Tip: If you have a layover at DFW, skip the Centurion lounge and visit Uno Due Go for great pizza and service. Consider ordering the deep dish pizza, but ask for it well done.

Delicious deep dish pizza, done very well, What made the whole experience great is, Mr. Beau Claverie and his interaction with each of the customers in their native languages and going above and beyond his role. Keep up the great work, Beau. We need more people like you warm traveler's hearts.
Good service! I got a cubano panini it was delicious. Also I was surprised by the price since airport prices are very high but here they have good prices
Excellent casual atmosphere. Very friendly and personable staff. Super reasonable prices for drinks and food at an airport. There were clearly regulars that fly through this airport often, which is a good sign because they keep coming back. Felt like a local spot, not like you were in a terminal. Will definitely be my choice as well next time I fly through Dallas!
Great pizza and even better service. Been to this location 4 times now and the service has been top notch every visit. Everyone from the bartenders to the cooks are overly friendly. If you find yourself with a few hours skip the Centurion and head over to give Richard at UNO a visit you won’t regret it. Special Spot!
Props to Gretchen for being the best bartender there’s ever been. The woman needs a raise and if she had one recently you better do it again.
Grabbed a thin crust pizza from Uno Due Go yesterday at the airport when waiting for our connecting flight and LOVED it! They had some deep dish small pizzas ready to go, which my friends got, but I was all for this thin crust small. It was so good, the guy was great to talk to and order from, and it didn’t take long for it to cook.
Amazing experience. Food is really great, but more important is the ambience. Beau makes everybody feel instantly at home. A true polyglot, he can communicate (and extremely fluent) in many languages. And has an easy manner. This has become a go-to for us every time we are in DFW airport
Decided to go on a mini-adventure with a 1.5 hour layover. This place is tucked into the darkest corner of faraway Terminal E (which itself is only accessible by SkyTrain), just beyond E36. Service was very friendly. Standard menu pizzas appear to be pre-made, but I got there at an odd time after lunch and the shelves under the heat lamp were empty. I ordered a sausage deep dish and was lucky there was one just out of the kitchen that the cashier was just about to cut so I got it right away. Crust was crunchy and good, there was a good amount of tomato chunks and toppings. I was surprisingly happy with it, and it seemed like a pretty good deal for $12, considering the other options at the airport. It was more than enough for one person. Give yourself at least 35 minutes to get here and back, maybe more if it's post-peak dining hours. I'll definitely be back again!
Look, yeah I know Chicago deep dish pizza. Is this Chicago? No. Is this good deep dish pizza in DFW? Yes! Plus a great bar also. You can eat bad Mexican food or go to Starbucks but why? Why? Pizzas were fresh out of the oven. They were good. Beer was good and cold. Atmosphere was great. Felt like a local pub. Glad I finally had a chance to stop in instead of running to the next gate. Recommend. Highly, highly recommend. Seriously, a Starbucks “sandwich” or Subway can’t compare.
Our experience with this restaurant was short lived and unforgettable. On our way to vacation in Tennessee from Houston, we had an unexpected connecting flight in Dallas. This turned into a "stuck in Dallas Airport" situation due to the weather. We ended up finding somewhere to bunker down...in front of this Uno Due Go. We watched these two ladies clean glass, move tables, clean the floor...everything. As it got late, the airport thinned out and they were still there working. We started to smell food in the air and low and behold, it was attacking us from directly in front of us. Me being me, went over to the glass in humor and put my face against it like a hungry 🐶...we all 😅 🤣. A minute later, one of them came to us and said, my manager said, "if you're hungry, we can give you some chicken tortilla soup", which they did, with a bag of chips and some water. I hate that we were unable to experience any of the other food here but the soup was good and filling. These two ladies (didn't get their names, but were the only ones there so shouldn't be hard to figure out) should be commended for being there and keeping the place going as well as being extremely decent human beings. They did not have to do anything for us and did. If I ever find myself is Dallas again, I will definitely stop, try some pizza and hopefully give both of them a hug.
First appearances can be deceiving, but when you're at this end of the terminal and remember that you should have food before you keel over between connecting flights, I recommend stopping in for a bite. Personally, I followed the other reviews and went for the deep dish veggie pizza, and it did not disappoint. As an added boon, I met Mario and got to chat with him a bit, in between him hustling between customers, giving the best restaurant customer service I've seen at 10am in the morning. Seriously, he should sell his energy as a boost for travelers! This place hit the spot in all the ways today!
I had a great time today at Uno Due Go. The deep dish vegetarian pizza was delicious. They can even customize it and add any toppings. This place has a bar, it’s small but it’s a nice place to sit down and watch some football. The workers were very friendly and were able to provide quality service. The pizza crust was crunchy on top with a soft bottom. A solid layer of sauces and toppings with cheese on top. A solid 8/10 I recommend eating the pizza on the spot. I saved a piece for later and the box was very sweaty and it lost its original integrity.
I ordered the personal deep dish pepperoni, I thought it was decent. Very cheesy but i feel it was undercooked as the bottom of crust seemed a little light and flimsy. I’d eat again but maybe get it well done if the offer. It was 18$ for the pizza and a bottle soda. Seems correct for airport pricing. I am full off this thing!
Pros: (1) Fast (2) Clean (3) Ample seating area (4) Nice and cheesy Cons: (1) The pizza really is gas station pizza, only for double the price - I should have believed them (2) Crust is super chewy and dried out, from how long pizza has been sitting under the warning lamps (3) Cost is 33% more expensive than I’d expect at the airport for this quality of food Info: (1) Highly recommend to tailor your order so that you avoid the pizzas they have ready under the warning lamps. Won’t help with the cost, but will be worth it overall
