There was an extremely cheery young lady that helped me out and she continuously thanked them and when it was my turn did the same to me and everyone that followed. And she was quite genuine made my awesome meal even better

We had arrive at there busy time and had to wait 20 minutes for the grilled chicken that turned into a 45 minute wait. We were done with our food and still waiting on our grilled chicken. I was Furious but they went beyond and above to make me happy and i didnt ask them too. I was really happy when we all left. Thank you 🐼!

The food tastes as good as the other Panda I often visit in Los Angeles. The drive through is fast and the staffs are friendly as well as efficient. Restroom is clean and fragrant. They have outdoor seating too. Parking is large and easy to find a spot.

The food in this Panda Express was fantastic! The ladies who served us were happy and eager to serve. I was very happy I chose this Panda Express over the other fast food options at this location.

Best ever buffet choices I feel 😇 the Beijing beef was ultimate 🤤 also the walnut shrimp dipped with honey 😀, took a half and half with noodles and fried rice 🍛 🍚, we also tasted the speciality chicken and broccoli beef 😀 the taste I enjoyed cannot be explained, to my views it’s the best restaurant one should try in North America 👍🏽the tamarind sauce added something great to all of the dishes 🙃😋

Healthy Asian fast food, delicious and consistent quality and quantity among branches/franchises. This Panda Express branch is located in Santa Nella off Fwy 5 ... a nice treat for road trip between San Francisco and Los Angeles, plus this Santa Nella exit always have the cheapest gas stations. Outdoor seatings, drive-thru and inside dining available, clean bathroom is a+. TV airing news was on but not too loud, pleasant casual ambiance.

Returning from our relaxing 6 days camped at Beautiful Big Sur Pfeiffer. It's our tradition .. coming from Monterey area, we always stop here for good Chinese food. They are consistent . This young woman serving was generous .. my Hubby ordered Chowmein, Orange chicken n beef. I ordered Chowmein, n 2 servings of Chicken with green beans. We mentioned to the Cook .. Chowmein was moist n had lots vegetables n Green beans sauce was great Got to meet their Managers .. JoAnn n Heidi .. friendly, personable. Excellent food n great value n generous .. brought leftovers.

Great customer service, clean restaurant, and standard Panda Express food. No wait. Good stop.

Food is what you'd expect from Panda. It was good. But the staff are awesome. They are kind and talkative and just a joy all around.

Pretty good food. I've paid $9.70 for plate with 2 entrees and a side. And a fortune cookie.

9/10 TL/DR: Staff is super sweet and fast, food is pretty good! UPDATE: The noodles have been much better in recent months and I've begun to really enjoy the teriyaki chicken! Probably the best chow mein I've gotten from a panda Express honestly, I think the one time was probably a fluke because I'm a regular there now! :) OG POST: The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even gave me some of the new chow mein they had just made, the prices aren't bad and they handled their rush well My ONLY gripe is that the food is not the best, I love the orange chicken here so I always get that, but even the time I got fresh noodles, they were somehow kinda dry??? I ate some as leftovers and when I reheated them they actually tasted better so it ended up being fine Staff and chicken are the stars of this place imo

We placed our order in the drive thru, the clerk said it will be 10 minutes for one entree, is that ok. We said no and changed our order. Drive up to pay and get our food and she said please pull around and park I'll bring your order to the car. There was no one behind us. We pulled forward in the driveway and waited for 5 minutes because there were no parking spaces. So noticing there was no one behind us we backed up to the window to wait. We were told to again move forward because when we pulled back it set a timer for her and she didn't want to get into trouble for having us wait?!? Then told us it would be 5 more minutes before our food would be ready. At this rate I could have had what I originally ordered. It would have been nice had they just been straight up with us and told us it would be 10 minutes no matter what we ordered.

Ordered online and was notified food was ready while driving to the store. Waited 10 minutes while drive thru was serviced, despite stating I had an order which was notified as ready to pick up. Once assisted, staff didn't seem to worried that my order was sitting at the line the entire time while I just stood there. Had to microwave my food once I got home...

Some improvements since last visit, food good this time and quicker service. Last time, food quality was subpar to average with varying temperature. A little slow getting people through the line efficiently. No mask enforcement- enter at your own risk.

It took almost half an hour to order. The chow mein was tasteless and greasy to me and I felt a bit nauseous after eating it. I've had better chow mein at other panda locations. At least the staff was nice.

