Preguntas frecuentes sobre Braum's
Opiniones de Braum's Grapevine
No different from other locations—the dairy items are almost always well stocked. There’s a wide variety of ice cream and shakes, and the staff is friendly.
They have a really nice market next to the ice cream shop/restaurant. The market has all of their ice cream products plus produce, snacks, and bags of ice. Love this place!
Their $8.99 double bacon cheeseburger special with fries and a shake is amazing. A good meal to share if you're not a big eater. Their food is always fresh and their ice-cream is a favorite treat. Forgot something? No worries, they have a store you can shop for fresh produce, ice-cream, dairy and cheeses. Plus more.
Vincent helped us on 12.21 and was an absolute delight. He was so patient and friendly. We had a big order and it was pretty busy! He said he came from another store to help out and so glad he did!
Lucas at this location is the absolute GOAT (greatest of all time). Stellar milkshake maker and stellar attitude. Amongst all obstacles, Lucas pulls through. Thanks for the great service Lucas! A shake and a dream.
Ms. Claudia and her team cook with love. Today have one of the best cheese burgera pickles tomatoes 🍅 and onions I ever had. Let's not forget the piping hot 🍟 fries with no salt with sweet ☕ tea and no ice to match. Which was so divine. May Yahweh El Gibbor continue to bless the work of your hands. This food was something of the hottest and fresh I have tested at Braum's Fast Food location. Way to lead the Fast Food Industry. Let's go Legacy. One Chef to another.
Just went to Braum's in Grapevine, TX again. We have been going there for years, and the experience is almost always aggravating. They usually get the order wrong, the service is usually poor, but today we were blown away by the service Mark gave us. We ordered 2 items, to be made in a specific way, he nailed it on both of them. This is the first time this has happened to us there in many moons. It was a very pleasant surprise not to have to explain over and over what we wanted, and he got it in one. Way to go Mark, thanks. You had no way of knowing, but today was our 43-wedding anniversary and you just made it a little better. The 5 stars are for you Mark, not the store as a whole.
Sure! Here's a friendly and positive review for Braum’s in Grapevine, TX: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Sweet and Savory Win! Braum’s in Grapevine is a hidden gem! The ice cream is absolutely delicious — creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. Whether you're in the mood for a classic scoop or a fancy sundae, they never disappoint. And don’t even get me started on the burgers — they’re incredible! Fresh, juicy, and cooked just right. You can taste the quality in every bite. It’s not often you find a place that nails both sweet and savory so perfectly. Best of all, the prices are extremely reasonable. You get amazing food and dessert without breaking the bank. Great value, great taste, and friendly service — what more could you ask for? Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
Mom, dad and I go there several nights a week every single week. We love their ice cream in the little grocery store. The young staff at this location are very good at their jobs even though some of them are very new they always still get our order correct and if they don’t, they fix it very quickly and they’re always pleasant to order from the store is always clean and sometimes theres a little bit of a wait but always somewhere to sit.
Good food. Everything seemed fresh. We had a strawberry chicken salad, jr cheeseburgers, chocolate cone, and chocolate shakes. The salad had a lot of fresh fruit in it which made up for the salad dressing they forgot to give me. The jr cheeseburgers are just like the golden arches cheeseburgers. The ice cream was very good. They did forget to give us straws for the shakes. Service was friendly as well but seemed rushed.
First time to a Braum’s. Kind of a strange concept to have fast food burgers and ice cream paired with a very limited mini mart. It would seem to make more sense in more remote areas but the Braum’s that I passed by are in suburban areas. Fairly limited menu centered on hamburgers. They have a separate line for ice cream and frozen yogurt. As far as fast food burgers go this one was pretty good. American cheese and traditional condiments. I think I chose the wrong ice cream for dessert. I didn’t really like my mint chocolate chip. I tried my son’s cookies and cream and that was much better. The store area has lots of to go ice cream. There is some fresh vegetables and fruits. Milk, cheese. I saw boxes of cereal. Loafs of bread. Some fresh meats. Some frozen foods. Just the very basics. Dining room had a lot of dirty tables. Ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup. No straws or medium sized soda cup lids.
