This place is spotless and very clean. The owners are a married couple and they are the sweetest ever. So kind too. We went here to get lunch as it was less than 10 minutes away from the hotel we are staying at. The breads were fresh, the meats looked good, their marinara sauce for the meatball sub was thick and not water my like many other places. Also the chicken pieces for the sweet onion chicken teriyaki that I ordered were nice size pieces and were fresh and not soggy. Totally re comment this place to anyone who is nearby. The customer service was very good as well. Really enjoyed our time here.

Very nice subway! Always clean and my order is always made fresh and ready! The two ladies at this location are always working hard and point no matter how busy it gets! Around lunchtime it’s pretty busy! This is my lunchtime spot when I have time to stop by and dine in!🥪😊
As a long-time resident of Grapevine, I can say without a doubt that there are 2 unofficial locations in this city that I would call the true heart of this community - the Sonic Drive-In and this Subway location. Literally all locals from every walk of life comes to this location (rich and poor, old and young) and the glue that ties this together is Lindsey and Diana. Not only do they clearly run this location with a sense of pride - going as far as knowing regular's names and orders-, but they've formed so many important bonds with others that some people come here just to hang out and chat with them (I'm pretty sure all local news and gossip comes through here) 😅. I've seen some other reviewers who don't understand why this place gets high reviews because of their experience, but I'll clear some of this up. First of all, Diana and Lindsey usually work during the weekdays before 2pm. If you show up afterwards or during the weekends it's likely you'll see Courtney or other staff members. While I get along with Courtney and think that she's great as well, there's definitely a different vibe while she's there. And as far as delivery orders (such as Door Dash), I have a hard time thinking that any mistakes were caused by Diana and Lindsey (I don't order through those so I have no personal experience). They're always making sure the drivers have everything and if any mistake was made; I'm positive they'd do anything to correct it. I don't think it's a stretch to claim that this is probably one of the best Subways in the DFW Metroplex and I'm sure many other locals would agree. If you're looking for an inexpensive meal, this is easily one of the best options in the area.

Tonight our experience was amazing!! Courtney was helping us out & she was patient with my 2 kids ordering their sandwiches. She held a great conversation with me as there was nobody else in the building. I don't know why they're bashing her because she is definitely a people person! I had gone before when this old lady that smoked all the time used to work there had cussed me out. So keep Courtney! She is great!

I don't care for the new (er) thing where they cut their own deli meat. Now they also have to weigh it while making my sandwich, which just makes the process that much longer. Stop trying to be Jersey Mike's and go back to sliced meats. And while they're at it, bring back sugar cookies, shredded mozzarella, and spicy mustard.

To be honest, this is the third time I’ve been disappointed by Subway. Not only are their locations consistently dirty and disorganized, but the employees are also incredibly rude. Tonight, I decided to give Subway another chance. I arrived at 9:20 PM well before closing time. Both Google Maps, Yelp, and even the sign on their front door stated they close at 10 PM. However, as I walked up to the entrance, I found the doors shut. Inside, an employee was casually chatting with someone and completely ignoring us. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered employees closing the store early while still getting paid for their shift. It’s unacceptable. I’ll be reaching out to corporate to see if they even care about addressing these issues. But honestly, at this point, I’m done with Subway. From now on, I’ll be going to Potbelly. a much cleaner, friendlier, and more organized place to eat!!

There was a family ahead of us and another one behind us. However, when it was our turn, the staff member was noticeably rude. This is one of the sandwiches she made (which we noticed after opening it). On top of that, the soda machines weren’t working... We definitely won’t be coming back. My daughter and her friend came into this location today and were treated with utter disdain and “snark” by the “faded purple hair” employee. My daughter has never complained to me about service anywhere, so I knew it had to have been REALLY bad. This is actually the second time we’ve been treated badly at this location. The first was after my on line order was missing items and I had the AUDACITY to request the missing items. I’ve read other reviews and I simply don’t understand how a business continues to tolerate employees whom obviously loath working there and repel, what could be, long standing customers. Do not eat here unless you enjoy being belittled while paying a premium for mediocre food.
Walked into subway this morning at 7:58 unaware of what time it opened. There was people sitting inside so I assumed it was open. The lady at the register stated they were closed when I asked if they were open. I walked out of subway and she turned on brighter lights so i walked back in and said I thought you were close and she stated we are open now. I can’t help but to feel like she didn’t want to give me any service. I’m very disappointed in my service at this location. This is a hangout spot for employees friends the doors are open early for friends to come in and sit sending mix messages to customers who are actually trying to get a meal to eat.

When the tip screen came up, I chose not to leave a tip because of how I was already being spoken to. She then told me to “enter the total amount,” which caused my card to be charged twice. When I pointed it out, she snatched the receipt, accused me of lying, and tried to show the wrong part of the receipt. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Thankfully, another staff member from the back stepped in, was very kind, and immediately voided the extra charge. She was great — but the first employee’s attitude was unacceptable, especially for such a busy location. Experiences like this make customers not want to return.

Made customer teen autistic child and her 3 year old child cry, scream, scared and one almost had seizure due to it. After just leaving a fun Trunk oand Treat with High Schools, Fire Trucks, Police cars and more at the event and lots of candy while in costumes. This Subway took away these Angels joy and brought so much sadness. The worker there alone failed to give customer and female officers her first name. We were told mom and daughter works there, which should not be allowed, and they show favors with their guests no charge or extras at no charge to little charge for meals. They have not friendly customer service skills. They do not need to do customer service or be in our community with that negative behavior. Grapevine's Mayor, media, City Hall, BBB, and others needs to know about this mot the first time problems at this location recently. Need to review, investigation, and follow up. Review your in and external cameras Subway Mgmt. The service this location is giving, the Grapevine community does not deserve it. When young people are not properly trained and tossed into lead positions with their excuses, egos, and lack of education, it shows that town and the people you do not care. Definitely a mgmt issue. I begged them mom to please let me pay for her family's meal at another food establishment after we prayed, and she finally approved after I made sure the family was OK after police left. My heart 💔😢😞 hurt for the kids. And I will not be silent until it is resolved in a good way for these customers. The mom recent major hear surgery, autistic teen, and a 3 year old just tried to finisha good night's meal with a good meal after fun and focused day after work, after schooland after a city Trunk and Treat event. Mom said, the kids did not get to sleep and was still shaken up upto 2:15am and up for school and school bus at 6:30am. 😠 😡 This is not good!! Waiting on Subway Executive team to reply or contact me/us ASAP. The family attempted to do a simple take out order of 2 for 1 special. Worker not pleasant talking to the customer frowning when asked for assistance with internet or app. The app finally accepted cust money. Worker said not assisting her or giving money back because cust rude and yelled at her. I offered to add app to my phone to assist customer Worker should have been the bigger, calm, professional person to de-escalate issue. Officers instructed cust how to handle civil in court and corporate.
