "You know what? It’s OK. It’s a voluntary shift, and last year, a family was with their loved one at the hospital on Christmas, and we were the only place open. So you never really know what people are going through." I have never in my life heard anyone in retail sounds so kind and proud about working on a holiday. She was sincere, and I was blessed by her heart for others. I’m glad that my local Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks with the best people.
Have been here twice for breakfast which is not a norm and have enjoyed both breakfast meal and coffee. Lots of options for both food items and coffee and fantastic staff delivering great service. Faves for today Venti iced peppermint mocha (decaf) no whip. Venti pumpkin spice latte light sweetener with whip Grilled cheese sandwich extra toasty Oatmeal all toppings All yummmmmmy🙌😋
All the things you enjoy about Starbucks, except the seating area is ultra tiny and doesn't allow for a quaint conversation or personal space. If you're going to visit this location, plan for a day you can sit outside or use the drive thru and visit a close city park.
Hands down the best location. Staff here is OUTSTANDING. reminds me of the Starbucks of the past. Friendly workers, amazing quality drinks and extremely consistent. You can tell this location is managed very well, I have never had an experience less than amazing here.
As a royal customer with Starbucks for so many years, I would recommend this place over all the other locations for their best taste of coffee/drinks and sweet customer service. I accidentally placed my order to an incorrect location a few daysago, and I realized when I asked for pickup from this store, I was heading to the correct store, but they were so nice and still made it for me right there immediately. Thank you for your great job with quality control over both drinks and service, which is not very easy. I really enjoy ordering my usual drink from them since they make the best taste of it in town! 😀
I came through the drive-thru a few days ago to pick up some coffee for my boss. Maeve (I believe that was their name) was so friendly and helpful! I wasn’t sure what to order, but they were so sweet and helped me find a drink my boss loved. Thank you again Maeve!! You’re awesome.
I’ve been to this location maybe a handful of times and this morning I was extremely impressed with Kristen, the barista at the drive thru. As I started my order, she remembered every bit of detail of one of the drinks! She’s super friendly and just a joy to encounter with. All our drinks and food have been on point. I will continue to come here for me and my coworkers morning drinks!
This Starbucks is a great shop. Extremely quick service, fun baristas and my drink is always right!!! I’ve read several other reviews on here and have never experienced the staff being rude or slow or doing anything other than taking care of my needs!!! They are busy in mornings and it seems very fast paced and they just get us in and get us out but if I come later in the day they always ask about me and my kids softball games. Great store!!! Wouldn’t go to another store!!!

Drinks good like always. The staff didn't call me when my drink was ready. I stand up after 10 minutes to check and my Dragon Drink was sitting there melting. If you guys ask for my name a least call me. i wasn't distracted or anything, I was literally at the other side of the counter waiting.
Of all the Sbux I’ve been to this location is the best for weekday mornings. They are super pleasant and even when there’s a line I’m never there more than five minutes. Again, this is weekday mornings. Other times it’s pretty standard.
Your standard Starbucks, with an over abundance in customer volume. Probably best to go around the typical rush times, or to do a mobile order. Disappointed with how one of the baristas threw my food onto the counter, instead of setting it down in front of me. But it was pretty chaotic inside the store, so I'll let it slide.
This is a nice quiet place. Not very welcoming from the afternoon staff but the place is quiet. Judging by location, maybe not as much as a in store type of starbucks rather a drive through.
I like this Starbucks since it has a great view of the planes landing at DFW Airport if they're approaching the airport from the north. It also makes for a nice place to wait and hang out in case you're picking someone up from the airport as it's really close.
Unlike the Starbucks in Bedford which is an absolute devils nightmare, this location is fantastic. They are usually really fast, even for busy Monday mornings and they've always gotten my order right. Staff so far has always been friendly.
Usually ok. The last time I was in, the guy that took my order seemed more inconvenienced by my presence than anything. I still go there but it's not the best Starbucks around by any means.
Order is almost always wrong because they are constantly busy but what are you going to do. For being a starbucks staff almost always seems grumpy but once again likely do to being so busy.
There is no difference between any of the Starbucks. Drinks are the same as is whatever food items they sell. Customer service was ok. Greeted by at least one employee when we walked in. Drinks made as they are trained to.
