I've been to a handful Panda Expresses throughout DFW and this one really sticks out for me for the amount of food they give you. The people working there are extremely generous with the portions they give you. I was actually pleasantly surprised, so I had to give a review to give these guys credit. Easy 5/5 for filling me up, even with a big appetite.

Prices were a little high for 1 person but the serving seemed like made for 2 and the food was great!!!
They are quick the place is clean and you can see them cooking love it. Four not five because the beverage machine rarely has tea or lemonade.
There was a long line here on a Saturday night. They ran out of noodles, so we waited a bit. They give you a lot of food on your plate so the price for 2 entrees isn't bad. We got the Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, and an Egg Roll. Not gourmet food, but it was OK and my kids liked it. Service was pretty good considering how busy they were.

The food is good as all panda express less oil less spices.but the location of food court is bad.Also they have only person to give you food and one person to take cash.Ao always a huge wait time.I ate fried rice,pepper chicken and shrimp tempura.all good nothing special.
Love my Pandas in SATX but this one was out of half the options and my spring rolls were cold inside..
This one is hit or miss. Other locations do a better job of running this chain. However, it's better than most other places in the mall.

Atmosphere a 3 since in mall food court. Service a 3 because tgey are short handed but the one person servicing was moving as fast as she could. Out of the sauce to make honey walnut shrimp, the only reason I went there. Had to settle for other items.

I normally enjoy the food at this Panda express. But today there was a boy and girl manning the store. The girl had a massive attitude. I placed 4 orders. They were out of some dishes for 2 of the boxes, so I said I would wait. But they didn't even give me the other boxes that were ready. Maybe it was a miscommunication..When I asked the girl for the other boxes,she filled them up and left them on the counter without even looking at me or acknowledging me. Even that was ok,maybe she was having a bad day .but what was unacceptable is the fried rice was not cooked! It had just come out so it's not that it was stale .it was just plain hard and undercooked. I did mention it to them. If they continue to have this kind of customer service,I will probably avoid this Panda. Sorry I don't post such negative reviews, but this is a health concern

My food was horrible the only thing that was good was my orange chicken everything tasted burnt !
I love Panda Express, but this was the worst one I've eaten at. I got the Bejing Beef and it was almost too dry to eat.

About an hour and a half before closing and they didn’t have any food available other than a few items. The food court was not empty and customers were approaching and then walking away.
Workers need to cook less food in huge batches. Went by at 1pm and every dish looked old and like it had been there at least since 10 am.
I asked the counter person if they had the honey walnut shrimp. She walked down to ask the manager. She yelled from the other end of the counter, " I got it if you wanna wait 7mins...I just earned away hungry.
Very late, more than 15 minutes on the line and the person who dispatches the food is the same person who is from the cashier.
The food here doesn’t taste like it’s supposed to. That aside, the ladies working it today were really unfriendly. There is plenty more to choose from here, so avoid the off-tasting food and rude workers.
Food is good just like in most Panda Express restaurants, but services is really bad, the cashier Julia was so rude, I mean you would think she is working for free, to add to that she didn't give us enough forks, no napkins, soy sauce or hot sauce.
Only food place in the mall that doesnt offer a free refill, subpar food. Expect at least 50 more negative reviews coming your way very soon. Hope that $.53 was worth it with your rude employees and terrible customer service.
I was there on saturday june 24 at 6pm bougth 3 combos when i open them they had a very small amount of food when i ask them and show them instead of fix it she said im sure u ate some already which i didnt she was rude i was upset ,i wasnt asking for free food i paid 28 dollars and didnt get what i paid for i been a customer for years never had a complaint hope the manager does something and tell there employes to served the rigth amount and the assistant manager was the rude women who didnt help me will never go back to that place

This is not about the food, but the service. One of the WORST managed Panda Express you'll ever see. Two times this week the were looong lines and there was only ONE person dishing up. She was really trying her best and I feel bad for her. Two other workers were 'manning' the cash registers.

Wow. As a consistent customer of panda express, this location is showing the true colors of the brand by providing the WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. Not only is the food consistently stale every time I go, but there is always a lack of urgency by both Managers and employees. Especially GLORIA. Very top notch on being rude, disrespectful, and not caring for the customers. I am honestly disappointed in the consistent lack of urgency, customer service, and quality of the food. When I got my drink I expected a medium as requested but got a small. Apparently Gloria was doing me a "favor" by giving me the large. I no longer wanted it and wanted a refund apparently unlike other stores, manual refunds cannot be processed. I call horsecrap on that. Other Panda locations can do that, I've seen it.
I've always been satisfied with this chain. But not this store. I got a text saying my food was ready and when I got there my food wasn't ready. It took another 15 minutes to get my food. However, the chow mein and fried rice were not fully cooked. Moreover, the rice smelled sour, so I couldn't eat it.
They quit making all food before 7:45 pm. Ruined my evening at the mall. Per the manager she stops making food because then it gets wasted.. had enough to feed two people on her serving line by 8:00 and was joking to her employees they didn’t have anymore rice to make..
This has to be the worst location of panda express. I was made to wait more than 15 minutes for orange chicken combo and then they continued to complete the orders which were after me and gave my order at the very end. I was the first one when they were out of orange chicken. The quantity is also less compared to out of mall locations. I would rather grab at other locations on my way back home next time.
Today, November 3rd at 7:40 PM, the two women who worked were very unfriendly. I ordered orange chicken and chow mein, but they told me it'll takea while because there were none ready. But when it came out , it was a completely different order with the orange chicken being replaced as a different meat. And without an apology, they put the orange chicken in a junior kids box. When I asked for soy sauce, she frowned. She gave me an attitude. Probably won't visit again.
I like Panda so this review is specific to the location, not the food overall. First, they would not do 1/2 and 1/2 entrees in a bowl. This should not be difficult to do with two entrees of the same price. I've been able to do this at other locations. Also, they were out of water cups and wouldn't serve tap water in another cup without charging regular drink price. This is lazy and inconsiderate. It's not my problem you have an inventory issue, and the cost of a soda should not be passed on to a customer who wants water just so it's easier for you to calculate sales/losses at the end of the day. Go to the store and buy some small cups. UPDATE: 10 months later and they are still claiming to be out of water cups. Sounds like it's less an inventory issue and more a price gouging your customers issue.