We were surprised by the tasty burgers, fries and dessert. But also found it strange to find a little grocery store in a restaurant. Nevertheless, if you come across Braum's and need a late night bite, drop in here. But now if you come across a BJ's, I recommend it over Braum's.
Don’t go to this Braum’s if you want frozen yogurt or anything made with frozen yogurt like the candy bar mixes. The machine is always down. Other than that, it’s a typical Braum’s with good burgers, decent chicken strips, and great fries.
My daughter and I went there for lunch today and her burger was completely undercooked and really raw. We tried to ask the lady at the window and she said the burgers always look like that but I am sure she didn't really look at the burger or could not really see due to lighting. Obviously that's not true as I eat these burgers 2 -3 times a week and when I was pregnant I would eat a burger at this same restaurant once a day, and it's never been that red before. I should have followed my gut and parked and went in. I got home and it was really pink.
I visited the location in Grapevine today and the employees provided good customer service and were clearly trying their best. However, the experience was overshadowed by the manager on duty, Sophia. She was yelling across the room at the younger employees, telling them to hurry up and speaking to them in a very disrespectful way in front of customers. As a manager for a large chain myself, I understand that presentation and leadership are extremely important. The way managers communicate with their staff reflects directly on the company. Unfortunately, the way she spoke to the team created a very uncomfortable environment for both the employees and the customers. The staff looked nervous but were still trying hard to keep up with the pressure. No employee deserves to be spoken to that way, especially in front of guests. It was disappointing to see someone in a leadership position put their team down publicly like that. I hope management addresses this because the employees seemed hardworking and deserving of respect.
Lady in front of us asked wanted to know if there were any nuts in a flavor and was considering ordering. No one knew. Finally one of the staff decides to get a taste test spoonful to see if they could see any nuts. She pulls it up and there's a hair hanging off the spoon! I would have left then but but my granddaughter really wanted ice cream. After watching 3 employees stand around for a while ,I was finally asked what we wanted. I ordered her ice cream cone and it was ok. Mine however had runny soft ice cream in it. I asked if they had a problem with their freezer. She said, no why? I held out my cone and said cause this is all soft and runny! She just turned away and walked over to the cash register. We will never come back to this location!
Ordered burger with two modifications. It was wrong. Politely confirmed the cashier rang up what I requested and asked for a correction. The 2nd version was more wrong than the first.
Horrible customer service and attitude from management. I came in with my niece to order food and ice cream for the family. They got my order wrong and did not accept their mistake or make it right. I ordered food, then my niece was going to order food while I ordered ice cream. My food came out and all ice cream was ready and they still couldn’t take her order. I asked management if they had someone to take her order and she said “no, we don’t have workers”, then she proceeded to finally take her order. Since my order was wrong and they didn’t want to correct it, I checked my niece’s order to make sure they didn’t mess up on that one too. The lady didn’t say anything but she gave me a look while I checked the order. Then I asked one of the guys for some ketchup and bbq sauce and she jumped in and told me “there’s already ketchup in her bag”, I told her it’s for me not for her, y’all didn’t give me any. Like man, you already messed up my order, gave me an attitude when I asked for it to be honored and told me you couldn’t, you give me a look for making sure the rest of our food is correct and when I ask for ketchup you jump in like I’m gonna take something from you. Definitely our first and last time at this location.
Came for a couple of shakes, ended up taking 32 minutes to make it through and order, extra 10 minutes for the shakes because the 3 workers working the front counter kept having discussions about the customers and how they don’t know how to correctly order. According to them it’s just the people that live in grapevine. When I called the lady out for trying to make me pay before I even ordered everything she claimed she was about to make my item right then, which she did with the most spiteful amount of topping she could muster. Screw this place. It’s a shell of what it used to be on Main Street. Kilwins and MS factory right around the corner, whataburger is next door.