Most of the people working at this location were nice but the man who took my order was not. He barely spoke and glared at me the entire time. He also was rude to me when I asked for my drink order. It only takes one person to ruin your experience!
Been to this location multiple times. The day time staff seems WAY friendlier than the night time staff who will give you dome lids instead of flat lids on non whip drinks if you take a minute to pull out money or pull up the app at the window (has happened to me countless times when you can see the flat lids stocked behind them). If you can go here during the morning and find a different for night visits.
Do you like excellent coffee? Do you like inexpensive, or even reasonably priced coffee? If so, then this is probably not the place for you. However, if you are a fan of corporate coffee, gimmicky, high calorie beverages with cutsie names and don't mind paying a premium for the experience, then Starbucks might just be your cup of tea. (See what I did there?) The coffee itself only rates as 2 stars, but the music, free WiFi and ambiance are worth an additional star.
There is nothing organically clean about Starbuck's coffee. Unfortunately coffee & teas have one of the highest pesticide / herbicide ratios. They also do not have any gluten free options, for being such an expensive and long term coffee house; it is a shame.
Inconsistent at best and going downhill fast. Best to avoid this location between 7:30am-8:30am, it’s chaos from the parking lot to the counter.
I am a Starbucks lover but this location is the worst when it comes to the drive thru...I am always in line for at least 10 minutes regardless of the time...sorry, but the drive thru is supposed to be quick, and this location is not.
Hot chocolate was very bitter and they didn't warm/toast my scone. I'm not sure how she made the hot chocolate but it has never tasted like that from another Starbucks.
Normally it's not too bad of a place, it's your typical Starbucks. Today, however, due to a young girl running the cash register who was more interested in talking with a co-worker about her personal life, she managed to get my drink wrong. It was a simple order, an unsweet Iced Green Tea . Not a happy customer and probably won't be coming back to this location again.
10-7-16 7:49-8:04 pm that is how long it took to get coffee at this location from what I observed there was 3 employees 2 females and 1 male. The male all most didn't know if he was coming or going waited about 1 minute to see if any other one was going to wait on us but eventually he lost the battle, gave him the order 2 PSL one with soy no whip and the other was extra hot. After the order was taken the other two never made eye contact that I did see one with pink hair darted to the back and was never to be seen again however the other female tittle-tattled with a box from a cooler from under the counter looked like to be oatmeal containers and this was all going while the guy was making our drinks granted most locations don't close until 10pm. And if I do recall there are two espresso stations here but for some reason both the male and the female used the drive-thu one only and the male made the wife’s drink was kind of tasted funny almost like he mixed 2% and soy together and for an added kicker it was gritty about the halfway point. Now granted we are all humans and we all have good days and bad ones this was just my experience at this location at this time since moving this is the closest location near my work so ill have to give it some leeway.
The guy at the window Cody gave me attitude for no reason. I asked a simple question and he treated me like I’m a 5 year old. Please bring respect to the workplace and work as you get payed to.
I've been going here a few times this month and it's been great. But yesterday I got a breakfast sandwich and a cold brew coffee and I got food poisoning. It was so bad that I had to go to the hospital. Management needs to check their food.
Its Christmas and Christmas day, a smile will always do the work even if there is nothing to sell other than coffee. Please work your way through Christmas and have a smile all the way.
Usual Starbucks, they focus on the Drive Thru line and mobile orders ; anyone coming inside should expect to wait 10minutes for your drink to be made improperly.
I've been ordering a latte macchiato from Starbucks for at least seven years. This is the only location in that time and across the country that has been unable to make it.
I’m done with this place. I walked in and no one was in line or anything. I stood at counter while the barista turned around and just stared at me and the guy at the register was bent down dealing with money. I stood there for longer than 15 secs with no acknowledgement whatsoever. No one was in the drive thru, no one was being waited on. So I walked out. I sat in my car, then I came back in. That’s when the barista walked over and I asked why did no one acknowledge me. She apologized and said she was about to wait on someone and that the guy was counting money. She did nothing to make it right and I still paid for my drink. I keep hiving them another chance and they keep showing they are not worthy of my everyday business.
Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. The staff was loud and extremely inappropriate, although they seemed to think they were very funny. Pretty sure as I was leaving they started talking about how there might have been a roach on the back wall. Disgusting!
