Dined in tonight here, 1st time here in a few years. Staff was very welcoming & helpful (Kathleen at the ordering counter was most helpful with my order, young lady on sandwich prep, Alison, was very nice, polite & sincere and made a terrific tasting sandwich), atmosphere was very relaxing, food was excellent as well as the coffee! Will return when I can! Thank you!
Foods always hot and the girl jenny that helped me is wonderful
I ordered myself, made my own drink and cleaned up after myself. Service was excellent! Broccoli and cheddar soup was deliscious! 🥦
I’m not one to post but I had to rave about your wonderful employee Tim!! I had failed ordering online for a small catering order! I handed him the printed order I tried to do and he had my food ready and waiting for me within a half hour! And with a smile!! Tim and his team are awesome! Thank you again!
nice workers, clean quiet place, yummi sandwiches :3333 🥪 I love coming here w my mom ^.^ 🫧💓
The menu is varied. It has something for everyone. Mostly salads and soups sandwiches. Light fair. I would go there for mostly breakfast and lunch.
Today I made a mistake and ordered Green Goddess salad. When they gave me my meal I mentioned that I really wanted sandwich but accidentally ordered salad. As I sat down, the very polite young man came to me and offered to make my sandwich but I refused since it was my mistake and I ordered the wrong meal. Few minutes later he brought me my bag and said he made it for me anyway. This Panera bread spot is home away from home for me and staff is always so exceptionally polite. I wish I knew the young man’s name. I think he is the manager here. Just hope he knows I truly appreciate what he did today.
This Panera is kept very clean with a helpful staff. The staff is very hard working and always keep the line moving. I usually get the grill cheese and a soup. Not to exciting but always good. It’s a chine so the food is usually dependable. Prices have gone up recently so don’t be surprised if your bill is higher the usual.
This restaurant was consistent with what you'd expect from any other Panera. Service was good, orders were correct and they did a good job keeping the tables clean in the midst of a lot of turnover. What I like about Panera is that it's as close as you can get to real food while on the road with kids, unlike the highly processed fast food burger chains, hence the 5 stars. Within the category of "fast food" I think Panera is very, very good.
Excellent food, but nothing fancy is served here. I enjoy the soup and sandwiches on colder days, but they will never see me in the summer. Order at the counter and they call you when it is ready. There is no waitstaff. Four stars for no waitstaff.
I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants but the folks I was with love Panera so we ate there for a light lunch. It was fine. Everything is pre-fab but it was pretty good. I had a half of a French dip type sandwich and a Greek salad. The sandwich was good, salad was great, bit the dipping stuff (instead of au jus) was meh. Thick with a ton of onions and very salty. Overall it was fine. My husband liked his chicken cranberry sandwich and my mil had a bowl of soup and mac-n-cheese. The overall complaint from all 3 of us was we had trouble reading the menu board - the spotlights reflect and/or washing out the wording. Other than that it was fine. Typical Panera. Prices were good for the 2-fer deal they have.
The staff here are great! Got many compliments on my purse. We had great service from all members. Even when they were closing, they were very kind about kicking us all out. Plus, the sugar cookies were very good!
The food is good but they always forget to put the sauce on my chicken sandwich, whether its bbq chicken or chipotle chicken. I end up with plain chicken.. not a happy camper.. **UPDATE** 11/20/2020 Recently went and their Flatbread pizzas are decent for not being a Pizza place. But I also tried the broccoli and cheddar mac N cheese and for $6 for a small you'd think they would fill it to the top.. a little skimpy in my opinion.. **UPDATE** 11/11/2021 Once again ordered a chipotle chicken Avocado melt and did not get the chipotle.. I don't understand. Its literally in the name and they never put the sauce on it. I don't get.
04/11/25 I wanted to sit and work on my laptop, but most of the outlets are worn out, and a wall charger would not stay plugged in. The easy chair sitting area, the chairs are dirty and absolutely need to be replaced. Food tasted like most Panera locations. I ordered the value duet for $8.49, which was a half turkey sandwich and chicken wild rice soup. It came with a large piece of baguette. Plenty of parking spaces and there is a Petco and a Macy's in the same plaza.
They got rid of my favorite salads and meals and made a new “era” so sadly don’t think I’ll be going anymore as nothing really strikes me anymore and it’s gotten more expensive (really just like everything else has too so I get that but I don’t find the food worth it). If I had reviewed Panera a few years ago I would’ve given a rave review for their older menu. I know restaurants have to change but for some of us that now means we likely won’t go anymore. But this location itself was always nice and clean, sometimes a little short staffed but the restaurant itself wasn’t bad.
I've never been here when I didn't have to clean the table and chairs. The place is disgusting at all times of the day. My boss loves it here so I have to go frequently. Other Panera's don't seem to be like this, not sure why this one is.
Turkey was gross. They used to serve fresh turkey breast. Now they doubled the price and put cheap deli turkey on the sandwiches and in the salad.
i grew up in Hampton Bays and have been coming to this location at least 2 times per week on a regular basis with family as long as I can remember. My most recent job was across the street from this location and I went almost every day to support them whether it was just for a coffee or lunch or dinner before they close for the day. Due to a few unfortunate circumstances, I became temporarily homeless this month for a few weeks and have been going to Panera to use the bathroom in the morning and grab something like a drink or tea when I am able to get enough money together during these tough times. the manger (brown hair, average size man with mustache, all of a sudden has a problem with me sitting in the restaurant. I did the same thing when I was not homeless and like I said have been coming to this location since I was a child so me and my family spent more than your average family over the years. I refuse to go back and recommend this location until the manager apologizes to the local homeless folks (I am not the first he offended and discriminated) I cannot spend another cent here out of principle and would not recommend giving him your business.
15 bucks for 2 drinks and a bagel with cream cheese (that I had to put on)... I still don't know why I actually went through with it lol. I never go to panera so I didn't know about the prices. It's like eating at an airport. I use to go and it was alot better and fresher, not so much these days. Staff was nice and friendly though.
