This is a satellite store inside a gas station and absolutely Nails it. Always fresh always hot and good attitude from the staff. Got sick and tired of subpar food and service from the Mechanicville location so vowed to not spend my money at that location anymore, it's about four and a half more miles out but well worth the extra time and money.

It's a good mid point between Mechanicsville and Halfmoon. Very well stocked. Compared alot of other DD locations. The staff can step it up. But over all great experience.

I love this Dunkin!!! The employees know my boys and I from going there most mornings while bringing my oldest to school. They are super sweet to them and always make sure they say hi to them as well. Highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts. They do get a line sometimes but they always have enough employees working that the line doesn't stay long for long.

I visit this Dunkin' almost every morning before work. The staff are exceptionally courteous and work quite hard to bust through long lines at the drive-thru. I highly recommend it!

Wait staff very professional. Order was made fast and the way I placed my order. Very short wait in the drive thru for my order as well.

If it wasn't on my drive to work, and had a drive-through I would probably never stop there. But any coffee will do at 6am, even though it tastes like burnt beans and dish water.

Place was busy, and as we were waiting for a bagel there was a lady screaming at another employee to "just shut up". I wanted to ask for the manager, but I saw he wasn't there

Ordered the bonfire frozen coffee just now an employee was very upset and complaining about making it for me very unprofessional

Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. And they give me an old ice cold bagel, with a teaspoon of creme cheese. This place and every other dunkin is just a disgrace. Save your money and goto stewarts or brueggers. Never again. (If I could give 0 stars I would)

Just went to this Dunkin, my coffee order was wrong, didn’t notice until I got home. That wasn’t a huge deal, what I was more annoyed about was that I simply asked if they had the really large cups the girl said yes I asked could I have one with just ice. She responded “uhhhh…yeah” almost like she was going to say she was going to have to charge me for it. She hands me the large cup not even half full….why would I ask for the largest cup with ice if I didn’t want it filled. At that point I was very annoyed and just left. ITS JUST ICE, what was the issue w filling the cup?!

By far the worst Dunkins I have ever been too. If I could give this location 0 stars...it would be fitting. Chaotic, slow, rude, and always understaffed. I walked out once and just walked out again. Will never go back. Close it down and do people a favor.

We just left this store. I asked at drive throug speaker if they had any vanilla frosted donuts with out sprinkles. They said yes. I ordered 3. When they gave them to us it was obvious they wiped off the frosting. It looked like someone licked it off. I took them into the store to ask for donuts that actually had frosting. This is when it got bad. One girl took my bag of donuts and threw them into the garbage. She refused to give me new donuts OR the old ones back! I was yelled at, called rude and refused service. All in front of other customers. I have never been treated so bad in any store in my life. Meanwhile my very picky eater in the car will need to find another donut he likes because I'll never buy another one from here!!!

Went inside ordered large ice coffee turkey cheddar bacon and a pumpkin spice coffee. After the girl gave my friend the ole eye roll and plenty of attitude.so on we go waiting for 15 minutes for some incompetent boywho tried to cook sandwich. He hands me the sandwich .out to the car I. Go opened the sandwich and there it is. 2pieces of bacon one piece of chicken and a slice of cold turkey . So I'm saying what the he'll is this . Went back inside raised hell. Point is if I look at you and place an order you should be able to remember it for three seconds. Guy behind counter told me to keep pushing it must be thug talk. Never Again at that location.EVER

Very rude staff - I will be finding another Dunkin to give my business to.. Ignore you at the drive thru and at the counter. Not sure who owns this Dunkin but some of your staff members need customer service training before you lose all of your customers.

Horrible!! They gave me a used cup with residue in it!!! Thank goodness it was only a cup of ice which I poured into my water bottle...and hadn't put my water in. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