Service sucks here. They take for every to take our order. The place needs some cleaning. The only good thing here is the food is hot.

Every time I come here, my order is wrong & the food is not fresh. I thought if I went just after opening that the food would be freshly made. My teriyaki chicken was from the previous day &. I ordered a rice bowl & was given some old noodles. I can not trust my food will be what was ordered. I have to either watch them make my food, or open my order in front of them before I leave. Giving them more chances to get it right isn't working. 🤨

The girls behind the counter are rude I asked for a kids meal for my toddler the girl dropped the box before putting the food I thought she was gonna throw it away and give me a new box and she didn't until I told her to throw that box away and give me a new one she didn't even apologize she just rolled her eyes. Another reason why I give 2 stars is because they never have the food ready you always gotta wait 10 min. They have bad service hopefully they do something about it ....

Stop here on our drive. Food is same as any other Panda Express. But this has got to be one of the dirtiest Panda Express I have been to. I think the manager tried to tell the workers to clean up. But they just ignored her!

The food was old. I called to tell them and they said to go back and they’d give me fresh food. I told her I was on my lunch and I didn’t have time to go and she said to save the plate and take it to them after work so I could get a new one. I work 8 hours. How am i gonna wait 8 hours to eat? I would just like them to acknowledge that the food was not fresh. The lady was horrible.

This place is disgusting! I go up to order and they don't have anything fresh made everything is sold out so they tell me I have to wait for my beef broccoli after about 20 mins the cook finally starts making what I was waiting for even the there were no other customers in the store. When he got done he put it up on a ledge and it falls off all over the counter not the Front counter where they serve the food but the back counter where they make the food. The lady then scoops the food back in the tray and tries to serve it to me. Absolutely disgusting I then asked for my refund and they go o no nothing wrong with the food it's still good. Um no give me my money back and have a nice day getting other people sick.

This place food isn’t bad but the service is. The sign clearly said they close at 10, there were people in there and the door was open but they turned us away and said the inside was closed it was only 9:10! Very disappointing to be treated like that.

This place needs more staff!I went in the other night not only were they out of many items and had to cook them right then they were also yelling back and forth with each other because they had bad communication. They should of had a better manager in to help them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would... Food was completely empty with no hurry to refill anything except the drive through stations. Food that was coming out that was supposed to be hot was barely room temperature with zero flavor at all. The bathroom was completely disgusting, all stalls were dirty or filled to the brim with feces. There's no changing tables and toilet paper was unfilled. Dining room had trash scattered on the floor, a dirty kitchen rag on one of the tables, dirty tables, and chairs with food or crumbs all over them I had to clean off myself for my family to sit down. The trash cans were overflowing with no room for anyone to throw anything away. The staff was not very friendly and the manager seemed unphased by the condition of his restaurant and guests coming in and out. If you can avoid this stop please do so at all costs

Such less quantity!! I have been to so many Panda stores. This is the only Panda Express that gave such little quantity for "plate". The store manager needs to do a better supervision. I don't recommend this Panda Express location.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. They would not put more than 2 pieces of protein in the cub meal I ordered and told me it's not their problem. They forgot to bring my order to my car for over 30 minutes. I went inside and the manager apologized and gave me a $10 gift card. When I came back to use it the next day they told me there was no money in the card and they were not responsible for it. So they gave me a fake gift card with no money on it. I hope management reads this and uses it as a chance for proper staff training. My son loves panda Express food but every time I come I am mistreated in some way and consistently dread my time at the Santa Nella panda Express.

You're better off waiting 20 minutes in line at the In-N-Out down the way you might have a long line but at least you won't have root service and terrible food sad I gave him this place many chances especially having to come home late from work. If you're into waiting 16 minutes like I did with no one in line just to have rude service this is the place for you

I told her I couldn’t read the order number off the receipt because the ink must have been running low so the numbers don’t show completely. Regardless I tried reading it to her and she said I was lying because she was looking at a receipt in front of her and it was fine. She claimed that she remembered me and my order even though she wasn’t the one who took my order or brought it out to me and she claims that since she remembers my order she knows I’m lying and wasn’t there for 20 minutes. I asked for the number for corporate and she gave me the number for the survey which I told her didn’t work and she said “well I can’t help you then” and just hung up . So beyond unprofessional and completely disappointed with the kind of people that are hired. Absolutely garbage