Ok soo i go to Starbucks almost everyday. Normally I’ll go to MacArthur Blvd but this time i stopped here because it’s closest to where i work. First, the woman taking my order never greet me just stared at me as if i didn’t deserve to be spoken to and i should just order my things. Ok cool. I ordered a fapp and a slice of banana nut bread. Next thing was the woman making my frapp, i asked her for more ice and her response was “What?” Than when she was finished making it, instead of her handing it to me first she started doing something else than i had to ask for my frapp. Mind you i was the only customer waiting at the time. Ok cool.. the cake topper was when the guy who warmed my bread up said “Banana nut bread” and flung my bread at my like i was a dog or something. Than walked away. To be sure i was just overthinking things i stood there and watched his moves and for every one else (his co workers behind the counter) he handed things to them in their hands or just in a nice way over all but me a paying customer he basically just threw my food. So not cool. I’m scared to even eat my food because I’m feeling like maybe something was done to it out of my sight from the way i was treated .Maybe because I’m black i can’t get treated with respect even if your being your kindest. Ok Thanks Starbucks!
12/16/20 went in to meet with a client manager is sitting at table with coworkers using laptops also allowed personal friend to be inside with laptop and friends. Signs on every table saying no one is allowed to sit but we can bend the rules for friends I was asked to leave when I sat down with my laptop waiting to meet my client Won't be back.
You should expect courtesy when you order in the mornings. not today at 6:45 am on Monday June 21. Ordered at the drive thru and I wanted a drink split in 2 cups (which EVERY Starbucks has done for my two small children the last 5 years) and was told three times it can’t be done! Each time with more attitude. I will not be returning to this location as long as the taller blonde-haired female employee with a pony tail is working here. Sorry you parents know what it’s like to explain to your kids ‘sorry we can’t get your drinks here’ and hear the disappointment in their voices! Longtime customer and rarely am I disappointed in this company.
This isn't the first time to come and have bad service, I just walked through to by espresso pods and have to wait almost 10 minutes on the cashier while no other customers in the line but they are speaking together, and one chatting over the drive thru window with another customer or friend, and when I start knocking the counter to get attention the girl just came very rude! It was 9:05 and they should close 10, so I'm not coming late! Always getting bad experience in this location
This review is specifically for their impossible breakfast sandwich. I am so disappointed in it. It was NOTHING like the picture online on the website. The patty was gray and it was on an English muffin instead of the nice bread advertised. I don't like that the description is super vague about the ingredients in it. Everything just says "plant-based" but with what? If it was good quality they would say something like quinoa or black beans. I am vegetarian and am sad to see this won't be an option. You can do better.
Yesterday, I had the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. It took me a moment to process what was more than rude, and almost aggressive behavior from the barista who served me my drink. As usual, I put in my online order for my iced coffee with cream, sugar and whipped cream (as a former Starbucks partner and store supervisor, I developed an iced coffee habit early on in life!). And because of the rarity of the whipped cream, I tend to come prepared to see an incomplete beverage. The whipped cream is overlooked in the order about half the times, and that's ok since I can typically ask for it (and yes, I notice many partners find this annoying - but then they notice the beverage order sticker clearly shows "whipped cream" as a last item). In fact, two days before the same thing had happened at this same store and the partner had happily obliged and said, "oh, I noticed the whipped cream and totally forgot!" Which, I REALLY appreciated. Great partners are the best! But when I arrived yesterday, I was able to see that the store was certainly mid-rush. The car line was long, and it seemed the individuals before me had put in several drinks since they were carting several beverages and cups of water. So I waited, and finally sat, imagining my drink was behind the long list of other beverages. The barista noticed the man next to me and asked him what he was waiting for - he explained his drink. I happened to be there before the man, and when the barista didn't ask me anything, I imagined she overlooked me. So I said, "excuse - do you have an iced coffee online order in there?" (wanting to confirm that perhaps the group that was before me had not picked it up by accident) The barista seemed annoyed by my request and said, "what did you get?" I told her, "Iced coffee for Mariana, sorry - just wanted to make sure it didn't get taken." She looked at the stickers and said, "we have it." I thought "great." But then she left and came back with a drink from another area of the store, and plopped the drink on the bar edge, and walked away without a word. Confused, I looked at the drink and realized, "oh, that's my drink." (I guess it was already made and it was in the drive through line?). Since the drink was incomplete, I apologetically asked the barista: "sorry, would you mind putting whipped cream?" Again, without a word, she grabbed the drink - pulled out the top, and angrily poured whipped cream on it, spilling my drink all over the bar. Then, she grabbed a dome lid and plopped it on top. There was drink running on the sides of the cup, on the bar, and she had yet again walked away without a word. I stood quietly, a little stunned, looking at the drink. No napkin, no straw, and iced coffee dripping around it. She then came back and said, loudly: "You wanted whipped cream?" I was so taken aback by the aggressive overtone and approach that I didn't say anything, ultimately reaching out for a straw behind the bar and grabbing napkins from the condiment bar so as to not grab the sticky cup with my hands. I don't know what caused this behavior, I understand bad days and I understand not-nice customers at Starbucks, but if any of that was taking place before me, the service provided was still inexcusable. And it's sad, because I often talk about Starbucks as a place that taught me great leadership and customer service but I have seen that quality I recall slowly decline and yesterday, completely tank. That was not ok.
