The pizza was very good. I'm only giving the staff -5 stars. They should be required to smile and treat people with respect. They're not the owners, because I don't think the owners would treat their employees this way.

The pizza was so-so, neither good nor bad. The service is TERRIBLE!!! The guy served us like he was doing us a favor. The girl kept giving us angry looks, and we weren't offered napkins, dressing, or anything. I hope they change their staff.

The quality and flavor are not discussed. What really bothers you is that they give you an estimated delivery time that can be up to 50 minutes and even with all that, sometimes it takes more than an hour and a half to deliver the pizza.

The pizzas are very good, but I'm giving them three stars because of the delay. We ordered by phone for pickup at the restaurant, and they told us 25 minutes, but the wait stretched to an hour. They could have simply stated that it would take an hour, allowing us to decide whether or not to order, and this issue would have been avoided. The taste of the pizzas is fine.

There was no one there, the workers were just chatting and eating (or, in fact, ordering food), and we were waiting for the pizza for over half an hour, even though we had already placed the order an hour or more ago. I think they should hire managers who take their job seriously and aren't waiting for their departure time.

I had very fond memories of this pizzeria, but this time I was disappointed. It's not the same anymore; the pizza didn't taste good. Go back to the original recipe; the bread lacks flavor.

We ordered a family-size pizza, half chilorio and half pepperoni, and the chilorio looked exactly like the picture; it wasn't burnt. It tasted awful and smelled like days-old grease. I told the staff, but they offered no solution. We couldn't eat those pieces, and only my children ate the pepperoni. We were very disappointed because my children like coming here. But they weren't interested in the condition of the chilorio; they didn't even go to check or taste it, much less offer us any alternative. We had to throw the pizza away. So I decided to leave a review here so this doesn't happen to you, because it's really unpleasant to take your children there and have them serve food of that quality.

Terrible service, poor hygiene, it took over 45 minutes to deliver my pizzas. And the taste left much to be desired, getting worse every time. It was the last time I had a pizza.
