Unable to find any restaurants with available seating, we tried to enter this snack bar (a somewhat reductive name). They welcomed us kindly, telling us that even though they were fully booked, they'd call us back as soon as a table became available. It took less than 20 minutes for them to seat us. To our surprise, the food was worthy of a restaurant: excellent craft beers, quality platters, excellent polenta concia, good grilled meat, and delicious chips, not to mention the homemade desserts. Congratulations, keep up the good work! See you next time.

We stopped and, to keep things light, ordered some salads and a charcuterie board. All the ingredients were top-quality, and the high-quality olive oil they serve as a dressing is a plus. It's clear they care about quality. The homemade cakes are a must-try; I've rarely found better.

I recently had the privilege of eating at the Snack Bar, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a family ambiance that set the tone for a truly outstanding meal. The service was impeccable, with my waiter attentive, knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions about the menu. The menu itself was a work of art, with each dish skilfully crafted to showcase the chef's mastery of flavors and techniques using locally sourced foods mindfully. Exceptional place in the center of the town square, I recommend stopping even if only to taste a piece of the homemade cakes together with a good coffee.

Great place to definitely have breakfast (we haven't tried lunch yet, but we definitely will 😜) while calmly eating a chocolate or raspberry cake or whatever you like (they're all delicious!) or brioche or biscuits... very kind staff, super view and fantastic sound of bells at 10:30 that seems never ending!!!