I just had the worst experience in this location due to poor treatment and racism by a white employee (Chase) with glasses who refused to prepare a drink that I have been ordering for over a year just because I am Hispanic.
Friendly service, but that doesn't make up for not getting my drink right on 3 different occasions lately. I don't know if they are just too busy or don't pay attention, but it's my fault for continuing to go back. I'm going to fix that now. How hard is it to put cream and Splenda in my Americano? lol
Multiple days Ive tried calling to pre order some travelers (coffee in a box). The phone rings until it goes to a message asking for a password.
I came here to get me and my son something to drink on our way home from the Gaylord exhibit for the holidays. Before the guy even charged me at the drive-thru he asked for a tip first. I thought it was very strange and then he charged me for my two beverages. It took him about 12 to 15 minutes to come back he said someone threw my drink in the trash. I hesitated to grab the drink and then he reassured me oh don't worry I made it new. Now an hour later I am sick as a dog because I think the stupid jerk gave me the drink out the trash. He's trash and so is this place.
Discriminatory service at this location, the coffees have no flavor and the dude in the drive-thru window acted in such a manner that it felt like he was completely shoving the drinks at me.
worst location EVER. what do you mean “yeah it’s there” while you clearly see this half empty drink on a venti cup. if you want to get something you want minimum of everything, this is your go to!!!!! this is my third time getting my drink WRONG COMPLETE OPPOSITE. not giving anymore chances because 1. they water down your drinks 2. they make your drink with their eyes closed 3.are you even reading the receipt? i asked extra of everything and yall gave me nothing on a big cup. I won’t be coming back unless i want yall to ruin my day again. seriously, who is telling them they’re doing good. if yall want easy made drinks here be their biggest guest. they might even forget to give you the right cup LOL. Unfortunately not the best Starbucks experience tea drinks were not shaken or sweetened properly lady who took order on drive through was very rude but the girl at window was sweet and amazing very disappointed. Will not return to this stores location
The quality of items should absolutely be checked for all order but ESPECIALLY orders placed through Uber eats/ door dash etc. I ordered a bagel and I’ve never had anything so stale in my life. I could barely pull it apart and trying to take a bite was tougher than stale beef jerky. It was a waste of money. It must’ve been sitting out since yesterday morning or even before then. I’m upset because I ordered through Uber eats so there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it, and I have to eat to take my medicine which is why I ordered that. I’ve never had an issue with this location but you cannot serve people food like that it was a legit hockey puck. My coffee is good but unfortunately that stale bagel resulted in my worst experience at a Starbucks, I’ve never been so off put.
I live near by so I come here regularly and for some reason this place always messes up. Some staff try their hardest but that's about 1 out of 10. 90% of the time they just forget a simple coffee, or write down and call out a wildly different name without having asked my name. I pay with the app every time. Staff gives attitude to costumers as well as each other. Nobody is ever welcoming. Not that I care about Starbucks as a brand but this location feels more like a bodega shop in NYC than a Starbucks.
I come to this location most Saturdays and usually enjoy my visit. Today after enjoying my coffee I got up, asked for a cup of water, the barista rolled his eyes and return to making drinks leaving me standing there. Never came back to me. I have never felt this discriminated against.
