Good service for fast food. The drive-thru at this location moves pretty fast and is conveniently located. There is also plenty of parking if you prefer to eat in your vehicle after your purchase. This location is also in a good, clean and safe neighborhood. The food quality and choices are good to average.

Couldn’t tell if it was a he-she or she-he staff member, trying hard to fuss with an extra plastic bag instead of making sure my order was securely packed. Guess this person was more concerned with showcasing their over-embellished lips and nails, topping it off with mincing words and contorted facial expressions—assuming those antics would brush customers off or test their patience. The best policy was to get the heck out of there and let the one with more antics win.

The food here is still really good, and I’ve been coming for a long time. But ever since they got a new manager, the atmosphere has changed a lot. The staff used to be super friendly, and the previous manager Vanessa always greeted me with a smile every time I walked in. Now everyone seems more serious, and the new manager comes off a bit rude. It honestly makes me not want to come in as much anymore. I hope they can bring back the welcoming vibe they used to have.

Del taco meat was not hot. Tomatoes were soggy and old. Lettuce wasn’t cold or cheese. Was awful. Snack tacos were very skimpy little to no lettuce and wasn’t cold. Cheese wasn’t cold. Meat wasn’t hot. Shell had really weird old taste. Guess I won’t be going to this location again for a long time.

They have poor customer service. I went into the lobby to order my food. No one asked me what I wanted. I stood there 10 minutes and the young lady say. I told you I'll be there. There's no one else in the lobby but me so I get in my car and go through drive-thru and get faster service. What? There was three cars that got their food before me cuz they came through drive-thru. That's not fair. And as I get to the drive up window the young lady tells me they have to do the drive-thru first because they're on a timer. So I guess the heck with the people that's in the lobby. I just wanted a shake poor service

This is a smaller Del Taco with only a few tables in the dining room. Service was extremely slow today when I went inside to order. Took a few minutes for the employees to even acknowledge me waiting to order. The kitchen was backed up with drive thru orders. Food was average but good for a quick bite to eat. Drive thru is open 24 hours.

I like the location because I travel through there a lot but I was recently disappointed. I got a mini tostada that barely had anything on it and they were out of mild sauce and strawberry Sprite. On top of that I didn't get a receipt. I hate leaving bad reviews but I couldn't address it through their receipt since they didn't give it to me. Also the manager wasn't in.

I went to Del taco today to get lunch. I purchased a strawberry lemonade into bean burritos. I was handed the lemonade when I paid and waited for the cashier to get my burritos. I started drinking my lemonade and immediately the first drink. It’s so hot outside but my first drink I got plastic. I swallowed some, but was able to spit some out, I am a chef and immediately recognize the black sharp plastic pieces as being serving utensils that look like they have been put in a blender the gentleman cashier when he came back for corporate number and I was told there is no number to corporate. he called Vanessa, who apparently is some type of managerand I started recording because I couldn’t believe that they were telling me I had to wait until Monday just swallowed plastic so I have it all on camera

I was able to spit some of the plastic out in my hand and it was black plastic now I am a chef so I can tell you that black plastic was some type of utensil that have been broken off and was either in the strawberries or in the lemonade, when I asked at the window for help and for the corporate number, I was told that couldn’t be given. It didn’t exist. Will come to find out it did I also have video of the cashier flipping me off?

Used to be great food. Last few years it sucks, no chicken quesadillas and the employees straight contradict you about things clearly shown on the menu. Corporate should clean house and fire everyone here. Go somewhere else. Update on my review, attempted to give them a second chance and ordered 6 1$ hard tacos. Lady said it wasn't on the menu when it clearly was, had manager who gave me nothing but dirty looks went out to verify the menu, it was there, but at that point refused service on the fear that my order would be tampered with by bottom feeder employees. Reported to del taco corporate. Absolutely shameful and entire staff of this location should be terminated. "EDIT" In response to their response, contacted management team and was hung up on multiple times. Still refusing to serve the 1$ tacos that are clearly stated on their menu. Deplorable management and staff at this location

I ordered the Taco Tuesday deal thru uber eats and i didn't get my complete order. I also didn't get the hot sauce packets i ordered. The employee's aren't checking online orders proper, its also lazy. Seems to me they just didn't want to the work. The fries were tough, carne asada fries and chill cheese fries poorly made. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. Double del burgers were cold also.

Never eat at this Del Taco, their food safety is severely lacking. The bean pot is never fully cleaned, just tossed into the sink and soaked. There is years old caked beans stuck to the sides. Burnt, smelly, and likely filled with mildew/mold from being soaked

I would have to say it was one of the worst experiences ever had a fast food establishment. I wish I could give zero stars I went and ordered my food. It came out to $5.48 I handed her a $10 bill. I was on my 30 min. lunch break and that’s all I had. She went to make change and noticed they didn’t have any change. She asked the girl at the drive up window, and she said she also did not have any change. after about 10 minutes she told me if I did not have exact change, they could not service my order. So no lunch for me. I don’t think these people know what they’re doing. Ridiculous.

Only got two things a soft chicken taco and the Caramel cheesecake bites in Large size. First off they parked me for that and had no orders before or after me. Second they gave me my cheesecake bites but only gave me two instead of the 4 which is the large size. Which makes me have to go back in drive thru all over again to get my complete order! Very disappointed! Especially in the service! The guy who took the order was completely rude! Had NO customer service what so ever! If you plan on parking your customers for a little order the least you can do is have it correct! Seriously your job isn’t rocket scientist! Date: 10/15/2021 Time: 10:57am Order # 70
